My owner of red roof inn Harrisburg VA 1222 Has been sexually harassing me for a while. I brought it to the managers attention sandy Legg and to a front desk employee peter when looking for the 800 compliance line number.

I've contacted the eeoc but haven't heard back yet. My husband has found out and brought up and I was fired on 2/13/23 my apartment locked changed and police came please contact me so I can fill out the recommended paperwork and request for an attorney

I went to check in and upon paying for my room there was an armed security enforcement agent that made me feel really uncomfortable. I don't see why I should have been treated by an armed security guard. It was very unpleasant and intimidating.

c. 2101 w meadowview rd. This was the worst room that i have ever stayed at the light over the sink was out told front desk nothing happened. the shower tub very small,out dated bath towels and other things. on line the place wes great but in person in person a eye opener.

My best friend, two kids, and I have stayed at the Newnan GA location a few times. Over the summer, we were there several times due to AC issues and then we stayed one night in November as well. The front desk at the time was always rude, the rooms were always nasty, more than once we had to go to front desk and ask to switch rooms, etc.

We got over that though. On 2/10/2023, we had to stay there due to heat issues this time. I booked online through Priceline and paid in advance. Upon arrival as I was checking in, I was told by the new front desk (who was very friendly I will say) that I was on the do not rent list.

There is no hot water, this is day number 3. Front desk staff totally ignored me when I was there trying to ask when the water would be back on. She told us that we could check out. We can check out with a full refund. Horrible experience.

We stayed at The Red Roof Inn in Vero Beach,Florida. From the time we checked into our room, we were disappointed. There wasn't a coffee maker, no kleenex and only 1 roll of toilet paper. During the night there were people partying outside our door. M.

to find that we were locked out. I went back to the office to have my room unlocked. 00 late check out fee I went back to the office and was told that I couldn't have a receipt because the room inspection hadn't been done yet.

I booked a hotel room in advance for a month and paid in advance too and I have only stayed here for a week and have been harassed everyday by the office. The office sent one of their employees to my room and opened my door while I was in there and told me that dogs were not allowed in the rooms and

I told him that I already told the office that I had 2 service animals at the time of check in. As of February 8 they came banging on my door at 11am and told me to leave and that I was not getting a refund for the days I paid for and did not stay when my check out date is February 27th.

My stay at the hotel red roff in Essington pa was terrible I stayed 7 nights the first night we had to switch rooms because there where roaches , the next night they gave us a new room with bed big , then 3rd room had a mice , I still have videos and everything .

I asked for my money back and they said no refund the staff was ignorant ,the hotel has spider webs everywhere the rooms stink and no phone worked , there are holes in the wall the hotel need to get shut down and exterminated bad . I literally had to be forced to stay because of the no refund policy it’s bad when u have food in ur room and had to throw it in the trash because the hotel had a nice running from under my bed .

I booked a room on phone in Best Western 4110 W AIRPORT FWY, IRVING TX 75062 UNITED ST 4110 W AIRPORT FWY and I was told $500 from Jan 25th to Feb 3rd 2023. I reached in the afternoon and as I was very tired after 24 hours of flight, I noticed after paying that the hotel name was changed.

They refused to give break fast and shuttle to Flight Safety. They didn't even give me an invoice to save tax but gave me the attached chit. After two days, I was frustrated because of poor quality, dirty hygiene and standards of hotel.

Hello,

I have tried making calls to support, calling hotel, etc. I have voiced my concerns. Right now, I am really still angry that I still have NOT been refunded for two payments. BTW, Support tells me to call hotel, hotel tells me to call support - is this done on purpose? I did call Guest Services and they promised I would get money back after speaking to management at Red Roof Plus in Poughkeepsie NY - south road.

Room was not clean very dirty. Bed was not clean someone has sleep in the bed see img_2752.JPG and IMG_2755.JPG. The bathroom was not cleaned see IMG_2753.JPG and IMG_2754.JPG. Strong odor covered up with cleaning chemicals. And there's the roach. Missing furniture from the room( no chair, only an ottoman ). Floor was nasty. Most of the room amenities were not there . I was staying at red roof inn In council bluffs Iowa on Jan 24th to 25th then booked 25 to the 26th my room was paid for and I left to go to the store and when I came back the front desk informed me that I needed to leave because they entered my room and said I had been smoking.

I do not even smoke cigarettes. I told them this and they said they knew I was smoking. What I don't understand is why were they in my room in the first place. I was not smoking I asked to speak to manager and was informed she wasn't there.

I stayed 2 night in 2 different rooms. The first room the floors was slippery, the shower head was terrible the tube had hair in it. The second room was slippery also. The carpet at the door was full of leaves.

I initially called (877)-843-7663, which is the number listed for reservations on the Red Roof Inn website. I reserved a room at the Red Roof Inn Tampa Fairgrounds - Casino for the same night that I called, January 22nd. I gave all relevant information, including my email and my phone number.

I also provided a valid debit card for the hotel to use to hold the room. 00 USD. I arrived at this hotel, and was told my reservation had been cancelled by the hotel because they had overbooked. If I could leave a zero I would. We stayed at red roof inn on January 14th,2023 in Tucson Arizona. We go to check out and we paid the deposit if 50 bucks. The lady at the front desk said she had to go check it.

I waited in lobby and she comes back to front and said your moth getting your deposit back you smokes on the room. I said no we did. She said I can smell It. I said no we smoked outside and you can check the cameras you have up everywhere.

If I could give zero stars for the Red roof inn in Jacksonville that I stayed at, I would. It was extremely stressful to stay there. The whole hallway and room smelled like smoke beyond words. There were burn holes on the sheets on the curtain.

I had to wash the toilet seat before I could use it. There was a blood stain on the sheets. Thank God I had a blanket in my car. I just pulled back the blanket on the bed and slept in my clothes and put a towel on the pillow.

I felt unsafe so I barricaded the door with my chair. The nightstand was a massive wires and dust. The light didn't work and neither did the clock. I wouldn't think of taking my shoes off and walking in there because the floor was filthy.

I got the hotel on Dec 22nd and my departure date is January 5th. There is major dog feces everywhere, literally everywhere including outside my hotel door. I can’t even tell you how many times we stepped in it, tracked it into our vehicles etc….

We we traveling from Chicago to Naples and stopped at you hotel on James Asbury Nw in Cleveland,Tn. I could believe how gross the room was. The bathroom walls had mold on them. I would sleep under the covers. If ii hadn’t been so tired and it was after 9pm I would have made them change our room.

We have been here at the red roof inn in Ostemo, Michigan for 2 weeks now. I have had to run around daily trying to get fresh towels and wash cloths. I have had to get clean sheets and a clean-bed spread for our room.

I have had to hunt down the cleaning lady to get a broom and scoop to sweep out our room. I have asked the front desk at least 5 times for someone to come and clean our room. Today was the last straw.

This is regarding your Inn in Kingsland Ga. We stayed here on Nov 11/22. It is the worse we have ever seen for a RedRoof Inn.

First impression was the staff, dirty just anything at all in the way of clothing was worn, no uniform type or neat appearance. We did not get the room rate that we secured on line, it was $10 a night more.

We arrived in our room to find very low lighting, you could hardly see anything and maybe the reason was, the room was filthy. We had a king bed with only one night stand and lamp, there was so much dust and crap on the shelf under the night table, you could write your name, the sheets had stains, we asked for fresh clean ones, there was no hot water for showers.

When we checked out in the am, the man on the desk again was dressed in a muscle shirt, not neat…

Valdosta, and Calhoun, GA. We stayed in a filthy rooms in Valdosta, GA, should have taken pictures, it was disgusting. To pay that much for a room, & have to be moved after 14 hour drive, & exhaustion, is not acceptable. Pillows, mattress pad, doors, behind cabinet were filthy. I would not lay my head on those pillows, sorry, who knows what we could catch.

I got pictures of one in Calhoun, and no mention of compensation. I do realize that times are tough, and hard to get reliable help, but same on our end, but it’s not our problem.

10% just does not cut it. We’ve been using Red Roof for all our travels, & are members, but no more.

We deserve some sort of compensation, don’t you think.

You always stress ‘customer satisfaction’, well this is not satisfactory sorry!

I stayed at the red roof inn in Plano Texas address 1820 Central Expy, Plano, TX 75074 on the night of 12-3-2022 and checked out on 12-4-2022 I was assigned room 160.

Upon entering the room the first thing that I noticed was that the room has had water damage to the cheap laminate flooring it has swelled and bubbled in several places. A large portion of the floor has separated leaving gaps with sharp edges. I then noticed that there was not a single night stand or alarm clock on either side of the bed. I brought a couple of waters with me and went to put them in the fridge only to discover there was no mini fridge or microwave like there was supposed to be. I was traveling for business and stayed at the Red Roof inn Fayette location. I arrived on 11/18/2022. I asked the receptionist (Madison) if there were any rooms available. She replied yes. We had the misfortune of staying at Red Roof Plus in Tuscaloosa from November 25th, 2002 to November 27th, 2022 in room 530. During our stay, we encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about.

First, when we entered the room the bedding was so dirty, floors full of dirt and trash, walls spotted with who knows what, as well as dirty towels. I wonder what the housecleaning people at your hotel do exactly to prepare the room for the next guest(s)?

I came to this hotel to get a nights rest from a week of work. It was a big mistake. When I arrived for my reservation there were people hanging out around the guest check in office. They were young people standing around their cars playing music like they were at a club.

Reproof on Dunn Ave is one of the worst hotels in Jacksonville Florida. It's 2am in the morning and someone in the hall is yelling "med" call. Someone was also out in the parking lot playing loud music. When I arrived there was a small gathering of people hanging out like this was a "club".
