My husband and I went to the Red Lobster at 1848 Alysheba Way Lexington, KY 40509 on 10-5-2022 at 4:50pm. We were seated right away. We waited about 15 minutes before our waitress acknowledged us. And it was only after my husband got the host attention while he was seating another table.

We the waitress came to our table we gave her our drink, appetizer and food order. She brought my husband his drink and told me mine was ready at the bar and she need to go get it. We waited another 20 minutes for our food.

When it came it was cold. We got the endless shrimp and she asked if we wanted to put in a refill order. We did. My husband told her to make she doesn't charge us for the appetizer since we didn't get it.

She said didn't even put it in and she had done that for a long time. She kept…

Last night my husband and I got to Red Lobster at 4:50 pm the waitress didn't acknowledge us until 5:06 pm. When the waitress finally showed up she kept making excuses and over compensating with the talking non stop about nothing someone comes out to eat wants to hear.

We gave her our drink, appetizer, and food order. We never received our appetizer, our food came out 20 minutes later cold. we ordered the endless shrimp, when we put in a refill on shrimp that took another 20 minutes to get, it took her just as long to refill my husbands soda.

waitress kept coming by the table saying she was going to check on food. She commented to us that all 3 of her tables put in orders at the same time. by the time she brought it we were ready to go.

My family and I attempted to visit the Red Lobster in Columbia, Maryland on Monday October 3rd, 2022 @ 8:27 pm. Much to our surprise the door was locked when we went to open the door. Another lady walked up and did the same thing and looked very surprised to know the door was locked especially since she was picking up a called in order to go.

The lady called the restaraunt and advised the person that answered the phone that she was at the door to pick up her order but the door is locked. When the associate opened the door to let the lady in, I walked in as well and asked for the manager.

I looked around and the restaraunt was full of customers still ordering as well as eating. I asked to speak to the manager and the associate pointed her out to me. I asked why the door was locked at 8:27…

We visited red lobster in brantford Ontario at king George road location today at about 3 pm sept 20/22.. our waitress was Kim .. my wife ordered seafarers meal and mine was ultimate feast with add one.. my crab legs were served cold..

I ordered curbside from red lobster on Saturday 9/10/22. The food was cold when I got it. There was no bread or silverware. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager, I was placed on hold, and they eventually hung up .

No one came to the phone. I will not go back. It sucks.

Came in with three friends. 71. The clam chowder was fine. The appetizer seafood mushrooms was good. My steak and Lobster was the problem. I ordered the steak medium well. I wanted some pink. The steak was dry hard and not hot.

The butter for lobster was not hot. You could see the layers of butter. My baked potato was small. It was hard. It clearly was not cooked done. I actually had to use a knife to cut it and it had some bad spots in the potato like it was rotten. I was very disappointed. Red Lobster 6230.

My wife and I visited the Red lobster on Gordon highway in Augusta Georgia.

First of all the food was really good but our waitress never refilled my drink and never brought us anymore bread . I still gave her a good tip but next time this happens she may not get one. She brought our food and salad but after that we didn’t see her that much Thank you Disappointed

I usually love ordering red lobster to go on special occasions or when I am too tired to cook and have always been please with the quality and customer service. This time I had a bad experience due to food issues and being given the wrong order.

I had ordered the admirals feast with a salad and loaded lobster baked potato. I should have thought to check the bag before I drive home but I didn’t. There was no salad for my second side and I was given some sort of Alfredo dish and this other item I was not even sure what it was.

The customer service was great, but I was saddened to see that I was not given my original order which was more expensive than the items I received and part of it was missing. I have attached pictures of the items that they gave in this order.

E colonial location the workers are extremely ghetto the establishment smells like marijuana and beer. The employees are rude even the waitresses smell as if they were smoking before taking our orders. I though employers drug test their employees obviously not this location.

Hello, We came out to Niagara Falls for the day on Friday August 19, 2022 and we came to your Red Lobster restaurant on Lundy Lane for dinner. We waited over 40 minutes for a table and were happy to be seated and to be able to start our meal.

Our waitress was icy to begin with and only became more unpleasant as our night unfolded. My husband is allergic to dairy (cheese in particular), we love the biscuits and wanted to give our server a heads up to ask if we could have a few made without the cheese.

We tried to tell our server very early on but she walked away and we couldn’t find her so we found an available server and asked them to convey our request to the kitchen for us. Our server came back seemingly annoyed and when she took our dinner order she made a point to tell my husband…

My husband opened up his silverware took out a fork sat the other fork, knife and napkin to the side. When he picked it back up there were 2 long brown hairs wrapped around the fork. The waiter told the manager she said she would look to see who had that color hair.

Filled out the survey they sent before eating. Ordered delivery,was very late.

Specifically called to ask for extra butter and lemon,as the option was not on menu. Spoke to Alexandria. Could instantly tell by her response,that it wasn't going to happen. She said,"yeah yeah ,ok " bet my husband $$$ that she wasn't going to take care of it. She didn't.

Entirely too long of a wait time for online orders. Too many employees standing around laughing and joking one employee even came out of the kitchen saying Fuck this!! Very inappropriate too many empty tables to have a wait time.

I was told that I could not order over the phone & that I would have go online. I explained to the woman that I just got out of the hospital after an 8 month stay& am now home & I am on Hospice.

I don’t know what my future holds, but after much discussion the woman let me order. Clam strips only come on a special, but since I was so hungry for them, I placed the order. I ordered clam strips, a ceaser salad, 6 biscuits & a shrimp cocktail.

My husband went to pick up the order at the bar & no one was at the door to help him open the two heavy doors. A customer was wating for her order & helped my husband, as he uses a walker & is 100 percent disabled through the VA!!!!

He paid for the items and came home to tell me his experience. Needless to say the clam strips wer terrible, dry & cold,…

Why is it that this place likes to hire sex offenders? It’s literally disgusting and sick. Especially for the women working there. Considering there has been sources where women are being cat called and treated disrespectfully. You guys should maybe rethink on the people you hire especially the men.

Since clearly y’all don’t really care so much about the criminal records. But yet still let them work there. It’s very disturbing coming in the restaurant only to feel that I don’t feel safe or even feel comfortable in the environment there.

I placed an order to go 7/4/22 with manager and was going to pick up at 5 pm. Order was $96 plus tip. I waited about 20 minutes to get order and baked potato or mashed pot as ordered. Steak was ell both of them I ordered medium and didn’t receive any butter for lobster and no butter or sour cream for the baked pots. Springfield,IL store.

I ordered Red Lobster through GrubHub on 6/24. When I was able to get to my food, the quality was sub-par. The Caesar salad was smade with lettuce that was starting to brown and incldued the bottom portion of the head that was bitter. The croutons and parmesan cheese were both missing. I ordered late, so the restaurant was closed by the time I was noticed. The portion for the rice was also much smaller than normal, maybe a third of a cup total.

Of the four or five times I've had food from this Red Lobster, all of them except one have had issues with the food. One time, the Langostino mashed potatoes did not have the topping, another the stuffed mushrooms were incredibly soggy, and another the biscuits were missing. It's been a consistently poor experience.

On June 23,2022 approximately 7:50 pm. I placed an order. After I submitted the order I realized I made a mistake with a side order and I contacted the Bay Plaza location immediately to change one of the side orders from mashed Potatoes to a side salad.

The young lady who answered the phone did not give her name. She came back and said she could not change it because the order already went in and it was ready. I said I placed the order less than 2 minutes ago.

She informed me her manager said , it could not be done. I have noticed over time that this happens in minority neighborhoods. You need to train your employees to recognize when we decide to spend our hard earned money and your website clearly states to contact Red Lobster in regards to changes in an order, should be honored!!!!!…

I placed an order on last Sunday, June 19, 2022 on Father's Day and had a horrible experience. My daughter picked up our curbside to go order and was told that all items were in the bag. She returned home and we noticed that a few items were missing.

I called the North Las Vegas location on Craig Rd and spoke with a young women who stated that there was a second bag that belonged to us and if we we came back she would have it ready for us. My daughter proceeded to the location again and called the number once she arrived.

She was in hold for 10 minutes before speaking to the manager and he suggested giving her a gift card for items missing and our remaining order will be right out. Well my daughter waited another 15 minutes and no one ever came to the vehicle.

Yesterday my brother was in the hospital he had just had his toes amputated so I bought us some red lobster. The total bill was 84.95. I ordered a ultimate surf and turf and admiral’s feast with a dozen extra biscuits. Upon arriving at the hospital I soon realized we had no silverware!! I couldn’t eat my surf and turf. My brother got to eat some of his order but only a small amount. This was a waste of my money. He’s still in the hospital. I did bring my food home and I finally got to eat it after it was cold and reheated. I tried to get silverware at the hospital but they didn’t have any. Anyway just the fact that I paid so much for this meal to end up not getting silverware was very upsetting.

So I was told at the restaurant that I could not use a coupon on the same bill as my gift cards. A gift card is the same as being paid by any other method, except your company was entrusted with the payment well in advance with the understanding that the gift card would be accepted as a payment method.

A coupon is a discount, having nothing to do with the payment method in any way shape or form. The restaurant refused my coupon and I ultimately paid the extra money that the coupon offered to save me on my visit.

Very disappointed by the logic of the staff and your company in general on this visit. I have had food issues in the past, but never have encountered such flawed logic such as this when using any coupon for any establishment in the past.

At the Waterford, Michigan Telegraph location Red Lobster, the two hosts called my name and then proceeded to make a mochary of my first name after it was called. The very thin, tall, black man with the pointy goatee and a buzz hair cut was loudly making fun of the pronunciation of my first name and loudly laughing about it.

The two hosts were laughing histarically. One host was tall and very thin with a pointy goatee with buzzed short hair and a dark complexion and the other was a white male with brown hair and blue eyes. This happened on Mother’s Day at approximately 2:30-3pm.

We ate at red lobster at 11am today. 5/3/22. My oldest son got the lobster pizza that gave him the runs. My other son n had the coconut shrimp & an ice water. He found a tiny square piece of metal in his mouth. I took pictures. He also had a fork with food stuck on it. I look up out of frustration & dust is all over the light over our table. My food comes (pick 3) I had two picks of shrimp scampi and a pick of coconut shrimp. I also got the runs, a headache & tip of my younger lost feeling about 30-60 min later.

Also, I use to get a big salad with this meal. Now it’s small. I use to also pay about 13$ for this meal & now it’s 23$.

We will not be returning.

The only good thing was our waitress. She was the best.

3/18/2022 @ 13:38 pm. Met with friends to have lunch. Table 30 waitress Ashanti H. Waitress not friendly. , salad & main course. We got our app. Then 40 minutes later she brought our entrees WITHOUT bringing our salads first .

We told her we wanted our salads then our meal. She came back with our salads , then brought our entrees back out which had been sitting under heat lamps. She NEVER apologized for anything. It’s apparent this person needs to be retrained.

We were very disappointed since we had driven to Norman from Sulphur Ok to have lunch.

I have been waiting for a call back after talking to someone from complaints was having the manager to call me and it's been two weeks now. I went to Red Lobster in Columbus , GA for Valentines dinner out. We certainly picked the wrong restaurant. Service was horrible and food was not good. We waited more than 10 minutes before anyone came to get drink order.

Took probably another 20 minutes to get salad, bread and then had to wait on drinks. Food came much later and baked potatoes were not even hot. We finally got tea refills after we were done eating and never got tarter sauce that we requested.

I had to get up and ask bartender for ticket. It was not busy in the restaurant, and now I know why! I will not be going back here!

Dined at the above identified location on this date. The restaurant was approximately 30% filled with guest. The service to received the food was extremely slow and I complained to the waitress that my baked potato had actually gotten cold while waiting for the remainder of my order.

It says on their website that Senior discounts are offered nationwide. I told our waitress we were seniors and asked her for a discount. She told me they don't offer tat in all restaurants and the one in Bakersfield, CA does not. We ordered.

I asked for a vodka soda. I then asked her what brands they served? " I told her to just order a vodka soda. She came back with an ice tea for my friend but nothing for me. I didn't get my drink until just before our food was served.

The ice was mostly melted because it had been sitting on the bar all that time. My friend ordered filet Mignon. It was maybe 1 inch thick and a very odd shape. Not round. I ordered NY strip. It was tough.

The service was terrible. It took forever for my daughter to get a strawberry smoothie from the bar. The server didn't do a great job overall. She gave me my (extremely hot) Ultimate Feast plate with a small fork and no lemon and crab crackers.

I asked for crab crackers and she told me the entire restaurant did not have crab crackers. Really?! Then I asked for a to go box. I took the crab legs home since the restaurant didn't have any crab crackers.

The box was too small. When she came back and I asked her for another box for the crab legs, she gave me the same small size box. I immediately told her that the crab legs will not fit in the small box.

Hello My complaint is that on 08/22/2021 I visit your restaurant to celebrate my daughter's 27th birthday with my family. When I informed the waitress of the birthday so that her service would sing my daughter's birthday with her piece of dessert she said ok.

At the end of dinner she decided to take someone else's dessert and put a candle on it and sing to her. Alzo there bring a bowl of ice cream and tell us that was the celebration dessert that was very bad.

Also when I started looking for them to do what I had asked they were avoiding me. I think if you as a restaurant no longer do that kind of celebration the staff could inform it and so everything would be fine for everyone.

And my daughter would not have been disappointing on her special day as was everyone who was at dinner next…

I’m writing because I contacted Monroe red lobster about an awful dining experience we encountered months ago the manager on duty explained she was on that evening and said she apologized etc for our dinner mishaps. Said she was sending a e-gift card never did it over 2 weeks ago now.

Red Lobster 6378 in Palm Desert, CA. We had appetizers and drinks at the bar while waiting 25 minutes for our table. We had Crab-stuffed shrimp rangoon, Bacon-wrapped sea scallops and Fried Calamari. The Fried Calamari wasn't fried at all, it was like it was microwaved, the other appetizers were fine.

I noticed about 40 minutes had passed and asked the hostess about my table as she was getting ready to take another party to their table who had just walked in. She took me to a table, i retrieved the rest of my party and paid the bar tab.

We were in to eat at the Lee's Summit, MO Red Lobster on 7/2/2021 for dinner. Our check number was 65608 in the amount of $57.29 including the tip. Both of our salads had rusty lettuce in them which we picked out and also told the waitress about. She just said, "I'm sorry", but did not offer to replace them for us. When the food arrived, my wife's baked potatoe had three bad places in it. She cut them out and laid them to the side. Dinner for 4 our food about time we got our food was cool. Not enough staff Farthers day a total disaster. We order drinks from the bar was the highlight of the day. The potatoes look like they were rejects.

We pay too much money to get things not right. Seem like they had a problem getting refills for lemonade and biscuits. When I pay more than $100 something I expect hot food an better potatoes yall need to complain to the company yall order them from it unacceptable.

Will not return on busy days an will order french fries instead of potatoes. And will make sure my food always warm or hot the food had to be sitting for it to be that cool an if ask to warm up would might be a longer wait.

we were at the location in Pasadena Tx on Spencer Hwy-- the waitress spilled food onto my son's lap and all she said was "Oh No" and picked it up and put it back on his plate and gave it to him. I called for the manager --my son went to the restroom to wash/clean his shirt.

The manager came to our table I told him what had happened he said that it was just a accident and she didn't do it on purpose and i said i know that -- again no apology from the waitress or the manager. He 1st offer 30 PERCENT off our meal and then offer my son his meal free -- and then offer our complete meal free--after i told him 3 times that we were leaving and i would be sending a complaint to the corp.

Food was not tasty at all, still waiting on one of my sides, awful, manager came over acting like it's my fault, poor service.
