On Thursday,May 26th, I attempted to deposit a check into the ATM at the Region's Bank on Eldridge Parkway in Houston, Texas. The ATM retained my check without depositing it to my account. A message on the screen said to contact the bank. I immediately called the toll free number to adivse on what happend. I filed a dispute.

On Friday, May 27th, I went into the branch to adivse them on the ATM transaction mishap. The teller basically filed another dispute as she took th e informotion needed to investigate my claim. She informed me that they do not actually go to the ATM and retrieve the checks; but, that the servicement would retrieve the checks later on that day and she would be sure ot look through them and call me with an update to rather she was able to see the check or not. The teller, Celeste, asked me personal questions and about my employment just to collect money from Western Union

The branch, 612 silver springs blvd, had 3 guys idling around, but only one teller working. She stopped helping me to attend to the drive thru.

The800 number does not give an option to register a complaint.

May 10th 2022, I opened a region's business checking account. Prior to that date maybe the 6th or 7th of May I had done a name change on three existing accounts that I had with the bank. I supplied confirmation of my name change via a social security card, a driver's license, and a marriage certificate.

When I opened the new business account on May 10th I again provided all of the same information with the exception of the marriage license as proof of who I am. I received a letter in the mail regarding dedicated detail service my new business account, that states they need copies of my driver's license social security card and a EIN letter from the IRS.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to file a complaint against the associate Shana Spindel from the branch location of 1 S University Blvd, Mobile AL 36608 for her poor efforts in customer service and tonality and choice of words over the phone with me during our conversation today. She came off as rude, dismissive, spiteful and definitely had racist undertones in her dealings when she was met with certain confrontations during our exchange today.

Ok first off it takes an act of God to get a person on the phone. 00. I sold my condo. I got the RA number ( 062005690) and add my checking account. The wire was done on a sat.

I called mon and was told that they saw the wire and it would post Tue- On my lunch after 2 pm I called again. I thought maybe due to it being after 2 pm it might hit. I was informed that there was no wire and they do not know why the person this morning told me she could see it. I am pissed.

I now called the people who were to send the wire. Waiting to here back. from them. If I was given the correct information at 8 am . I could have started the ball rolling hours sooner.

4/20/2022 my husband and I pulled up at the drive thru window and there was a Caucasian lady sitting there she only addressed my husband as if I was invisible. Calvin and that is not even my husband last name thats my maiden name that was on our statement and his full name was under mine, she was too busy flirting she couldn't concentrate on her job, and was very disrespectful.

I sent an ACH payment through the ACH department, which I pay monthly for the service to pay my vendors. The money was removed from my account and my employee did not receive the funds. I was on the phone trying to take care of this for over 1 1/2 hours today and about the same yesterday.

I spoke to at least 5 different people. Everyone giving me a different answer. I person said I need to create a "ticket" whatever that is, to get my money back. Another said to do nothing. I was transferred all those times and each time you are transferred you have to wait on hold and answers all the same questions again!

I had a checking account with Regions bank for 30 years. Recently closed my account due to the fact that I feel a young lady that works in regions fraud dept. Illegally looked into not only my finances but also my sister.

I Bank at the branch in Bushnell Florida and I would say over the past 6 months or so this Branch never has its drive-thru open and when I complain to them about it they simply tell me they don't have the manpower to run both the lobby and the drive-thru.

Well today Monday April 4th at approximately 4:30 I drove into the bank parking lot to see the drive-thru is closed I then went inside the lobby and told all three people that were standing there doing nothing that they're closed lights were on in the Drive-Thru and they acted shocked one of them even said well no wonder nobody's been coming through the drive-thru we wondered why it was so dead.

The Pell City, AL location recently adopted a "in lobby only" policy for ALL commercial accounts starting today. They open at 9am in the lobby as opposed to 8:30am for the drive thru. They claimed this is a company wide change.

However, I've heard other Regions branches have not adopted this change. We had to open business late in order to make deposits today. " So you don't consider your commercial accounts as customers?! We can just as easily find another bank that does!

Whatever happened to their customer service? For the past 6-8 months their customer service has been non-existent. I can count on a 20 minute on the drive through no matter what day or time. Yesterday on a Sat, I waited over 25 minutes.

Two weeks ago while in the lobby to get a couple of insurance checks endorsed my wife and I waited 50 minutes. And here is the rest of the story. We arrived in the lobby at 3:30, there was one banker working and I think the bank manager was there.

We had one customer in front of us besides the customer that the banker was helping at the moment. Another customer came in after us so now there are three of us waiting for help. ) left. She never never looked our way or acknowledged any of us.

This bank requires passcodes/iDs/pass-numbers all in the benefit of confidentiality, and it is MOST aggravating. Each time I 'TRY" to log in from my phone usually I get a request for a name/number or some such sh*t, most often a "security" question -- EACH AND EVERY TIME I LOG IN! I'm through with this, I'm done, I'm MAD! I've used other banking services before (obviously) but NEVER have I seen one that is so OVERBOARD with protection -- and yes my identity/banking information was stolen from TWO -- but this was before all these questions/answers/names/numbers... (One was caught/semi-professional (15 YEARS) probation -- and the other was with BOA that happened on the same day to many other people).

LIGHTEN UP ON ALL THESE STUPID SECURITY QUESTIONS/NEEDS!!!!!!

For a business account, 1. The limits are very low for daily and monthly. My business often has customer payments of +$5000. 2. The mobile deposit often shows that it can not process the transaction and it might last days, even for small amounts. 3.

I recently called online customer service and after about 40 minutes and providing account information duplicate times, I was told I would have to go into a branch. Why they did not tell me that in minute one is astounding. 4.

Personal interaction with bank employees has always been great. Mobile banking SUCKS!

I came into the the Regions bank located in East St. Louis, Illinois on 03/22/2022 at about 1:55pm. I cashed a State Farm insurance check. ( the banker really gets frustrated. ) I explained it’s so “I” don’t get confused.

The banker then with the worst attitude ever. I can’t just give you $9,800 I said that’s not what I asked. I then explained I wanted to retrieve the money off my card to be deposited to my checking account.

She’s extremely agitated at this point. I was treated like a horrible chore. I took my card and left cause this is horrible customer service to say the least. I also had another check that I couldn’t get cashed. This is the most ghetto experience I have ever had with a banker!

Opened an account and was told my funds would be available after 24 hours. Went tp use ny debit card and it wouldn't work. I called the bank and they said now it's 48 hours. I have bills to pay and have mo access to my money.

The bankers give the wrong information which in turn they give the incorrect information to customers.

Stay far away from this bank, First, do to lack of staff you will wait up to 15 mins to make a corporate deposit or personal. The ATM is always down. The new manager is very disrespectful and has a power trip.

I will be closing our business, personal and savings accounts shortly. I will say the only employee that does a great job is Brandy and this is why we have stayed with this bank in the past.

On Sunday, 2/20/22 I received a call from the Hernando County Police Department stating that a good Samaritan found my wallet on the highway and had turned my wallet into the police. Inside the wallet was my Regions personal checking debit card, my business checking/savings debit card, and my prestige visa card (along with several other cards).

The police officer realized from my DL that I lived about three hours away and wanted to contact me immediately to let me know my wallet had been turned in. He was unable to find a phone number for me so he called Regions to request that regions bank reach out to me to let me know the location of my wallet.

The worst costumer service I have ever had with your supervisors. I had an incident with my debit card on 26-January, your rep. Canceled it and was to send me a new one. So after numerous phone calls and 3 supervisors I received a new debit card on 15 -February not at the address I asked for them to send it to because I am out of town for a few months and no Regions bank close to me.

This has been totally unacceptable and very dissatisfied with Regions employees in this matter.

Chrysler sent Regions my extended insurance payout after account balance after a car accident where my car was totaled as a result of young man running red light. They cashed the check on November 2021 and they haven’t send me the check and have memory loss when I called in for status. I would like to know how you can accept a check for deposit that is NOT made payable to the depositor? My bank sent a check in error to First Service Residential that was made payable to Cen-West Communities. You should have rejected it out of hand; instead you took and deposited this check into First Service Residential's account. This is outright theft! I guess since their account is so big they can get away with anything and the individual like me suffers. Now it was take me months, if at all, before I can claw that money back from First Service. I find you behavior outrageous and egregious. SHAME ON YOU!!!

I'm going to see if I can file a complaint with the state banking commission. If you are chartered I hope to get it revoked!

I am really p**sed about the "new" Advice Works that does not work. I tried 30 times to sign in after registering, and nothing but spin around in dead ends. I called CS 3 times and they only once could get me in; and last time I was told IT would call to TRY and resolve stupid login problems.

I want reimbursement for any losses I incur due to unable to access my account and stocks. Get help now.

On November of 2021 I closed my regions checking account because I relocated to California and regions did not have any branches in California. When I closed my account I made sure that my new address had already been updated and I was assured that my remaining balance would be mailed to my home address.

3 months have passed by after several calls of being told " we are following up on the check that was mailed and will send you a new one"; now I am told that since the account was closed they could no further see any information thus they cannot see my remaining balance. I was told, the only way to retrieve my remaining balance was to go into a Regions Branch, which is unreasonable given the fact that I live in California.

To whom may concern: The reason for this complaint it's because my check from my insurance it's been on hold. Check was deposite by mobile on 1/19/2022 and it's going to be on hold until 1/28/2022 why so many days to verify a check?

I've been 3 months waiting on this check to re buy a car since my accident on 10/07/2021 and now they will hold it for another week and at the branch or thru phone they seen to tell me the reasons why? all they had said it's you will receive a letter telling the reason why from 6-10 days .

Most horrible bank I've ever dealt with. Took him 3 months to send me an ATM card. Change the website so I can't even get into my account. Spoke to the people gave them my name social security number and card number.

Customer service is horrible at your Regions banks in Hammond, Louisiana and Denham Springs, Louisiana! The doors are locked periodically and the windows only have two lines and sometimes only one line is open. The ATM at both stores are down more than working!! This is pathetic!

I've been banking with regions for around 5 years now, and I have never experienced a more complicated, hypocritical, and backwards banking platform. I have been unable to access my Regions account through my computer for over a year,without any rational explanation. I am able to change my password, login one time, and then I am denied access (even when I use the same, correct password I just updated). However, I have zero issue logging onto Regions through my phone app, also using the same password. I am unable to view my routing numbers and my account numbers through the mobile app, and so I am unable to pay my bills without being charged a "card fee", because I cannot connect my bank account directly to my utilities, rent, etc.

I recently paid off a home equity line through Regions and wanted to check to see whether my account is still active. From best I could tell, I had a $42,000 line of credit with your institution. I stopped by the branch on Ga. , on Dec. m.

Inside, I saw no other customers. I believe there were two associates in their offices to the side. There were two cashiers. One was on the phone. The other was counting money. I stood there for more than a minute, and no one said a word to me.

I'm sure we all have jobs to do, but in my business, when a customer walks in the door, I make sure that person is attended to. I don't mind waiting for service, but I felt thoroughly ignored. My time is valuable to me, and I appreciate those who treat me with a little consideration. I walked out.

Within the past 3 weeks i have had not 1 nor 2 but 3 OVERDRAFT FEES come out of my account and it never went into the negatives, i never actually over drafted my account and still had 3 different $36 OD fees taken out, when i called to get this fixed the lady was very rude and unhelpful, she ended up refunding all of my stolen money my bank had taken from me and

As a longstanding Regions credit card holder, I am appalled at the lack of customer service access when trying to actually talk to a representative. I have spent a week trying to get through to a customer service rep. Your website indicates being able to handle credit card disputes via the local bank, so I finally went to my local branck and was told that a contracted company now handles this.

I was given the same number to call that I've been unable to get actual help with. Please do better.

My husband and myself went to OUR bank (regions) to discuss a refinance. The bank manager told us Ken the mortgage banker would call us and send us applications. Someone sent us an application that asked for our debit and pin number.

so my husband ran to the bank to change the pin. Brenda Petit( bank manager) yelled at my husband and through a letter at him and told us we have 30 days to close all our accounts, that we can't talk to a federal employee like that. What????

I am the customer and if I feel my account is compromised I have the right take action. Ken yelled at me first. Plan on filing a federal complaint.

The branch in Oxford Al. Is the worst bank I have ever used. I like regions bank but I have been goin to this location every Friday for the past 2 years & there service gets worse by the week.

Always have to sit for 30-45 minutes and for some reason they always have complications putting my money in my account. I feel everyone should be fired and hire a whole new staff because it’s ridiculous. I will complain everyday until something is done about this shitty service

Opened an account online. Went into the bank to withdraw money the day before Thanksgiving, because I had yet to receive a debit card. I was told there is a hold until I receive my signature card. Then I was given a hard time when I said I wanted to close my account. Took about an hour.

Then I was threatened with security and police when I refused to leave without my account being closed and my money withdrawn. That's when the process to close my account started, which took almost an hour. I have never been treated so terribly by a bank, and it's employees.

New customer. Started account with $400 cash.

First company check was not actually in my account for 34 hours.

Second deposit was given to me by my employer on a personal check as pay roll was already submitted. Regions decided to hold my funds for 8 days after it cleared my boss the originator, the same day. Regions had unduly withheld my funds for 8 days….
