I have been with Regions since 1995. Never have I witnessed such poor costumer service. All the automated tellers were malfunctioning. My cash didn’t dispense yet I was debited from my acct. The in-house tellers were rude and lines became very long.
Not everyone could fit into the small building. If they could have moved any slower, they would have been going in reverse. The one star is because I couldn’t give a negative rating
