We ordered our food and when it came out the Sweet Potato Fries we paid $1.79 extra for were cold! We had to find someone for a soda refill for both meals then we ordered extra Sweet Potato Fries and after 30 minutes we just paid and left. Horrible service!!!

My wife and I decided to have dinner at the Red Robin located at 7460 W. 52nd Ave, Arvada, Colo on Friday evening approximately 5 PM. We have been supporting this restaurant for about 25 years. When ordering, we inquired about a $10 special that was listed on the website.

She said it was no longer available. I asked to speak to the Manager on Duty. (Dion). He said that it was not available any longer. I explained to him that it was listed on the Red Robin website. He declined to honor it, or make some type of an adjustment.

I said that was not appropriate for this situation. He told me that I was welcome to leave and go somewhere else for dinner. I told him that this was not a good way to handle a situation like this, and he told us that we would have to leave the restaurant and he…

On December 19, my granddaughter, her boyfriend, and I ate at the Red Robin in Gresham, Oregon. The kids ordered sandwiches and I ordered a salad. Our food was delivered, but no fork or napkins was brought with the food. I ended up having to finally get the eye of a waiter helping another table for a fork and napkins. They were eventually brought. By the time they arrived, the kids had eaten their sandwiches and fries. But the crowning event of the meal was the brownie covered in ice cream. It was brought to our table without spoons. We had to find a waiter to ask for spoons and by the time they arrived, the ice cream had melted and was running onto the table off of the plate! Overall our meal was very disappointing and costly to boot!

Hi, I placed an online order through the Red Robin app/website and it happened that I received an incorrect item. I received an incorrect salad and incorrect 2 Royal Red Robin Burgers. I tried to call the store and they asked me to call DoorDash, however, since the order has been placed directly through Red Robin, you have the authority to process the refund back to my card.

I usually don't complain I just never go back BUT I had to send a complaint after the service I received on today. The Livonia Red Robin on W. 6 Mile Rd I rarely frequent because the food is not as delicious as Dearborn on Ford Rd.

I live in Livonia and decided to give them another try out of convenience. I called and the young lady Cece was rude and short during the entire call. I arrived to pick up my order, I should have checked it before I left.

My turkey burger full of red onion after I said no onion and the fires in all the meals were burned. The experience at this location has never been favorable but definitely memorable (subpar food) now unpleasant staff.

My daughter and I went to the Bonney Lake Red Robin on 12/6/22. Our waitress was delightful, but our food was not even close. My daughter ordered the BLTA which had a half a slice of bacon on it and one thin slice of turkey.

I ordered the Black and Bleu Burger that was really charred and didn’t even have a slice of blue cheese on it!! ) but was horrible. 91. Not worth it. Neither of us ate but a quarter of our meal.

The fries were good, but not what we went there for. Our waitress was kind, and tried to help by bringing me more “dressing”, but it needed REAL cheese! Unless some compensation or something is considered, we will not be returning to a Red Robin again.

I ordered fish and chips and received 3 very small pieces of fish and only a few fries it was ridiculous. Then I ordered more fries and had to wait a very long time for them and when I did get them there were only a few fries in the basket, When I mentioned the Lack of fries the server he told me there is a limit to the amount of fries they are allowed to make at one time .

Then I saw a Red Robin commercial they were playing on the monitor above our heads about the French fries and It showed a big basket of fries being put on a table. About four times more than I got.

If your company wants to advertise bottomless fries they shouldn’t be afraid to give them to the customer. Red Robin used to be one of my favorite places to eat . But after tonight, I doubt I will come back.

I went to Red Robin’s in Sunday 12/4 at 3:30pm or so. I’ve gone to this Red Robin’s for many years but for the past year it’s been going down here. Today it took a good 20 minutes for someone to take our order to even ask us if we wanted to start out with drinks.

Then after we ordered the food comes, thank god the food was good, but I had to get up and get my own napkins, my own ketchup bottle and the restaurant wasn’t even full. Now I can see why the restaurant was empty, service was horrible.

I didn’t even get to ask for a refill on my drink nor a refill for the bottomless fries because the waitress never came back. You go to the back and a bunch of waitress and waiters are just standing around.

Provo restaurant. I called at 11:00 on the day of our desired visit to Red Robin of Provo. I asked if it would be better to come in at 3:30 or 4:00 since they didn’t take reservations. I was told come at 4:00 because that is when the shift change happens. We arrived at 7 minutes to 4;00 and were told that it would be an hour till our table was ready. We then observed 3 or more parties of 6 or larger enter the restaurant and be put on the waiting list and be seated before our party. After 40 minutes I approached the hostess and asked how much longer they thought it would be I was told that we were told it would be 1.5 hours till we were seated. I queried that we had been told an hour. They were quite rude!

After the hour plus we went next door to Wingers which was busier but friendlier!…

My daughter and I often go to Red Robin (Winrock Center, Albuquerque, NM) and have always had a good experience. Last night we went with my husband and in-laws and IT WAS AWFUL!!! The “gentleman” waiter we had was rude and snarky.

My daughter has a learning disability and when he spoke to her he acted like he couldn’t understand her and would make a face when she spoke. Never had this problem at any other restaurant. When he finally took our order, it took 70 minutes for the food to arrive almost cold.

The restaurant was not busy. We were never offered drink refills and the “endlrss” fries were only offered with our initial order. In the over 2 hours we were there, we only saw the waiter a few times. My husband and in-laws will never go back and the way our daughter was made to feel, I…

My family and I have been Red Robin customers for many years. I took a friend to Red Robin in Stroudsburg PA today and had the worst customer service and food ever at a Red Robin. We waited a long time for someone to show up to take our order.

Then waited over 20 mins to get lukewarm skimpy burgers and old cold fries. Waitress not to be seen! The bar staff had to step in to help. We both had a skimpy amount of cold fries, something that should never happen at a Red Robin. Thought you should know.

Its a bad representation of a normally good place.

Went to restaurant in Florence ky waitress seated us we waited on waitress to come back but never happened we watched as other customers came in and we’re seated there order’s were taken waitress never came back to us after watching other people get taken care of that came in after we did my wife and I left this was our first time there and will be our last. worst service ever Was very disappointed

Went to Red Robin in Washington , Kent East Hill. The service was terrible. My granddaughter ordered chicken straps, broccoli and organelles slice. They bring out the broccoli I said what about the rest of her food and was told she can eat the broccoli first made no sense to me.

I order chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were cold like they beed sitting there for a while. The waitress was Bice not her fault but the dress code the staff was wearing was so unprofessional. I will not return to this restaurant

Couldn’t get a kids meal for one of my friends mom who doesn’t eat bigger portions. The women and manager told us we could order off the kids menu unless we had kids and it was part of their “policy” never had an issue before until now.

Made it such a big deal over a kids meal which is just a smaller portion and I’m paying for the food. But not anymore. Never going to this Red Robin ever again. 20 Trinity Pl Washington, PA 15301

Just received my order. 4 bowls of French onion soup. At $8 a bowl. Was less than a cup hardly any broth and ice cold, the cheese didn’t even melt. Terrible to order 4 bowls and have nothing to eat.

This is the Madison hts mi store. This is not the first time I have had problems with this place.

I ordered 2 milkshakes to go and they’re the smallest milkshakes I’ve ever seen. I pay for a cup that’s at least bigger than this AND A REFILL when I’m dining in. 67 EACH for this amount i get. It’s half melted as well when we got there two minutes before our order.

I was there in the waiting room told the host Nick how many people I had in my party and he said he wouldn’t sit us till are whole party was there which was fine but then a party after us was missing people as well and they sat them so I asked to speak with the manager Ryker Mlynarski he was completely rude basically told me to F off and did nothing was by Farr the worst experience I had ever experienced at the Layton Utah location if this is how you operate I will not return

I would not even give you a star after my experience today. My husband ordered us two meals through door dash which I personally came to pick up. On my way there my husband called me to tell he accidently hit confirm now realizing he didn't select a cheese for my burger.

So seconds after he placed the order he called and asked if they could please add American to the burger. " He offered to pay whatever they still said no we cannot change your order. Then I arrived. Explained to the host what happened she gave me the same ridiculous answer.

"No, we cannot make any changes to your order" I told her I was not trying to change the order can you please just add a piece of cheese I will pay for it separately. Again, NO WE CAN'T. I was so frustrated with her I walked out with my dry topping…

Today we picked up a carry out order from the Red Robin Troy, Michigan location around 6pm. While at home eating, I found a long hair in my chicken sandwich that was stuck between the chicken and the cheese which was extremely distasteful.

After two bites I threw my sandwich in the garbage. After a couple of bites my daughter realized that her chicken sandwich was burned and ended up unable to finish her sandwich. I went to Waldorf today for lunch. With my 2 grandchildren the service was horrible he never told us his name. We finally ordered got no silverware had to get someone else to get them no sauce for tenders asked twice never refilled our drinks The server only came back when I had someone else ask for him.

I took my tenders home wrapped up in a napkin and the food was bad also tenders were hard cold This is not acceptable I spent 53 $ and the food and service was maybe worth 5. Thank you Rowena Rohls

I came into Trevose PA store around 9PM Saturday Sept 10TH 2022. Was seated at a table. The store wasn't busy. We asked if we could sit at a booth. They sat us at a booth instead. The waitress was not so nice from the get go.

I do understand working with the public can be tiresome and stressful, it's not easy, especially end of night you get another table and it's close to closing with in an hour. She took very long it seemed. My GF Kimberly went to talk to the Manager Mike Wermuth he said his name is.

She told him about the waitress bad attitude toward us.. We finally got our food and the waitress gives me a baha ranch sauce less then half filled. I asked her kindly can you get me one that is full.

She got defensive and said they all come like that. My GF said no they don't look mine…

Was at putty hill to which is where I dine at least once a month. Love the food n bar service area upon arrival was greeted by a female host who was not so friendly or attentive I stated would like to be seated in the bar area.

Don't know if she even heard me . okay . Then said where can I be seated n not wait. She looked the other way n said nothing . I then said never mind . N walked out . Never had a problem with this location n very shocked she was even at the door .

but, she has no communication skills or attention to respond to my need to dine so walked out. Will return but this location has plenty of sitting area n she should responded a suggestion to sit n dine . A really felt slighted .

"We gave him our name and phone number as he requested and shortly afterward told him to forget our request for seating and left for Applebee's. I contacted Red Robin corporate office the night of August 16 and this contact makes 3 additional contacts for a total of the total contacts and have yet to receive a follow up contact from Red Robin.

I am a Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management instructor at the largest University in the state of South Carolina and am completely baffled as to Red Robin's posture toward guest satisfaction. All that I wanted was a follow up acknowledgement and have yet to even gotten a text or email.

If this is Red Robin's approach to good will then you guys really need help!

The App asked pickup or delivery! I chose Delivery put in order and payment it gave me an estimated time for delivery? I gave up and called the Redding Red Robin finally after the 4 th call someone answered, they checked and had no order.

I then placed the order over the phone, they said we don’t deliver! So my Fiancé went to pick up the order they said 15-20 minutes it took 40, as they brought out the order finally she asked if it was paid for, he said he wasn’t sure, since I was at home and was the one who placed the order..

she told him don’t you go anywhere !!! Left and some one else came out with an iPad and took the payment. The fries were super cold and had a bitter taste, maybe old oil? My burger was pink I asked for no pink.

Slow waitress. Charged me for service fee when I didn't play games. They were out if ice cream and I ordered two kids meals so they never offered anything for my kids as a treat. So I asked the waitress what another option for the kids treat would be and they said they could give a brownie.

The check finally came after waiting and I was charged for 2 brownie desserts. Poor quality of food and service.

Well you took away the cod sandwich with coleslaw a few years ago. Shame. I was there today. Ordered the gourmet (Delicious)., however, Instead of fries, I ordered 5 onion rings. They were one bite size. When they came. You certainly get your money's worth with the upcharge of $2.00 On these, but why would you downsize the onion???? I realize you have to make money, but you have ruined the cod sandwich and now O won't order onion rings any more either. After all my years with RR and my loyalty, I might just have to give up on you.

P.S. I was so surprised to see 5 little bitesize onion rings.

My brother and I went to the guildford Surrey red robin today. Not complaining about the food but wait time was terrible waiting for our food other tables who ordered after us got before us It was at least 40-45 minutes after we ordered It was only wraps we got but was so slow.

Are server’s service was excellent it wasn’t her fault her name was Jaiya and she was very helpful and nice. And manager came to apologize but that was all. Been going there since it opened tons of times and have never waited so long.

I watched my server take food (fries) of my neighbors plate. Then watched him treasure fries of MY plate and confronted him. He said he didn't. I WATCHED HIM DO IT AND HE WAS HOLDING THE FRY BEHIND HIS BACK DENNING IT!

I didn't eat my fries, Iwas told the GM was TOO BUSY and I paid my bill and left. This was at the COLLEGEVILLE LOCATION outside Philly PA. Make this RIGHT! 4 MEALS 2 each.

We walked up to sit at the bar and bartender audibly said ”UGHH” in disgust, followed by her sharply adding “I’m gunna be honest with you guys, we’re on a wait and I just don’t have time for you”. we hadn’t even said hi or fully walked up to our seats yet. We walked out immediately.

your Woodinville wa location could use some improvements 1. scrub the urinals and toilets at least weekly but not weakly 2. have a consistent bar seating approach. We watch some people wait for minutes for a seat while others just walk in and sit down.

Made order through Door Dash, order was accepted. Order not ready at scheduled time, had to wait almost 40 more minutes for our food. Food was cold. Side of loaded fries was inedible. Dressing was missing from salad. I would have preferred our order be rejected rather than get crappy food.

I was with a church group yesterday at Red Robin in Katy. I had ordered a double chicken breast salad. I am not one of those people that gives an order back which in this case I should have. The chicken breasts were so small it was stunning.

But the worst part is they were so cooked to death because they were so thin. That was a mistake to order chicken in a burger place.

Where to begin. Worst customer service in our area. It began with the person at host stand. Totally walked past us ignored us and then sat someone who literally walked in after us and walked around us to be seated ahead of us and a party of five waiting for their table.

Then the drink runner poured iced tea all over us and told us we were the luckiest ones today. Then our server was impatient as we were giving out order. My meat was burnt altho I requested medium well. And then there were zero refills on drinks offered I had to go to bar and ask and at that they never came.

Wish I had gone to another restaurant today. Your staff clearly wasn’t ready for 10$ burger day. Lesson learned last time I’m going to Red Robin any where . 00$

Hello, my sister and I had dinner at your restaurant in Clovis Ca. with my nephew and his family. The only time we got service is when we ordered. No refills on drinks unless we flagged someone down. My nephew ordered garlic fries and did not get extra helpings.

Also when I got home I was in the restroom. The burger was not done. God forbid I bring it back.

Also we both ordered Bonzai burgers. 00. Don't get me wrong I love your restaurant but my sister and nephew work hard for their money. I think we deserve at least 2 free meals.

I visited the red Robin at 3000 on lougheed hwy with my 2 children on July 11th. We ordered 2 burgers and 1 milk shake. We come to this location often and never had any issues. My children experienced stomachache which lasted for 2 days.

We just visited your quakertown pa Red Robin which was not my husband or my choice (grand Children’s choice). As usual we were very disappointed and again no matter what will never visit it again. The kids will have to pick somewhere else.

We were told eight or so months ago the menu was changing for the better. At that time no Pinot Grigio was available or clam chowder soup which are a favorite. Well now I can get pino but not a 9 ounce, what is with that and you still don’t have soup also the burgers have shrunk very disappointing.

Those are the only two things that have changed on the menu. So what’s with the new menu NOT.

Also the rest us owes at only 25 percent capacity so we are not the only ones that are disappointed
