Since 1970 our families have been with First National, Sunburst and now Regions Bank. I had coins I had rolled and wanted to cash them in, but was told I had to leave them and the bank would send them off then they would be credited to my account.

I have cashed them in in the past so it shocked me. If I find a bank that cashed them.. bye!

I had deposited a check no. 00 favoring Retina Specialists of NAL. LLC. 00 on Oct. 17, 2022 (I had missed to write the amount in words). I apprised your Manager of the Branch at 6639 US-431, Owens Cross Roads, AL 35763 the next day and two times again about this issue but they were not able to give me any worthwhile reason to resolve this.

I would rate regions a -0. They have new workers located on highland and parkway in Jackson tn. 00 work check had been process. Katie palmer the team lead acknowledge it was their fault. Now my lights are off and my car is up for repo.

I wouldn't recommend regions to a dog! I still have yet to receive my money. Oncei do I want deal with again. Ni wouldn't refer themtoany9ne if my life depended on it. They want give me the corporate number a d I'm beyond livid.

Was not aware you had a number of deposits you can make in the commercial line. Been doing business 10+ years never heard of that rule. Looked at your Top 5 ways on Regions Bank website needs to be forwarded to that bank on Springhill Ave Mobile Al 36607.

I was the only car see attached pic, did not see any cars parked in front and had 6 deposits most below 500 and only one above a thousand NEVER had anyone instruct me of this rule and should not be in a rude direct way. Maybe, ask is there a reason you are unable to come inside so we can service so MANY deposits!

LOL Never been to a bank where they wanted to make your visit giving you money so uncomfortable.

IN SUMMARY I MADE 3-TRIPS TO MY BRANCH BANK AND 4-CALLS TO THE CREDIT CARD PHONE NUMBER AND NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THE BANKS IS TELLING ME THAT THE COOPERATE CREDIT CARD OFFICE HAS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND MY LOCAL BANK OFFICER IS TELLING ME THAT THEY CANNOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.

I am a coin collector, and regions is the only bank in my town. I was trying to get the new quarter for my collection. I was not allowed to even exchange 1 quarter for 1 quarter. The excuse was they were worried about counterfeiting.

This is ridiculous and insulting.

I wanted to move some money from my 401 to an IRA. I did not want to invest in anything I just wanted a $30,000.00 IRA. I was connected to a very rude person (wIsh I had his name) who called me at a preset phone appointment at 10AM today. He told me that if I was not going to invest any money he was not going to set me up with an IRA. I will be going to a different bank.

This was one of the rudest conversations I think I ever had.

I made a deposit into my Account today at the regions Bank on Poplar and Bray station. The teller at the drive-through window provide me with a receipt with the incorrectly deposit.

She entered the incorrect deposit by $1800.00

I tried contacting Bank by telephone but was disconnected three times.

Bank employee in Clinton ms named Kayla was very disrespectful with me over the phone for no reason. She got aggravated because i kept calling trying to get an understanding about my account. She told me not to come back to there back or i would be reported to the police.

Branch Manager Matthew Patterson and teller Dustin at the Owens Cross Roads branch was racially discriminating and gave poor customer service. We enter the bank and sat down and waited for a loan officer or customer service representative to assist us as we wait we were told that we would be helped just had to wait.

Not once were we asked what we were there for a white male come in with his children after we had been sitting waiting only for the teller to come from the back and tell us that because he only had a notary he was assisting him first still we were not asked if it was ok or what we needed still at this point.

I just left the Regions Bank on Rosa Parks Blvd. In Nashville, Tennessee and received the worst customer service from the only White employee in the bank. He told me he was new which didn't matter to me. He ran my withdrawal twice which the manager had to correct and then gave me the incorrect balance.

I asked him to write the correct balance and when he did, he asked if I could read it. His insolence and condensending tone has no place in the public sector. The branch manager whose name is Simone was very nice.

I'm sure this is not the only complaint you will receive about him.

I want to know WHY an ACH R16 returned payment was sent to three of my creditors which included Affinity - my car loan, FNBO Visa, and Capital One MC. Other creditors I pay online WERE paid. This has caused me GREAT trouble!

I am now NOT able to use my checking account with two of the creditors, my payments are late now INCLUDING late fees I am not responsible for because I PAID ALL THREE ON TIME! YOU REFUSED TO PAY THEM STATING MY ACCOUNT WAS FROZEN.

I want to know who came to this conclusion and why they did it. I had a STELLAR payment history with no missed or late payments. This will COST ME that excellent credit rating as well. You MUST INVESTIGATE this to find out HOW I was HACKED!

I have had nothing but problems with them! I just now attempted to close my account and was told I could not close it with my current California ID and was told I needed to go and get a Missouri ID.

He told me I could not have opened it with my current ID. I told him I certainly did. He insisted that I could not have and that I must have had a different ID when I open this account.

He would not close my account. Are you kidding me? Every time I went in there they wrote my name down as Michelle and not Rachelle. The ATM machine was always broken, within 3 weeks of having my account they turned off my card due to possible fraud and told me that I didn't reply to a text message.

I have been a customer since 1995. I called my local branch several times to ask a question, it rang many times no one answered. So therefore I had to go there and go inside only to be told I couldn’t do what I came to do which could have been answered on the phone!

I expect to talk to someone when I call my bank. I don’t understand why no one is answering the phones.

Also I told the teller and she just looked at me, no apology. Where has customer service gone to? I’m sorry but I had to say something, it’s not the first time this has happened.

Refuse to take my cash for a payment on principle for house.. then refused to give me a notarized statement saying they refused to take federal currency so I can send complaint to the FDIC however I assure you it is going g to be done because you are charging Interest on my house note for the money I was going to put twords it and that is criminal.

Online bill payment was not operable so I called the on-line support and after giving personal info to robo rep was waiting online for some time before getting a person who transferred me to another robo rep for same personal info so I could wait online again and dropped. I called back and went through the same routine but with even longer waiting times so I hung up and I then called customer service and ended up on a 3rd party trying to sell me something so

I hung up and called help line again and got transferred again, and finally a man told me bill pay isn't working. 5 calls and 25 minutes later I have someone telling me something I already know!!!! Online and in the branch offices this bank's services are becoming intolerable!

Branch bank, Fairhope, Al. on Hwy ‘98 The outside grounds are looking like a run down trailer park! Tree limbs hang so low that a truck has to avoid them to prevent scratching the roof. not replaced. Entire area under some trees needs care.

I was told they would report it but they do not handle such things. grass and all. Then just WHO is the person I can look in the eye to fix your problem?

I deposited a check signed over to me by a friend who had an emergency we went in the bank to deposit it. Ok a year and a half later I’m still fighting with regions over this check so I spoke to fraud department myself theydon’t understand the issue.

I speak to the teller who puts the hold on the check after fraud cleared everything no resolution with her or the bank manager so I filed a complaint she calls the next day and tells me since I filed an complaint my account was under view again. wife went to regions bank to deposit an Escrow check for 7,500. Into my savings account back were the money originally came from. But since we have separate accounts they told my wife she couldn't deposit it into my savings account.

She was told we both had to be there because both are names on the check. So both of us go up there and my wife signs the paper and I said be sure to deposit it into my account. Not my wife's mine.

And they still deposit the money in the wrong savings account. I'm currently going through a FHA loan that requires me to prove where the money comes from. The next day while at lender's office I saw that the money was not in my account.

I am a new customer and I’m ready to close my account and it hasn’t even been a month yet. I wish I could give them no stars at all. I’ve been going back and forward for a week about my account being placed on hold.

I went into the branch on Elysian Fields in New Orleans where the woman made me sign something and then stated I should be able to use my account by the end of the day. Well now it’s another day and I still can’t use my account.

My husband passed away and I needed to close his safety deposit box. Doing so in Hilton Head SC was easy. In Florida at the Indian Rocks branch they will not let me close it even though I have his death certificate and my PROBATE PAPERWORK!!!!! Completely unprofessional and impersonal.

I have what I need so explain why I'm being given such a hard time????? Your rules should apply to all of your branches. Again, I have everything I need. I would never bank with such an incompetent bank.

Deposited my paycheck 6/28/22. Won't clear till 7/7/22. Been a customer for years and never had this problem. I am an OTR truck driver and I will not be able to go to work next week because I have no food to take on my next trip.

I am a customer in Selma, AL and they recently built a much smaller branch. I just waited 20 minutes in a lobby full of customers because there were only 2 tellers in the branch. There were at least 16 people waiting...got no service and left.

I opened an account on Friday June 18th and made an in-person deposit of 200$ at the branch. The lady that helped me handed me my check card and said it was active and ready to use. That was at 9:55am.

From Friday all the way until tue June 21st I could not use my card for purchases or gas or even pay my phone bill, I called the customer service department 4 times and each time I got a different reason as to why my card would not work. On Tuesday June 21st at 330pm I stopped by the same branch and was given another different reason as to why it wouldn't work.

The teller said she submitted a ticket and within 30 Minutes my card would work and my money would be available 3 hours later it still would not work. And I deposited all my money and have no access to it.

I have had a checking account with Region Bank for three years. The bank where I opened this account with is 51 West Bay Street Jacksonville FL 32202. I have not had any problems when Mrs. Dorothy was working there.

A new crew have came on and now I can't get access to my money or bank account. I had my paycheck deposit into my checking account on Friday June 17 2022 and also had money in my account and the ATM machine refuse to let me withdraw my money.

On 3/04/2022, I deposited a check that was written to me by my insurance company for my roof repair. Unknowingly, I did not know that my Mortgage company name was on the check. I deposited the check in the ATM.

I received a letter in the mail 2 days later stating that the funds will be put on hold because the mortgage company did not endorse the check. Instead of Regions returning the check to me for incomplete endorsement, the deposited the funds and put it on hold.

I was told by Regions that they did not have access to the check and could not return it to me. I was told that I could just wait until the hold was up and that the funds would be deposited. Well, that wasn't true.

I am a new customer with Regions and already I am regretting it. I made a deposit today with a check closing out my old bank account. The check was for $1102.32 with a "cash back" of $302.32 which makes for a total deposit of $800. Checking my account on line I noticed they made a deposit of the entire $1102.32. I deposited a check for $2,300 on 5/31/22 and I was informed there would be a 10 day hold. On 6/9/22 Regions Bank froze both my checking and savings account for fraud. I sat in the Lakeland Fl office for 5 hours and still my accounts remained frozen even though it was verified the check has cleared the other bank.

On 6/13 my savings account still remained frozen. I worked with Kimmar Davis, Nancy Boatwright and Christopher Watkins who was in the St. Petersburg office. I was assured on June 10, 22 that I would be able to access my money and I was not able to.

This is in regards to the Regions Bank at Pier Park, 15501 Panama City Beach Pkwy, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. Almost every time I go there to deposit money in the atm, the deposit option is unavailable. If I ride down to the east end of the beach, to the other Regions, their deposit works every time.

I live on the west, and it's hard to drive through all the traffic, to the bank that is way out of the way. The other day, I pull up at the Pier Park location, and the atm deposit is disabled again.

I go into the bank, stand in line for almost 30 mins, with one person working the inside, while another just sits there doing paper work watching people lining up out the door. One person was working the cars on the outside, and was trying to help inside too.

I have attached a copy of my bank statement. Please look at it so you can see clearly what I am talking about. Your customer service reps seem to not understand the problem. The last 4 cards mailed to me have not shown up.

I have spent an hour on the phone with Regions Customer Service today trying to get them to remove the word Postal Code from the mailing address. Everything else is correct. Four different reps have told me today that I will have to go to a lawyer for a certified copy of my signature and a written request to remove the words POSTAL CODE from my address.
