KIlleen location. I eat at Red Lobster once a week and have for a long time. The last two times have been unacceptable. I always order the Coconut Shrimp with the sauce. The last time they were out of sauce. I can't imagine how that happens unless it is bad management. I wrote it off to a bad example and then noticed the biscuits which are the second reason I loved Red lobster were flat, dry and without the same quality taste. I thought this in unusual. Undeterred I returned the next week to my favorite seafood spot and found there was no sauce for the coconut shrimp again and again the biscuits were flat, dry and poor taste.

Once is a mistake, twice is unacceptable. The water said that Red Lobster did not send the sauce when they requested it. I am very disappointed in the failure of…

Very Disappointed in the service We received on 6/8/21 there was hardly anyone in the restaurant and its been about 2 years since we have been the waitress totally messed up our order and we wanted to substitute something and she told us we could and never brought out the salad and then didnt even bring what we asked for , My husband was very upset esp for the price , So

the Manager guessing it was Wayne Kopriva didn't introduce himself came out brought us some lobster sauce and offered us some dessert well needless to say the Salad was bascily all croutons and no biscuits then an attitude from the waitress for something that cost 40 dollars we should have gotten everything with at least a smile , We were out Celebrating and thought we would try Red Lobster Again well that wont happen…

WELL the prices have gotten ridiculous, Especially for the service we Received!! We wanted to substitute something which was fine but they totally screwed it up then didnt even bring the salad and charged us extra for what we SUBSTITUTED but the real kicker is that we didnt get what we ordered then

the MANAGER came out to try to make it better Lol sent us home with the Salad ( which was a Cruton salad horrible so 40 dollars later no BISCUITS and there was hardly anyone in there VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE OF RED LOBESTER

I have been eating at Red Lobster for many years in the past but I haven't been back there since COVID because of there lack of customer service and being so unorganized. I finally decided to try them again. When I got there and found out there whole entire menu changed I was really disappointed.

No more honey glazed chicken? WOW! There whole menu is set up like a low class carryout restaurant from a small town. This place is nothing like it used to be and should be shut down. I will never go back there ever again.

I found a new place to eat with great taste and great service. Long Horn my favorite place now

I ordered a lobster at Red Lobster. No scissors or any kind of tool came with the meal in order to remove the meat. They did not prepare the lobster so a guest could eat it. After an hour with butter all over me and my clothes, and only getting two ounces of meat, I gave up.

I will never be back to Red Lobster. I’ve eaten lobster and crab all over the Eastern Shore of Virginia and was never treated so badly. The lobster wasn’t prepared for anyone to eat it. I left the restaurant more hungry than when I arrived.

They did not open even the tail. I paid $53 dollars for a meal, I couldn’t eat. Done with Red Lobster. I asked the waitress how I was supposed to open the carapace. She had no ideas.

I went to red lobster on Bedford euless rd. I’ve always loved going there! Especially on special occasions. Well today (Mother’s Day) and was very disappointed! Myself and family were discussing if we wanted to wait that long. So I went back and ask the 2 young ladies at the table out front to ask how much longer.

She told me we waited to long and we would be at the bottom of the list. I never thought I’d be treated like that at red lobster. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! And they were locking the door.

We were at the Red Lobster in Avon Indiana on 4/24/2021. That was the worst meal ever. Nothing was right about it. My fish was full of grease, the Baked potato had bad spots in it. The biscuits were awful, no cheese no garlic no taste. My Strawberry Daiquiri was just poured from the mix jug. No frozen to it. Now my Husbands meal was bad as well. Potato bad brown spots, stuffed mushrooms were slimy. Oh and when the food came out it was cold, you couldn't even get the butter to melt. When we told them they just looked at us. We ask for different biscuits but they were the same. No help was given just said sorry. 60.00 for the worst meal ever from Red Lobster. We will never be back.

Ordered over $100 in food delivery. Have historically loved Red Lobster. It came by delivery in 1 1/2 hours. The pasta was gummy and cold, wrong shrimp came, the lettuce in the salad had black slimy edges. The baked potato came with no butter, sour cream, or utensils.

This is not the meal I expected. We threw it out.

We were at the Red Lobster In Avon Indiana on Saturday 4-24-2021. We were meeting family there. When we finally had a waitress then it went down hill from there. The biscuits had no garlic and no cheese. They actually had no taste at all.

The mushrooms we orderd were slimey. I orderd a Strawberry daiquiri that the only thing they did was pour the Daiquiri mix out of the jug. My fish and chips was horrid. It was soaked in grease and cold. The baked potatoes were half baked.

I don't know how you bring a order to a table from the kitchen and it is cold. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a Red Lobster. We told them and they just looked at us. We will not return. 00 for crap!

I ate at the Red Lobster in Cary, NC on April 27,2021. The waitress we had was very good but the food was awful. There were two of us and we both ordered the popcorn shrimp. They did not even look like shrimp and looked like little bites of fried breading. The cheese biscuits were very small and not even good. The broccoli that was served was brown and not edible. We did not complain but I will not be going back to Red Lobster. We had so looked forward to a good Red Lobster meal but that is not what we got. The only halfway good thing was the Ceasar salad but it had too much salt on it. I was disappointed not to be able to get a house salad. I visited this location yesterday to pick up my online order

i entered the restaurant and stood there for 10 mins before I interrupted your manger who was standing there the whole time and he never said a word to me

i would think in my opinion this is an example of poor customer service

Especially when you have a take out order for $125.00

My wife and i visit or order online at your restaurant on a weekly basis

My complaint is that they are allowing people to enter into the food establishment with no masks on their faces, they are not asking them to wear a mask and they are allowing them to be seated in the dining area without a mask. This is not right, there is still a global pandemic. I don’t want to go into this red lobster because they are not taking our safety seriously!!!!

Yes...I work for door dash...and on 3 different occasions..felt discriminated against...I think..as well as others I've seen..because I'm white...same story Everytime...since there's 90 percent African Americans there.. We ordered dinner for Sun 5/10 for a 4 pm delivery from Red Lobster in Norridge, Il through Grubhub. It is now 7pm. I understand its Mothers Day, but I don't get why our order was accepted and paid for when there is small chance of delivery.

We called Grubhub but we're told we were no. 700 in the Que. I believe the restaurant also shut off their phones. How can this happen? Did Mothers Day sneak up on them? How could they not be prepared? We were long time customers.

We are now ex customers. The delivery driver from GrubHub just told us that after 3 hours of waiting he was told they had a computer issue and cancelled all orders.

Ordered take out that took 30 min past the time it was supposed to be ready. I seen the bag come out the kitchen handed it right to me. I went to the car opened it everything ice cold french fries shrimp broccoli all cold was missing shrimp amd no salad.

I would of went back in but i had my kids with me and we already sat around 30 min waiting for an ice cold missing item order. Totally unacceptable to pay all that money for my food to not enjoy any of it

i had taken my family to red lobster in millcreek 2040 edinboro road erie pa last night and ordered stuffed mushrooms, two ultimate feasts, and some snow crab legs. The only thing that was hot was the mushrooms. all else cold and over cooked.

waitress even took back the biscuits before we were done and i never got my drink refill until we got the bill. would at least like a portion or our bill refunded

My daughter and I ordered 2 of the 4 course meals online on January 25, 2020 at the Pottstown location. When our order arrived, it was missing a Lobster Bisque soup, a Caesar Salad and 2 Brown Desserts. My daughter and I were very disappointed as it was for her birthday dinner.

I contacted the Pottstown Red Lobster immediately and talked to the manager, Mike. He was very apologetic and said he would remove the charges from my card and send me a gift card for a future purchase. I was told this would take some time.

My husband and I went to Red Lobster last saturday in madison tennessee. I cannot begin to tell you how horrible the food was. we ordered the stuffed mushrooms and they were completely raw... the lobster tails and we ordered extra were so small it only required 2 bites.

My husband wouldnt allow me to complain because of possible retaliation so Im here telling my story. The total meal cost including tip? 150 dollars!!! oh yeah the waitress didnt refill my drink not even once !!!! SO I WONT BE BACK!!!!

My name is Matthew Gomez, and on or about a month ago we had a horrific experience at the Victoria Texas location. It almost erupted in a brawl between me and the server. I felt so disrespected and I also felt like the server being a male caucasian was racist and also under the influence.me and my significant other punted out some flaws and when my salad was bought to me he almost hit me in my mouth with the bowl. On wed Dec 18th my family and I ate at the Red Lobster east side Madison WI. I wish i was sending this in praise of your restuarant. Instead i was extremely saddened by the service. My wife made reservations in celebrating my birthday and my moms.

We do foster care and our foster son age 3 was really struggling. He has autism. Two tables with people were around ours. They were so incredibly rude with the things they were saying. Your hostess came up to us to inform us people were complaining.

Now we already knew this because they talked loud enough for us to hear. I wanted to get up and leave but we already ordered and our 5 year wanted to stay. So my wife sat with him in the van while I ate.

I ate at your location in Windsor, Ontario located at 6575 Tecumseh Rd East (N8T 1E7). I took my father for endliess shrimp last night (Oct 20th) and we were there between 7-8pm. It my father 's 90th birthday. Our servers name was Justin and from the bill I see his Clerk ID # is 85.

I don't eat that much but my father had several refills of shrimp. It is "endless shrimp" no? Our server started making offensive comments each time he brought some shrimp. We found these comments not only offensive but also unwelcoming. As if he wanted us to leave and not order any more food. My husband and I went to Red Lobster yesterday in Dalton GA worst experience of my life! We both ordered endless they brought her order out about 45 mins after we placed it with the waitress and we never got another round we put in another order but they failed to bring it!

I will never visit that location again. 99 for my husband and we literally got one plate of food that visit was a joke needless to say I didn’t tip she said I’m sorry I don’t know why it’s taking forever I said yeah my either this place wasn’t busy when we sat down.

When picking up an online order10/19/19, my husband was using a gift that had verified funds, but the cashier was not able to scan the card, therefore he had to pay cash. After returning home, I again verified the funds on the card and called the restaurant to talk to the manager.

Customer service was horrible! Service was slow and there weren’t a lot of other people in restaurant honestly! Waitress kept forgetting key items. Hair in my potatoes so I sent back. Once we received food I ordered after being sent back and then no drinks.

Waitress wasn’t very attentive to needs. For $40+ meal would like to of had a better dining experience. Boyfriend ate about 1/2 of his meal already he because mine was sent back. Nothing was taken off bill for inconvenience and for hair being in my potatoes.

Shouldn’t of had to pay for service like this! I would like something done about this. Personally I think the way the service and dining experience was it should of been on red lobster tonight.

On sept 28 2019 3 other guest and i went to all u can eat shrimp and water only came to our table one time we kept trying to get his attention to order buf he totally ignored us.

Furthermore one of my guest ordered a patron margareta she saw barmaid make it but waiter never picked it up. 20 minutes later we finally found him and asked what happened to the drink he said he would have another one maid he was told to make sure it was only patron.

m. reservation and when we entered the restaurant it was 6:30 and was told our table was not ready . We waited a little longer and asked about the table again and was told that there was a party of 50 that was having their orders taken and after that we would seated.

My daughter had called and was given a time to be at the restaurant with our party of 15 and should have been told about the party of 50. It is unacceptable to have people to wait and and not to to tell them about the heavy booking of the restaurant.

men's bathroom was out of order, I know it was not their fault but we had to leave early because of this. Service was mediocre at best. Friendly but way off, salads came before our cocktails and plates were only cleared at the time the bill was presented, I felt like I was at a buffet with a stack of dirty dishes on the table.

Food was tasty and nice and hot. Just disappointed in the experience as we were celebrating my husband's birthday. I'm not much of one to complain, but enjoying your dinner is such a part of enjoying the evening. Returned home feeling frustrated.

Hi. My name is Sherry Schad. I was at the restaurant in Bossier City, Louisiana. When I had paid my bill and had asked for a to go box, I was informed that due to a policy change that I could not take my leftovers with me.

I have never heard of this type of policy anywhere. If this it's true, I will no longer be eating at this restaurant.

My experience was terrible.It was my husband's birthday.We went in at 9 pm 1 hour before closing.The service was TERRIBLE.Everybody acted like we were a inconvenience.The black lady manager not once came by and checked on us.We felt rushed.It was not a good experience.We spent a lot of money on food,appetizers and drinks.

Last year we went to Red Lobster when they had the all you can eat Shrimp Fest and it was amazing and the food was fantastic. Food was serve hot, garlic biscuits were hot and butter was provided. The shrimp were seasoned well and served really hot and it was grilled to perfection.

We ate at the Johnson City Tn. location on Roan St. It was so good that we went 4 or 5 times. This year we went this past Monday and the food was very disappointing, the Garlic biscuit were not warm at all and dry and no butter was served with them or even offered.

The Shrimp was served slightly warm and even the noodles in the Shrimp Alfredo were not really hot. The Garlic Shrimp and the Ter. Shrimp did not have a lot of taste and was not grilled or even tasted grilled.

9-7-19. Our server was cleaning an adjacent table. As she lifted the tray in the air, which had multiple glasses on top, the glasses fell off the tray braking into little pieces onto our table and by the floor. The broken shards of glass on the floor wasn’t even thought of for 15 min.

Food and drinks were still on our table afterwards. The server did not notify the supervisor and gave us full bills. After I notified the supervisor, she discount our bills half off and apologized. She finally told us the bill was taking care of.

Shards of glass were still on our table and floors. I had a sore throat when I got home praying that I didn’t swallow any shards of glass.

Hi me and my husband was at the Peru IL location yesterday afternoon. It was the worst experience we have ever had there. 00 and it was a total waist of money I am beyond upset. The crab lags you had to struggle to even get open and they were dry, the lobster was completly shriveled up and rubbery even the asparagus was dried out and chewey.
