I have a complaint about the red roof inn at 5050 W. Ina in Tucson Arizona. On Thanksgiving day we checked in late it took us about two hours to check in because our reservation wasn’t in their computer to start off then we had to put up with people walking and

Stayed 11/18/22 - 11/20/22 room 121 it was infested with bedbugs. I notified the health department. The manager there is rude and didn't believe me so I took pictures and put some in a cup to the front desk.

Reverse racism and lying and defamation of character. I was out on the hotels DNR list because i spilled a cup of coffee and had my phone in my right hand and was pouring the coffee with my left hand.

I accidentally spilled the cup and it went over the counter and floor. I have cancer as well so I wasn’t feeling well. The employee Misa working at 8:30pm yelled “excuse me” very loudly and rude and I explained I opened up the cabinet because I wanted to clean up my mess so no one would slip and fall.

I experienced racism lying and an accusation of assault at your hotel on. 9330 Blairwood Road Louisville Kentucky. It was 8:30pm and snowing and cold outside and the 25 year old female Indian employee was checking out a customer. So I went to the corner and made a cup of coffee and my phone was in my right hand and in my left I was pouring the cup of coffee.

I spilled it and it went on the counter and on the floor. I opened up the cabinet because I was looking for a napkin and there was nothing in the counter for me to clean my mess up. My boyfriend is black and I am white.

This stay was awful!! I stayed at the Asheville West location for 3 weeks because I was having some problems and needed a place to stay with my kids. Customer service there suck!! Scott the day shift manager tried to put my kids out after I had a talk with him and he knew that I was having issues with my credit card.

(They didn't accept American Express)He waited for me to leave to then go and harasse my kids telling them they needed to get out. He knew that I was out trying to get my credit card info situated as this was not the first day that I had this problem.

I will NEVER stay here again REGARDLESS of my situation and don't recommend this hotel. Housekeeping and Sabrina I absolutely loved. The rest of the staff . DONT DO IT!!

I reserved a room at the Red Roof Inn Kingsport, TN location several days in advance of my father having major surgery at the Holston Valley Medical Center. I got there around 11:30 to check in and was told check-in wasn't until 12:00 PM...the clerk advised me to return between 1:00 and 3:00 PM, my room should be cleaned by then. I told her that I would be back later in the day after my dad got out of surgery. She said that would be fine.

While at the hospital waiting for my father to be moved from recovery to ICU, I received a call from the Red Roof Inn Kingsport, TN location advising me that "Special Policy: This hotel does not rent to any guests residing within 60 miles of this hotel". My husband & I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Marion Indiana from 10/25/22 to 11/1/2022. I have never stayed in such a poor excuse for a hotel. the towels were absolutely brown & like sandpaper. The beds weren't made.

the bathroom was the size of a small closet. No handycapped facility. 00 deposit which should have been deducted from the final bill. When I received my credit card bill, it wasn't. So the man in charge took my money!!!

First room 144 smoking the sheets had blood stains and there was bugs. I was moved to 148 couldn’t get the tv to work then took a bath and the water went out fine then to see the water come from the wall behind the tub in the room where you sleep between the wall panel and

Water running all behind the bed where the wires are for the lamps so by then it’s 3/4 am had to pack up and was moved again to room 232 upstairs room was done except didn’t get sleep til like 8 am my fiancé had to work that morning with very lil sleep. This room was ok.

Call the front desk ask what can I be compensated with and it’s nothing they can do not give me another day or refund for the first nite bc I was moved 3 times. I have very bad anxiety and depression I’m on meds for that…

Upon checking in the clerk advised that there is a refundable 100 dollar pet deposit in the event the pet causes damage. Our small short hair dog is the most quiet laid back dog and never barks nor messes in the house !

As of today we had not received our deposit back so I called the Inn and inquired about the deposit that should have been returned a couple weeks back ! The woman I just spoke to told me that the room was covered in dog hair !

Our dog is short hair and does not shed hair at all ! Then she said that the dog was in the room and not in a kennel which also is not true ! We are very upset and think perhaps the reason you accept pets is to take peoples deposit and create a false claim ! Now for point #2.

Was on the phone with the Vernon CT location at 10:45am on 11/08/2022 to find out about extra pet cost. The woman on the phone was extremely rude. 00 one time fee. 00 a night. 00 one time she said "oh I bet you like that".

Also when we were having a hard time hearing her she started screaming. This is unacceptable from a supposed professional. Fire her I will be letting Everyone know how you let your employees treat people.

We arrived Friday November 4th red roof Inn 42 flint st amherst. Called Friday for a remote for TV and say the toilet was not flushing right and thank took 10 min to refill. Called again sat morning at 8 am said they would get it fixed.

We went out came back about 3 no one had fixed it. Called office no answer went to office they said would send someone to fix it so the cleaning people came in lifted lid off back wiggled it said its OK told her no its not she argued for a bit said someone come in at 7pm Sat he did changed the float in tank which made it fill up faster.

But to flush down a piece of toilet paper took 3 flushes a bowel movement about 10 flushes. When looking for the remote there was juice bottles under the bed from pervious guest. Disgusting that is. Plus no coffee or hot…

Arrived st 9am with a reservation. Stood in lobby for 29 minutes, not one employee. Called repeatedly, no answer and no one came to the front desk. Then a worker came down the hall. I asked where he had been for 30 minutes and was told I was a liar and he was peeing.

I would like a refund for the ridiculous amount of time i waited and for being called a liar. you might consider drug testing the guy working this evening, usually 30 minute long breaks on duty are a sure sign of drug use or some illegal activity.

Not a good look for a hotel.

Reserved a room at the Red roof Plus in Philadelphia near the airport. The room looked clean but when we turned the lights off and back on there were roaches coming from behind the TV we didn’t stay. Not taking home anything that I did come in there with. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I stayed at the Red roof inn plus in Easton, Pennsylvania for about 5 days within those 5 days we had to be moved twice because of bugs all over our room TWICE, now i never complain but this was horrible and terrifying. I left the hotel with over 5 bug bites on my legs/torso, never got a refund never got a discount, not even a im sorry. honestly, it was disgusting and im really saddened i wasted my money and time.

We made a reservation on line for the 27th of October in Gainesville,Fl. we were told our room wasn't ready, so we waited about 30". The ice machine could be heard quite loudly as well as voices. I cant believe your accommodation for disabled guests is sub standard.

I checked into this Red Roof Inn on Saturday October 22 @8pm. I was leery because of the outside appearance but I was exhausted from driving and asked the front desk If the rooms were clean, which she answered with a hesitant yes.

I was charged a ridiculous $134 plus tax for a room that was so dirty and disgusting I was in shock. Because I had driven over 12 hours I was so tired I laid in the bed fully clothed with my shoes on and to be honest cried about how gross my accommodation were while hearing through the paper thin walls all of my neighbors conversations.

I slept in and off for 4 hours, jumped up and left at 4:30am. What a horrible experience and you can see by the photo of the door what the room was like. This company should be ashamed to rent rooms in this horrible…

10/14/22-A friend and I were scheduled to attend a Lancaster, PA. conference on10-14 and 15-22. Our reservations at another hotel were not honored (we'd made/pd. for them on 4/9/22; but the hotel had been sold and our reservations were lost.

We contacted a reservationist; she told us the only room left in Lancaster was RR Inn at 930 Lincoln Hwy. She assured us the room was 1st floor (my coworker just had knee surgery and her doctor recommended no stairs for 3 months). Rm.

Me and my fiance stayed at the red roof inn in north little rock on Pritchard Rd. Around 8:45pm Patrick woods came up to our room not only disrespected me and my fiance but put us out. Not after threatening us.

I had been staying there for about a week already waiting on my fiance to come to town because he is a truck driver. Over the week I seen personally Mr. Woods doing a lot of illegal activity. But all he kept saying was there isn't anyone can do to me because this is a independent owned hotel.

Like I stated before my fiance drives 18 wheelers so we spend a lot of money at that hotel. Hopefully something will be done about this situation because we had be recommending your hotel to everyone but since then we have not.

The room was very unclean. Smelled horrible along with the smell of pesticides in the lobby. The reception was not friendly at all. When we seen how bad the room was, we went back down to the lobby and told her we were not staying and would need a refund for our stay.

com I contacted Tyler the next day. He pretended not to be Tyler but assured me the manager would be in at 10pm and would call me back. I heard from nobody. I called the next day and spoke with the receptionist, she said Tyler (mgr) was only there during the day and she would make sure he called me back.

It has now been 3 days (10/12/22 was the booking date) and I have not heard from anyone. This is totally unacceptable. Tyler and his staff is very unprofessional and they have no right to keep my money as we booked the room…

My daughter and I stayed at the Red Roof in Henrietta NY on October 1st 2022 and the hotel was filthy and there was cockroaches in the bathroom! There was so much loudness all hours of the night from other people staying there!

My husband and I stayed at the Red Roof Inn and Suites in Madison, GA. I don’t even know where to begin.

First off, When we got there, no one was at the front desk for over ten minutes as we called, knocked, etc. Finally, Freddy appeared. He was friendly and very likeable. We enjoyed visiting with him while we were being checked in, but he seemed to not know how to run the check in process on the computer, even though he has apparently been working there for awhile.

It took more than half an hour to check in, even though we had reservations. The lobby was nice enough, but the overall smell of marijuana and crack was a bad sign. But our reservation was non-refundable. There was loud music from some room down the hall from us.

RED ROOF INN.. Allentown PA... October 1st, 2022 I booked on Expedia and read the reviews the next night. I tried to change my reservation with Expedia and told I cannot. I went up anyway hoping it wasn't that bad.

Seriously, drugs being sold right outside of office and I look down and there is crime scene tape on the ground. I check in and go up to my room by myself and someone tries to rob me.. I ran and got in my car and took off never to go back.

Completely ruined our wedding night. We went to the Lake Orion, MI. Location, paid with cash, our staircase to our room was blocked off by caution tape, the room had a foul stench. There was fresh and old blood splattered on everything, pubic hair in the tub.

Nothing had been cleaned in weeks. They just made the beds (bedding wasn’t washed) we immediately turn around and ask for a refund. They refused to give us our cash back so we had to drive all the way back home on our wedding night.

Your establishment has been reported to the Oakland county health department. I am so disgusted with that building and the lack of cleanliness. You ruined our wedding night and we’ll never get that back..

I made a reservation through Priceline for the Grand Rapids Airport location. I had a horrible experience from the start. " The man tried to change my king bed room to a double bed room. There was a car up on a jack in the parking lot and looked like it had been there for a while.

I entered my room, the bed was made nicely yet I looked on the ground and could see dirt and a Cheeto was visible on the floor. I looked into the sink and there was foreign materials in the drain, I killed 2 small bugs.

I took a shower, against my better judgement, and only had a hand towel and a bigger towel, I pulled the towel off the rack and it was dirty. I could feel the dirt on my feet after the shower.

Greetings, I stayed at your Colorado Springs airport location on 9/2/2022. My wife booked the room for me online as I was traveling and I was needing a room close to the airport as I was picking her up the following day. OMG!

I realize that this is an extended stay property that has additional challenges from a more traditional property, but this was like stepping into a third-world slum. I'm not going to knock the packs of men's hanging out on the walkways drinking beer and listening to loud music all night, I get that these people live here and

I am an AGM for La Quinta being relocated to the San Francisco area. I booked with the Red Roof on a suggestion from a employee at the hotel. 00 per night. 00. I didn’t want to argue so I asked the manager to call me. He did not.

Back in August, I booked a reservation at HomeTowne Suites (by Red Roof) in Lakewood CO (Kipling St). Little did I know that the place was a dump! When we arrived, because of the pandemic (I'm being lenient here) we had to wait 40 min. to get waited on.

Then, I told them our reservation was through Snap Travel (this will be important later). A really nice young lady gave us our room key, which was supposed to be a room with 2 dbl beds, no smoking, 2nd floor.

When we went tot the room it was on the 2nd floor as requested but stunk like someone from the 50s had a party in there for a week! The AC was broken as well, not to mention there was only 1 dbl bed.

Where to start… You walk into our room, room 137, and immediately the smell of the room hits you. Very strong odor of cigarettes, marijuana, and the cleaning agent they use to try and hide the smell. Then, you go to turn the light on…good luck.

It's been over a week I've never received my deposit back. I checked out 4 days early and still haven't received my 309$ refund. A total of 409$. No one has tried to reach out to me or anything. When I called corporate they lied to me saying they deposited the money back on my debit.

My husband made a reservation. He checked in and was given a room that has not been cleaned. He return to the front desk and was given another room. It was not cleaned also. For a 3rd time he returned and asked for a refund.

The women at the desk said she would process a refund but did not give my husband a receipt. Just claiming it takes 7 to 10 business days. My husband contacted customer service to report this incident.

Also he will have to dispute the charge made to his credit card.

09/17/22 Fredericksburg VA. we ended up Red Roof in Fredericksburg VA. We stayed in room 145. Filthy doesn't begin to cover our room. Cockroaches and other crawling stuff EVERYWHERE. It was so very disgusting that we didn't even take a shower, also cockroaches in towels and the microwave.

We left approx 3am as we couldn't turn the lights off (roaches) and foul mouthed drunks. All of our belongings were dumped in the driveway when we arrived home six hours later so we could shake them out, or toss them out before taking them inside our home.

I would be embarrassed to call that dive a Red Roof. Can not wait until I post my review!
