Covered in roaches, from the day I moved in until the day I moved out. Front desk has horrible customer service skills & are very rude, drug addicts outside on a regular basis. Drugs sold on the property. Couple arguments on a regular basis.

I wouldn't recommend a soul stay here bc the people running the place don't deserve the money.

Stayed in Harrisburg PA on March 29 onour way to Florida. Our room #227 had what appeared to be a sewage back up in the tub of which we never even used. Complaint made to front desk in morning hoping for some compensation but to no avail.

The first room the air when cut off no hot water and holes in wall second room there was mildew and the air conditioning was open with no filters there was no phone and bathtub had bugs and was dirty. The manager contacted me with bad attitude and told me that I stayed over 5 hours, which I checked in at 3:50 and after going thru rooms I left about 6pm.

The was trending to another customer and told me to call the 800 number for my refund. She had to check me out after she got done with the lobby customers. Oh yeah the first room sink only had cold water too

We booked a room at your motel in McKinney, Texas for tonight 04/15 and tomorrow night 04/16 checking out 04/17. We were up all night last night and traveled 12 hours to get here. We booked a room to sleep.

We checked in and was given room #107. We settled in took our showers and crawled into bed when we started hearing loud music. We thought it was a car out in the parking lot. When it didn't stop we opened the door to find that it was apparently live music at the restaurant next door.

After it went on for a little bit I went to the front desk and asked them how long this music would go on. They told me 12-1am. Stay 4 days they somehow got two $100 deposits from me and they kept both of them saying I smoked in the room because my wife dropping ashtray that she uses outside in the room before we left everything was picked up but the ashes but they used that to say we smoked in the room nothing burnt nothing smell like smoke nothing else the first night we were there the room had no microwave no refrigerator no coffee maker no nothing still charged the same amount of regular room

Me and my disable daughter is renting a room at Redroof as of today. From the time we arrive Marinda (employee) stated for me to reserve a room early doing the week of April 21st through April 28th, due to schools/colleges due to graduations.

This morning Sunday April 16th she says to me that I can't book a room due to them all beenr eserve. At this time me and mg daughter is homeless and need to continue forward in renting a room. I'm trying my best to get into a permanent home for us.

I stated to Marinda that I would be filing a complaint she stated that she didn't care and for me to do what I wanted to do. This was very rude of her and I do not want any conflict. Please advise. Thank you Irene

My flight was delayed due to no fault of mine and I did not make it to my reservation. I called them as soon as I knew my connecting flight was for the next morning. The hotel was mot going to Provide any restitution.

Room is dirty, bed clothes have blood stains and cigarettes burns on them. The floor is nasty. The walls are nasty. The shower has black mold growing in it. The bathroom light cover is missing. The smoke alarm started chirping at 2:00 in the morning and will not stop.

I called the desk and was told that they couldn't do anything for it because the lobby was closed.

This place is nasty! They overcharge and every ice machine is out so I ask where can we get ice and the guy at front say sorry not my problem! These people are so rude!

Also talking to housekeeper today she told me that the owners don't even furnish cleaning products to clean rooms if they get cleaned they have to buy everything out of pocket! They won't even buy a mop or broom! They are also to save on money if the beds look clean to leave the bed sheets on and remake it!

Stayed at the Redd roof in monroeville Pennsylvania and was charged 200 for smoking in the room and I was not smoking I was told I triggered a sensor but my husband smoked outside on the balcony and when he came in the room it was triggered that has to be the most sensitive alarm I would like full reimbursement of my charges for the smoking I was not smoking in that room and

First the keys do not work to enter the building. Had to send a family member around to open the door for us, & after making a complaint was told that one of the other doors doesn’t even lock because people are putting rocks in the door to prop it open.

Then the keys did not work to open our rooms 75% of the time. Had to go down to the office twice to get the room key recoded. Then we did stay here for the pool, since we have young kids.

But when we brought them down people were partying/drinking/ and being extremely inappropriate..

I stayed at this establishment from 04/02/2023 to 04/02/2023 Booking number is 591996558 address is 915 South Bluff Street St. George UT 84770 United States I could not even walk from shower to the bed without my feet turning black from the filth in my room, I tried to get help from the maid who i gave 5 dollars to so

the floor and the microwave and the rest of my room could get cleaned and it didn't even get swept, the microwave had a milky frosting like substance and a yellowish looking cream in it and that remained there for the entire 3 days.

The room smells bad, it's roach infested had to remove all of my items and roaches were crawling all over my food. Two members of the staff are very mean, and will not furnish, soap, and toiletries when asked maintenance worked all through the night starting at 11pm and he just walked in my room. I’m currently in house and still having problems. —-They deactivated my RediRewards and I had to call to have them activate it again today April 3,2023 —-They removed my email so o couldn’t check into my account both of which with out notice .

Bruce Miller and I reserved a room at the Hometowne Suites on Black Canyon Highway in Phoenix AZ from March 14 to the 21, 2023. The rooms we saw on line looked very nice. That is not what we got when we arrived. The room we were in had a broken bathroom door from being kicked in, the smoke alarm was hanging by the wires in a cage from the ceiling, there was an electrical box on the wall, the rack to hang our clothes on was broken and the floor was filthy. We had no cleaning during our stay and we had to go to the office every day to get clean towels.

I have pictures but cannot send them We were very disappointed with the service from some of the staff.

The power went you on Saturday March 25 @ pm. I went back to Red Roof on Sunday because I wanted to see if they had the power back on. They did. So out of the kindness out of their hearts they have me Monday night Comp.

and these people, who know nothing about hospitality, couldn't give me a late checkout til around 1pm or 2, they wanted to sock it to me and charge me another 1/2 day.. Now here I had to leave the Red roof, spend about $100 in cab fare and stay at another hotel, costing me another $175 that I should not have paid for.

On March 1, 2023, my daughter and I were traveling from Orlando, FL, to Jefferson, SC. On I-95 North, there were several potholes, and my daughter ended up with a flat tire. It was around 4:00 am, and we had to find a hotel with vacancies in Santee, SC (the next major city).

Red Roof Inn had a vacancy, and we got a room around 5:00 am and requested a late check-out at 12 pm. We were tired and had been moving and packing all day and had been driving for 6 hours before the tire incident.

I am a working woman who has fallen into homelessness. I’ve been staying at the red roof inn in Trevose from Jan 2024- March 2023 . I have had people walk into my room while I was decent, someone walked in while I was sleeping and was bent down to the ground as they entered my room , which startled me . I said Hello!!

I am a current guest at Red Roof Inn located in Dothan Alabama. I have been here for a month, as Priority Veterans has placed me here while I look for a permanent place to live. I had friends that would come visit, but management has told me that I am not allowed any male guests, only a woman as the female manager put it. I don't do anything wrong. I feel that if I want to have a friend over to visit it shouldn't matter. The room is paid for by the week. I don't want to cause any trouble for anyone by talking to a lawyer about this. Worse hotel chain ever. Red Roof Tampa Fairground Casino. Properly trashed inside and out. Room I stayed I had to go get cleaning supplies and clean it myself. Couldn’t bring food into room because of bugs. No phone, alarm clock, tv wouldn’t functioning correctly.

Used sex toy under bed. Sheets stained and torn. No toilet paper, toilet seat broken. Used soap in shower. Rugs filthy. Rude staff. Security guard advised not to leave anything in the room. Key had to be reset nightly. Steps to upper floor in need of repairs.

Book 4 nite at red roof in moss point Ms and they only give me one towel to shower with for four day. Ever time I ask for a towel they say they don’t have any. A person have to take a shower morning and nite.

Upon check again we were given a room where the TV had no cable. I called the front desk and the lady working said she would have somebody up to fix it. No one ever came and I went down to get some tape and she said she didn't have any Scotch tape..

when I asked if we could get our Roots changed she said they don't do that, and if I didn't like it I was free to leave. I was there with a friend and yes I am homosexual, I believe that we were discriminated against.

My suster and i had made reservations at Red roof collage park, MD. Just horrible. Dirty, smelly, the white ? wall had some disgusting stains all over. Same for bedspread. Bathtub dirty. We just simply could not stay there. Cancelled and left immediately.

Also when we first arrived ladies at the reservation area not cordial or welcoming. We should had known something was wrong by their attitudes. Just a terrible experience. No stars at all, the place should be closed down.

I am currently homeless and had to stay a night in one of your rooms in Vicksburg MS. I have never experienced such bad customer service in mu life! The cleaning staff was extremely rude and when I asked to use their restroom the staff called the police on mevfor sitting on the bathroom floor, my question is how did they know I was sitting on the bathroom floor it was a single room.

Checked in on 2/28/2023 into room 319 went in room took a shower and left some belongings in room then left to return and found out my room was rented out to another guest. My complaints are not limited to one but many complaints and problems with your companies disregard to policies and procedures during in which an emergency situation was not handled properly by your companies staff, and misconduct and abuse of authority has been used at the location where my partner and I have been residing at for the past 3 months.

We are staying at the Red Roof Inn located in Kingsland GA. As I write this it is currently 4:30Am on 3/4/2023. We have complaint 2 nights in a row there are multiple dogs barking in the room directly next to our room.

The front desk has told us they cannot do anything about it. The owners are not in the room. My family has not slept in 2 nights. The front desk has told us there are no other rooms to put us in.

All nearby hotels are booked. otherwise we would run away from this place to get some sort of sleep. Your pet policy states WELL behaved pets and pets cannot be left ALONE IN THE ROOM. We are expecting a full refund for our stay that was a complete nightmare to say the least.

On 2-25-23 We called about a room in Kenly NC and was told $79. for 4 people we get there I ask for my CDL discount which should had taking it down to $59 plus tax because I was told it was $20 discount for that I was charged $99 I said theres noway it jumped up that much was told being charged $10 a person That was not what we were told when we called I asked numerous times for my money back but was refused.

Hello, I am currently homeless on January 26. The Salvation Army paid 10 days for me and my two little girls to stay at the red roof inn. There was a day that one of the employees smelled something coming from my room and they called the cops.
