I live in Panama City, FL and make deposits to our local branches. In the history of banking with any bank, I have never recieved a reciept via email for deposits that were made with the last numbers of my banking account number.

I was told one has to sign up for this type of service and I did not. so, I want to know who submitted my name for this service?

My bank account is locked from my access. I have done nothing wrong. My new EIN number has issues and they locked me out of my personal account. I can't eat, put fuel in my car or buy animal food.

They refuse to speak with me.

I tried to use the restroom today because Burger King was closed so I walked in and the teller was rude and I said this is why people don't bank with them. Common courtesy should show her someone needing to use a restroom should not be a problem.

I was blessed to go to an auto store. Madison Alabama used to be a good city but it's declined since the pandemic and I am glad I don't live there. People have lost decency and I don't think she should work with the public.

I'm reporting them to X. They usually respond quickly.

BRE Brown of the regions bank on Dunn Avenue was extremely unprofessional today. She was rude to me just bc I didn't understand a certain policy and I said that it's strange bc this is the only bank I've ever heard of not letting me endorse my check and

then my dad endorse it as well so I could deposit it directly into my dad's account. It was just weird to me... and I noted that and she said well you can either sign it or take the check wirh you and leave.

My complaint is with the new Branch Manager at the Atascocita Branch in Humble, Texas (Chris Gallegos). still don't with any employees there other than Chris! Filed several complaints with corporate but nothing seems to become of it, except for the way Chris treats me personally.

Can't believe I'm being forced to leave my "Banking Home" that I've had for over 37 years because of one absolutely TERRIBLE employee with the worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life. ) from my personal accounts, 4 business accounts, and even my son's savings for minors account.

It's amazing that one guy can cause so much havoc.

Yesterday August 30, 2023 I got a notice from my bank that my check to Regions cleared. I went onto the app to check my account. I opened this account as a saving for my safety deposit box to take the money out yearly and I wanted to maintain at least 100 dollars in there since the box is 89 a year.

So I went to check my account and I could not sign in and I was told to call the bank I did. When I called the bank Iwas told my account was closed and was done by the manager at my branch.

There was no further information given. I called my branch they were very rude on the phone and i gave my information and would not give any information as to why my account was closed. I lost my temper and finally the person named Jose said I will have the manager call me.

Fraud department on Sunday morning is people working from home, the lady i spoke to, it woke her up, she was very rude and complained it was Sunday morning, the banks were closed and people had days off. Absolute worst phone customer service.

The absolute worse branch that I have ever experienced in my life. The manager here is beyond disrespectful, she loves her power and throwing it around, she speaks to others as if they are nothing, her and her staff lie on customers and do not take responsibility for what they do or how they treat customers.

When ask her name she told me and expressed no one would do anything to her. The manager here is absolutely horrible and disgusting as a woman and how she handles herself professionally. I would advise anyone to open an account at this location, do not seek any help from this location and honestly the manger here along with her staff honestly need to be held accountable for how rude, degrading, disrespectful, and insensitive they are.

I was mislead by Frederick he is a representative at the regions bank in alabaster Alabama (55 south colonial promenade. I was trying to make a checking account but after he received all my information ( I was handle a early warning paper).

He advised me to sign my check over to my girlfriend & after I got everything situated with the early warning people. I could be back on my account. We opted out of mail the day the account was open but there was still mailed that came ( which we never received period.

Never I have I dealt with a financial institution with such little regard for customer service. It has proven impossible to remove a hold placed on a check from a major home insurance company or to even get an intelligent explanation for the hold.

This is an arbitrary and capricious action made by Regions with no basis in federal or state regulation, made more absurd by the fact that they have cashed checks from the same company previously without any issue. All avenues of recourse have proven useless, including contact with the branch manager (by phone, and in-person), phone contact with "customer service" and "priority banking", and secure messaging.

They don’t keep cash at the drive through window they have go into bank to get cash. 2. I have waited in line for as long as 25 minutes just to make a deposit or cash a check. 3. Don’t have but one person working the window.

I banned with regions over 15 years. I recently went to the bank to close my account with them for a number of reasons. I presented to a teller n told her, I wanted close my account. Naturally I thought my account was closed, not being anything different. Now I learn acct. 70.

I’m disappointed in the service I received.

Regions bank should never be used for a mortgage. I had the most unprofessional experience anyone could ever have with a mortgage. The who process took three months and about four different loan officers working on my account requesting documents and not keeping clear communication, I was not treated fairly.

I was treated as if I were of no importance to them at all. I was kind after being dragged along for months just to be approved under conditions, I met conditions and was then denied for debt to income ratio.

This should have been done earlier on not when I’m thinking I’m about to close. They lied throughout the entire process and should not be trusted for your mortgage needs. DO NOT use regions mortgage. Seek elsewhere by all means.

The blocked my account, holding my money about so suspicious fraud. Month without access to my own earned money so now bills are behind, credit score has changed only because of this company of discrimination. I will following sue with my attorney.

This bank (Goodman Rd location in Southaven MS) , has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a bank. Lines are so long in the drive through and inside that people leave after waiting 20-30 minutes. I left as well, tried to get through the drive through and waited 30 k minutes in that line!

There are 2 tellers, 2 office people and no one who cares at all about speed of service. I’m moving my account immediately. This is customer abuse.

I stopped in your branch located on Old Shell Rd & University in Mobile today. There was a gentlemen working in there that was extremely discriminatory. As a banker and working and providing a public service one would think that Regions employees would have completed customer service training and knowledge of discrimination laws.

The man sized me up asking me what a check that had been deposited in my account was for. A check that had cleared 2months prior to this. Technically it’s not a bit of his business what the check was for.

I receive a email from Regions bank that I had over 1500 points that I was going to loose if I didn’t redeem them. I stop by my local bank and ask what I needed to do. They gave me a number to call which I did and was on the phone for over a hour with no help at all.

I can not connect my banking account to my Quickbooks. 95 and can not use it! The bank tells me it is a maintanance problem and do not know as to when it will be fixed!! That is not acceptable to a contractor that uses this account on a daily basis.

I have filed a report on this with a follow up phone call but have of yet to receive one. I will be closing this account as soon as I can open another at a different bank.

My father John lamb went into branch make deposit, asked to use bathroom. Teller said no public bathroom. He expressed he has been allowed to use it before that he was gonna pee all over there floor, teller said go ahead I'm not the one who cleans it up.

I recently opened a new account with the Mt. Dora, Florida branch. Recently my account was frozen completely due to some random need to verify my identity. Not only was I misgendered repeatedly during the process, they never bothered to say why and simply made demands for my personal information.

After going through the process via email painstakingly, I sent them proof upon proof upon proof of my address with my name, even options THEY THEMSELVES sent me, they proceeded to make me go in person to deliver the same information anyway, the information being my lease agreement/utility bill. I paid off a vehicle loan a month ago and was told the title would mail in 7-10 days, which didn't happen. One of the representatives told me the title was mailed to a different state, but the next representative told me that wasn't true.

Each person I spoke to was not helpful and put me on hold and transferred me back to the main menu. The only funny part about this situation was after not being helpful, each person tried to tell me about some great opportunities with new loans and blah blah blah...

I still don't have my title or any answers. My next step is to contact the State Attorneys General's Public Inquiry Unit, which will happen first thing tomorrow... Good work, Regions. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.

I am trying to resolve an unpaid disputed credit card charge. I was routed between departments after 10 minutes of useless questioning and then my call was dropped after being on hold for 39 minutes. The correct department "Disputes" apparently has an unlisted number and I have to go through the very aggravating hassle of your wait tree again!

I wanted to pay an insurance bill at my agents office and did not have checks (even though they had been ordered 2 weeks prior). Called my branch and spoke to Chris. He said he could authorize an electronic check if I answered several security questions.

First he asked for my SSN. After I gave it to him there were no more questions and he said he would send a code to my phone, but I didn’t have it so he would not authorize. I thought it was illegal to ask for SSNs especially since he misrepresented the process.

I could have answered any security question he had, but I told him up front that I did not have my phone or my checks or my debit card.

My name is Evelyn Neunzig, and I have been a valued customer with Regions Bank for 26 years. In the past, I did not have any complaints about the service, but today , I had a very unpleasant, upsetting, and disturbing experience.

Since the Northriver Brach closed several years ago, I went to the Indian Hills Brach to withdraw a larger amount from my checking account. The accountant was very friendly but sent me to the University Branch since she could not give me the amount in 100 dollar bills, only had $ 20s.

I gave her my personal check. She asked me for my drivers liscense as a proof of identity. That was all it took. At the University Mall branch, the young accountant ( name can be provided on request) asked for two prooves of identity.

We lost valuable time and money simply trying to get our insurance check endorsed. Two days, 3 branches, and now we still do not have the check endorsed and have closed all accounts because of how it was handled. We had to travel to different branches to find a manager (and it took two different trips two different days to three different branchs to find one).

We are still rebuilding after Hurricane Ian, and this check was for that. We not only will never do business with Regions again, we will do everything we can to discourage any family or friends.

The manager at Regions Bank from 901 brickell Ave. Called me to my personal phone number, to say that she had mistakenly given $400 dollars extra to a bank change transaction. She deliberately accused me of having the $400 and that she was going to take the money out of my personal account.

This is the most useless bank with the most incompetent employees I have ever dealt with. I have banked with Regions for nearly 5 years and have had a horrible experience from the beginning. Constantly, they have flagged checks that were valid and made me wait 7-10 business days to post the money.

Not only that, but they have lost cash we deposited in their atm when it had a system failure. None of the branches I have visited have offered any help or given any answers. Stay away from this bank.

I need someone to help me NOW. I deposited a $150,000 check into Regions business account yesterday at a branch I drove close to two hours to get to a branch and my check was placed on an immediate hold and it will not be released until Jan. 6th. I had no issue with a $50,000 check I made the week prior.

This is a problem for me because I have to wire money to a car dealership to pay for a business car that must be paid for by Dec. 31st. I went to a Regions facility today 11/29 and had the worst experience with the branch manager George Clark for the Tennessee Ave bank. His banker ID is 14275 and NMLS number is 611102. Not only was he rude and horrible, but the most disrespectful, loud, outrageous, and unhelpful and unprofessional person I have ever encountered while I was handling a sensitive matter with trying to shut down my deceased fathers account.
