Last year we went to Red Lobster when they had the all you can eat Shrimp Fest and it was amazing and the food was fantastic. Food was serve hot, garlic biscuits were hot and butter was provided. The shrimp were seasoned well and served really hot and it was grilled to perfection.
We ate at the Johnson City Tn. location on Roan St. It was so good that we went 4 or 5 times. This year we went this past Monday and the food was very disappointing, the Garlic biscuit were not warm at all and dry and no butter was served with them or even offered.
The Shrimp was served slightly warm and even the noodles in the Shrimp Alfredo were not really hot. The Garlic Shrimp and the Ter. Shrimp did not have a lot of taste and was not grilled or even tasted grilled.

9-7-19. Our server was cleaning an adjacent table. As she lifted the tray in the air, which had multiple glasses on top, the glasses fell off the tray braking into little pieces onto our table and by the floor. The broken shards of glass on the floor wasn’t even thought of for 15 min.
Food and drinks were still on our table afterwards. The server did not notify the supervisor and gave us full bills. After I notified the supervisor, she discount our bills half off and apologized. She finally told us the bill was taking care of.

Hi me and my husband was at the Peru IL location yesterday afternoon. It was the worst experience we have ever had there. 00 and it was a total waist of money I am beyond upset. The crab lags you had to struggle to even get open and they were dry, the lobster was completly shriveled up and rubbery even the asparagus was dried out and chewey.

Red lobster in Charlottesville Va. Is sub par. Went on sat sept 8th, 2019. 5:30 PM. 1 group ahead of us with 6. Went to use the restroom and saw no less than 8 empty tables. Returned and asked how long the wait is, was told 20 minutes, I stated you have many empty tables. No response.
Turned to leave and heard have a good day. Ate at Texas steak house. Really wanted seafood but never there again. Don't know how it stays open. Hadn't been there in over 6 months due to food problems, now this.

Last Wednesday the 28th of August, we went to your restaurant on Blossom Hill Rd in San Jose, to celebrate my husbands 84th birthday along with our family. We ordered a lobster pizza. There was no taste of lobster, just fish. Also creamy lobster alfredo.

I'm a frequent customer at Red Lobster. How excited was I about crabfest? VERY! Of course I ordered the ultimate feast. Salad was good, rolls are the best. Then my entree came out. Terrible! I went to red lobster items were missing food was cold presentation of some items were unappetizing. I spent $40 had to bring food back and this is not the 1st time I ordered and items were missing. I already completed review on google.
I just want to say I have a suspicion that one of your employees MAY and I say again MAY have copy and used my debit card information. After eating and paying by debit card it took a long time to return my card. In the next couple of day my card had a charge on it that I didn't make. My debit card has a chip and when I use it the bank note the charge was made via the chip meaning that the card itself was used. The charge I did not make was done by just using the card number and 3 digit on the back. The bank also advise that there is a test transaction of $1.00 just to verify the card is working. That is something that is done before making the charge.

I went to visit the Newport news Virginia red lobster for a birthday celebration on July 19th and July 22nd. On July 19th the food was cold the corn was so hard and appeared to have been cooked for days.
The food was not delivered to the table all together there for the dinner was served in portions. The waiter tried his best however the manager on duty did absolutely nothing. She claimed that the kitchen try to stretch the corn to make it last through the weekend.
She didn't even give a discount she's only offered a dessert but that wasn't even the best. Then on the 22nd the food was cold the shrimp were not fresh. And there was no accommodation for any of the poor food.
I was extremely disappointed after spending over $100.
My friend and I were seated and were waited for 20 minutes . Then a server came and asked us who is serving us? We said a women placed us here to sit . We were moved to another seat .

We visited store number 0679 in Decatur, AL on 7/10/2019. Lots of servers standing around talking etc. ). Our server did a pretty good job of trying to help my husband place his order. He wanted something out of the ordinary -- a baked potato side instead of a soup.

My family usually enjoys Red Lobster however this time we were very disappointed. The menu seemed extremely scaled down and we struggled to find what we wanted to eat, except for my daughter who always eats salmon. The meals were bland.

On 2/2/19, I and friends and family visited for dinner. Starting when we first arrived It was a shock to me to see that you take family and friends first. When we arrived I was told first that these are friends and they are "regulars" we see them often. Also the service was horrible, our waitress was not so pleasant. Dinner took over an hour. I ordered over almost $70 dollars worth of food on Valentine’s Day via Uber eats from pleasant hill store in Duluth Georgia on Valentine’s Day. My family of 6 eat red lobster almost ever week with a tab of over $100 weekly as you can imagine feeding 6.
