On Friday Sept 16th my wife stayed at Red Roof Inn Plus in Timonium Upon arrival there was no one in the lobby but waited 20 min before being checked in Room was very dirty , no towels, 2dead flies in tub, almost empty roll of toilet paper in bath room , no refill, air conditioner did not work and when reported was told no manager on duty at time Wreaked of smoke for a non smoking facility While sleeping , someone was able to open the door to try to get in, had the bolt lock not been across, they would have had access Why would they have a key to a room already taken Wife slept in car due to fear of someone getting in Please acknowledge so

I rented a room in Dandridge, TN and when I saw the bathtub it was so filthy. We had to scrub it with a magic eraser that we had to buy to clean the tub 3 different times.

Also, the bedspreads were so filthy even though the owner said they were washed just stained and that's all they had. I would never even think about renting out a room that looked like that. I never thought that we would have to clean our room before we could even sit down.

To whom it may concern.

My husband and I recently stayed at your location in Pigeon Forge TN. I checked in on Sept 5th and was supposed to stay until the 8th under reservation number 804-158394. From the beginning of check in I knew there was an issue. Although I eventually made the reservation on line I had called the location first to make sure that two dogs were ok. I was told that My second dog could stay for an additional $25 a night. When I My husband and I arrived to check in we were told by the gentleman at the desk that they normally would not allow this but because I was obviously given wrong information that he would honor this and put in a miscellaneous charge for the $75 for the 3 nights. I am having an issue with the Front Desk Agent Jivetta at the Houston Westchase location on 09/06/2022 and 09/07/2022. She has accused us of having multiple pets and too much stuff and threatened to check our room to see if we are in compliance then had refused to do it.

The male Agent did but it isn't good enough for Jivetta. Her refusal to check in a timely manner has caused me us to lose sleep for work.

Had to complain for company to match "Final Payment" as listed on internet for booking.

I had been staying at the Red roof inn at 3530 Executive Pkwy. Toledo, OH from August 11 2022 to August 21 2022. When I arrived back to the room from work at approximately 10pm I arrived to my partner telling me that we have to leave the premises.

What lead up to this incident is a simple water spill on the sheets of the bed. Which caused him to to take the sheets off the bed to the main lobby and ask for fresh sheets. Not to mention the entire tenure of my stay I was not once offered housekeeping at all and had to bring my own towels down to have them replaced.

14. Got no sleep, people swearing, slamming doors 11 pm, police was called, at 1:30am again , kids on bikes riding all around hotel, cops called again. Our friends were moved to another room because of the noise. We felt very unsafe, broken glass and cigarette buds outside back door , homeless person, others were being moved out.

We will not stay at any Red Roof Inn anymore. Last year we stayed there it was fine. Rooms ok, Lady at desk friendly, but area is run down. As soon as we checked in we were accosted by a shirtless tattooed person with jumper cables, he used profane language when we walked past him.

We checked out at 6 am. Terrible experience. Would like a refund.

Couple complaints:

Booked room and internet showed "Final Price" $204, yet I was billed $249.97!

Requested additional towels because the room had towels perfect size if you're a kid. They gave us additional towels and when we used them they fell apart! Are you kidding me?

First, the good news. I spent a night at BWI, MD and 3 nights in Lexington, MA. The facility and the staff were excellent.

I used the Parksleepfly program at BWI. The Aug 8 trip to the airport was fine. The return on Aug 15 was a disaster.

I called and tried, unsuccessfully, multiple times to get picked up at the airport. The recording said, no one available, please leave a message. Then it said, mailbox full, call later. Tried for over half an hour around 6pm.

A 'gypsy' cab offered a ride at $20. When I got to the hotel, I asked the clerk what happened. Her reply was she was not involved. She said the regular driver had to go home early and the replacement had not arrived.

I understand that people get sick. My complaint is that someone should have been able to clear the mailbox. I…

Upon arrival to red roof Inn San Dimas Fairplex California we were face-to-face with Los Angeles corners department who is picking up a deceased body from room #131!

My family and I were placed in a room across the courtyard and we were able to see directly in from room #146! When I asked if we can change rooms I was told there was no other room available!

There was patriots sitting outside of the rooms smoking drugs…. no security guard to be found only later to be seen hanging out with the same people that were smoking drugs!

The room #146 reeked like cigarette smoke also had burns on the bedding from previous cigarettes! Again when I asked to be moved I was told again there was no more rooms available!

Room #146 tub was drain extremely slow again when I brought it to their attention…

This was our second time at the red roof inn at 10417 Patriot Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22408. The first night was fine, I even was able to get another night the next morning.

However, when I came to add a third night, we were accused of having multiple people in and out of our room. I explained that it had only been the three of us who had been approved (me, boyfriend, had dog), but he claimed that he had seen on the cameras people coming in and out.

When I asked to see the camera footage, he claimed he couldn't show me and that it was his building and he could kick me out if he wanted. My boyfriend went back down to try and figure out where the accusations were coming from and he was told that neighbors complained about a noise, but that they hadn't said who it was.

My complaint is about my stay at a red Roof Inn. We had made a reservation ahead of time for a small out of town trip. The address we had stayed at is 400 corporate Circle Harrisburg pa 17110.

First we had a call way before check out time to be rushed out before 11 am. Check out day .

Second we found a few coch roaches in our room. In the bathroom and running by the door. We have pictures for proof. We would have left and got a new room elsewhere but we didn't have enough money to reserve another room another time.

On August 5th, we stayed 1 night at Red Roof Inn Milwaukee Airport, Room 206. We arrived in the evening after our flights were canceled. The hotel was sold out, so there was no option of switching rooms. There was significant dark green/black mold where the bathtub met the floor, for at least 2 feet, and mold under the permanent soap dish on the wall of the shower.

Due to the mold and the white film of dirt/deposits of old skin on the bottom of the tub, we decided that it was not sanitary to enter shower. It is clear that totally inadequate care was given to that room before inviting guests!

Your hotel in Jessup Md, is the absolute WORST! Between the cocaine baggies on ground the trash every where literally and the shady people panhandling outside your room door @5am is sketchy at best. Then to slow moving trucks to park in spots in front of your room door is ludicris.

The owners don’t care and have no intentions of running riff raff off. They stand outside and drink and smoke all night and play loud music from there cars with no consequences. They’re not bothering the owners so they don’t care.

So when I checked in, I was given a 2nd floor room. As soon as I got to the top of stairs it smelled and a big heat wave at me. I could barely breathe. So I go down to ask the attendant to switch me to a lower level since I get in directly from the outside and I don't have to go through that hallway.

Note that originally she asked me which floor but I said it didn't matter but when I asked to get switched, her facial and body expressions were rude and then she said that floor was just remodeled. So that made me even more disappointed because if that floor just was remodeled then I didn't really want to see or smell the un-remodeled but I prepaid for 3 days.

I stayed at RedRoof Inn Morehead KY last night. There was one towel in the room for 2 people. TV did not work and could not be fixed by front desk. Needed news and weather as we are on a motorcycle and weather is horrible.

Breakfast was served with most things empty available was toast dry cereal no milk, oatmeal, coffee. No soap of any kind to bath or wash hands. Room door was broke and had to ram it with shoulder to get it open. While I am handicap.

Hair dryer did not work. There was very low water pressure to rinse of in shower. Front desk clerk was passed out asleep at the front desk. Another customer named Casey took a picture of her sleeping. I did not take any pictures I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

My wife booked a room at your hotel on July 17 for Saturday night, July 30th. We were arriving in town for the Elton John concert. After being tied up in downtown traffic and finding our way to your location, my wife was told by your desk clerk that our reservations had been cancelled because of "maintenance." Room 142 had bed bugs. There were no pool towels in the rack ever. You had to ask for them. Things were 1/2 painted and you can tell from the smell that it was r just left that way to be finished next week.

When my wife and I checked in July 23rd Friday 2022 we was there. Maybe 45 minutes when we walked in the room there's trash underneath the bed. Air conditioner was making noise. The refrigerator wasn't clean I paid $161 on my room I would all of my money back .

The gm Joe on first shift at the red roof in Sharonville ohio has tried to force his way in my room on multiple occasions while I told him multiple times I was naked. After he opened my door multiple times he shoved his foot in my door and was trying to force it all the way open with 2 other grown men standing next to him .

the 16th. 30 pm. Room was not ready. When we got our room tolit was plugged up. Made came in tried to unplug but said she could not do it. Told us to go to the office and ask for another room.

It was Nascar week end in NH. Any way hopper finaly unplugged itself. But ar night bugs came into room from under the door. Mu wife got bitten three times from something in the room. Floor mats were dirty. I we would never stay there again if our lifes depended on it.

I would tell my worst enemy to stay there, Stayed there from July16th till July 18th. When we checked out tolet plugged up again. Told woman in office, but she did not seem to care. Something needs to be done.

Red roof inn Brunswick ga. Room door off hinge won’t close properly. I have to put my full body weight behind it to close. Man at front desk didn’t put me in my reserved superior room instead a handicap room, when asked to switch to the room I reserved.

My husband & I made a reservation at the RR Inn in Fredricksburg Va. for 7/26, a one night stay before continuing our journey to NC. Upon arriving I noticed unfavorable characters mulling around area. My husband & I were concerned because they seemed to be very low income lodging (apts) there.

Since April 15, 2022 I have had problems with getting proper help with Redi Reward points. I arrived at the Red Roof Inn and enrolled in Redi Rewards program 6/1/19 to receive points and paid all the way until 4/9/22.

I departed on the 12th of April and decided to return on the 15th through a phone call. I then place a call to use Redi Reward points on the 15th and i was at 0, where o spoke to Jake at the facility.

My problem is that I did receive 2 years worth points but they were taken several times. So from the 15th of April to May 15th I was given points by Red Roof. I was told call every few days and that's when my points were returned On April 26.
