On Friday Oct 28 I picked up a refill ofmy prescription at the pharmacy at 4864 National Blvd, Los Angeles 90034. The refill was for 90 days 1 pill a day. Medication is Lorazapam. When we Counted the pills there were only 60 Pills.

There were 30 pills less than were Prescribed. Since we have been customers for years I know who filled it And would like to pick up the missing Pills. I hope you will be able to facilitate This process. I’m assuming this was a Mistake and am not making any accusations at this time.

Called in my latest batch of prescriptions and received a non-specific call that "my order was ready". It's a sixteen mile round trip to this store and gasoline becomes more precious with each passing day. Only one item (of a total of six) was ready so I gave it a couple of days and went back.

This time only part of what remained was ready but, "if I came back later, it would be ready". A day or so later, another non-specific call and when my wife showed up all she got was another part of the order.

Now three round trips have been made and still the order's incomplete so I'm not too excited with the service. These non-specific calls are worthless - you do have an occasional message which specifies the drug (s) that are ready "beginning with the letters - -" - use that one exclusively. The…

The Pharmacy is my complaint, they tend to never have your meds ready. You put your prescription reorder, and it’s saids what time to pick them up. You get there, and of course they say you did not put in an order.

Even when you show them proof of meds order, and time to pick up. The pharmacy staff has been going down hill, little by little. They don’t seem to care, it’s sad. But other pharmacies where you can transfer your meds to, and get them on time!

Problems with pharmaceutical dept @ store #11063. Massive wait times to pick up completed scripts. Rude associates ( possibly over worked? ) pharmacy said a script would be filled that day and had no reason it was not filled because it was as auto refill .

Called pharmacy to check on new scripts sent by dr with no refil number assigned and all ways just rings no one answers, one time hold or ringing 20 minutes plus. What is going on at this store?? You shut down my closest rite aid earlier this year and never a problem there. Please contact me 5708015000.

My Rite Aid Pharmacy in Rockville Centre never picks up the phone. You can leave a message but the never return your call. I would give this store's customer service a negative rating if I could. How can they be so bad nobody there knows how to pick up a phone or return.

I shouldn't have to DRIVE to my Rite Aid store in order to get info on my prescriptions. Your customer service sucks to say the least and that's putting it mildly.

Rite Aid pharmacy in Benicia, CA literally NEVER answers their phone! And they take days to fill prescriptions. There is frequently only 1 person working and they have to do vaccinations AND fill prescriptions. It is the only pharmacy in our town and my mother has run out of essential medications because of this poor service!

More employees need to be hired immediately and there should always be someone to answer the phone.

The branch on E. Gunhill Rd & Bronxwood Ave. M. I arrived at 7:05 on 10/18 & all the gates were still down. At 7:12, a woman arrived by car and let herself & another employee inside. At 7:20 I approached the entrance assuming there had been sufficient time for them to prepare for opening. Doors locked.

Got the attention of one of those inside & was told, through a closed door, I could not be admtted because the security guard had not yet arrived. they had no idea. I promptly left. It is no wonder business at this branch is lousy.

Rite Aid failed to provide Covid booster shot as scheduled. First of all, I am handicapped and have a hard time walking and standing. I worked hard to go to the Pharmacy at 6455 Pacific Ave, Stockton, CA 95207. I am in pain with each step I take.

A few weeks ago I schedule a covid booster for myself, my wife and my son. They were scheduled on 5 Oct 2022 at 2:00 PM, 2:20 PM and 2:40 PM. We arrived at the pharmacy just before 2 PM expecting to receive our shots. I have been going to this store for other vaccinations with no problems for a few years.

When I went to window to check in I was told that I could not get the shot now because there was no pharmacist available. I told them I had made the appointment weeks ago and the lady said they know it we were on the schedule.

Today Saturday the 24th of September I received a phone. Call from Rite Aid Pharmacy at 19035 Bear Valley Rd. They were letting me know that I had 2 prescriptions ready. I left them know that I lived quite a distance from their location.

They suggested that I transfer the prescriptions over to Rite Aid at 13720 Best Valley Rd in Victorville which I did. At 3:36 PM I called to transfer my prescription. They said to give them and hour. So I did I Gave them and hr.

I went to Rite Aid Pharmacy in Dinuba. The person at the window was rude. My prescription wasn’t ready or even started. They said I “fell off the grid” since it has been awhile since I had gotten any prescriptions from them.

I wasn’t called concerning them needing insurance information to fill the prescription. Prescription put in by MD last night and at 3:30pm this afternoon I couldn’t get prescription and it wasn’t started and I had not been called about a problem. Poor customer service!!!!!!!

Trying to get a script filled for over 6 hours is a little to much. The doctors had to call three times and then on the last call they said they got script but had to talk to doctor again I ask if they could call over and I was told they were to busy are u kidding .

This had been done to me at least 5 times they make issues up so u can’t get your script filled rite aid seems to do nothing I have a long list of several things that have been done to me what i think rite aid needs is a class action suit it’s not right to discriminate because someone has a medical disability if your ever in Northern California skip the Yreka rite aid the pharmacist treat folks like dirt

I just called to have prescriptions filled and the pharmacist was rude didn't even say goodbye just rude comment about me to someone else in the pharmacy. I asked if my prescriptions were ready for refill she told me No and not nicely.

Then I asked about my ajovy she said prescription ran out I then asked about my sumatriptan shots and pills in a not very nice tone said they will be ready in an hour. I will not go there to get my prescription until tomorrow when there is nicer people.

And when I call for new prescription I am thinking of changing pharmacy. Hate to due that been going there along time. But this is not the first time she has been rude don't like your job QUIT

For several years my doctor has prescribed OxyContin 60mg every 12 hours for chronic pain to my back. Getting this prescription is an ongoing and ever persistent problem that I have addressed in the past. In March 2022, I contacted my doctors office to request my monthly refill and to ensure to give them adequate time to place the order.

On March 29, 2022, my doctor requested the refill from your store located on Ferrell Parkway in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He was notified that the refill had failed, he requested the medication be refilled again on April 6,2022, April 13, 2022, April 14, 2022, and April 15, 2022 with each request indicated “failed”.

I called to ask about my husband’s medication because my in-laws were told it was 146$. I have insurance so I called to see what this was about. The technician was very rude and even hung up on me after never answering my question.

My husband has kidney failure so he needs his medication so I need my concern addressed but it never was. Calls are recorded so my complaint will be validated. Michael the technician is very rude and should not be working with people that have medical issues.

I have been going to RiteAid for years and I am elderly with diabetes and COPD. When I walk in the store at Glenolden everyone says hello.

The Pharmacy Manager is fantastic. I have known him for years and he has always helped me. He even called me at my house to tell me that he had a booster shot ready for me.

My difficulty is with one female Pharmacy clerk. She never makes eye contact and when she sees me at the counter, she rushes to pick up my prescription from the rack.

Temple Hospital called me to let me know that they were going to phone in 3 prescriptions to the Glenolden store.

I picked up one prescription and asked the female clerk if I had any more prescriptions. She promptly replied no with no eye contact or concern.

I have filled my prescription through Rite-Aid for most of my life and I'm 60 yrs old. Lately, Rite-Aid has given horrible service. I need a refill that I've called ten stores and they didn't have it. This has happened twice.

I have a complaint about a manager Mike at 2561 Union rd. Cheektowaga n. y.. I had receipt for purchase but did not have package . 87 made MT take product again and patronized me by saying well you have bought it here before with no problem.

I want my money back and his attitude changed. I work in retail and if I ever did this to a customer they would be calling my boss for sure.

I went to the Rite Aid at 2405 Eastchester Road in the Bronx NY. To get my flu shot and a booster shot. The time was 11:00am on 10/30/2021. I am a 55 black female diagnosed with breast cancer. I went to the counter and the white female named Christine, turned her back to walk away.

We get our prescriptions filled at the rite aid store #30878 on 22346 Woodward Ave in Ferndale MI 48220 . Today is 10/27/2021 There is a pharmacist who works there who is Extremely rude and incompetent. There were three people ahead of me waiting for prescriptions.

Today, my wife and I entered your store pharmacy in Huntington Valley, Jenkintown, Pa. to receive our Flu shots. At first there was no employee to direct or wait on us. There were four windows available but no employees My wife did get serviced after a wait of about 10 minutes.

We were given forms to fill out and returned same with our medical cards and drivers license. We then waited 50 minutes during which we received no reason or direction as to the delay. We would have left the store but our medical cards and drivers license were in the possession of the pharmacy. Still no information.

I have 8 prescriptions, I travel over 20 miles to get to my rite-aid pharmacy....I went by today, after my other half went by 2 days ago, then q day ago, the prescriptions were not ready, I went by today, after going to my podiatrist, guess what, there was a line of about 12 cars going thru the drive thru, and there was a line inside of about 10 people.... Does Rite-Aid believe it is optional that I take these meds for blood-pressure, Thyroid, Diabetis, etc????? If this issue isn't rectified soon, I will start at the district managers level and gradually work my way up.... This has been going on and off for the past year.... I shop at Rite Aid in San Luis Obispo, CA (on Foothill). My boyfriend and I also recycle there a few times a month. Patty the cashier, for some reason, is always extremely rude to us. We can not even recycle without her calling the manager, because she always finds some fault with the bags or bottles- even though we rinse them and put them in clean bags.

This weekend we brought our purchases to this cashier, after recycling, and Patty rolled her eyes and said (in front of several customers) "You recycle all day for THIS (she motioned toward the small bottle of liquor we were buying)?!! I called trying to locate a first aid product but the phone rang 20 times and no answer. I called again rang 8 times no answer. I finally decided to call the pharmacy and immediately received the information I was looking for.

I have experienced multiple issues with the RiteAid pharmacy on at the Sanderson Avenue in Hemet California. From complete indifference, not caring , and just down right lying. I have been a faithful customer for 20 years now at multiple locations over the country as a soldier, and now a retired veteran.

I have been a customer at the specific location since 2012. At this point I've had about enough of this stores BS! I am seriously considering moving to another pharmacy. To say the least I am disappointed. This is no way to treat people who are reliant on specific medications to function, as a fully disabled combat veteran who needs certain medication, I am at a loss.

I truly feel that this is abusive to elderly, a disabled people! A copy of this will be sent to my local better business…

I moved to Mio Michigan one year ago and not satisfied with the pharmacy service. Sometimes it takes three or four days to fill my prescriptions. I recently had a stroke and need my meds now. Sorry to say I am driving 30 miles to another pharmacy.

The Mio Rite aid by me is only one mile away. Not happy.

Myself as well as my husband, along with other customers keep running into a problem with a pharmacist, Adnan Toko @ the 111 East Saginaw location in East Lansing. He refuses on personal grounds (or that is the only thing I can gather from this) to fill legitimate prescriptions especially pain medications, from our doctor and the insurance company's okay.

He has even not ordered a medication when the system told my husband it would be ordered, he had to go without medication that could cause him to have a heart attack etc. if he goes without. My husband didn't get it until 6 days later.

Went and returned an item that went well. I found an item for my garden which was broken but wanted to get something off it cause I wanted to purchase it anyways but see if I could get something off it.

As an employee I felt belittled by my store manager and as a customer I watched her belittle my co workers in front of customers and their coworkers she has a you do what I say or get ur hours cut management style and I’ve gotten gripes even from my supervisors about her and I work under them because she doesn’t listen to anyone about the way she runs the store and she was short 100 dollars the other day with no disciplinary action on her part but anyone else is short it’s a write up automatically

I'm visiting from Washington state and I called the Rite Aid store on Euclid and Midland in Bay City, Mi. I needed a refill on a script. I use Rite Aid in Puyallup, WA. I spoke to a Jim who was very rude.

I explained to him I was from out of state and I do business with RA in Washington and if he could fill a script for me. He said I don't have that in stock here. I said well can you order it for me?

On 6/15/19 at approximately 8:45pm I went to the Rite Aid #04345 in Livonia (6 mile and Inkster) to purchase over the counter medication. There were no other customers in the store. I took my items toward the front cashier’s station so that I could pay.

There were no store clerks at the cashier’s station. I gentleman, who I assumed was the manager, walked past, and went into the front office. He never acknowledged that I was standing there. After a while, I said Hello to get the attention of any available staff.

A cashier at 650 eats Tremont avenue, Bronx, NY 10457 named paul kept following me throughout the store and was taking my picture. He then asked if he could take my picture after taking my picture. I told him no and that it was not in his place to take my picture.

I received a voicemail today May 3, 2019 regarding one of my prescriptions at the Rite Aid on Asbury Avenue in Tinton Falls NJ indicating that my prescription was not covered. I then returned the phone call, asked to speak to the pharmacist.

I was put on hold til the pharmacist Simone picked up. Upon me asking why my medicine wasn't covered, I was told in a nasty, unacceptable tone that I don't need to speak to the pharmacist for that. I was appalled at her lack of professionalism and rudeness.

I have been a customer in that store for over 20 years and was never treated with such disrespect and poor customer service. I anticipate hearing from someone in your department regarding this unfortunate lack of care. com. Thank you in advance for your attention.…

The pharmacy department is a miserable excuse of good business practices. For months, service has been lacking but recently, I was texted a message that my prescription was ready for pickup. This is one that was filed electronically by my doctors office at 3 pm.

I was at the pharmacy for pick up at 6:35 pm. After sitting in the drive up line for 20 minutes, waiting, I was told my prescription was not quite ready and could I just move over to the other line while they waited on the next customer.

After sitting there was another 5 or so minutes, someone got on the speaker and told me I could not pick up a prescription from that line and that I should just move back to the original line to wait again. The clerk thought this was all very humorous and was laughing at my anger for being…
