Since the Northriver Brach closed several years ago, I went to the Indian Hills Brach to withdraw a larger amount from my checking account. The accountant was very friendly but sent me to the University Branch since she could not give me the amount in 100 dollar bills, only had $ 20s.
I gave her my personal check. She asked me for my drivers liscense as a proof of identity. That was all it took. At the University Mall branch, the young accountant ( name can be provided on request) asked for two prooves of identity.
It took her forever to handle the request.…
