Our waitress on 2/13/23 I believe charged me to much. and before she brought our bill she said cash or credit then brought our bill and it was folded she flipped over so I could only see the total after leaving and

talking about it with my daughter she said it should have only been around $102 and my receipt said $130 I gave her $150 $100 in a gift card and $50 cash... We sat in the bar area We arrived around 230pm

I will start by saying, I have not been to Red Lobster since 2005-6. I ordered to go food from Red Lobster in South OKC on Valentine's Day. I work as a server at a steakhouse in OKC. I completely understand that this is the busiest day of the year for restaurants.

I expected a long wait time. I expected them to be completely busy. I tried to order online but it kept taking everything out of my cart, so I had to call in my order. I finally spoke to someone because the automated order wouldn't let me modify anything.

I got my food ordered, I ordered seafood stuffed mushrooms, Walt Shrimp with fries and a loaded baked potato, NY strip-MW, with bacon mac and cheese and a baked potato loaded no sour cream and the Seaside Shrimp Trio with bacon mac and cheese and a house salad with ranch.

I went for Valentines Day and manager called my name waiting to be seated one of your hosts sat another younger couple that just walked in and we were next to be seated the manager told us. I spoke up and said my party was next waiting and then the manager had us placed in a room that was half empty in the corner with a server that didn't know anything when we ordered. "Cavon" was his name.

He questioned me twice about what we wanted talked over me and my boyfriend being argumentative when I as the customer had to tell him about the meals coming with two side dishes and we wanted to upgrade. He seemed disoriented walking around and we asked him were our drinks and rolls are?

I had 3 issues with the Restaurant off of 375 in El Paso TX on 3 Feb. Today the General Ma ager . Today she called me at 2:15 and before answering my 3 issues she hung up on me.

The first issue was we had 4 people and my wife called and asked when were the other three people were to arrive. Less than 5 minutes later they showed up. The restaurant was over half empty and they refused to seat us before all arrived.

Common sence we should have been seated. ost full you might ask to wait but there were all the larger tables empty. GM should never hang up on a phone call se iniciated and refuse a call back. She is to young to be a GM and immature.

Made different than normal as well So I asked to speak with the manager of Resturant the manager by the name of PAUL immediately comes out Yelling at me saying im trying to get free food and I was formerly trespass from there I was shocked!!! like wrong person sir!!! I’m spending my money!!!

They have you waiting for over 45 mins. They say they will be right with you but never come back to check on you. Very bad customer service. It’s like they don’t care about where the customer stays or goes.

I would like my tip refunded for the service I received for an online order #16044041569239042. The manager refused to help me at all. I ordered food and received a text message stating it would be out shortly. After waiting 20min in the parking lot I went in and they "put my food together" on the spot.

It was cold when I received it. I asked for some sort of help from the manager or to refund my tip and she told me to leave and have a nice day. I want the tip refunded to my account.

I do not want to provide a tip for poor service.

We arrived at 6pm didn't get offered a drink until 30 minutes later.

Finally we had to ask someone abouts our drinks. Teas.. when she did ask us for our drink we went ahead and ordered our food. Then we waited 1 hour 30 minutes for our food. Same waitress the people came in later than us they received their food first.

We placed an order for pickup which was supposed to be ready at 5:43pm. When I arrived at 5:45 pm I was told the order would be ready in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I was told that the order was being put together and they were only waiting on the biscuits.

30 minutes later at 6:15pm the order was ready. The ride home is only 5 minutes from the restaurant, however when we got home the food was ice cold and there were NO BISCUITS, which is what held up the order ??

Also the paper bag was wet on the bottom and the food broke through the bag and fell onto the car seat. 00 nightmare. This was the worst experience I ever had and I will not return anytime soon. Store 0379; check # 713860 on 02/03/2023.

I had curbside, waiting 15 minutes and texted three minutes, after that I went in to find one gentleman doing bar orders and putting in other orders, waited another 15 minutes for my order. Got home, just 1 and 1/2 miles away, food was cold.

With times as tough as they are, losing my husband, it was time for me to go out and have lunch, I picked Red Lobster, dinner was great, waited very nice, till I got the bill my only complaint was a glass of tea $3.36 in Sherman Texas, that is the biggest rip off I have ever seen, over charging customers. We took our grandkids bc they love red lobster. The tea had a bad taste the server said they had new tea brewers we said ok and got something else. When our food arrived the kids shrimp was barely cooked some had no breading and French fries were soft and flimsy.

Kids didn’t eat we boxed up and brought home. I had the same thing as the kids, popcorn shrimp and mine was just like theirs had to bring home to cook more. It looked as if we got what left at the bottom of the bag.

We ate at the one in Myrtle Beach and it was great. This one on Charleston hwy in West Columbia sucks. And no I didn’t tell our server bc we only saw her twice Lynn Butler

I am writing about a continuous problem with the location at the top of the page. This location, which my wife and I have been to numerous times over the years, seems to always have something that occurs that completely interferes with our ability to have a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.

To start with, most typically they try to seat us near the restroom or near the busy and hectic kitchen-to which we have learned to reject those tables; maybe it is because we are a couple and not a larger group, but this type of thing happens too frequently to be random.

On this occasion, it started off with an 8-10 minute wait before anyone came to seat us. It was on a Friday around 3:30 pm. too calm apparently. A line formed with 5 couples waiting to get…

I went to dine in at the Red Lobster in Richmond KY w my son. I always enjoy the food, but upon receiving my order of bay scallops I have never been so disappointed in a seafood dish in my entire life.

The scallop’s were the size of a dime or smaller! They were so small!! The shrimp scampi was good, but cold! The service was ok, very slow w minimal people in the restaurant. Not sure as to the circumstances w severs or the cooking staff?

I never complained, and ate most of my meal and paid my check, BUT I probably will never go back to this location in Richmond, KY or a Red Lobster. For the quality and quantity I received the price I paid was definitely not worth it!! Very Disappointed!

I go to red lobster frequently, usually for curbside orders. About a month ago I was visiting the west Omaha location for a curbside order and waited about 35 minutes in curbside after my order should have been ready. After waiting longer than usual, I called and the hostess admitted she forgot to tell the waitstaff that I was here to pick-up my food.

Although annoyed, I shrugged it off as I usually have great experiences at RL and understanding as a manger in the service industry that's things can be overwhelming at times and perhaps this was just an off day. On December 28th I did a curbside order again.

I completed an online order at 11:18 am on 1/8/2023, Order # 15369407415255042. At 1:17pm I called to see if my order could be picked up at an earlier time since I was finished my errands earlier than expected. A young lady name Nikki answered the phone and when I explained what I wanted to do she asked me to hold.

I was on told for 35 minutes. I was still on hold when I arrived at the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. I explained what I was trying to do and she stated that they had no way of accessing my my order because of the time.

We went to Red Lobster in Mechanicsburg PA on Dec. 17th 2022. Waitress was Caitlyn and we were at table 34. Time of check was 6:49 and check # was 37213. When we were seated it was freezing because there was a vent above us blowing cold air.

we asked to move to another table and our waitress said that she would have to get permission for us to move but she never offered to check. table was too tiny for all the plates for the 4 of us.

I made a reservation tonight at 5:30PM at the Red Lobster in Oceanside, California. Upon arrival, I gave my name and was told they have no reservation under my name, no big deal as she sat us right away. We were seated at 5:35PM.

Five minutes later the waitress took our drink order, 15 minutes later our drinks come and the waitress says I’ll be right back to take your order. 23 minutes later she comes back to take our order. 32 minutes later she brings our salads.

Another 25 minutes goes by and I ask, how much longer will it be for our meals? She says pretty quick. Another 28 minutes go by and she brings our meals, totally not what we ordered! I finally say just give me my check fie two Iced Teas and two salads.

This was the 4th time I ordered lobster tails to get leftover tails. I did try to prevent this from happening. I wrote a clear instruction on the online take-out order which stated clearly these two tails orders must be freshly cooked.

Yet I still ended up with a leftover-tail on the night of Christmas Eve. This store at Bridge Port, CT was not trustful and offered bad service at the expense of customers and the chain stores’ brand name.

Ordered Food for our Christmas Party here at Our Clinic Holiday Party. Spoke with manager Matthew Morris. Told him I had mold on my broccoli. He then stated that they have broccoli like this all the time and it wasn't molded bc it didn't have the white fuzzy stuff on there.

We were at the Red Lobster in Gadsden, AL and my husband asked for Splenda for his tea. We had to ask twice for the Splenda. We did not have silverware and had to ask theee times for silverware so we could eat our meal.

My husband ate his salad with his fingers as she was very slow in getting our silverware. We don’t remember the server’s name but she was not a good server. This is the first time we have had bad service at this Red Lobster.

We are not sure if we will return or not.

We recently went to Queensbury, NY, and after having a horrible meal with the better entrees, we started with a chowder that was like milk! After all was said and done our bill was a horrendous $112! I travelled to Huntsville, AL sat, dec 3rd for a work conference and decided to eat at red lobster located on university drive. The staff were not friendly, but the one that stood out was the young Caucasian boy with dark brown neck length hair.

He was working the front and when I first came in he immediately put his head down and did not acknowledge me, greet me or said anything to me. I was standing in front of the podium right in front of him and he would ignore me and start talking to his coworker.

He did this several times through out the time I was there waiting for my food. (Somebody else took my order). Anytime he saw me approaching him, he would either put his head down or find an excuse to go to the back.

Hi my husband, son, daughter and I went to Red Lobster last night. The location was Camp Creek in Atlanta, GA. The atmosphere was great. We had a great server. We were not happy that your prices has increased though.

I ordered a well done cheeseburger cut in half and fries. When my server brought it out, it was pink. I tasted it and it was also bland. She apologized and took it back. Well when she brought it back, it was the same burger that looked like it had been put in the microwave. It was dried out.

The reason I knew it was the same burger is because remember I tasted a little piece of it and it was cut in half so I knew they couldn’t have taken it out of the bread and put it back on the burner. I took a few bites.

Hi. Took my fiance to Red Lobster in Akron Ohio. Montrose, for his birthday yesterday. There were 4 of us. The bill was $196. I treated. Myself, fiance, his daughter and her husband. Red Lobster is one of his favorite restaurants.

I usually order the salmon, shrimp and Lobster entre. It has always been very good in the past. When I received my food, I noticed the Lobster did not seem right, it was much softer than usual and a little gooey.

I should not have eaten it but there was no bad taste to the Lobster. Now, thinking back, I do not think the Lobster was cooked properly but I did not say anything at the time. I thought maybe it was just me.

, Southaven, MS 38671. During that visit I ordered the Fish and Chips meal. My first complaint was the biscuits were hard and seem like they were heated over and over. The Cole slaw tasted tangy or spoiled. I told the waitress there was something wrong with slaw and it didn't taste right.

I then asked her to substitute for a salad. She said I need to talk to the Manager and I did. She said I couldn't substitute because the slaw came with the meal and I would have to pay for the salad or any other side dish.

This location ruin my birthday. Service so bad only got 2 rounds of endless shrimp. My brother wasn't notify his meal wasn't coming an hour later. They ran out of potatoes for lobster potato. My brother drank a lot of beer for his dinner meanwhile he watch us eat our food.

Then I ask what happened to my fully loaded potato? Omg frustrating. Where our drinks. My Coworkers and niece couldn't get there drinks 45: minutes later. Server handed my 13 year old nephew a hot plate. The reason why we got a 2nd round of shrimp manager Andrew help our server.

I came in at 6:55pm with my mom to order endless shrimp. I sat down and thewaitress came we placed an order for an app artichoke dip and our food which was Cajun chicken linguine and endless shrimp. It took 25 mins for the app to come out and the lobster meat was cold so I sent it back.

I don't know if that made the cook mad because our food never came we waited for shrimp for over 45 mins our waitress came one time to tell us food was coming and we waited another 15 mins and no food. I don't mind waiting but there was 3 couples that came after us and got they got their food.

I work in the tourist industry in Niagara Falls canada so I use to reccomend the red lobster often to people but after the other night when I ate there I am not sure if I should be reccomend it any more. We visited a Harrisburg VA establishment on Oct 10 2022. We ordered the pick your own 3 combo. The waitress brought us broiled flounder. We had order double fried flounder and coconut shrimp. She then said she would see what she could do.

She returned 10 minutes later with 1 1:2 pieces of flounder. Explained we had a ordered double again she said will see what I can do. Our other good had become cold and we never received our flounder. We never got a drink refill or any extra biscuits.

This was the only time I ever had a bad experience at any red lobster but this was absolutely terrible!
