I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Warren Michigan on June 29th. The bed was infested with bugs and I was bitten all over my body. It was a horrifying experience!!! I advised the motel staff including the General Manager and I filed a complaint with your corporate office.

No one seemed to care and I was unable to get any satisfaction when I asked for a refund for the cost of the room. I am very sorry that I chose to stay at Red Roof Inn and I will never stay at one of your motels again.

We have had an extended stay and within 7 days we have had to change rooms 3xs and it's crazy because family front out of state has paid for our stay for a few more days and these rude people won't even have maintenance come to the room they just moved us in to see why our water is not running nor getting hot.

They won't refund any of our money and not to mention 1of the unruly children staying here pulled the fire alarm at 7am the hallways are smelling like sewage due to the plumbing situation. This property should be shame at how they treat their guest

I was accused of smoking in my room. I would never do that. I have proof of what was on the floor, which was dry skin, and the GM and lead receptionist flat out told me I was lying and that was very unprofessional.

I was charged $200 and I feel that’s unfair because I know what was actually in that room and what was not. I am from Michigan and the hotel is in Florida I really believe that I should contact my lawyer to file a claim of defamation of character.

I have tried to get in contact with upper management, but no one seems to want to help me. I am very disappointed in red roof. Can someone please from upper management and not the hotel get in touch with me as soon as possible

I had made a reservation to stay at a red roof inn plus on a busy Saturday,, they cancelled it because they said my redi card credit card had expired ! That left my family and I in a difficult situation!

I wasn't able to find a room till 1 am ! Mind you , my son had a baseball game that next morning at 8 am ! I could've recieved a courtesy call , or red roof could have waited until I got to the location !

This was terrible service ! Never again will we stay at a red roof !

, to July 14th, 2023. , in order to be at Fairgrounds early on July 14th. According to the Red Roof Inn there, there was supposed to have in room coffee, not true.

Also, the toilet did not work appropriately. We did see some insects in the room, most likely due to the door to the room's weather stripping not sealing completely, you could see light from the outside that night. The pillows on the bed were at best just barely pillows.

HI I am a loyal red roof customer\guest, I recently stayed at the mt laurel location 603 fellowship rd. Not only was i charged more money than i was supposed to be paying as a rewards member, but when i chose to bring it to the attention of the manager on shift, I was told that there is an extra 15% charge.

After I did the math and looked at the price that i had been paying, i returned and showed the manager that i never was charged this extra 15% before the manager advised me to take it up with the GM or Red roof Cooperate offices. I called cooperate after i left the office and was told i would be reimbursed the difference (i was not ).

No stars. Stayed at Red Roof Stockton, CA. Accidentally got locked out my room. And got told off without any assistance and spoke little English from a representative- hallway monitor named Gil to go to the front desk when he had a hand held and could easily ask them to call the front.

But he and the front desk girl: Faviola offered no apologies or help whatsoever. On Wednesday July 5th,2023 I was stopped by security guard ken and was told that I was not allowed on the property. " I then asked why and he replied "I don't know, you have to go talk to her she's in the office", which I then proceeded to walk to the office.

I am filing a complaint about the Red Roof Inn Airport Rochester . The Inn was disgusting . The sheets were stained some had holes, there were piles of dirt on the floor in the corner of the rooms, the window opened but had no screen , the toilet paper holder was broke and

just left that way , there was no shower curtain , the walls had scribbling all over them, there was cracking and mildew above the air conditioner. I ended up sleeping in my clothes on the bed with clothing covering the sheets .

I had no access to my points for 5 days, then when the lady called me to tell me that my account was reactivated she was initially rude and defensive about the audit process, and your system's glitch which she said mistakenly gave me 18,000 points and said that it would continue to happen. We argued for 30 minutes until I gave in and told her I understood what she was saying. My issue is that after speaking to her and feeling totally defeated she then took another 2075 points, and when I said that doesn't feel right and then saying my points accumulated didn't sound right, she threatened to put my account in another audit.

I’d like to inform whoever this may concern, I came to this Red Roof Inn around 5am to try and rent a room because I had been on the road all night driving and I went into the office to speak to someone. I walked in expecting to finally get a room and go to sleep.

Well no one was in the office, I stood there for 25 minutes knocking and yelling to see if I could grab anyone’s attention. Nope! Nothing. I tried calling their number over 20 times, nothing! Went back out to my car and sat giving them a few minutes, went back in and it was the same thing.

Giving the area I kinda figured the employee was passed out somewhere. In total I was there almost a hour and a half waiting on the employee to show up which never happened. Ended up eventually going to a different hotel.

I reserved a room on 5/24/23 at the Statesville NC location. I was charged a $100 deposit that I have not received back. I have called and was told to call back so I did the very next day just to be told that the manager isn't there and I will need to call back at random times in hopes of catching him there.

Stayed at Red Roof inn in Whytheville Virginia . Front desk not lit and empty . The person who appeared later was not friendly at all . Gave me the card keys to a room that was not cleaned with bed sheets and towels on the floor .

The smoking smell was unbelievable ( booked a none smoking room ! ) . Went back down to so called front desk ( my wife and I are handicapped ! ) . We’re given another room where the plaster from the ceiling next to the front door and in the bathroom was coming off in big chunks.

There was a broken light bulb in pieces on one of the pillows that came off from a lamp above the bed . Room was dark as many of the bulbs were burned. Coffee maker without coffee or filters .

Went back down to from desk to be told they have no coffee . Could not even get a cup of coffee…

I stayed at your 2625 Zelda Rd Montgomery Alabama this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any RR inn. 1st room had to keep going back because key wouldn’t work, curtains was falling off of the rods, bugs, Walls were filthy.

bedding was filthy smelled like weed. To top that the clerk kept telling me this was thesx only room he had on 1floor while giving someone one without a reservation a 1st floor room. After several more complaints he finally found another room 2 doors down which was available all the time.

2nd room, had maybe an inch & 1/2 toilet paper on the roll no extra roll. It was bugs in the room & the walls were awful. I asked 3 times for an iron & a bucket for ice never received either.

Room had bad smell, floor was beyond dirty, filthy in fact. Could see shoe treads on floor, pubic hair in corner of tub. No shampoo, etc. Asked for amenities, waited so long decided to find local Walmart to buy what we needed to include a large can of LYSOL!

Paid $280 per night for the most dreadful experience I’ve had in years. Never plan to stay in Red Roof Inn again and will advise family to stay away. This RRI was in Gulf Shores ,AL. Was there for a wedding and other guests were complaining to me after comparing notes on our rooms.

I stayed a nasty Red Roof Inn in Delaware this past weekend. The room looked a hot mess and smelled like weed . My family and I literally only stayed maybe 4-6 hours . I was charged a $100 smoking fee, yet my family doesn’t smoke.

I checked out on May 26 from room 120 I left a waist bag containing short dog leashes, muzzles flash light l, mase, a leash splitter, and water bottle, hanging on the iron board. I called the hotel that following Monday when I realized I left it.

I booked a reservation for 2 night (06/06 and (06/07) stay but unexpectedly felt ill and had to go home so I had to cancel the second night. The office was closed until 11AM. I called at 11am to cancel an additional night but no one was available to answer. They answered an hour later and told me that they can cancel and check me out but will not refund me the additional night because I called after 11 am. 22 W Algonquin Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60005 2 females behind the front desk and another unknown unknown male that likely works here immediately told us to get out of the lobby room while we were trying to check in because my fiancé was breastfeeding without a cover, and continued to give us snarky remarks the whole 5 minutes it took to check in.

In all 50 states a woman can breastfeed on private or public properly as she sees fit. I will absolutely never use this company ever again.

The RedRoof on Harts Rd Jacksonville Fl should be shut down. Prostitutes, people smoking weed outside, and in the stairwell all night long. We have never stayed anywhere that I was scared until now. We waited about an hour before we decided to leave but we’re told we only had 30 minutes to do that.

We had booked two rooms at $100 a piece so we could not afford to go somewhere else. My handicap room was a joke. No shower seat or walk in shower only a tub with loose hand rails. There was a blunt in the floor at the service desk that a child pointed out.

How the police have never been called I will never know. Probably a long shot but I would like a full refund for this horrible experience

I am trying to get my deposit back 100 dollors . My transmission went out. I am 4 hours away I have no way to get it I asked if they could email my resent I could send back picture of Divers Licence or down load it to sigh it and they could either mail it or put back on my card.

We drove over13 hours today from the coast of North Carolina. Booked a room by phone. The girl at the desk was friendly and polite. We were very disappointed in the room. Rusty metal lamp beside the bed, grassy debris on our sheets, old, stained toilet seat and stale, funky smell to the room and hallway.

We do not need many amenities but expect clean and nice room facilities. We will never stay in a Red Roof Inn. Is there anyone who checks on the inns to make sure cavities are kept up and clean? Ones like the one we stayed at on Orme Dr. In Vicksburg, MS.

I contacted Red Roof Inn HQ after a terrible experience at the Red Roof in Caryville, TN. I suggested that management might want to check out that despicable location, which is damaging the corporation's reputation. I received a very nice response from "Debbie" and then received numerous telephone calls from the Caryville site's owner/manager. I stayed at the Plano location. After entering the room I noticed how dilapidated the rooms are. Smell of marijuana, cigarettes and body odor. The manager is incapable of running this establishment. Corporate offices are unreceptive to customer complaints. This establishment as a whole is an embarrassment to the hotel industry and needs to be shut down immediately!

We attended a granddaughter graduation in Lubbock, TX. on 5-12. Reserved room on 3-23. No towels, no clock in room. Bathroom floor dirty,carpeting on main hallway dirty, burned out bulb in lamp, had to go to front desk for towels and bulb.

I moved to Lexington NC on 6/422 arriving by car in evening with no reservations. The first hotel I saw was a Hilton product so I kept looking. Pulling into Red Roof Inn, the parking lot had a bad feeling but I just wanted a clean room until I could establish I should a residence in the area. Manager was horrible.

Took our card and did not inform us that the use of payment was not accepted. Stayed 2 nights. On the 3rd when we tried to extend , we were informed they can no longer accept our Venmo bank Visa card.

We were never informed once about it and they took deposit of $50 including taxes and room fees. spoke to manager personally and nothing was mentioned at all about our use of payment. …

I am staying here for business and have no access to the Internet. It just says “this site can’t be reached “ I’m losing so much money by not being able to access the Internet. I had to go purchase Internet router and service just for my stay here which cost me an additional $230 and that doesn’t even work because there isn’t the necessary plug in on the wall in my room and it isn’t refundable.

I want someone to contact me and compensate the money I’ve lost by staying in your establishment otherwise I will Sue for false advertisement because it clearly states free Wi-Fi on the website, in the office, everywhere,, and i will win because I have all the proof I need not to mention the front desk lady admitted this was a problem für you guys so you shouldn’t claim to be a great place for…

Syracuse, NY on May 3rd. The hotel is part of Redroof. The place is a mess. Our room had no workable Tv and was missing light bulbs. It certainly is misrepresented on the Redroof web site. We will stay clear of this place and will closely check client reviews before we make our next Redroof reservation.

We are very disappointed with Redroof.

The motel in Morton Grove ill is a slum .i had reservations last week through priceline .i drove up to that place and the place is falling apart Your pictures on your website does not look like that pliace now. I couldn't believe a big company like yours .would have a place that looks like that .even the lobby looked awful. .i wouldn't never stay .i look in the window the Curtains looked like they have been for years. .

The woman who was working the night of Saturday April. 22 2023 was very rude me and my husband traveled 8 hours for a music event with his record label we ended up having to leave from there just to drive and book. Another one they didn’t give us our refund not even the 50 dollar deposit fee I would not recommend this to any of my bussiness associates and not to mention she threatened to beat my husband this is unacceptable I will peope contacting people to get this bussiness shut down for good

I overheard the night manager using racial terms to describe a black guest. m. These people were not doing anything. They were a large group and were excited and made =some noise around the pool. That is when your manager told them to hush up which they did as told.

That's when your manager as plain as day said Fucking NIGGERS. HE IS OF MUSLIM DECENT ABOUT MID 50S I am making a call to naacp also. Yours truly Roger kirk. Ps a meth pipe was also found under the bed.

The Red Roof Inn in Newnan, GA. is absolutely disgusting to say the least!!! Hair everywhere in the bathroom, A/C unit in the window had a 3/4 inch gap, the window was filthy, the toilet and bathtub had running water in each of them, the smoke detector was ripped off the wall, the hallway had 2 different rooms with bed linens in the hallway across from the room that was assigned to me, there was q-tips/candy wrappers/ a plastic glove/bottle caps/a fake fingernail and

spilled paint just to name a few. I wouldn’t set my luggage or purse down anywhere in the room because it was so nasty.
