I do not think it was fair or ETHCIAL to get charged for the game device on the table and automatically put on the bill when never used ? .I infomred the manager that we never used th play device Quote no problem and removed it why would you put something on a bill not used and how many people really catch this expensive. At this time I do not know if I would go to a Red Robin Restaurant again I feel this is crooked , Unethical and a scam.

Would stop at Red Robin in Mt Juliet TN every trip to Nashville or that area from Cookeville. Havent been in about a year and wont ever stop again. Today stopped looking forward to a goid burger. Told we couldnt order med rare only well.

Waited 30minutes even though there was very few customers. Garlic fries were cold and covered in grease, hamburger bun was refrigerator cold to the touch and burger was cold and no longer hand made but looked like a frozen pattie.

Only compensation offered was 3 large orders of hot greasy garlic fries. Needless to say, our dogs enjoyed the burgers and fries as we didnt. Shoulda went a couple exits to Whataburger.

The redlands,ca location has the worst some of the WORST EVER waitress. And some of the managers are no better. Our waitress Rebecca maybe came to our table 3 times if that and for less then 5 minutes, 2 of times were even for a minute.

We had to wait for over 15 minutes before we got a manager to help with the rewards and she applied but needs to learn how to be a manager cause didn't Eben apologize for the VERY POOR OF A EXCUSE WAITRESS and then we waited over another 15 minutes while our waitress came to the table behind us multiple times, before I got up and took our payment to the sad excuse of a female manager in which we never got a receipt or anything.

I feel some of the workers are racist and VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! 00 rounded off and should be reimbursed since your poor…

Advertising stated bigger & better burger which is not true - we just came from there & only difference is instead of being a fatter burger as it used to be it's compressed into a flatter burger making it larger in circumference & what is wider than the roll just falls apart Was not satisfied

We went to dinner at Clackamas Red Robin to enjoy and use my birthday gift burger. The service was good and the burger was excellent. When time to check out the machines were not working and charge need to be done by hand.

I was first told that the bill was $23 but since machine wasn’t working I had to pay for FREE burger. Increased bill to $37. Seemed very strange to me. So much for customer service.

We came in for our lunch break on 7/5/2023, got sat down immediately, and said a waiter would be with us. After watching our waiter walk past us multiple times and wait on the other tables we decided to leave.

Very unprofessional, rude, and a waste of our time going to Red Robin for lunch. It was not busy AT ALL, so not being attended to I feel is unacceptable.

Extremely poor service. Had to ask server many times to get certain drinks and food ordered. We had ask for ketchup, which we had to physically get up for and retrieve it from another empty table. When we asked where these food items were, she responded that she forgot and would go get them.

This Red Robin restaurant in Germantown, Md. was not busy at all. The manager on duty was not very helpful with the situation at all. She only made excuses for the poor and lack of service from her servers.

I have eaten at Reb Robin for 20 years and last night I was extremely and sadly disappointed with my meal. Most of these years I have ordered the Bansai Burger and have loved it. Last night my meal was LOUSY.

Your prices keep going up and your burgers keep getting smaller. There was maybe a drizzle of teriyaki that I couldn’t even taste. You used to asked how we wanted our burger cooked - no longer, I guess. Mine was overdone.

The presentation was very unappetizing…a small burger (not even wrapped ) and some steak fries on a white plate. obviously they do not care. outrageously delicious” Oh so wrong! This meal was a poor representation of what Red Robin used to be. Shame on you!

On Sunday June 25, 2023, my Husband, myself and 2 Grandsons went to the Westfield Red Robin. Jeremiah waited on us, we received our malts, my Husband's took 10 minutes to receive, we place our food order and waited, other customers were arriving and getting their food before us.

We asked about our order after 29 minutes, the waiter left to check on and never returned. We asked the manager, he apologized but we still didn't get our food. After 30 minutes of waiting we left? Went to another restaurant and paid $70 that could of been your sale!

My complaint is the Bonney lake Red Robin doesn’t keep your standard high I called in order was told7:09 pickup no one came I called the number on the wait spot confirmed my order and the time. I’m a type one diabetic and my bs went low.

I called again they said they were a little busy which I get but half hr later I called again and the girl answering the phone couldn’t find my order. I asked why she didn’t come out to my truck and find out or let me know.

I also notice they never give rewards any more even when I ask don’t you want my phone number.

Also their bathrooms are filthy. I use to stop in every Friday after work or when family is in town. I can’t trust the service here. I like puyallup. Tacoma needs to clean their restrooms and fill soap

There was uncertainty and confusion in me being seated initially, I was asked table or bar. I requested table and he walked away to clean the table then seat me. The server was very rushed and said it was only him. He cut me off to where I couldn't give specific instructions like my cheese preference on my burger and had to resubmit my initial order 8 minutes later asking for the onion rings. Bringing the water was fine the first time, second time was slower, and third time was even slower.

We noticed immediately that the A/C was on (according to a manager it is kept at 60°). We had to order hot tea to stop shivering. We should not have to wear winter coats in the restaurant in June! Even after we said we were freezing, we were seated directly under an air vent, blowing down on us.

We'll choose a different place to eat next time.

I would like to first and foremost express that the service from the hostess and and server that I had today at you establishment was amazing. The young lady I believe her name was Helen greeted me with a very delightful smile and was extremely pleasant when seating us.

And our server Megan was just as pleasant and prompt and delightful. She was really on top of everything. But my complaint is about a young man named Matt. He was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude the entire time we were there.

He was very mouthy to the staff and when speaking to customers he had a horrible disposition. And when I asked questions I discovered that he is management. I myself am in a management position and I would never act that way towards employees.

I don’t know if this young man had a bad day…

on 5-28-23 my family visited the red robin in rockaway nj the service was horrible i had to get up myself and go to the front of the store and ask for silverware AFTER our food arrived the teenager at the front didn't even know where and what silverware was-what a joke he had to ask a manager i asked for water with lemon NO lemon our server was not caring at all this is really upsetting to myself and

my family because we have visited this location numerous times since it opened at the rockaway mall but ever since covid hit the service and the restaurant in general has gone down hill we may not ever go again what a shame i have attached my receipt this location is no longer our favorite place in the mall it is a shame because my son with autism loves it here

My friend and I had lunch today at the Henrietta location in Rochester NY. The time was around 12:10pm. I ordered a classic hamburger and fries. I requested the burger be medium well. When I received it the burger was not cooked and cold in the center.

My husband and I went to Red Robin to celebrate my birthday. We were not brought a starterfries order which we always got before. When the waitress took my order she asked if I wanted regular fries or garlic fries or onion rings. I said "I can get onion rings instead of fries?" She said yes but that they are not never ending like the fries. She did NOT mention that there would be an extra charge for them! She then said the birthday reward had changed and that I was required to order something for an extra $4.99 such as a margarita. I ordered the margarita which was a disappointment as I could not taste any tequila in it.

I look forward to going to Red Robin for my birthday as well as other times, but this experience just put a damper on the visit.

I order a New Bleu Ribbon Burger and Madlove burger. The Bleu Burger the tomatoes look like it was very ripe and ready to be troughout and the Fry's were cold. The Madlove Burger was not much better also with cold Fry's I real do not know why that when a order out get such bad service.

I have gone there be for and order out and did not have a good out come. My friend ask to go there so I said ok even tho I was not to excited about going, but for them I said I give one more try.

When to mechanicsburg pa Red Robin today because Carlisle pa had car show. With a 92 year old clearly struggling to walk they took us to the VERY BACK CORNER of the restraunt. When I ask why we couldn’t sit at 1 of the 20 other closet tables hostess said because the server was back there.

I said that servers table could have been changed. The manager then came over to tell yell at me for complaining because of where our seats were. I will never go back to this Red Robin and manager on duty needs training on customer service Food was cold when served.

Never had this problem with Carlisle Red Robin This was saturday April 22 at 12:00 noon

I took my 92 year old mother to the location on miller lane in Vandalia Ohio and had a very poor meal ,service was great but the food was very sub par we both got the cheeseburgers and they were ice cold and they were served fairly quickly so didn’t understand why but the fries were ice cold also we got another order and they were as well very disappointing because we loved the food there but will be hard pressed to return

Went to Red Robin with a group of 12, at 6610 Greenbay suite #100, Kenosha WI. The server Dylan, didn’t have a clue. We ask for separate bills, this young man claim he could do it, but he couldn’t. My order was a royal burger, medium with egg over easy, wanted the yolk to run, once bitten into, I got a well done burger with a fried egg.

The manager came, she informed me I could of told her sooner (want does that mean, was she going from table to table to ask the customer how was there meal, she missed our table), the manager then stated to me I just take it off your bill (yeah right). 80 neither was right. 61 was taken.

If Red Robin needed the money, the company could ask for a donation. I have both receipts.

Canyon Park location. On 3/11/23, I placed a take out order in person. I ordered a Banzai burger pink. I received it over cooked and dry. The burger was cold and the meat had no favor. The fries were cold and hard to the touch. No crunch.

I also ordered mozzarella sticks. They were also cold. The cheese was cold and the cheese had turned hard again. They were not soft, hot, and gooey. I throw the meal away. It was notsalvageable.

I went to your store on the Village of Sand Hill in Columbia South Carolina at 1:30 on February 15. I had to wait about like 10 minutes standing in there waiting for somebody to help us the hostess was walking around look at us and finally somebody told us somebody will be with us.

The hostess came back, and she was taking us to set us on the table. The waitress refused us to sit on the table because she is busy, and the horses took us back to the front and told us I have to wait 10 minutes until they clean the table for us so

My wife and I had dinner in Warrington pa. The beer served was completely flat and the waitress offered to replace it. We waited several minutes while eating my dinner with no beverage so when I finally tracked down a manager to complain and ask why they would serve a flat beer he got very defensive and told us he can have us leave as he was personally insulted.

Where is the notion of customer service to attack a customer and tell them never to come back all because I made an accurate statement that they served flat beer which he finally acknowledged and blamed on his distributor and then told us not to ever come back. Is this the message Red Robin wants to convey?

my wife and I went to funnybone comedy club on Sunday night , feb 5th, we stopped at redrobins for a burger, it wasn’t very busy maybe 20 customers orso , it took over 40 min for my order let me repeat that 40 min and it was cold as were my steak fries!!

My family ordered dinner from the Red Robin establishment this past Friday night and were surprised to find that my son’s chicken was completely raw and not only did he get raw chicken, he unknowingly ate a full piece after dipping it in bbq sauce I filed a complaint with Nazareth’s corporate office that night and so far my son has only experienced slight stomach discomfort and pain I still have yet to hear from anyone regarding what happened Yes we were gifted $40 in gift cards and

I was @ the Red Robin in downtown Spokane. I had received two emails about my birthday burger. I have been an RR Loyalty member for years. When I tried to get my burger, I needed to give a phone number.

I tried three numbers, two cell phones and a landline I no longer have. I was not able to get my free burger. I use to have a card. I have an email and password for your new system. Your website shows I have a burger coming. What gives.

I dined at red Robin on Morse crossing in Easton, Columbus, Ohio. I left my purse there Sunday the 15th in the afternoon. On Tuesday morning I talked to a manager named Alex who said it was there and they had it.

What have you folks done to this restaurant? My son is home from school and we went to get a good burger. When we walked in the music was so loud, I could barely hear the hostess or the person playing hostess.

While we waited our 10 minutes for a table we have plenty of time to watch the wait staff eating off of plates as they were taking them out to customers. They even had their drinks back there so I guess that is why you have bottomless fries so that the wait staff can keep their energy up. We get seated.

We used to be asked if we wanted a booth and that wasn't done, don't know if that was a policy change. We sat there decided what we wanted and waited. After about 17 minutes, a girl came out and said, I am not your waitress but I can get your drinks. They were NOT busy.

Hi, I placed an online order through Red Robin's app/website and it happened that I never received my order. I tried to call the store and they asked me to call DoorDash. DoorDash on the other hand said that they will take full responsibility, however, since the order has been placed directly through your platform, you have the authority to process the refund back to my card.

Can’t chew Onion rings. The whole onion pulls out of its crust. Onion won’t snap free from its crust. Biting into it won’t allow onion to break in pieces. Fish wasn’t cooked enough. Was very chewy. This happened in two different visits.

I spent a half hour telling you how horrible my 2 pick up meals were and conveniently my entire complaint jus disappeared. Live and learn. My $50 bill for pick up was a reminder not to go out to eat.

What a horrible Black and Blue burger. Blue cheese crumbles were actually an overload of some sauce not even a try to taste like blue cheese. The Cod they use to be so fresh and delicious were now some freezer burned no flavor cod.

$50 is my reminder not to order ever again from Red Robin. I gave it to my dog and made a tuna sandwich.
