I was having trouble with the new Red Box web site. I needed to update my debit card on file with Red Box and it wouldn't let me edit my card. After trying for about an hour I called Red Box and the trouble I had was apparently it seems the customer support might be in India and the girl rep that answered had such a bad accent that I couldn't understand every other word she was saying and
didn't seem to understand my problem. I kept telling her I was sorry but couldn't understand her.
Finally she gave me a supervisor and I had the same problem trying to understand her. I decided I wasn't getting anywhere so she did say at the end she thought the new website might have problems so she said she would report it.
I decided to give up. This is not the first time having this problem with Red…
