I was a customer of Rent A Center for a few years. One of the salespeople was in a fight with my 18 year old daughter at the time. It caused a lot of friction between me and being a customer.
The customer service was very disappointing. My payment history was all over the place because of being laid off during the Covid pandemic. I paid my bill off completely. I went on online because I was receiving voicemail from the store about specials.
I went online and got approved for merchandise I went through the website to set up auto pay and tried to set up delivery. Delivery was not allowing set up. I called the store. The same salesperson who is now a manager answered and said that she canceled the other order.
