Im a Regions Bank customer. I needed a document notarized. I went to the Regions Bank located at 3558 S Mendenhall Rd Memphis, TN 38115 on 6/15/2021 at 10:20am. When I arrived, there were 2 ladies sitting in the chairs waiting; I sat down as well.

There was 1 rep at her desk on the computer. There was 1 teller working & 1 lady in training seeing no customers. No on acknowledgment any of us for over 5 minutes. A man came in and still no acknowledgement.

The man waited a minute and left. I left behind him. I then went to the Regions at 5969 Winchester Road Memphis, TN 38115. Totally different experience !!!!! Every time I go to the Mendenhall location service is poor or very poor! So unprofessional.

I had the most horrible experience on 6/6/21 while attempting to make a mobile deposit. I was never successful. I called my local branch on 6/7//21 and spoke with Branch Manager, Lizandra Lembeck, who was very cold and argumentative at the initial encounter.

We're living in some very stressful and uncertain times right now, and the last thing I needed was her condescending and uncaring attitude.

I have been to my local Regions Bank twice this week and there was long lines and most of the time only one teller waiting on people. When I finally made it to her I asked where everyone was and she stated they were on vacation.

I went back another day this week and it was the same way. I took more than my lunch hour both days. I had another issue that my credit card keeps getting declined, I had made a purchase and I got a fraud alert clicked one to let them know it was me and haven't been able to use it since.

As I said I have been to the bank twice this week and have tried multiple times to call. I have spent most of my lunch hour today trying to get someone on the phone. The branch I used was our Highland Dr. branch.

I needed to withdraw a large amount of cash. Cashier said "she" didn't have it, come back in three hours, she would have it then. I asked her to explain the situation to me. The bank has the money, but she didn't have it.

I was in a rush. How can the bank have the money, but she can't give me what I asked for? I asked to see the manager, who did not have a customer, she said I must wait another 30 minutes.

I am continuing to receive over draft fees for situations I am not knowledgeable of. It seems this bank has taken advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding the operation of the checking account procedures. Ive had to learn the operation of the checking accounts in order to avoid over draft fees but have been unsuccessful.

Last week I moved money from my cash app account into this checking account in order to avoid over draft fees. The money was shown to change my available balance, however, I was informed the money was not yet received from cash app so that's the reason I was charged over draft fees.

I got off work and rushed to the bank it was pushing 4:30 but the lights were still on. So I thought I was safe. So this guy in front of me had several transactions so it was way after 4:30.

So I moved to another lane they guy inside the bank refused to help me. He said I got there after 4:30 and that's not the case. I wasted time and this was the only day I got off on time to take care of this matter.

The guy was rude and didn't care. I put my hard earn money in this account and to be treated like this makes me want to rethink where I put my money. The bank on main street in Columbus Ms the people are so much nicer but they were closed.

I won't be going back as long as he is there.

Ordered checks on April 2, 2020. By latter part of April contacted Regions 800 number was advised checks had been ordered. On May 5, 2020, still had not received checks, contacted branch office in Niceville and spoke with Lori, assistant mgr.

Stated checks must have been lost by postal service. Offered no explanation of how she knew that. 00. Stated bank had my signature and I should not worry about the lost checks. Stated they had reordered checks and it would be 2 weeks before I received them.

Explained to her I was out of checks which I use to pay my bills. 00. Informed her that neither of those solutions was adequate, the bank should expedite the order and either waive or pay the fees and also stop payment on the lost checks and that fee should also be waived or paid by the bank.…

On Feb 6,2020 I went to Regions Atm to deposit $1080 I noticed the machine making a shuffling noise and it kicked back out $20. I called customer service and filed a claim which was denied. I also went into the branch on 2 occasions concerning this matter.

The branch manager Jessica assured me that when they balance atm the following Wednesday she would kno something. Well it’s going on 3 weeks no answers no nothing!!!! I have been calling every single day and every day Irs a different excuse.

Jessica does not return phone calls, I have asked to run the camera back to no avail!!!!! I have missed paying my bills, it’s ruined my family vacation, and my account continues to be in the negative! This is poor customer service and Jessica is no help to me!

Regions Bank manager in Muscle Shoals, AL branch completely shut down my bank account after I “unknowingly “ deposited a check that was a scam! I was scammed as well. I understand Regions bank shutting down and closing my account for the check that I later found out had numerous complaints with better business bureau, and was definitely fraudulent.

What I don’t understand is why Regions Bank now has told me I cannot ever open up a Regions Bank account again. I had no idea this check was fraudulent in any form or fashion, it was under the guise of working as a Mystery Shopper So I stupid like thought I was getting paid for this and a JOB.

Needed help from the Manager. Nobody at reception. Several people in a room, behind the glass, texting. After a few minutes of me loitering and pacing in front of the window, lady comes out. I try to talk to her, she says “There is a gentleman ahead of you, have a seat in the lobby.” Very nice. She goes back into the office, the one full of people standing around, talking, smiling, having a good ole’ time, and she resumes texting. Very UNCOOL. I have limited time, between patients. I left. I went to the bank in Brookhaven, Ms on Thursday October 17th to make a deposit. I was to get $50 dollars back from the deposit. I also asked the teller for deposit slips. Later that night I realized I had the deposit slips but not the money and my receipt.

I called the bank first thing the next morning and spoke to the manager and the teller. Her drawer checked out right. I asked the manager Owen King if he could check the cameras to see if maybe I left the money in the tube or the teller did not put the envelope in the tube.

I was basically told her drawer checked out ok so I was out my $50 and if the person got my envelope behind me they were not very honest and didnt return it. I was very obvious the manager was not going g to do any more.

My son did not have his phone, and his debit card was blocked because he tried to Venmo money and received errors each time. He called customer service, was disconnected after 37 minutes the first time, and was transferred and put on hold for over an hour (to the fraud department).

When he finally spoke to someone, they told him to use the debit card as a credit card and it should work. He went to Chevron and tried to purchase a drink. His card was denied. He called me and asked me to assist since the card and account was under my name.

Regions never got my title from previous bank. I have called and talked to several people but they gave me all a different story. I received a lien release from regions. After 45 days corporate regions told it had been released by regions and I need to go to the texas dmv to have them print it out.

So between driving and sitting at the dmv 4 hrs they don’t have it.

Finally the original bank had it. Now regions has it and is telling me that it will take several more weeks. I sold the truck 45 days ago and waiting on title to sign over. I have filled one of these out and have asked someone from corporate that can make a decision to call me.

I've been a Regions bank customer since they took over our bank in Cumming years ago. We moved to Dawsonville, GA. about twelve years ago and the branch bank here has gotten worse by the month seems like. They only have two tellers most of the time and one of them handles the drive through which they have to go back to the main teller to get anything done.

We sit in line this morning for over fifteen minutes and there was only one car in from of us. We use to know everyone there and it was pleasure to go in but now we know no one and every time we ask about someone we're told they're on vacation.

This bank is stealing funds from people who have had accounts for years . Ira accounts , 401 accounts, intrest bearing checking and savings accounts. I don't like to complain I love Regions Bank but I'm very disappointed in why did the hours change I work at 8 to 5 job.. And probably 70% of the time the ATM cannot read the checks and I have no way of cashing my check's unless I go to Walmart or amscot which is costing me money that's why I have a bank account.

I can't always get to the bank on a Saturday that is the only day that I have off and they're only open until 12 or 1... I just really don't understand the bank hours no other bank closes that early. Thank you

Recently, someone stole my wallet with All my personal information. I immediately notified regions and at that point realized that the thieves had already made a withdrawal. I went through the process of filing a dispute and put a freeze on my accounts.

Within that time frame, the thief walked into a branch trying to get more money, thankfully my account was frozen. Nothing was done to them and they were able to walk out the bank freely, although they were attempting to commit a crime.

The first dispute I filed was a month ago for a large withdrawal. I since opened new accounts with Regions and continued banking with them. A week ago another large withdrawal was made, INSIDE a branch. At this point I’m concerned and do not feel safe with banking with Regions anymore.

I am not pleased…

I was never informed I would start being charged a monthly fee. When I signed up I opted out of over draft and was assured that. Next thing you know there is an over draft fee. I call The Georgetown location and spoke to Tina.

She had no intentions of helping me solve my issue. She even walked me through how to cancel and that is what I'll be doing. After all the 1877 number with customer service helped me.

I received my sons income tax check at my residence in Clanton AL. He had recently moved to Milton FL. He asked me to sign his check for him and deposit it in my account. I was informed at my local branch that he had to be present to cash or deposit it since it was a govt. check.

I drove the 250 miles to Milton and we went together to bank since I had also endorsed check. We were asked into the office of Wendy Richardson. I explained the situation to her at which point she became very irate and informed me that I was not allowed to sign for him.

today i was on the phone trying to close my money market account = after holding on for 10 minutes i was disconnected and had to start over . again after 15 minutes i was disconnected .

finally i got on line and transferred the money to the checking account and notified the lady that i was closing the money market account and did not want to get any service charges because of the closeout. she stated that i would have to call back tomorrow to tell them i then spoke to a supervisor name of JARVIS WHO said the same .

is the worst bank I have ever encountered. The tellers in the DRIVE -THRU are so unbelievably slow. They talk entirely to much. It takes at least 20mins to cash one check and that's on a regular day. They don't even apologize for the wait.

The first week of each month is a complete NIGHTMARE. A minimum of 5 cars leave the bank at one given time. The female tellers have the NASTIEST attitude I have ever witnessed. I absolutely HATE to go to REGIONS BANK BRANCH in Selma,AL.

I would like a phone call on my experience at the regions bank in Ocala National Forest location. Branch 00255-forest. Here is a brief description of my experience. 00 check from fidelity. I knew before I came in that it would take a few days to clear as it is a large amount.

The teller told me on April 5, 2018 when I made the deposit that my funds wouldn’t fully be available until April 14th 2018. I was in shock and told her that seemed that a long time and I needed the funds at least by April 12th.

I paid my roofer with one of my checks ,he went to Regions Bank To cash it, and they told him that the signature was not the same ! The same thing happened to me months ago. I went in person to cash my own check and the manager there at Country Walk said that the signature was not the same.

I showed her my drivers license and she did not wanted to accept my check. I got so upset that she gave me one of your paper to withdraw the money. I am not a person that complaints but my roofer Lacayo called me to let me know what happened, he deposit my check in his account.

I received a Regions Bank check from a client for training his German Shepard on November 3rd. The regions bank in Ripley told me the money would be available on Saturday November 5th. Since the branch in Ripley was closed on Saturday I traveled to the nearest branch in Covington Tn on Saturday morning and was told I could not get the money because there was not sufficient funds to cover the check. I called the man that wrote the check and he called his bank and the check had already cleared his account.
