I was having trouble with the new Red Box web site. I needed to update my debit card on file with Red Box and it wouldn't let me edit my card. After trying for about an hour I called Red Box and the trouble I had was apparently it seems the customer support might be in India and the girl rep that answered had such a bad accent that I couldn't understand every other word she was saying and

didn't seem to understand my problem. I kept telling her I was sorry but couldn't understand her.

Finally she gave me a supervisor and I had the same problem trying to understand her. I decided I wasn't getting anywhere so she did say at the end she thought the new website might have problems so she said she would report it.

I decided to give up. This is not the first time having this problem with Red…

I got charged for some movies that I purchased almost 2 months ago. Between that time Ive gotten paid twice, so why they didn't take it off then, they want to do it when I have little to nothing on my card, almost two months later.

I am pissed AND if you guys don't take the money off as soon as I buy the DVDs it shouldn't be my fault and have to pay it two months later. You have officially lost me as a customer and I don't plan on returning to a business that doesn't take it serious with telling your customers that you may not take the money off when they purchase movies and it could come off even two months later.

I am dissappointed in you Redbox and I will be giving bad reviews and helping others to see how bad you actually are !

I tried renting an on demand movie and the promo code given (99cent) would not work. I couldn't even get into check out to make my purchase because the site kept freezing up. I tried contacting Redbox and was directed to call for on demand support.

I stayed on hold for 45 minutes before finally giving up. My evening was ruined and I had to go to bed so I could work the next day. Redbox on Demand is horrible and needs a lot of work.

I rented the movie The Equalizer on demand to stream on my laptop. The window the movie was streaming on kept closing. This happened several times. I tried restarting my computer deleting my cookies and none of it helped. The movie wouldn't play anymore.

I would like my money back.

On or about July 12, 2018 we rented three movies and two of the three movies did not work correctly. We tried and tried to clean them and finally two of them started working but it took until about Sunday to get the two to work.

The third Blockers continued to skip. We tried last night, July 16, 2018 one more time to watch the movie but to our dismay it would work and then throughout the movie is skipped. That is incredibly annoying to say the least.

I took back the movies this morning and returned them to the redbox at the walgreens in Pendleton Oregon where I rented them originally. I meant to note something on the machine but the sun was beaming right into the machine and I couldn't see.

When I got home my husband asked if I returned the movies and of course is said yes. Well…

Redbox has been stealing money off of my card. The system was saying I owed 100 an I had the movies I rented for over 20 days. But I didn't I had the movies for 4 days an they will not give me my money back until they get every penny that they say I owe.

So redbird is a rip off. But if I don't get my money back tonight I will be seeing a lawyer an sueing the hell out of redbox

I have a couple complaints one is red box did not give me all my movies but still charge me the full price I called customer service they said it would give the money back once I return the two movies I did get they would not help me redeem my points or you going to tell me how to I haven’t got an email confirmation on the two movies I did get it in your customer service seems to not give a care about your customers which is a shame I think I’ll have to start streaming movies instead of renting them from you

I made a reservation online. Reservation was charged to my card. I went to the kiosk did not have my reservation. I attempted to call several times one time I was on hold for someone to come on the phone for over 5 minutes when the call went into the abyss I guess music stop playing that I was still connected and I just sat there.

I tried contacting the chat and of course you say please search while we're waiting then your search box is covering the send box so I can't communicate with a person when they finally come on. I then attempted to call again the agent was very unprofessional.

I was upset for all the time I spent to try to get to resolve this the only thing that she would do for me is say that it would be credited back in 5 to 7 business days I asked for a promo code since you…

When trying to view available movies on your website, the page continuously moves up & down, only allowing me to see the movies shown on the first line. This has been going on for months, even when using different computers, but this is the first complaint I have registered.

This is extremely annoying, thus I haven't rented a movie in a long time. It needs to be addressed. Thank you.

I do not drive so I have to take a cab. I tried to return my movie to a Redbox Center at Walgreens that was broke. So I then had him drive me to the closest one which was Jewel.

It said it couldn't take anymore because it was full. I tried to contact Redbox by phone but never could get an answer. This cost me a late fee of 2 days. This is not the first time this has happened.

I rent movies there frequently. If the machines can't stand the weather they need to be inside period instead of ripping off people that are on a fixed income.

On October the 5th Redbox withdrew money from my account. 51 and claim that I still owe them for a game I did not receive. 00 more. What the F. This was their mistake and not mine but the take money from my account and want me to pay more just to receive my money that they never should have took in the first place.

There should be phone logs and phone recordings of everything and if they checked they would see that it was reported when it happened and we never received a game but an empty case. I want my money back!!

I purchased a groupon and was unable to use it on my phone app. When I called customer support I was frustrated as it was in India and the customer service reps did not understand what I was asking, put me on hold, were rude and

after being told a supervisor would help me in one to two minutes I finally hung up after waiting 15 minutes. I called back and again got the same run around and after another 15 minutes was told I can only use my groupon on my computer, not my phone app.

I requested some compensation for the frustration and time I wasted on the phone and was offered one free credit. This is terrible customer service and reflects poorly on your company. Outsourcing to India in an effort I assume to save money provides terrible customer service.

On Sunday Nov 20 10:30 CT I spent over 30 minutes on your web site. I was unable to do the following. Enter a movie and find out all the Redbox kiosks near my area. Once I found a kiosk with the movie I wanted to use, I could not figure out how to make a reservation.

I phoned the Redbox 1-866 number. it took over 20 minutes for a human to answer. While waiting, I had to constantly listen to your tiresome message while waiting. I could not get her to understand my two simple problems.

When I told her she did not understand what I needed, she hung up. This is inexcusable behavior. Please have someone from Redbox call me to help me learn how to navigate your web site.

Redbox customers get no service, the phone line sucks. I had an issue with a movie and followed the instructions to get bit corrected was given a credit. I returned the bad movie and was charged anyway. So, I contacted Redbox live chat and was treated like crap.

The employees were no help at all.

Finally, I contacted my bank and was charged twice for one movie. If this is a practice Redbox follows then I'm never using them again.

, today and rented "Kung Fu Panda". Brought it home and tried to play it. It had a hard time getting started and then nothing. We tried numerous times to get it going again. We took out the movie and put it back in and still doing the same thing.

Took it out again and it appeared dirty at first. Put it back into the machine and again it started up and then quit again. By now the granddaughter was very unhappy - so we looked at the video very closely and discovered some horrible scratch marks on it.

So, we gave up on Kung Fu Panda. How do I get my refund?

Today I rented Batman vs Superman (blue ray). It would not play on my Blue ray player but other dvds did play. There is something wrong with this disc. The bar code number is RDBX00728. Please has anyone been able to get a refund.

I rented two movies today. One of them wasnt even recognized. The blu ray player is an xbox one, and i made sure the movie was a blue ray. This isnt the first time that this has happened to me.

I am seriously thinking about going back to netflix. s. 1 location in Palm Beach County.

6/7/2016 Very deceptive; I would not have rented Anomalis had netflix properly describe the cartoon/CGI as just that. The picture displayed on the kiosk screen was so small and unclear that one would find it near impossible to deduce that the characters of Anomalis were dummies!

This is not the first time that netflix has put one over us. Shame on you.

I rented two Ps4 Games and just for one game its taking a half a day to load up and my games are due back tomorrow, I'm very frustrated and have learned my lesson about renting games you cant enjoying playing them if its taking all day to download, so my question is can I get a refund on my Redbox rental and just be done, I know now I can just rent movies at least you don't have to wait for those to download.

The commercial began freezing playing and freezing playing and freezing so I fast forwarded to the beginning of the movie. The movie played fine for about 5 minutes million minutes and then it froze and it would not fast forward or go back. The movie was call Goosebumps I was not able to watch the movie so I am hoping I can rent it again free of charge.

I rented the movie heist it skipped all the way though chapter 12 and 14 and started playing at the end it messed the whole how he did it up. If this is the way Redbox is going to work than forget it.

I checked the 5 movies I rented out after 9:30 PM. The next night I had to drive to five different locations to return 3 of the disks I rented. The 3 were returned by 9:15 specifically because every box I went to for 45 mins was full and couldn't take any more disks. 3 disks I had for just short of 24 hours. The next 2 disks I had to wait to return until the next business day in the evening. I had to go to 2 locations to find a box that had room for them. I returned them both right at 9 PM. They charged me for a full three days rental on all 5 movies.

1 movie wasn't even watchable because the soundtrack didn't match what was going on in the movie by about 15 seconds. I will never rent from redbox again. I could have bought on iTunes to own 2 & 1/2 of the movies I rented for what they…

I rented a Redbox dvd and did not return it back on time. 11 for purchase of a dvd. If Redbox charges me for a dvd then give me the dvd. Think about it, you charge me for purchase of a dvd and you have the dvd and my money. This is totally illegal.

How can I contact the Redbox corporate team to tell them of this problem? I am sure other customers have the same challenge.

We rented Mall Cop 2 today and when we started watching it it started skipping, we had to fast forward (missing a lot of the movie). Then toward the end it started skipping again! Stopped completely! I am a very unsatisfied customer.

I want my money reimbursed back to my debit card. We ejected the movie and the disc had scratches on it.

I went to rent a game I swiped my card 2 times and Redbox said try again I got charged 2 times but no game I am highly upset. I got 2 movies at night time and returned them the next day. Redbox charged me for both the movies for 2 nights. I only had them for one. It was a problem and so I tried to contact Redbox on Twitter and Facebook but was ignored.

Then, I called customer support and got put on hold. It was only a simple problem, but not I cannot fix it. It should not be this difficult!

We live on the north east side of guthrie oklahoma so does my son and family. We would rent more movies if there was a red box on this side of town!! There is 3 redbox in guthrie ok. One at mcdonalds one right next door at Walgreens and one across the street at walmart!

Now how stupid is that?? On our side of town is the i35 exit with four big hotels lots of restraints and 3 big truck stops!! please put a red box in! Or I am going to have to give in to my husband and get a bunch of movie channels!

I rented a movie from RedBox at the beach (3 hours away). When coming home, my wife packed the movie sleeve and mistakenly left the movie in the DVD player. We realized this when we got home and tried to return the movie.

I contacted Redbox today to see how it would be handled. I was told that I cannot return an empty movie sleeve nor can my realtor return a DVD without a sleeve. Redbox said I own the movie for $26.

FYI - With a similar issue, Netflix eats the cost.

I rented a blue-ray disc on Wednesday 4/22/15 and returned it on Friday 4/24/15. They are saying I did not return the disc and charged me $36 for the disc. They are saying that their system does not show it being rented since I rented it, and that is how they determine if the disc has been returned.

But couldn't something go wrong with their machine? What if it did not register the disc properly? They would not take my word for it that something obviously malfunctioned. I will NEVER rent from Redbox again.

I went to the first Redbox location at thr fresh market on 5600 S 900 E SLC UT and i pressed the rent button on the screen and nothing happened, so i kept pressing it and it wouldn't do anything, so i moved over to the next machine and it did the same thing.

So I drove over to the 5600 S 900 E 7-eleven location and it did the same thing. I wanted to rent a movie? So what's going on with broken Redbox machines.

Became a new member on 12 Apr 2015. Almost immediately I started receiving unsolicited e-mails. According to your policy, you do not give out information. This can not be true. Up to today, I was receiving 1-3 e-mails a day.

Today alone I have received over 20. The only thing that has changed is becoming a Redbox member. I have went to my e-mail options and unchecked all the boxes. Can not figure out what else to do. Next step is to cancel the account if the e-mails do not stop.

So here it sit again, just rented 2 much anticipated movies from Redbox, got my snacks and drinks and here we go. And..... skip, skip, skip, skip,skip, skip, skip, skip..... You get the idea!! Do you not check your inventory for damaged discs or do you just not care?

I have no idea what is going on with this story, skip, skip, skip. You have one thing to do right and that is to supply fans of movies with one thing, a great movie experience. You can't even do that right. Redbox, Bye girl!!

Recently, I rented Gone Girl on blu ray at Redbox closest to my house on April 8 th at 4 pm . The video has scratches and stopped multiple times. I was unable to finish the movie due to the multiple skips.

I need another credit on my account and want my money back. Then re-rented another video and this one skips too. I am not going to use Redbox anymore due to the scratchy discs that make it impossible to watch the movie.

I rented two movies yesterday. I rented Interstellar and Divergent, both were the blue-Ray copies. I was able to watch Interstellar with no problems.

However, the movie Divergent would not play. 00 and I would appreciate being given a credit for that movie. Thank you!

I rented Big Hero 6 at your kiosk in the Cumberland Farms Gas Station on bonston post road, orange, ct. I'm disappointed at the quality of the DVD, it was scratched up that it would freeze and skip every few minutes.

It was irritating and unsatisfactory. I hope you guys could somehow check up on the DVDs in stock to make sure that they are in working condition.

I wanted to reserve two movies today and you said I had to change my password. I am 68 years old just learned how to reserve this year and I Loved it. Now you have made the password so hard I could not get on and even if I could I wood never remember it.

Why do you have to make it so hard? I had to cancel my movies this morning because I could not get on site. This is the first time I have been unhappy with you all the years I have been using Red Box .
