My husband and I went to the local Red Lobster here in our home town of Sevierville Tennessee. We each ordered the create your own. We ordered scampi and popcorn shrimp with baked potato. When it arrived it was barely warm.

We did not eat it and the kitchen manager came and apologized and asked if we wanted something else. It was already after a 45 min. And we declined. He said I will take care of it and he took 14 00 dollars off the bill.

My plate was still full of food and our potatoes had not been touched. We have been there numerous times. Worst experience we have had. 00 plus dollars for a cold meal. We feel he should have at least given us one meal for the next time we returned.

We were told he was th kitchen manager and his name was James and they would not give us his last name.…

My husband & I were very disappointed in our waiter. He was rude, lazy & had the personality of a door nail. We were finished eating our meal, planned on getting dessert but our rude waiter shoved our check into my husband’s hand & walked away.

Very poor service & we were very disappointed.

There was a wait for our table so we went to the bar to get a drink. No bartender was there for 15 mins. Ordered a drink went to our table waited 10 mins until a waitress came. I ordered the shrimp trio.

The shrimp was not very tasty and also was not hot. Very disappointed after paying $87

I ordered by phone at Red lobster Conyers, curved side. I paid for it before picking it up. I figured that would save some time. I was told that the food would be ready at 5:42pm. My husband got there to pick up the order, texted, here, and was texted back to put on hazard lights. We followed instructions. After waiting for over 30 minutes, my husband went into the restaurant. One employee said wait a few minutes we are finishing up the rotating shifts. Another employee gave him his food that had been sitting there I don't know how long. The time was 6:42 when they gave him the food.

We went to Red Lobster in Fairfax, VA on April 17th at 5:00 pm for dinner. It was our last night of vacation and an early birthday dinner - I ordered one of the most expensive meals “Maine Lobster Tail Duo” for $37.99.

The lobster tails were not fresh and I sent them back only to receive almost the same thing and the lobster tails has an odor. I did not send the meal back because the waiter, Ryan R., was so nice and did not want to embarrass him. The broccoli was not fresh either and the baked potato was more edible.

The service was the worst service I ever reiat a restaurant!

First of all, the waiter never brought my drink. I had to ask twice and I didn't get it until I was finished eating my dinner. He also had to come back to ask me what it was. Then, when he brought it, he didn't sit it Infront of me, like he should have, he sat it on the very edge of the corner of the table where my companion was sitting.

He never once come to ask if we needed anything or if everything was okay. My companion needed more butter and sour cream and I needed my drink. We sat there finished with our meal and he was no where to be found.

Hello I am writing because I was so disappointed with Red Lobster in lakewood Ca.. last Friday April 7, 2023. I called early that week to book reservations for my husbands birthday. I was told to call the day of early to secure my time..

ok thats fine I Called Friday morning about 10am to book a party of 21 for 7pm.. my guest arrive and all accounted for by 6:30. We're in the lobby enjoying each other waiting patiently. I'm speaking with the front desk from time to time on the status, they say we're waiting tor the two women to finish they are just talking and sitting but that's the area we're going to sit you guys..

I have been going to Red Lobster restaurants for more than 40 years and all across the country. I have eaten here a few times in the restaurant and about a dozen times to go. My experience on April 12, 2023 was such that I doubt I will ever return and I will warn others away as well.

When I got there at 11:45 I was worried that I would get caught up in the lunch rush, but there were no cars parked next to the restaurant. At that point I worried that maybe they were closed but no, they were open, only they had less than a half dozen tables occupied.

The hostess was very nice and seated me with a menu. The waiter came over a few minutes later with a basket of biscuits. I noticed that the menu had changed and few of the lunch specials remained on the menu.

We went to a Red Lobster on international drive and the service was awful. The waitress did not ask my husband if he wanted his drink on the rocks or frozen. She just brought it out frozen. While waiting for our table another family was seated before us and we were there first.

Last the waitress stood there at our table while my husband signed the bill and put the tip the waitress stood there at our table looking to see how much he was going to tip. She claims she was looking out the window to see if it was going to rain.

But after my husband signed the check and put the tip she said Have a good night and left.

I ordered over $100 of food via curbside for my daughter's birthday dinner and when I got home (up the hill across from the airport), I discovered my Caeser salad was missing, and my med well steak was with her food. Well yesterday was my anniversary so I ordered Red Lobster to go our delivery not only did I not get everything but it was terrible the burger was burnt so much you couldn't even fight into it they forgot my shrimp scampi I ordered fried fish I got broiled mashed potatoes were nasty and then linguine was well overcooked so those bad meal just added to the terrible anniversary we had I spent all over $100 with tip and delivery services for me we didn't even eat

Manager, bad attitude, basically called me a liar about drink completely full of ice and I said that wasn't sufficient with what I was paying for, not to mention she was not aware of reward program and what I can choose or not choose. Zye.

But got great serve amber garrett and she was patience while this 15 min confusion was going on. I order a full whole lobster dinner which set cold as the manager camed back and force not bending or introducing her self when she walked up from shift change from one manager to another.

Not willing to assist customer with advanced ordering concerns. I sent a complaint to resolve issue and they sent me this email:

Thank you for your interest in Red Lobster. When ordering select "catering" and you should have no problem ordering in advance. Thank you again for reaching out to Red Lobster, we enjoy hearing from our guests.

Unfortunately, lack of customer service takes my business elsewhere. I tried.

I really like eating at Red Lobster. Our waitress, Patrice was great and the food was delicious!

However, when we were waiting for our bill and young man came in with a box of various candy bars asking all the customers at their tables if we wanted to contribute to some sort of charity and get a candy bar. Is this allowed?

It seems like you go in to have a good meal and not to have someone asking for money. How do we know it was legit? If this happens often, it would make me not want to eat there any more.

This was at Red Lobster, Peoria, IL. It's a shame that you can't eat a good meal without someone asking for money! That is my complaint. Other than that, we really like Red Lobster--or did!

We went to your establishment in Salisbury MD yesterday and they were so under staffed, our server never checked back with us but once and to collect the monies. We have always had good service and good food there, but not now.

We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and they were absolutely terrible ( we have had them every time we go there) and your company has changed the recipe it is all filler! Very disapointing especially for as much as they cost.

The Seafood Alfredo was very dry. 00 ( not including the tip which we gave $20%) for 3 people for dinner.

I didn’t want to do this but the last 2 times I’ve ordered from your establishment in Chesapeake near Chesapeake square mall; when I ordered and came to pick up I waited 30 minutes outside for the pick up and 30 minutes in the lobby.

Also, when I got my order the food was cold and I only got half my order but didn’t realize it was half the order until I got to my home in Portsmouth Virginia then I had to turn back around and wait an additional 20 min to get my food.

I like your lobster spinach dip and that’s all I come for to get from the establishment. No one said sorry or showed any sympathy. No one reimbursed me for the gas it took to go all the way back.

Has the worst policy for customer complaints and are very vague about solving the problem...there is no type of resolving the problem and coming to an agreement on the outcome. The supervisor was moving the entire time she came and spoke to me she didn't even introduce herself when she can over waving her hands. How this place is still in business is beyond me.

My husband and I recently had dinner at the Red Lobster in Fairview Heights IL. We hadn’t been there in sometime. As soon as we walked in, we remembered why. The restaurant is dirty, (filthy even) from the handprints all over the glass entry door to the dark greasy floors.

I would venture to say that the tile walls in the restroom have NEVER been scrubbed down. Even the menus needed a good cleaning. Thank goodness we couldn’t see the food prep area! It’s a shame because the food is good and the service was excellent.

Surely the cost of a professional cleaning crew is tax deductible.

I did not want to even give this Red Lobster one star. I went to Red Lobster yesterday and once seated no one paid attention to us for 10 minutes. Then someone came and took our drink order which took another 10-15 minutes. No biscuits nothing.

Then a waitress came over and took our order. They were out of French fries, broccoli, and macaroni and cheese. I was not told this until the order was taken to the kitchen and another waitress came over to inform me of this so I had to pick something else.

So, I picked Caesar salad. So, my order was Coconut shrimp dinner and my grandson ordered popcorn shrimp and had to choose the oranges. So off they went to fix that on my order.

Took my 90 year old mom out for lunch today at red lobster. I am a veteran. Ordered 2 fish & chips dinner, we always order the side salad instead of coleslaw for we both have chewing problems. We've been doing this for years! The manager there Mr.

Chadwick would not honor us. We could have all the biscuits and free refills of soda that we wanted but no side salad without an upcharge. Does this make sense? I think not. Mr. Chadwick was very rude and unhelpful.

I told him that we would not be back and I would leave a review and he just smirked and didn't care. Is this how you train all your managers? To be rude and unfair.?? Very mean and not right. Is this always Mr.

Went to the red lobster on 3564 Springdale Rd Cincinnati Ohio 45251-1331 we had 7 people in our party so we did the call ahead seating when we got there we got seated right away then we waited for our waiter for at least 15 minutes before he even acknowledged us being there well he took our drink order and we got that then he took our order then

I can’t believe that Red Lobster has got so cheapskate and stooped so low as to now offer a salad as a side but charge extra if you choose one. And also charge to add cheese to baked potatoes as now they only come with butter and sour cream.

And the automated check out is the worst idea ever. You want me to check myself out and leave a tip for doing your job? The food and atmosphere was good but the prices haves soared and service has dropped.

I will not be back !

On February 25, 2023 at around 5 pm. I took my husband to your establishment for my husband’s 63 birthday as he had never been there before. So I surprised him for a special dinner. The food was very good but the service we had was not.

The waitress brought one appetizer out then the other was a good 15 minutes later. When she brought out appetizers it was tossed on our table and she was gone. There were only two other tables in our area that were occupied so why such a horrible rush.

When we received our main course once again going drop and took off I called for her to let her know we did not get our salad and told her to remove it from our bill. She never came back to refill our drinks or see if we needed anything other than dropping our check on the table.

On Sunday February 26,2023 my family and myself went to RedLobster to celebrate my cousin birthday it was 25 guest in all. They told us it was going to be an 1 hour wait before we could be seated. When we finally got seated it took over 30 minutes for them to even come back to the table and bring us some menus.

The menus should have been brought out as soon as they sat us down. The waiter eventually came back to take our drink order that was another 30 minutes right there we was waiting just to order drinks.

Finally the drinks came and he was ready to take our food order. By it being such a big party I don’t understand why they didn’t give the waiter some help only one person taking our order. We had been there for an 1&1/2 and we finally placed our food order.

I can’t put into words my experience. I would prefer to speak with someone. We were left with no food for over 2 1/2 hours! Could not get manager for help. We walked out and the employees chased us screaming curse words.

We gladly walked back in to pay and finally the manager appeared after sending 2 fake managers to help us! I have all the names of each employee who treated us worse than I have ever been treated!! We were not the only ones treated this way..

99. When the lobster came to the table( I ordered the same dinner for my Daughter). The lobster were very small. I asked to speak to the Manager & when he came over he said they are all that size.

It was a special occasion & I was very disappointed looking to have a tasty lobster. In the first place I don’t think he should have approached the situation with no one else complained. I don’t feel as though that should defer my request for a replacement or some type of credit .

For ash wednesday my wife and i after a hard days work judt wanted to unwind. So we ordered curnside pickup. I ordered crab alfredo she ordered. The food qas promptly served at the specified time which was great. When i got home and opened the containers, thats when the fun began.

The fish was about the size of a small drink coaster with a whopping 4 langastinos on it with a 2 oz scoop of rice. Very disapppinted that i had paid over $24 for this joke of a meal But the best was yet to come.

I opened the other container. Well at least i tried but the container was obviously under a heat lamo for so long that the llastic container had actually fused together making it impossible to open without a knife to cut it open.

My complaint is on Food poisoning took place with my three granddaughters & myself. For my Birthday they told me to choose a restaurant- I chose Red Lobster!! It was about 7pm central time - on Saturday 2/04/23 we went to eat there.

Little did I know on Monday 2/6/23 all four of us went running to the bathroom… throwing up! & Diarrhea coming out of Both ends of our bodies. We were sicker than dogs!! It was soooo bad!!! Now, I called guest services & the General store manager.

She supposed to have reimbursed me for all four of our meals on 2/15/23 I’m still waiting.. Help me please!!!!

For by Birthday, we scheduled a Saturday visit to Red Lobster based on the positive review by WSJ however it was anything but satisfactory. The whole Lobster came face down but without the standard tail meat sliced and exposed. The butter was not clarified but regular butter with cloudy composition.

The nut cracker was a joke and very small to the point the tail claws were almost impossible to wrap. I am from DC and our seafood restaurants do not have a problem with these salient points. The cost of this debacle was $100 which included tip.

At this point I have canceled a March 4th date to attend the Kingston Pike Knoxville TN location with family due to our experience I would expect a reply to my egregious experience.

I love Red Lobster and I have the Red Lobster app on my phone. I normally do not complain but, on Tuesday, February 14 two friends and I went out to eat at Red Lobster. I ordered the Ultimate Feast did not understand my $40 meal did come with a free salad asked for sour cream and butter on the side.

My potato was served with sour cream on my baked potato and no butter!!!! I was paying for my one friends meal for her birthday and she ordered Shrimp Scampi. We only received one basket (4) of buns! Our service was poor at best!

Upon paying we figured out he mixed up the bills and I was charged for the wrong meal for my friend. We told him and he asked if we could figure out the difference!!!! Which for some reason we did.

Now looking at the bills I am not sure the bills were right for…

I believe I was over charged..Our waitress asked us if we wanted anything else we said no and she said cash or credit before ever Bringing us our bill it was folded and she flipped it to the total and I just paid it..My daughter said it should have been around $102 but the bill said $130...I would like to see my bill of possible...we sat in the bar area on 2/13/23 and arrived around 230pm
