I waited over 1 hour for food that was placed on line. I was promised a credit of $49.00 on my credit card. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my credit. This was at the Independence Ohio location. Hiw much longer do I have to wait? Please advise.

Red Robin - Carmel, Indiana - was there on Sat/Jul/09/2022 - worst experience we have ever had in a restaurant - issues were: * over a 10 minute wait for initial service (restaurant was not busy at all) * ordered Mr. 00+ for 5 sodas, 3 burgers, fish/chips and chicken tenders and chips???!!!

This is the 2nd time I've been to the Red Robin in West Covina the 1st time we were there there was gnats flying all over in the bar area or where we were sitting we told the waiters she said that she was sorry there's nothing she can do about it you about it we went back a second time and we were gonna be seated in the same place in the bar area we told the seeder that there's flies or gnats in that area she said well I've never had a complaint before If you don't like it you can move so

After receiving our order, no one came to see if we needed anything else. I had to ask the girl up front for a box, then later for our check. We wanted to leave without paying because we were so frustrated and ready to go.

But we're not like that. I noticed everyone else was being helped, but they were not black. Maybe we went on the wrong color day.

The store in Spring Hill Tn is gross and needs to be closed. Went once and done. All the reviews for this location are poor. Example: My family and I went to Red Robin in Spring Hill Sunday, because the parking lot had only a few cars, compared to Longhorn's parking lot that was almost full.

My family and I couldn't figure out from the outside why Red Robin was empty. When we walked in they had plenty of staff, but nearly every table was filthy, along with the floors. I was going to overlook that and actually order until they put our silverware down and two out of the three forks were filthy with food.

I hope they get it together soon or I'm afraid they're going to wind up like O'Charley's. It seems everyone else in Spring Hill, besides me, new that they have a filthy restaurant. I'm…

I'm 55 years old with grey hair and could not get a beer without ID. The manager says it's company policy, where's common sense in this? I understand if there's a question about a person's age but come on, ridiculous!

My girlfriend and I stopped for a weekend of the 4th Holiday meal. At the Red Robin's located at 5785 Harvey St Norton Shores, MI 49444. We like to stop there for special times. Birthdays Holidays and with old friends.

I've never had reason to complain until after yesterday. The place was not overly busy it was around 2-3 in the afternoon. I ordered THE MASTER CHEESE Cheddar and Provolone cheeses, Bistro Sauce, dill pickle planks, lettuce, and tomato on a toasted brioche bun.

29 cal 790 My girlfriend ordered CLUCKS & FRIES® Chicken tenders and Bottomless Steak Fries® with ranch. 69 cal 1330. My burger was ordered not pink and was served very cold to the touch. And the fries were even worse, soggy and even colder.

My hamburger wasn’t done and my egg was not done all of are fries where cold old.No manager came out and say sorry are anything .7 tables are full rest empty.The guy working in back has his paints down where u can see his underwear.I’m sitting right by kitchen the floor is dirty paper all over the floor.I also heard a guy say his burger was cold.

The good is terrible and the service is non-existent. I was the only person in the bar area and the bartender absolutely ignored me and had a terrible attitude. The burger was overcooked and cold. Red Robin used to be a place to look forward to going to.

Now it’s less than a dennys in all areas. Shame on you. Your stock reflects just how bad everything is with your miserable service and food. Shame on you. Customers warning. Stay far away as I guarantee you will be disappointed with your experience.

There are so many really good restaurants that care about there customers overall dining experience, pls don’t waste your time on a concept that has thrown in the towel years ago. They are dying a slow but assuredly an inevitable death. RIP RR.

We went to the your location in millbury Massachusetts on Monday June 27th and I was disappointed in how long it took for server to come over and take our drink order and then it was another 25mins before we could place our order. When I said something to the server she became very irritated and was disrespectful.

She said I should be happy she was there now to take our order. When our meals arrived she slammed the plates down on the table. When I asked for a side of Mayo she walked away talking under her breath.

It was a terrible experience I can't believe how we were treated.

My son and I went to eat at Red Robin in Shadow Lake Pavillion Nebraska and we were ignored..We sat in the bar area and the bartender looked at us and walked away..2 other employees did the same thing.. We waited 10 minutes and did not see one employee. This is the 2nd time we have had problems in that restaurant..NO MORE..we will not be going back..

We went to the Medford, OR Red Robin for dinner last night. We had a coupon for a free birthday burger. Our first server was very nice and efficient but turned us over to another server before we got our food.

I want to say that I totally understand about being short staffed. I am in the same boat and have a team that is also shorthanded. But we still put customer service first. A lady other than the one that took our order brought out our food.

I had a salad and no silverware had been brought to the table. I asked her for some. When she brought it to me she handed it to me with her thumb smack in the middle of the fork tines!

I was very disgusted by this but she was gone in a flash so I dipped a napkin in my water and "washed" my fork. My husband asked our order taker if they had any…

6/21 9 pm. Took the family after a movie to the Red Robin on 1631 W. Imperial Hwy, La Habra, CA. After a significant time waiting at the front booth to be seated, I walked toward the bar/kitchen area to ask if there was a host present.

I was told by employee Lizzy Lopez that the take-out food was a priority and to continue to wait. I let her know we had already been waiting and we would like to be seated since we had been without service/greeting.

The wait was excessive and we decided to leave. I asked for the supervisors name (Reynaldo) to which Lizzy Lopez remarked that "He's getting crazy" and had another server assist me. Upon exit, I let the staff know that there were other guests waiting at the entry door/booth who were also looking for service/seating.

Location- by south hill mall wa I understand that it was a busy Sunday night but the waiter gave me the wrong refill, it happens and I’m not upset about that part I am upset that I had a sever allergic reaction from it and and threw up my food I paid for and I’m pretty sure it was alcohol because there was a lime in it and I was felt tipsy in the car ride home.

Waited 45 mins to get seated when half the restaurant has seats open. Had to ask 3 times to get yea not a refill but the first glass. Had to ask 3 times for ice and fries. This is just a quarter of the issues. Worst service ever!!!

This evening, 6/10/22, we placed an online order for pickup in Temecula, CA. 36. I got The Wedgie Burger. Not only was the patty completely burnt, but the guacamole tasted rancid. It was inedible. Very disappointing!

My wife and I tried to correct the server on a mistaken order and server became very defensive. I completely understand that some people just have bad days and he or she was probably having one of them as they seemed stressed but when the server eventually brought the correct meal, he or she placed it on the table and said “Just so you know the whole kitchen had to slave away to make your order, Enjoy”. And walked away. We felt that was out of line.

I honestly I’m not sure if we will be back simply because running into that same server will probably always leave a bad taste now.

We arrived and my wife checked in at the front desk. We had signed up on the app on the way. It told us that we were 2nd in line then first in line. As we set there they were sweating people that showed up and checked in.

I got up and asked why we hadn’t been seated. The lady said we had not checked in. My wife went up and told the young lady that I checked in with you. Apparently she forgot to check us in.

They said you are checked in now and we had to wait do more people to be seated ahead of us because of her mistake. Never did they offer to take care of us. The one girl even told two men who looked like managers.

They just talked about us and looked at us. We waited for 30 minutes to be seated. I would think that if your employee made a mistake your company would do all they could…

Walked into Red Robin in Exeter at approximately 9:20 on Friday evening and it’s was just one mess after another.

First we asked to sit outside. The hostess handed us some menus and told us to pick any table and the server would be out. We went outside and every table was empty except for one and all the empty tables were filthy.

Dishes, food etc still on the tables. The one table that was not empty felt sorry flor us and walked all their dirty dishes to another table and let us sit down before they left. After waiting 15 minutes for a server, I walked inside to find the hostess sitting and talking to friends.

I said we have not gotten served and she said are you kidding me? I also told her the outside was a disgrace.

We said in the bar area the floor was so slippery we were afraid of falling. Couldn't even hardly get into the booth the floor was so slippery. Ordered our meal and before a meal come out the air conditioner kicked-on it was so cold in there.

I had t-shirt on I was freezing to death ask the manager that if you could turn down the air conditioner he said ,that was all they could do because of floor sweats. My wife and I. Our food came it was lukewarm we ordered a hamburger and fries had to eat it fast because it was getting colder with the air on.

I ended up getting a cold I've been sick for 2 days. I don't think I'll ever be back I spent almost $40 and ate cold food I wasn't going to send it back. So a dinner out with my wife wasn't very pleasurable at all.

I ordered the fried pickles and a teriyaki burger with the pineapple. The pickles were amazing! Service was great, but the burger was not. At the time when I was eating it it was OK... but some time later I was feeling nauseous, and throwing up.

It may be some time before I come back. Nobody likes the feeling of throwing up.

My husband and I visited the Red Robin restaurant at 11420 Capital Blvd, Wake Forest, NC on Sunday, May 15 for lunch. We arrived about 12:15. After a reasonable wait, we were led to our table by a hostess. As I walked on a rug and transitioned onto tile, i stepped onto a slick spot on the floor and fell. I hit and hurt both hands, left shoulder, left knee, and chin. They remain sore and bruised at this writing and my knee is still severely bruised and sore, hampering my walking and standing.

A manager came over and helped me up, then completed a report. I asked for a copy and have not received it. I provided my email address and phone number and have not heard back from the corporate office as promised.

Hello! I hope you & your family are well. So, my son wanted "clucks & fries" & I just wanted a side salad. I stood at the table for 10 minutes before someone came to me.

There were a lot of women standing around talking & some other women were sitting in chairs. I have outstanding customer service skills & those employees lack it big time at my local Red Robin restaurant.

Finally, someone took my order, then I sat down to wait for it to get done. After sitting there for about 15 minutes, I was told they are out of "clucks." This comment is awaiting moderation Received a Red Robin gift card worth $100 for my birthday on May 5, 2022. Ordered curbside pickup dinner for myself and two friends on May 6, spent $75 of my gift card, including $9 tip.

One of my friends is vegetarian so he ordered a cheese pizza. Drove straight home with the food, which is less than 5 minutes away, and the pizza was terrible, it tasted like cardboard. I tried calling the restaurant to have it replaced, but no answer.

I tried calling 20 times and still no answer. The time was 7:15pm and the restaurant is open until 8:00pm. I was frustrated because me friend end had nothing to eat, so I drove back to the restaurant to have that pizza replaced and the front doors were locked and it wasn’t even 8:00pm yet.

My friend and i were in the resturant tonight,To start our first server was Jermaine, We had ordered 2 fish and chips dinners, i requested no salt on fries cause of surgery. I am aretired chef and ive eaten atb your resturant many of times and the girl with blond hair did a great jobserving us.

I recently dined at one of your restaurants and had a terrible experience. We got cold fries, my chicken sandwich was warm with a crusty bun Every time I go to the Red Robin in Bonita there are always issues.

Then we ordered the chocolate chip cookies and they were mushy and the top of the cookies were cold and the bottoms were barely warm. I will never go back to that restaurant again!

I don’t know if this review site is legit, but bottomless fries are great if they come around and ask if you want more before everyone is done eating and sitting there for 10 minutes after there done. You get tired of waiting and just pay your bill on there kiosks.

Then as you’re done paying and trying to write a review on it, they come around and ask do you need anything. Was there 3 years ago and just tonight. Same thing, food tasted great but quit advertising bottomless fries if you don’t come around and ask if you’d like more.

This is the Fayetteville, Arkansas restaurant. 3 years ago I witnessed whom I thought was the manager just flirting with staff, instead of watching customers and helping staff practice serving skills, tonight no idea. Waitress was nice but maybe over worked…

RR store @ Germantown Pkwy Cordova TN on 5/10/22 was the worst service experience at any restaurant ever! Slow service to a well staffed restaurant with moderate capacity. The staff seemed to wonder around aimlessly. Many orders came out wrong.

The attitude by servers was rude. Drink refills never tended to, other tables seemed to have been attended to but we were ignored. Food was cold. No bottomless fries received even after repeated requests. We finally had to complain to staff including manager, we were still not attended to.

Manager did not desire to address the problem. Out of my 35 years as an adult, I have always left a tip, even at bad restaurants. This is the first time I felt $0 tip was warranted. There were more issues, too many to list here.

I visited one of your PA locations this past Wednesday after receiving an email stating they had a Kids Eat Free the first Wednesday of every month. The service was very poor, however I felt bad as the server was all by himself for the entire restaurant with no help.

Our food was not delivered asking requesting a refill on various items. The food was also poor, the mac and cheese was mostly sauce and the salad was not fresh. When the bill arrived they did not give us the discount.

I talked to the server and he said he would take it off. He only gave us 50% on one kids meal (we had two). We asked him again and he said eh would talk to his manager. He came back stating that the manager said that was the deal they were offering that day.

The host was very unfriendly. I had to ask to be seated. He threw our silverware down onto table and just walked away. He looked like he just got out of bed and looked angry. I spoke to Manager about this and he said he would speak to him but nothing became of this situation..

If it was not for our server I would have left.. I enjoyed my food and my dining experience thanks to our waitress Arianna.
