Mold in walls. Weed smoking in room next door had smell it. Locks broke and things broke in bathroom. Bed bugs this Beechmount location in Ohio room 121. We did report the weed smoking. Nasty blankets. Attached proof. Wires hanging out of heater. Pics says to big. Toilet won't flush.

I am at red roof inn in Norcross GA when I arrived here I had moved a lot of things it was super hot so when I came in the room it was noted that the wall was damaged drywall off the flooring is very worn stained covers on the bed and the baseboard in the bathroom is falling off as well as rotted walls and a rusty tub.

The Manager and staff was incredibly rude and hateful. She was disrespectful to me and my wife. She made distasteful comments to my kids, which was extremely uncalled for. Why does this woman still have a job? I spent over $375 for 2 nights in a room with no towels broken hair dryer and weak water pressure in the shower.

This is a horrible experience and I will never stay here again. I had to buy ice from the store because the ice machines did not work. This is a shame and I think something needs to be done about this.

I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place and I don't recommend it to anyone who has any respect for themselves and their family

I booked a reservation online, and came to the office to pay for my reservation and get the key to my room. I told the Man that was at the front office that I had a reservation that I had booked online, he asked for my name and supposedly looked up my information then he asked for my preferred payment method and I said cash.

He charged me (gave me no receipt) I trusted him, so I never checked online to see if that was the actual room that I had reserved. Next day I see that there was a charge to my debit card for the reservation, I was confused and checked my reservation, and turned out he had gave me a different room number.

5 months and spent thousands of dollars and the last day I was there I had trouble with my bank and wasn’t able to pay the current day so I packed and before I could get out the door was horribly forced to leave by security in very humiliating fashion.

Was very mean and disrespectful and forced me to throw many of my belongings away bcuz I couldn’t get off the premises fast enough. Very angry and embarrassed. Never want to ever stay there again. Was never given any decent discount or comp and was not treated as a valued customer; more like a worthless bum.

I have been staying at the Hometown Studios by Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, MO 64119. They switched hands recently and kept the deposit in the amount of $100. We are in room 318 and have been for 6 months.

We have never received the tax refund we should have as “residents” please address this issue. It’s bad business.

we stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Brunswick Georgia. 00 surcharge on the weekend. 00. I advised that I was a member, senior, and had automobile club. She would not give me a better rate. The advertizment said newly renovated but the room had a hole in the wall, chipped flooring, no shelf in the shower to put soap or shampoo, stains on the air conditioning unit and I saw a bug on the floor in the bathroom.

The next morning we went to get breakfast and the front desk said we don't do breakfast but coffee was available. The coffee was lukewarm and so weak that we did not take it. The rooms had no coffee makers and no hair dryers.

I do have pictures if you want to see them. I was very disappointed

I booked a trip for my mom and dad at the Red Roof Inn in Knoxville TN (Kirby Road) from 10/20-10/25. Upon arrival, they find the hotel under construction and a mess of the place. So not bothering them, they proceed to their room.

They are upset to find that the construction crew is set up literally right outside their door. New flooring is being put down until 2am, not to mention the marijuana smoke coming from the workers. They can't sleep and are irritated to find that the next day, their door key doesn't work.

Go to the front counter, to find that there is a sign that the counter attendant will be back. They wait for 20 minutes because their key doesn't work. He finally comes out of the back, wiping his eyes because he has been asleep in the back.

Breakfast is cold the next morning…

We use to come every so often to stay at this location in Temple, TX. We were in room 222 and didn't have any problems. The roof was leaking so we had to switch rooms. One housekeeping asked why we were moving which was none of her concern.

" I continued walking to may car. Couple days later, I was going upstairs carrying a couple big boxes. This one guy moved away gor me to pass by and the same house looked at me up and down with an attire.

I said excuse me and she said um hm with the an attitude and backed up in the room she was cleaning. A few days later another housekeeping knocked at our door and had an attitude to my kid asking if we were going or staying and by then we were almost at the middle of the week and I already paid for the week.

The shower was filthy. The sink had crusted spit stuck to it. The air knob to Mt heater doesn't work and there's some sort of crusted puke looking stuff on it. The phone in the room doesn't work the toilet has been running the whole time non stop and o shut off the water flow to it.

I had a complaint in before 11 am with corporate and was told o needed to goto front desk another inconvenience I made it there by 5 and the clerk had no idea what was going on. I am posting all my photos and videos to all my social media accounts.

I have been staying at Red roof Inn west since September 23,2023.

First I was put in a filthy room. No security latch on the door, smoke detector hanging by the wires, pet hair on the floor as well as human and pet hair clogging the drain in the tub. I’ve asked for full service for my room 5 different times in 2 weeks and have had my room partially cleaned 1 time.

Bedding changed 1 time and I have to beg for clean towels! To top it off I have bugs crawling everywhere in my room. 59-$75/night THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Dog poo has the property littered because people fail to clean up after their pets.

I am disgusted by this experience and won’t stay with Red roof anymore!

The hotel elevator was broken and we had to use the stairs all the way to the 4th floor and the other person with me is elderly and had a hard time getting to the room. The ice machine was broken.

The soda vending machine down in the lobby was broken and the soda vending machine was broken on the 4th floor the only other floor that they have a vending machine. I put my money in the machine and it authorized my payment but no soda came out of the machine it sounded like it was trying to get the soda but

As of 9/12/23, I have been dealing with two individuals located at the Southpoint location which I was told go by the names of Britteny Shantell Jackson and Derrick Johnson, these two individuals have been causing trouble destroying property by pissing around the walls releasing all types odors and other things to cause destruction on the building. The day shift needs a lot of improvement. Stephanie, the General Manager, is never at the window, or answers the phone. I am staying here because of a domestic violence situation and a company called Community Services League is trying to pay and she's not calling them back.

I took it upon myself to reach out to Stephanie, and when she finally answered the phone, she said I am busy and don't have time for this shit then hung up on me. This seems to be her attitude towards several people.

Stephanie seems very unprofessional and unwilling to assist guest with anything that takes any effort. I also have your membership and for some reason I can't use it I have been told.

I PAID OVER $700 to stay here. I was offered zero housekeeping or hospitality. Although , Front Desk Lisa was awesome very nice. I am seeing if I could please get my refund back . Just a terrible experience. I had to throw out my own trash and get my own towels no one offered anything !!

Red Roof Inn, Clemens RD, Westlake, Ohio. 99 charge posted on my credit card I used there. 3 am 9/6/23. com a vague website out of Canada. My credit card company stated that it is listed as a dating and escort service.

I did not agree to, sign up, or use any such service. Credit card company reversed the charge. I also cancelled my credit card for safety. When the charge was reversed, it showed up as Red Roof Inn who had issued the original charge. 29 as county tax.

We did not use the safe in the room. This is how they’re hiding it, getting their money, and making it seem like it’s just part of the fees. Obviously, prostitution and stealing credit card info at this motel. Considering contacting police.

I reserved 4 rooms for 2 nights online told bout pets, in person they were told. They charged me $613 the first time and $556 for another 2 nights. When it was only $416 online reserved. They kicked us out due to our pets when others have pets there as well.

Our rooms were clean everyday and smelling better then the other rooms. They tried to kick us out a day early until I asked for my money back. I would like a refund on this. Hi my name is Michelle Stuckert. I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Hickory, NC for two weeks. I only had my room cleaned once in two weeks and it wasn't even cleaned all the way. I only was given towels two separate times in those two weeks.

I made a reservation on 8-19-23 for a two day stay at the Red Roof in Monroeville, Pa 15146. m. After driving 12 hours from Tennessee it would have been helpful to know this info so I could have adjusted my time accordingly.

Once in the room, the air conditioner was not working and there was no hot water in the bathroom. I was tired and decided to give it a try in the morning. Once morning arrived, there was still no hot water for a shower and the air still was not working.

I made coffee as this is one of your amenities and there was no sugar. I went to the desk and asked for some and was told they didn't have any and hadn't had any for awhile. This was the last straw and totally unacceptable.

The manager and housekeeping are nosey, rude, and racist. After staying almost a week housekeeping started to harass me accusing me of doing things like putting litter in the garbage can where it goes in the first place or ashing cigarette ashes on the ground and all of the top floor smokes not just me.

Not secure or safe - all outside doors propped open. Room door security bar missing & door doesn't close securely. Bathroom door didn't close at all. NO ONE AT FRONT DESK!!! No amenities. The manager's name was Karen she was really rude to my boyfriend and I when we come to check in she would not allow me to charge my phone in the lobby so I could pull up my information I needed for my card so I could rent my room.

This was the first incident of many mishaps during my check inn.

I stayed in the red roof in Albany NY There's no Microwave, no refrigerator, no nothing . I asked for another pillow. " Got Nothing " Asked three times for services. " got towels only" No new sheets, no cleaning of the room . It was nasty.

I asked several times for services and Nothing got done . The one time I got sheets they were put on the bed. My daughters ear pods came up missing asked and asked if anyone saw them. Everyone said No When she looked at her app that shows where they are they were at The Motel.

Your hotel in Maple Shade is disgusting. This location needs to be shut down, from the drug using people to the filth all over the hotel. From roaches, ants and more roaches. Something needs to be done. Your general manager at the hotel has the worst attitude.

The black woman with the short hair has a nasty attitude and would not help even after we told her there were roaches in coming out of the vents. We asked for another room once we saw the blood on the sheets, we were told they were booked and didn't even off any clean sheets.

This has been the worst experience in our life. How could you allow this to go on, I have seen the reviews and they are horrible and yet its seems nothing has been done.

We stayed at your Red Roof Plus - Oxyn Hill, MD and it was not a good stay. I would rate this stay a 1. We got there and checked in timely and the rooms were dirty, dingy, doors were dirty, bugs and grass on the inside of the 2 double bed hotel. We have been staying in this hotel for several months and for the in-between my paycheck time period I use our points for a free night until my paycheck hits the account. Even having been there for the amount of time we never had an issue doing it because the points from the previous week are always available on the day of booking.

I have stayed at the red roof inn Hebron ohio several times and it gets worse everytime. It always smells like weed the floors look like shit. This weekend 7/28 we was moved to 3 different rooms first one a bed was broken second had no refrigerator 3 rd one be has a very prominent sag in it and there was a nasty dirty wash rag over the smoke detector.

Thinking of finda different place to stay

There's a female worker there by the name of shay who is prostituting on the clock. Jon the main person over Red roof inn in Teays Valley, is allowing it. Nor to mention, shay n Jon have something going on amongst each other.

This girl shay is drinking on the job n Jon allows it. This manager, boss or whatever he is, is not keeping up on the stuff around that motel. Air conditioners are going out. There's one girl who works there that does a better job at cleaning the rooms, her name is Kathryn, don't know her last name, but she's the only one I've seen do her job right.

The other workers cleaning the room don't do a very good job. A lot of time they don't Change the bed linens. I stayed at that motel for a month in a half n Kathryn was the only one doing a thorough job.

We had issues with the red roof inn plus in Timonium Maryland. We have not gotten any satisfaction. We had a horrible visit, rooms were dirty, electrical wiring showing, water leaks, very disrespectful people. We want a refund! I also have pictures but I couldn't send them with this file.

I believe in customer feedback, good and bad. I'm not a road warrior anymore. When I was I stayed at a lot of Red Roof Inns. I rotated from Red Roof, Holiday Inn, and Comfort Inn. Each time I gave feedback as feedback can be the lifeblood of a company's growth.

My most recent experience at the Morehead, KY Red Roof was the worst experience of the three hotel chains in two decades of traveling. I was embarrassed...and angry.

I brought a film crew to the Morehead area to shoot three days of filming in the area. The shooting schedule was so full that each night's lodging would be more of a six-hour nap. I chose the Red Roof to accomplish this. I booked two rooms for two nights and the first night I needed one extra room.
