I got charged $120 for movies I returned. I’ve been emailing them for 3 weeks with no response. The box was malfunctioning and gave me three different movies and then said I didn’t return them since they didn’t register as the movies I rented. Super frustrated!

The number doesn’t work to call them and no one is reaching me by email.

Why have you removed all of our Redbox in my town of Jenks Oklahoma? You only have one left at Walgreens and it’s way out of the way we had 3 more locations here and they are gone now! No one wants to have to go to Walgreens it’s convenient at the Walmart here or kum n go I guess we won’t be using it anymore like a lot here in my town

I’ve been a Redbox customer for many years and have enjoyed.The last 3 times I’ve used points for a free movie you’ve subtracted the points and charged me for the movie.I’m very dissatisfied!!! I don’t know if I’ll ever use Redbox again!

Okay I rented a movie at red box and I was at fault because I forgot to return it or at least return one of the two movies I rented I had no idea. They didn’t email me nor were they charging my bank every day for the rental so I had absolutely no idea and this movie has been sitting in the case on my stand.

Well today they charged me 40$ for the movie instead of charging me a little bit each day which I would have noticed and it’s frustrating because this movie is worth 17$ brand new at Walmart so why charge me over double and without the case at that. Not to mention if I remember correctly the red box I got it from is selling the movie for 4$ so why would they do that.

The lady told me that I can get a 10$ refund if I return it but that’s absolutely ridiculous I will still be down 30$…

Redbox authorized my card 4 times in 1 day when I didn't even try to rent anything. Called customer service and was told that's just a thing they do when you rent. Ok I get it, but 4 times in 1 day with no rental?

Then I notice multiple random charges from them.

26 for a lost disc. That is a total fraudulent towards the consumer. I will never rent another disc from redbox again I will also be calling better business on the company. I'm told since I didn't notice the charge in November there's no way to fix the issue shitty ass customer service I called Dec 2nd on there's no fix yeah right I work in customer service and

I'm a manager all I can say is poor poor service and I'll be letting everyone know that I know

I finally got my child to watch a movie with me. Spy cat and when we came home to watch it my receipt says spy cat but the movie is an adult movie called nope. I called to get back my money gave them my last 4 of card used and my zip code the guy said he can’t help me because I’m a guest I need to make an account. No thank you.

I haven’t used Redbox in a few years and now never again

I have already explained this to the customer service person on the phone. I rented 2 movies Jeepers Creepers and Munsters on 10-7-22 and returned both of them on 10-13-22. They changed the day on when it was returned because it still said rented. 58 today.

It's not my fault the machine didn't scan it as returned thats 6 extra days I'm being charged for when it was returned. I rent all the time from redbox but this really makes me want to say screw redbox!

Fix the machine and I wouldn't still be paying for a movie I dont have.

If you rent a movie using the application thirty minutes before midnight, I didn't expect to be charged for that night. I picked up disks next day after 6pm. So I return them before 9 pm and I am being charged for two full days WTF!!

And again I will uninstall this app. Pointless to use Redbox with all the streaming

Can anyone explain whyRedbox constantly 'removes my revies' after writing a review? I don't believe I have crossed any particular guidelines, but every time I write a review, it comes up stating 'remove review' and then it's gone? What is up with Redbox?

They increase their price, no longer have the online 'chat' and a phone number when you call that puts you on hold for-ever if you have any questions or a disc that does not play. When you finally get connected you come to find out you are calling Taiwan/Iran or some other third world country so the people that are answering the phones barely speak English so the entire experience is frustrating and gets you no where.

If you can address my concerns beginning with the first one I would appreciate it, then proceed to answer why you…

I got 4 movies out of the red box at CVS in santa fe tx all 4 of them will play and then stop playing bout mid way through one movie will play through the preview then maybe 6 minutes in to the movie it freezes and that was only today movie I also got 3 two nights ago and one move did it as well I feel as if the company should be doing more mantaning and

making sure the DVD our good and not all scratched up I would like some typecof refund cause 5 out of the 7 movies was not watch able and almost $2 each for them not to work

We rented the movie Aretha on 12/31/2021 and 1.96 was credit to my Cash app card. We returned the movie to Red Box on 1/1/2022.

On 1/18/2022 I received a notification from Cash app that Red Box had charged my Cash app 33.34. I didn’t make any rentals on 1/18/2022. Thefore, I am asking that the funds be returned to my Account with last 4 digits 5279.

In the area surrounding Madill Oklahoma, often the new titles are not available Tuesday morning, sometimes not available till Thursday or Friday. I make a special trip each Tuesday to get DVDs but the Redbox is unreliable. For this reason I am signing up with Netflix.

Used my credit card to pay for a movie on their web site and not long after I had a number of unauthorized charges show up on my account. When I called to inform redbox I was put on hold for about 30 minutes then they hung up on me.

Called again and I was on hold for one hour waiting to speak to someone and then again they hung up on me. Can't help to think they have security issues and don't want to speak about it. Done with Redbox!

My husband rented 2 movies on a 2 day rental and actually returned them the next day (a day early). 19 charge for non return. I made MULTIPLE calls to customer service only to be told there's nothing they can do.

They essentially were calling me a liar. Horrible customer service!! I will never rent from Redbox again and in fact have closed my account. If I could give them 0 stars, I would have.

We rented the Little Women movie from a local Redbox yesterday, and after watching it for an hour, it suddenly skipped ahead 50 minutes each tried we tried to play it. We took out the disc and cleaned it, but had the same outcome after that.

We were disappointed that we could only watch the first half of the movie and had our movie night cut short. Thank you for your time. Melissa

I have used Redbox since they launches. SO another words for MANY years. I have never had a delinquant issue on my end for years. I returned my movie the next morning after renting it to the box near my work.

They are claiming their system is flawless and I did not return the movie! Customer service doesn't care and will not listen or honor a client's years of faithful business.

I am disgusted with how Redbox has treated me. I got two movies, returned the very NEXT day, and about 20 days later had a charge on my card for $61. ” So because a MACHINE isn’t reading the movies are there, they steal money from me and refuse to give it back.

I even went to my bank to file a dispute and nothing has been done. It’s Christmas time, I want my money back. In no way shape or form if I had these two dvds would I be throwing this much of a fit that they took all that money from me.

But because I DO NOT have them, I’m furious. And they will not do a thing about it. So save yourself the time and go to family video instead. This company will steal your money and tell you that YOU are the one who is wrong, not them. I’m sickened.

Received an email from them for Two Free one night rentals because of my "SuperStar" status. No promo code could be found anywhere in their email. which did NOT work. I don't want to talk to anyone nor chat with them.

I just want to send an email. After a Google search I found an email address on your site but after sending a lengthy email about other issues with them it came back as undeliverable.

I returned movies in April of 2019. The fees were taken from my bank account then. 43 was taken from my account AGAIN!. I call the customer service number and the nice lady asked why did I return the movies late. WHAT?

She puts me on hold. 10 minutes later she comes back and tells me she can refund only 1day of fees. I asked to speak to manage. Huntley 15 minutes later I speak with the manager he says his name is George.

But he cannot give me his last name. It tells me that the money wasn't detected back in April I see yes it was and he just ma'am no it's not. So then I asked for the corporate office and he said if you could not give me a phone number to the corporate office only in address.

Why am I being charged twice?

I returned this DVD two days after it was rented. I had rented this video and Welcome to Marwen together. I remember specifically because I returned Welcome to Marwen minutes before the 24 hour deadline. I returned Eternity's Gate well before the 48 hour deadline to avoid the rush.

I have been renting from Redbox since it's inception at my local Kroger store (Under different family credit cards). Up to now I have felt confidence in the Redbox brand. On one occasion, a video was not returned, and I did not dispute the charges. However, on this occasion the video was actually returned. I am requesting a full refund.

Rented a game for 3 day rental, could not even play game because it required a playstation live account. Returned game on day 2 to same box. A month later was billed $71 for the game. Called customer service and they claimed they have no record of it and would not refund us.

If I did keep the game at least I would have something but I did my part and returned it and was scammed by redbox! Will never rent from them again. HUGE MISTAKE on my part.

Redbox routinely sends out emails with promo codes on 02/08/19 I tried my email code along with 3 others from customer care and all came up as invalid on the site they really know how to foster good customer relations this outfit sucks Netflix forever.

I wanted to rent Super Troopers 2 but I was given the Ant Man and the Wasp instead. I kept the movie for four days and was then charged for “returning the wrong movie”. I tried explaining the situation to customer service but I didn’t get anywhere.

I don’t feel it is fair to charge me for someone else’s mess up.
