Last Saturday the 16th we were at the red lobster Kokomo In. We were seated by a very nice lady but we sat there for 20 minutes nobody came to even ask if we wanted something to drink. We were very disappointed, we just got up and walked out.

There are to many restaurants to eat at for that to happen.

I ordered over almost $70 dollars worth of food on Valentine’s Day via Uber eats from pleasant hill store in Duluth Georgia on Valentine’s Day. My family of 6 eat red lobster almost ever week with a tab of over $100 weekly as you can imagine feeding 6.

We usual attend the Mall of Georgia store. Since pleasant hill is closer to my home that’s where Uber came from. Not only was half the order was missing, but my date had got the wildfire shrimp I believe it was called but only received broccoli not even on rice as the menu described just broccoli.

I called and talked to manager on duty and stated must have ordered “wildfire broccoli “ didn’t know that was a menu item through the sarcasm. Anyways said was going to send a gift card via email to Comp my order of almost $100.

Now is the 22nd…

We arrived around 5 and were told that it would be a 15 minute wait for our party of 2. The place was nearly empty. There were more people waiting to be seated than actually eating. When we were called to be seated, we were led to a dirty table.

The hostess quickly cleaned it off. After more than 25 minutes, I went and found a manager because we had not had a drink order taken or even a hello. The manager apologized but we really were disappointed. Our dinner came quickly but when it was time to pay, we were given the wrong ticket.

Overall, our experience was sub par and we will not be returning anytime soon.

I arrived at the red lobster location in Duncanville Texas on 1/21\19 At 3:10pm to dirty tables with stains on the table and food on the floor under my table. It is now 4:22pm and I have not received my food for me and my friend I am totally disappointed in the service I have received today. The manager came to the table with no justification as to why we haven't received our food accept to tell us it has been technical difficulty. Meanwhile everyone else is receiving their food.

I will not come back to this location again due to everyone I come here, the service is worse. The fact of matter is, they want us to pay once the food finally comes.

Received my food after a hour s.d half and it was cold. Mashed potatoes were cold too..my waitress bought me a second serving that was hot. But…

Me and my wife stopped at the one on pierson rd in flint mich after my wife's Dr appointment. Food was cold, mashed potatoes were brown color luke warm. Had to continue ask for bisquits. Service was awful. Why are managers not doing there job?

I regret your decision to withdraw advertising from the Tucker Carlson. As a result my family has made the decision to no longer patronize Red Lobster....... Am also disgusted that evidently Red Lobster has blocked other venues of comment from receiving commentary. Bad PR.

i went into one of your stores in the Chicago area (Ridgeland Ave) on 12/27. While waiting for the order (via Dooedash) I was first ignored by the waitress working the bar. I then gave her my order that I was picking up for a customer named Jenai.

She looked in the computer and said nothing. She then went into the back and came out with food for a done in customer. I asked where was the order and she responded by saying that she wasn't sure. There was a nicely dresses woman there and I assumed that she was the supervisor.

I explained the situation and she proceeded to assist me. in looking for the order, it came to that I was about 8 min. early and that is why it wasn't ready. As the supervisor and I were speaking -- The waitress looks at me and says "Why are you looking at me "G"?

Myself and a coworker both ordered the sailors platter with fried flounder. Neither of them was fried!

Second, on my order the broccoli was old and rubbery, the shrimp scampi had an empty shrimp shell in it, and the shrimp were soggy and had no taste. The biscuits were good and the salad was fine. The co worker asked for loaded mashed potatoes and got regular potatoes with the sides separate.

The girl who took the order via phone was very friendly, but not accurate and the food was mediocre at best. 00 and a tip and had to drive across town to get this order and it be this tasteless, not accurate and sub-par quality broccoli and I don't have any idea why an empty shell would be in my scampi-yuck!!

00 as the Tuesday Special and a Tall Beer-The Beer came and had 3 inches of foam at the top and was flat! 00 and also I never asked for a real Beer I just wanted to have a good dinner---Dinner comes and its is the worst looking Plate and Worst tasting food Ive ever had!

No Taste--everything was so soft like mashed potatoes--Shrimp--Fish--clams and the tarter sauce was mixed with cole slaw--What tarter has Carrots in it? And the cocktail sauce was Ketchup! I couldn't eat it and took it in a doggie bag to be polite but threw it away!

Now at 1:00 am I wake up with such a bad belly ache due to this food. I will never eat at Red Lobster again--I don't think I should have to pay for such a bad meal and evening. it was the mentor ohio location

I frequently visit your location on route 30 in Plainfield Illinois and was there yesterday it normally is good but this was the worst service I have ever experienced we waited 15 minutes for our drinks alone and an hour for our food just to have the order incorrect and the other half cold like it was sitting in the kitchen for awhile.

When we stated our complaint to the waiter he basically shrugged his shoulders and said he would let the manager know . This never happen because a manager never came to the table . After being a your restaurant for nearly an hour and a half we left very disappointed.

October 6, I was very upset with the service so I called to complain. The supervisor who answered the phone was very rude ,she stopped me in mid-sentence. She said her and the staff already talked and that the people in my party was sharing food.

I explained to her that I was unaware of this and that I ordered the endless strimp but I did not get any other orders. Every time I placed a order the waitress never came back. The manager again cut me short by telling me that she would send me a gift card .

Well it is now November 8th a month pass the incident date and I have not received a gift card . I am still very upset about the incident and so was everyone else in my party.

My husband and I went to dinner Saturday for our anniversary (Charleston WV). We ordered a Lobster Pizza which we never received and then when we got our food the coconut shrimp was burnt and I had to ask to have it replaced.

we went to a all you can eat shrimp to be told that we cannot have every shrimp on their menu. you are restricted to only four shrimps so i order the first two to be told that they did not have any more of these.

so really you only had two choice of shrimps.

also we ordered stuffed mushrooms and they were disgusting. we normally go to red lobster once a month but after the service we received and the quality of the meal we will not go to that restaurant again.

We went to the Red Lobster on I240 and Western in Oklahoma City last Friday. Everything went great until we were ready to leave. we had several take home boxes and my wife did not notice that she left her IPhone on the booth table. It was not until we got home that she realized she did not have her IPhone.. We promptly called the Red Lobster of the situation and went back to the restaurant. Could not find it. Went to the AT&T store on Saturday and they were able to determine that the IPhone was still at Red Robin. We went back to the store again, and the manager was not able to find it.

I am very disappointed that an $800 IPhone left on a booth table would not have been noticed by a bus boy. One of your employees is a thief. Needless to say, we will not be going back to Red Lobster.

We went to our local red lobster in San Marcos, Texas last night. We checked in and was told it would take about 10 minutes,. We waited in front by the hostess desk. After seeing many people get seated that came in after us, i went to check why we had not been seated.

The girl told me that we were put on the walk away list, stating that they called our name 3 times and we did not answer. I was appaled and told her we never left and were sitting here right in front of her and that she never called any names.

I was completely shocked that someone would blatantly lie like this. They thought it was funny. We left and swore to never go to a red lobster ever again. I called the manager when we got home and she never apologized for thier behavior, only asking us to come back, i will not.

I have never had such poor service in a red lobster before until September 7,2018. I waited for my refills for 30 to 45 minutes and still no one came until I asked for a manager. the manager was very unconcern. The server never came back to make sure everything was okay or anything. Leah T. was a bad server and poor customer service. I was very disappointed and not satisfied at all. I am not going to Annapolis Road red lobster0265 any more.

We have no complaint about the service, but last night we went to the ft. wayne, in restaurant and both of us had very bad meals. we have always went to red lobster for special occasions, but no more. My lobster was literally tough, the crab legs were not good at all.

the fire grilled shrimp was so tough you could hardly chew them, it was our anniversary and we can honestly say our meals were terrible, I have never made a complaint like this before, but with the cost of those meals and and then have them be bad, just had to say something. Thank You Peggy Tyler

Very concerned that on Friday, July 27, 2019 when Red Lobsters restaurant is empty and took 30 minutes to get seated. The waitress did an excellent job, but took too long to get served. Whie baked potato old, and fried tilapia soaking in grease.

I have always counted on this restaurant, but we could have been given some reason while we had to wait so long at 2:15 in the afternoon.

we were 5 adults. We were celebrating our 42nd anniversary and my husbands retirement. We all ordered different food but it all tasted the same, which is to say, like batter. My food was so non-descript that I had to open everything to identify it.

I had lobster bisque which tasted more like potato chowder with ketchup for colour, escargot, which were so tiny as to be not worth while, the mushroom caps were squishy and watery and the melted butter was more like margarine. There was no butter offered at the table and the biscuits were mostly salt.

My husband's lobster was rubbery and the tail was cold. The entire meal was something I was ashamed of. Especially since we had family with us. And, since when is the debit machine pre-set to 3 tipping options? I have much more to say about the…

I wanted to file a complaint against a server and a manager decided that she wanted to call the police on me . Complaining about a server is not a crime . There was another manager there first who was nothing but professional and understanding of the situation the second manager walked up and everything went out of control address is 3901 medina rd akron ohio .

My husband and I went to your location at 2801 N. , Milwaukee, WI 53222, phone number 414-771-6320, around June 15th, 2018 and we were waiting for about 30 minutes to be seated, which was fine; however, after we were seated, no one came to see about us.

We were never introduced to our waitress or waiter. We weren't offered water or anything and we were seated for close to 40 minutes, which is well over an hour. I went to the call in station and asked to speak with a manager, and after waiting 15 minutes no manager ever surfaced, so my husband and I left frustrated.

On 1/22/2018, My husband and I went to Red Lobster for dinner at 5701 Youngstown-Warren Rd., Niles Oh 44446, Time 16:47:58, Check number 60368, ID # 3826 92601 6907.

When we were seated the table it was dirty we had to ask for handi wipes to clean our hands and table off. Then when the hostess gave us our menus my husbands was so filthy that the hostess brought him another one. Also, the seat was ripped and you could fill the ripped part on your bottom while setting there and had to move closer to the wall. This was not a very pleasant visit to this restaurant.

Once we finished our dinner my husband ask for a box to take his chicken breast and potato home. Today, he went to heat up his potato and he found a rotten spot on it as big as a dime.

The last time my co-workers and I ordered carry-out from Red Lobster in Livonia MI they forgot to pack my $8 dessert, yet didn't forget to charge me for it. I called to report the discrepancy and was told I would receive a coupon to replace my dessert.

When I got the coupon in the mail it was for a free dessert WITH THE PURCHASE OF 2 ENTREES! I wasn't interested in returning there again but today we are trying to place another order and the service sucks as usual.

There are three of us who go to Red Lobster every New Years Eve. We were extremely disappointed in our food and service.

The restaurant was very empty (unusual) and wait staff would congregate and talk right by diners. Did not think this was very nice.

Our order was steamed stuffed lobster. Dry and tasteless. Was broiled. Fish and chips..bland. Used the malt vinegar and I swear it was watered down. The last was a plate of seafood over pasta. The sauce was not garlicky or lemony. We were very very disappointed.

I visited the location in Cartersville, GA this weekend and I am VERY dissatisfied with the service I received. I had to send my food back due to it being cold after waiting over 45 min to receive it. The waitress rarely visited the table and when she did waa not friendly at all.

I have always loved and gone to your establishment on many occasions and spent lots of money there. My husband on this night had a tab of $63 and it was not worth it. They even brought me someone else's drink!

I am very upset about the service I received at a place i really love going to.

Y. 14219. I dined alone. It was fairly busy but I only had like a 5 minute wait time. When I ordered the Never Ending Shrimp special, I ordered 2 shrimp scampi. The waitress asked what I would like next so she could put my order in.

I also ordered the noodles with the shrimp in an alfredo sauce. Considering I have attending this restaurant for years, I was somewhat surprised to see how long it took for me to get my salad and biscuits and glass of water.

When I finally did receive my scampis, I got 4 dishes on a big platter. Why would I want 4 dishes knowing that by the time I finished 2 the other 2 would be cold?! I also received my pasta which again was cold by the time I was able to try it.

Went to Red Lobster on the 23rd of October in Sandusky, Ohio and ordered steamed oysters. I had a bad one and so did my friend We had to spit it out of our mouth. We also had pieces of shell in them also because they weren't prepared right.

I like to eat at Red Lobster, but the one in Sandusky never seems to have it right. I like the one in Perrysburg, Ohio. Never had any thing wrong there.

I visited store #0442 to place an take out order. I've tried calling to be placed on hold and once I advised that I had 5 orders I was placed on hold again. Not only that I had to wait almost 1 hour for my take out, I was missing items, the establishment wasn't crowded.

It never fails whenever I call this store to order take out my order is always wrong. This is unacceptable when your spending this amount of money.
