I need a script filled & the one pharmacist keeps saying she won't fill it even though I have a script for it. It's for tizanidine & I much rather take it than the opioids I have prescribed. I'm even willing to pay cash for it but she keeps saying it's too soon to fill when it's not!

I went to Rite Aid on 108 West Anaheim Street in Wilmington they shut the door as I walked up I was here to pick up my Amazon I tried to talk to the security to ask him if they were on the inside or outside he couldn't really understand what I was saying I don't think you understood English very well I couldn't get an answer every time I said something all he did is shake his head and

said no no no no no no we close we close and I kept asking him I couldn't get a direct answer it was very upsetting I will never have my Amazon sent here again they need to hire somebody who understands what the customer is asking today is May 8th 2024

Rite aid pharmacy in Cresson, Pennsylvania is out of control!

First of all the pharmacy manager is rude and inconsiderate to customers all the time! With Mainline pharmacy closing they should have been prepared for the influx of new customers however they are not! People are waiting in line for up to an hour and then they are told there script is not ready!

:Then the employees are rude to the customers! Another problem is they are not answering the phones at all! A friend of mine waited 4 days for her health sustaining script just to find out they gave her the wrong medicine!

She was met with resistance and ignorance when she tried rectify the mistake! On top of the long wait times for medicine the employees are closing the store from 1:30 to 2:30 for lunch! This is unacceptable!…

I live in Lemoore Ca and ever since Kmart closed their store and pharmacy in this town all prescriptions were automatically sent to Rite Aid. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever, ever, ever used before in my 62 years.

I work night shift and need my Ambien to sleep. I called on 11/28/23 so my prescription would be filled on 11/29/23 supposedly by 10:00 in the morning. Since the prescription wasn’t done at that time I waited until 2:00 without no sleep all night and all day and called them it’s 5:30 pm and still no medication and me without any sleep.

I have work tonight at 9:30 pm without any sleep. If anything happens to me at work for lack of sleep Tite Aid will surely be liable. This happens every months when it’s refill time unbelievable.

Thursday 2, 23. Went to pick up my med,the pharmacist gentleman was in the phone and bonnie passes by she saw me standing in line didn't ask me anything I told her that I picking up med she kept walking saying something in between her lips so

i ask her if she was talking to me ,she was very unrespectful and rude i waited about 1 minutes a girl entered the pharmacy department so she ask I been help I said no so she ask if I was picking up I said yes took care of me and other person in line.

A very very pleasant kind tech very glad she took care of me. Those are the person we in the the store or pharmacy very caring warm person. She had silk black beautiful hair. I told the girl that if bonnie can handle her gob she need to go very unprofessional, she need to retired. Like now.

79 I brought it to the attention of the cashier and she acted like she could careless. This is NOT the first time or second time this has happened where things were rung up more than the shelf price but it will be the last.

1st street lehighton pa. They never open on time. Most times it 15 to 20 minutes late.

Also there notification system to let you know a script is ready for pick up . I sometimes received 5 text in one day. That is ridiculous. 1 is fine. I don't need 5.

To Whom it May Concern, I have used the Rite Aid store located at the Strawbridge shopping center for many years before you closed that store. I NEVER had any problems with the service at that store. The service and workers there outstanding.

Since you moved my records to store #11270 the workers could care less about their customers and the service has been horrid, from not having medications to serving customer who pulled up in a car before serving people who are in line in the store BEFORE those who pulled up in a car, to telling me good lick trying to get better service for Walgreens to making me wait for a prescription to be “counted” when it was already ready for pickup.

One particular staff member in the pharmacy was so completely rude to me! I came in requested my meds that needed to be filled and was told to come back in an hour. I came back after 2 hours only to be told I need to go request my meds again BEFORE I COULD EVEN FINISH MY STATEMENT!!

SARAH ignored the fact that I hadn't finished my statement and then after I waited in line AGAIN I was told they are closing I have to come back in a half hour and wait in line AGAIN!!

I live in Horseheads, NY, I go to the Rite Aide Westingtonhouse Road in Horseheads. I have a lot of problems with the pharmacy. I would scan my medications from Rite Aide app. When I get there the tech would say the doctor discontinued the medication.

I go into my Patient portal and ask why he discontinued the medication. He would reply I didn't discontinue then send another prescription. This has been an on going problem. i just wondering if you could help.

I have only filled here twice now and both times as soon as the customer service rep sees what I’m filling they immediately treat me like I’m garbage. It doesn’t matter what the fuck the customer is filling they are supposed to treat everyone the same.

Well that is clearly not the case because I sat down and watched the same rep help MULTIPLE OTHER PEOPLE treating them as nice as can be, she couldn’t have looked at me with more disgust. Seriously beyond unprofessional and she doesn’t deserve a job in this line of work if she is constantly judging people by what the fuck they are filling.

Called my prescription in at 9 told to get it at 2 - went at 5 .. they never even filled it and said come back tomorrow as it might be ready but they can’t tell me when? I could barely hear the guy at the drive through as his speaker was so low- I am out of medics and he does not give one shit- I never had a good experience here. I called Rite Aide at 331 Main St Nashua NH today to see if my prescription was gonna be ready today. The person who answered the phone after getting all information about me, Name, Date of Birth asked me what I was looking for saying that she has gotten a lot of prescriptions today. I was was at your pharmacy in shamokin. On 5/1/2023. I was DoorDashing and had a pickup at the shamokin store. Well Janice( I believe). She was called to the register and was very rude at the fact that I was asking for a pickup which was from your store.

She told me she canceled the program that doordashers use. This is not the first time she has gotten rude to me. I also use use for my medication. But Janice is very rude to people. I personally think use made a mistake bringing that lady into your store.

I have been with use for a couple years and I am thinking about switching pharmacy

Every time I fill a prescription for One Touch Evio diabetes test strips the store that I use doesn't have them in stock. It usually takes 5-7 days to receive them if I do at all. This is very frustrating and running out of these straps isn't an option.

I've had this problem with various other prescriptions. The staff is no help and there is one employee who is actually rude about it. Maybe I should sever all my business with Rite Aid.

I just went to the rite aid on essex street in Hackensack and I was so annoyed by the complete rudeness and nasty attitude of the cashier that I felt I needed to write some type of review..

first i s tood on line with no one in front of me for 5 minutes.. I asked which register was open .. eventually she stopped whatever she was doing to answer me quite abruptly to say over there.. where i stood another few minutes for her to eventually say not that register..

the amount of time wasn’t even the issue it was the feeling that I was annoying her making her check me out.. I live around the corner but will go out of my way to not shop there anymore

I am recently being told that due to the type of prescription I receive I can not use the drive threw service. It is due to the type of prescription that I am picking up that I choose to use the drive threw service.

This is a personal matter that I prefer to keep private. There is always many people with in an ear shot of the inside counter and the pharmacy techs ALWAYS repeats or asks me to confirm the prescription I am picking up.

It is a very pubic space . I am considering a change in pharmacys though this to would be a great inconvenience to me. I'm hoping this can be resolved another way.

I'm writing a complaint about Rite Aid #04004 Whitehall 2108 Macarthur RoadWhitehall, PA 18052 The pharmacy never answers the phone, and when they do they hang up on you. They also close the drive thru every day which is a inconvenience for people.

Plenty of times we have been sick, and needed our medicine, and they force you to go in the store to get it. Rite aid is very risky doing this with safety guidelines and covid and flu risks. This is a awful store

Had an appointment to get my toddler vaccinated. When we arrived there was a sign saying they left for lunch. When they finally returned the pharmacist of the Manteca location Sarah Moline was very rude and told me that my sons appointment was at 3pm and I said yes but we’re early because it states walk ins are available and

I always get my prescription filled at rite aide they employees were nice at first but now they are being so rude . I realize they get busy but they could still have time to talk to me and at least be considerate .

I have had some arguments with the pharmacist and I believe he was in the wrong you do not argue with customers ever since that they have been so rude and now I believe they just put off filling my prescriptions just to be rude . This is the first ride aide that has treated me this way.

Hi was just in the drive through pharmacy at 4142 Buffalo Rd erie pa 16510. I was picking up on of my sons medications and I had a question about his other medicine that has been on back order. I asked the young girl if there was any other rite aids near me that had it and she was very quick to day no!

I went to one of your RiteAid locations in Brooklyn 1950 Fulton Street while proceeding to go down one of the aisle I noticed a mop laying on the floor. I saw an employee said Good Morning he never answered and I said there is a mop laying someone could fall very politely and he said to me we just opened and we cleaning Dam. Just in those words.

I have been a Newington NH Rite Aid customer for a very long time Have always enjoyed my service there. Not the case today. The machine did not expect my phone number for my rewards. I informed your employee that I have a rewards acct and asked if he could look it up another way He informed me that he couldn’t He already rung in some my items I did pull back items when realized I couldn’t get discount. Every single time there’s a simple task to refill a prescription, Ingrim seems to forget that’s the service he/she was hired to fulfill. Just a complete lack of knowledge and customer service skills to simply assist a customer. Instead of help you are met with blind and empty responses.

Without the need from the customers he/she wouldn’t have this job. Don’t project your feelings of failures in life on someone who’s trying to get life needed medication. Rite Aid store #349 4680 Parkheights Ave, Baltimore Md 21215, just avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Rite aid in Lancaster ca on ave j. Now that it's a new pharmacy tech this lady is very dishonest and seem to not know about medication mixtures. They lie about your medicine being ready don't let it be controlled medication they make you wait telling you that their computers are down to give out the pain medicine only.

Never ever heard of that. They will have machine call and say your medicine is ready when they are closed and you can't pick up medication. This tech lady has made this rite aid go down here. I don't know where the gentlemen went to but he was the best.

I will be moving all of my medication and family medicine from here.

IAW Part II of the ADA and the 1965 Civil Rights Act Rite Aid has violated my rights targetting my disability, ethnicity and age. Despite my complaints to manager Tim twice in a year he has ignored my pleas. Im immobile so needed a medication my agent was forced to wait two hours and charged cash for my copay tho the drugstore has my debit card to pay for the entire amount.

The abusive nature, indifference, and disregard for my immediate needs has caused me time, energy , pain and despair correcting their inefficiency, ignoring laws they must comply with.. One of the staff, Anna lacks training in treating such under the Acts with the dignity and respect as stated since the former parmacists retired/left.

I wish I could give this rite aid location 0 stars but for the sake of this site and this review I guess one star must suffice. pharmacist is so rude and condescending. She has no customer service skills. She barrettes customers.

how can someone treat customers this way and still have a job? I looked at reviews for this rite aid on google and yelp and most reviews are negative and are specifically pertaining to her. What else must happen for this to change?

I will be switching pharmacies asap because THE LAST THING I WANT TO DO WHEN PICKING UP MY MEDICATION IS GET VERBALLY ABUSED AND SPOKEN DOWN TO.

filling a regular monthly script that in the past took minutes , now the same refills take hours sometimes days to fill ! What has changed? Are you overwhelmed with customers? Do the regulars that fill each and every month now get less service than those whom fill only if they become ill.

Very close to taking my buisness elsewhere there are 4 other pharmacy in our small town that are sure to be faster than this

I live by the rite aid on Mt. Hope street in Lansing Michigan 48910. It's convenient to use this location as it's close by and my busy schedule.

However they recently hired some new pharmacists that are very concerning. I have went there several times in the past 4 or 5 months for my prescriptions for my children and family. The lady always asks me what the prescriptions are needed for?

And says she doesn't understand what it is used for. This is literally everytime I go. Different medications each time. She says the exact same thing. She tells me they are out and to come back next day. I come back next day and she tells me she doesn't know what I'm talking about.

I have a controlled psych medication that I need to take every night. Since the merger with Rite and a home town pharmacy I have been short of my medicine. Generally it is 1-2 short. This past refill it was 10 days short.

I called the store to refill prescription. Said I was not able to do so the insurance company won't allow. My medicine is not covered by insurance as it is an old medication. I am having withdrawals and still cannot refill my prescription.

Since this a controlled substance and I am in need of this medication.

Rite Aid pharmacy in Clayton, NJ has the rudest employees I have ever interacted with. They always close early because they are understaffed. When purchasing medication they are rude when you point out they gave you the wrong one. When picking up they act as though you are inconveniencing them.

The only time I have had a positive experience is when I received my flu shot and booster shot. I’m not sure what the pharmacist’s name is but he was friendly and professional.

Good evening! I’m not very happy to way things are being run at the 892-908 Flatbush location. Whenever you call the number no one answers the phone, and after a while the call drops. Your doctor emails the prescription, when you get there the medication is not ready the line is always long.

Today I called over 20 times, before going over there, I even called whilst I stood waiting in the long line, no one went to answer the phone, when it became my turn I was told the medication is not ready. That could have been avoided if someone had answer the phone.

Please do something about this situation. Thank you.

I come to the Farrell rite aide at 700 sharon new castle rd Farrell pa on 10/31/22 and there was no place to park because there was a funeral at the church across the street this happens alot and there's alot of elderly people that shop there and there's no place for them to park also there's water leaking out of the men's restroom for all most a month and

still never got fixed that's a safety issue someone can get hurt . There should be something done about using rite parking lot for a funeral its not fair to the customers to have to park across the road to pickup there scripts or to shop
