I have been with Regions since 1995. Never have I witnessed such poor costumer service. All the automated tellers were malfunctioning. My cash didn’t dispense yet I was debited from my acct. The in-house tellers were rude and lines became very long.

Not everyone could fit into the small building. If they could have moved any slower, they would have been going in reverse. The one star is because I couldn’t give a negative rating

I was issued a refund from the water company in the form of a check drawn on Region's bank. Because my bank is out of state, I took the refund to Region's. The bank stated there would be a five dollar charge to cash a check drawn on their bank!

I don't know why they are allowed to do this. I should have been given a cash refund, which is how it was given to them. For a bank to penalize people for not banking with them by not cashing their own check blows my mind.

I did not cash the check there; I will take it to Kroger or Walmart where the fee is a lot less!

Opened a fixed annuity on Aug. 26,2021, was told we would receive the official policy shortly by mail. After app. a month I emailed the lady who filled out the papers. She said she would call and find out why it hadn't come in the mail.

She emailed me telling me there were a couple more papers we needed to initial but she couldn't tell us why they didn't let her know. We went in and did that. We waited about another month, no policy. I sent an email yesterday to her stating there was a breach of faith and we wanted all our money back.

A breach of faith is something we take very seriously.

The telephone agents were unable to help - as a matter of fact were unwilling to help, even when I asked fir a manager. Very upsetting. Tried to initiate zeller transfer - took me 6 weeks and numerous calls to customer service to find out that Regions does not have this service. Very, very disappointed.

Very unprofessional manager, Marjorie goicoechar, at a local branch in valrico Florida. Her appearance was ridiculous in a T-shirt and jeans,. When I expressed my concerns about an issue she didn't even stand up initially and did so through a cubical glass one cubicle away never coming directly into my space.

She offered no attempt to understand or resolve the issue I brought to her attention and basically said do what you need to do you're unhappy go ahead complain. I feel terrible that I referred my son to this branch and this company, as clearly the personnel has changed in the corporate model of professionalism is lost.

WORST BANK EVER!

Put your money in a bank where you trust people and where they are actually happy to do business with you! The Minden Branch in Louisiana is absolutely horrible! The customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. The bank changes fees and holds checks without warrant. Make people wait over a half hour inside the bank and in the drive thru! Avoid at all possible costs!! The manager there is a joke! Not willing to do anything to help customers!

Your customer service lied to me and told me every branch was opened & I didn’t need an appointment. Went there because your bank had locked my Acct because it was on zero and I couldn’t get my disability funds out.

I waited 24 hours for the lock to lift like I was told it would and it wasn’t lifted as of this morning. Your rep at the bank was rude and said their lobby isn’t opened without an appt. I am closing my account soon and will not ever recommend this bank to anyone else.

When calling your 800 number it would be nice to have a category called customer service push this option so that I didn't have to go through all of the categories to find out that there is not one for those customers calling in just to order checks since I was not able to do it on line because I needed to change my address on my checks. On September 23,2021 I went to pay a bill and then go in the store to get a few things for my home and baby and my card kept declining. 00 balance with a pending charge of what was in my account saying “ account withdrawal”.

I called regions immediately the next day only to find out they closed my account without my knowledge of anything, said to me that they basically wiped my money out my account, made it a check and sent it to my address and that it would have taken 3-5 business days sometimes 30 days.

I called regions again only to be told that I can go get my check from my local branch but that was a lie my local branch were the ones who did that and never had any remorse, said to me I have to wait until MY own money come to me.

It’s been 4 days now I’m really trying to be patient…

I am a Realtor and my buyer is using Regions for his mortgage. The branch is in Lufkin, TX. My client is Justin Frontino and he is purchasing a property at 245 Alabama in Livingston, TX. The experience with the actual mortgage loan officer has been great but the under writing experience has been horrendous!

The file came out of underwriting with conditions. Conditions that should have been disclosed long before 24 hours prior to closing!

However, as ridiculous as those conditions were, they were still met within hours and submitted back to underwriting on Monday morning September 27, 2021. The file was supposed to have closed today, Tuesday September 28, 2021. As of 5:00, there has been no response or follow up on the loan to the title company.

I’m new to the area and Regions’s Bank. Including investments I’m worth close to 1 million dollars with a credit rating around 800. In over 60years I’ve never missed a bill, owning over 12 homes. I’ve been a Chase private client for over 20 years.

I decided to join Regions because of their area presence. I’ve been denied a credit card by Regions because Regions can’t get my rating from Trans Union. I froze out Trans Union years ago because they were hacked. It’s hard to believe Regions bank is so narrow minded

I bought some items thru pay pal and for some reason pay pal tried to withdrawal the money from my business account instead of my personal. I guess because I have used both in the past. So Regions charges me 35 dollars 3-4 times for that and then Pay Pal continues to hit my account after I asked them not to abs regions again and again repeatedly charges me uniti it’s 200 in the negative.

I don’t see how that’s even legal when I’m not enrolled in overdraft protection so they should have just declined them just as they did they didn’t pay the charges for me so what the hell is the 10 35 dollar charges for its stealing and I’m gonna send this to the US attorney because if I take that kind of money from someone I would go to jail.

Not only did this bank - who we were very happy with previously - close our local branch, forcing us to have to drive 30 miles to the next closest branch (which by the way is now destroyed due to a massive flood that wiped out the branch), but in doing so, they deleted our preferences which included Overdraft Protection.

Our security questions were also reset - including the information regarding where we opened our account and where our banking was done. Thanks to ALL of this, I'm now out 60 bucks because of... 14 cents. My account will be closed permanently as soon as my direct deposits can be moved. TERRIBLE customer service.

For one month and a half I am trying to resolve Zelle issue. Talked to the bank representatives several times, was redirected to their IT department - walke through them step be step - no results. Today I called the Bank again, was redirected to the e-banking department and was told that they cannot access my account! Ridiculous!

I recently opened an account with Regions which was a huge mistake. I'm in Metairie and was impacted by Hurricane Ida. I still have not received my debit card, but I have a cash app card. I was using Zelle transactions so my family could Cash App me so I could have access to money whole being dislocated due to the storm.

Regions offered NO help when I did eventually get 2 people on the line I was transferred then hung up on. I was left without any money because of the lack of consideration. I'm still trying to get my Zelle unlocked, and still getting hung up on.

Calling, messaging, emailing NOTHING has worked. I wish I would have stayed far away from this joke of a bank.

There is a Manager name Houston working at the Theodore Al Branch. I went in on May 2021 and Houston was short with me, he is rude, not friendly at all, made me feel I was bothering him. I blew It off thanking maybe it was me. Well Yesterday and today my son has had fraud issue, he went in both times and Houston did him the same way, we will no longer be using that bank, and close to changing banks. plus his issue are still not solved.

other than a new debit card, he still can not long online, Houston said it will be next week before that issue is fixed.

then while my son was there my son ask a question, while Houston was on his computer and he told my son he could only do one thing at a time, instead of just saying we are going to look at that too.

Elizabethton branch manager Cynthia is utterly incompetent, a bully, a liar, and she abuses her position of power she has refused to assist or help me in anyway and seeing as she won't assist a customer with my own money and is adjusting transactions on my account without my permission, that would be both fraud and theft I have had several encounters with Cynthia over the years and I will never bank with regions again and

Walked into Regions Bank at 30083 Woodrow Lane in Spanish Fort a few minutes ago to exchange a $20 bill for a roll of quarter's and a $10 bill. The teller Lea asked for my account number and explained she needed to put it into the computer.

I said I don’t have an account here, I am just asking to exchange money for money. I also told her I am evacuated from La and needed the quarters for laundry. She said let me contact my manager. I waited as she either sent the manager an email or an IM.

Her manager told her to tell me this was a one time transaction and they would not be able to do this again. I am very happy she was able to process this for me as my bank has no locations in this area.

Regions Bank has administered two trust funds for the benefit of my mother for at least twenty years. The trusts went through probate when my father died. I have dealt with Beth Reece since I took over my mother’s finances about five years ago.

She has always been helpful and efficient. We used one of the funds to pay her bills and left the other one alone. Beth has always told me that when my mother passed, the funds would be liquidated and the money that was left would be distributed between the beneficiaries.

Her best guess was that it would take three to six weeks for whatever administrative work that needed to be done. My mother passed at the end of last November. We had to wait to for her house to sell to get the encumbrances off of the fund.

I want to know if it is Regions Bank Policy to deny access to licensed weapons holders.

According to Georgia statute § 16-11-127, I am legally allowed to carry inside of a bank.

I recently applied for a personal loan today and was denied. I extremely upset, due to the fact, I have been a customer for more than 15 years I even had a home financed with Regions with no late payments.

I have 100% payment history on my credit report and good credit scores. Your bank should be the one you can count on to make your life simpler. With this in mind I will find a alternative for my banking needs.

I was racially profiled for a check that came from the sell of my car. The check clearly stated CAR DROP a legitimate car business in Boynton Beach. It was a nightmare and the manager needs a lot of training, he had the audacity to ask me where I work before giving me my money. In May I added my filipino wife of 6 years To my account after her arrival here in February. Until today, no issues. TODAY Y'ALL froze my account because I'm told you Can't VERIFY HER? How in hell is that possible?

I've been a loyal customer with NO overdrafts for years. Now you freeze my account so tell me how my direct debit bills Will be PAID! We gave the man all he ask for Including SS card. NUMEROUS ID'S and no issues.

I have had a terrible experience trying to receive customer service assistance today regarding my regions visa account. I have been passed to 4 different people to fix a problem with my online account. After signing on, I can't see my prior transactions or make a payment.

After being transferred 4 times over 1 1/2 hours of waiting time and explaining my problem at least twice to each individual, I was hung up on. I am so fed up with this bank that I am fixing to close my account out.

They have kept me waiting over an hour and a half today and still no assistance. If I could give their customer assistance a 0 out of 5 stars I would, but since I have to give them a 1 star in order to send this message I am going to complain about it.

I had a car loan through this bank and it was an absolute disaster.

First off they would not let me pay extra payments online unless I had a checking account. I finally paid off the car and they kept auto debiting even after it was paid off. Customer service is absolutely awful. My advice is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!!!!

Depositing a check directly to the bank doesn’t give you access to the funds immediately. Yet it is called a “quick deposit.” Does it make sense that I can cash it immediately and get my money but not deposit it and have it available immediately??????? Never experienced this with any other bank.

36 stolen from my savings account back on 02/01/21 Regions bank investigated and sorry we cant help filed a police report on 05/05/21 at the Floyd County Police Department with Investigator Jordan Clayton. Mr Clayton has not yet received the information he has requested from Regions bank.

So what is the problem with this bank I started at the age of 13 banking with Rome bank and trust with the late Mr Bob Early great bank and banker then on to now with the poor service of the Regions bank and now iam 73 years old never had a problem treated great in the past now not so.

If I could give regions a 0 star or below I would. Poor excuse of a bank.

I don't appreciate having to wait over 20-30 minutes for a customer service call that I had to initiate because of unauthorized charges. I had to call twice because you all can't take the time to see an issue is pending and refuse to call back to handle instead of having the customer call back and wait another 10-15 minutes.

The rep advised me that she was going to cancel the check card tied to my account. She advised me that the Opelika, AL branch would be able to issue me a new card. I go on my hour lunch break.

You only have two people behind the desk, and one banker is slowly assisting a customer and the other is just sitting there. I waited over an hour and the second banker who was doing nothing (supposedly on a lunch break) gets her purse and walks out of the building (there were…

What is going on with our cards not working at certain companies. I was told it's not regions but have something to do with Walmart. My card didn't work at my local post office and dollar general too sometimes. It's so embarrassing.

This bank does NOT do their job!!!! There was two checks issued to my ex husband and myself for a total of 14,000! The check read AND between both of our names so it required by law both of us to sign and be there.

His new wife signed his name and put it through the ATM and this ban k didn't even think to see that it only had one signature on it!!! Now he has kept the money and I am livid. Has this bank done their job I wouldn't be in this mess.

I will be getting a lawyer and suing them. I called the local branch where this happened and they just told me that they were sorry and that's it! The should have done something to make this right. I will see them in court soon!

I went to the Branch located at 6231 Stage Road in Bartlett, TN. The branch closes at 4:00pm. I arrived at 3:30pm and was greeted by one of the associates. When asked how could she help me, I told her that I needed to close one of my accounts.

She promptly said that I have to arrive at least an hour before the branch closes in order to close my account because it is a very tedious task. She asked me to come back another day or go a branch that closes at 5pm.

I went to another branch and was advised that I was given false information by that associate. The associates that intentionally lied to me was Robin. She would not provide me with her last name. I attempted to speak with manager Tyonda Brown and was hung up on.

This is a prime example of piss poor customer service.

My complaint is the bank teller Mr. Montoya allowing a customer to take time to fill deposit forms to various accounts and counting bills while the rest of us that were ready with our own filled forms had to wait 10 minutes, this customer should have moved over until ready.

When I mentioned this to Mr. Montoya he replied sarcastically no i do not think so, and when asked for the the cash back to be in fifty dollars bill, he said, no i do not have access to the vault, upon my insistence he went to the drive in window and

gather the bills, he handled the cash to me without counting them or running it thru the bills counter, when ! asked him to run them thru counter he did and said have a good day with a smirk face.

Regions closed my account for no reason. I call the main office in Birmingham and visited local branch and, of course they had no clue. I have always had my account in Excellent Standing. You owe me an Explanation. I will continue to give you horrible reviews and encourage people to bank elsewhere, until you give me an answer.

I was welcomed to open a bank account while applying for my L1 VISA From South Africa. Since Covid the USA embassy’s have closed their doors to normal VISA interviews. I have spoken to various managers at Regions who cannot help me make payments or have the audacity to tell me they have never met me and can’t proceed to help me.

Yet, REGIONS was happy to open an account for me without a Social Security Number but now won’t assist me because I do not have one. This experience with his bank has been awful! Yet they quite happy sitting with MY MONEY!!!!

I don’t see why you closed 2nd location in Clinton, MS. All the other major banks have at least 2 locations. This morning7/2 there were 15 cars in the drive thru. Average wait times 6 minutes. I really feel this is awful

I had to pay bills I went to the regions bank at Sage and airport in Mobile the lady misread my check and thought it said $50 and it said $510 now they're saying I won't be able to get my money for a day or two I have a business account here and I also have my personal account and I do a lot with Regis but now I will be pulling both of my accounts away from regions but then the next day I've been having a lot of issues with regions

Im a Regions Bank customer. I needed a document notarized. I went to the Regions Bank located at 3558 S Mendenhall Rd Memphis, TN 38115 on 6/15/2021 at 10:20am. When I arrived, there were 2 ladies sitting in the chairs waiting; I sat down as well.

There was 1 rep at her desk on the computer. There was 1 teller working & 1 lady in training seeing no customers. No on acknowledgment any of us for over 5 minutes. A man came in and still no acknowledgement.

The man waited a minute and left. I left behind him. I then went to the Regions at 5969 Winchester Road Memphis, TN 38115. Totally different experience !!!!! Every time I go to the Mendenhall location service is poor or very poor! So unprofessional.
