I am writing this complaint because you took away the Vegas white Bedroom set. I know that had to be one of your best sellers. I loved my Bedroom set so much that I bought the Queen size and the night stand as a set then went the next year and bought the dresser this year I wanted to upgrade to the King but guess what I couldn’t because your company took it away.

It was beautiful upscale and elegant. It gave Queen vibes and now your bedroom set you have now is garbage it doesn’t deliver any thing close to what the Vegas white gave. I am upset and disappointed. Rooms to go please do better and bring that bedroom set back

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the electric sofa-leather recliner I purchased just six months ago. The product has exhibited significant issues, and I am disappointed with its performance.

On January 16th, 2024 a Technician informed us that he needed to order the motor was out-and that he need it to go back and order a new motor and a new switch. I explained to him that this sofa I purchased from rooms to go six month ago and the reason was to help my husband to feel comfortable since he is a disabled veteran and needed to be comfortable. 00 on furniture at Rooms to Go. I have been waiting all day for my delivery. They have changed the time 3 times. After calling customer service (they are useless) I told them I wanted a manager to find out what has happened to our deliverey.

Kept me on hold for 45mins and said they could not find anyone and that the delivery has been delayed again!!! I asked for the ceo of rooms to go and they would not give me any information as to whom it was.

I found all the infomation on Mr. Seaman and will be writing to him. When I finally got some of my delivery the chairs were the wrong color, the dresser was coming apart at the top with a big crack in it, what else could go wrong! Very dissapointed with them.

My daughter had her sitter home with her special need child. She is a single parent who teaches school in North Carolina. I ordered her a couch and love seat, paid for set-up and delivery. The conversation between the driver and sitter ended with the items would remain in the box because things were not totally prepared for set-up.

I called and explained the situation and offered to pay for someone else to come and set-up furniture. They explained that was against policy. I had to return the furniture because my daughter didn’t have anyone to set it up.

Additionally, I ordered furniture for my home and together it was over $5,000. I am so disappointed that the company wouldn’t help even with me agreeing to pay for someone to set-up. I believe in rules, however there are circumstances…

We bought living room furniture in November of 2020 and the salesman told us that should anything go wrong with the furniture, it would not be repaired but instead it would be replaced. However, the repair man came out and said that he would have to order a new motor for one of the recliners and we would receive a call in 3-5 days. Today is the 5th business day and we have not received a phone call.

Thus, my wife called in and was told that the phone number on file is 504-296-0255, which was my work cell number. I contacted the Round Rock, TX location and talked to Laura. She was EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. She cut me off mid-sentence and told me "if you say so". I asked if I could speak with someone else as she was rude and she said there was no one else there.

Rooms to go and Guardian work together to scam customers each claiming that the other is responsible for the problem with the sofa but offering zero assistance with actually fixing defects or problems.

I bought a $2800 couch with an extended warranty in November 2022 and within weeks the couch look used / sloppy stuffing and just in poor condition but there was nothing that could be done. Then in a few months i start to notice loose threads on the couch. Within a few more weeks there are 4" - 8' rips in all of the seats where the fabric between the seams of the seat cushions has separated completely and you can see the interior cushion of the couch.

In 2018 we purchased 2 King Kingdown Geralyn Mattresses (buy one get one). The mattresses have a 10 year warranty. One of the mattresses side collapsed so we called customer service who sent out an inspector. The inspector confirmed that the mattress was defective and was under warranty.

The customer care representative called and advised us that the mattress we purchased was discontinued and we would need to "reselect" a mattress. I went to the store in Naples, FL and I asked the manager to replace the mattress with a comparable mattress .

My fiancé and I went into your Augusta, Ga location (Bobby Jones Expressway) on Saturday, July 22, 2023. We had on tank tops, shorts, and slides, due to packing and cleaning all day. We went to look at furniture to furnish 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms.

We walked around for 37 minutes without any associates speaking to us or offering any assistance. At one point, we even stood next to an associate who was wrapping up with another customer, and he walked past us as well.

The delivery guys who were supposed to deliver our 7 piece living room set thought it would be better that they drop the off the back of the truck instead of both assisting each other to lower it off. Then they thought one could push my sofa through my door without the help of the other guy and because of this almost ripped out my light hanging above my front door.

Received a damaged dining table, filed a complaint, and was told by the tech that he would be back out with replacement slides for the drawers. Not hearing anything for a month I called again and was told that the tech said there was no issue with the table.

I was then told that they were ordering new drawers to be delivered and the tech would be out to install them. Now more than a month has passed and no drawers. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.

If I could give less than one store for customer service, that’s what I would have chosen. But.. the service after the sale where warranty is concerned is not. I submitted a complaint around the first of the year for a torn piece of Upholstery and I did not happen in my possession.

It was underneath a slipcover. When I went to wash the slipcover, I noticed there was a large tear in the fabric of the sofa itself. ForTega. Sent someone to look at it and I have not heard from them since it has been more than six months.

I keep getting replies, saying they are still looking into it. Why did I pay for a warranty if they have to look into it? Very dissatisfied.

I purchased two reclining sofa from rooms to go. one sofa must be refurbished, within a year the USB and one side electric services stop working. the sofa leather started peeling on the same side. now same sofa on other side electric stop working.

Recliner will not go up and down. technician came and said the part has to be ordered. been over two weeks, no part, no technician, no respond and no correspondences from Rooms to go. Called to customer services and operator says the part may take over 90 days.

So how to use the sofa already paid off. It was not a cheap sofa either.

I purchased a sleeper couch from rooms to go almost a year ago. At that same time I also ordered 3 beds at the same . It took about 6 months for me to receive everything and that was fine.

First thing I received was my 10 yr old daughter's bed. We got rid of her old bed the day before her bed was delivered. They came to set up her bed and realized they did not have all the parts they needed to set her bed up.

I applied for the Synchrony Bank RTG card and was approved for my requested $5,000.00 on 4/27/23. On 4/28/23 I purchased my furniture online. I provided both my new RTC information and to pay the delivery and taxes I used my personal bank card. Looks great!

On 5/19/23 I logged into my bank account and realized that the entire purchase was made on my personal bank card. I am literally vomiting from this. We ordered 4 pieces of furniture from Rooms To Go. On the day of the delivery we noticed 3 of the 4 items were badly damaged. The delivery man noted the damage and left.

One of the items, a large console, was from Vendor direct. After nearly a month of us going back and forth with Rooms to Go, Vendor direct is asking us to prove they delivered the items for us and have asked for an invoice slip to prove they delivered. So, in a nut shell, if we didn't prove to them that they delivered the items, we wouldn't be entitled to a return the item or a refund.

It's not our responsibility to prove that an item was delivered. Vendor Direct should look at our order number and retrieve the invoice slip.

I originally ordered my stuff at the beginning of march. It was delivered on march 14th. My sectional was set together and my futon had scratches on it and the guy who delivered stated that he would order me a new one and I would hear from them about the delivery.

It began with sales associate walking away and disappearing more than once. Then we were told we would receive one of the sofas on 4/7/23. And the rest on 4/29/23. When we got home 10minutes later we realized it all showed 4/29/23.

Poor quality and warranty is a SCAM! I purchased 2 "top grain leather" eric church sofas in mid July of 2021 for $3,100 and with minimal use of an hour or less per day they are already falling apart. The leather is cracked and discolored in the main seating area's, the once beautiful stitch work is coming undone in multiple areas and the manual recliners regularly get jammed.

The salesman at this place push the Fortegra 3 year extended warranty at time of purchase by telling the customer's it will cover everything under the sun from cracking and peeling etc however when I called to file a claim they tell me to read the fine print because the leather defects and stitchwork are not covered and only the reclining issue would be serviceable under warranty.

Several years ago I purchased two sofas from Rooms to Go. The salesman tried his best to make us buy the insurance, which we refused. After the paperwork was done and we were on our way home, I saw he sneakly added the insurance back on my order.

I went to Customer Service to get it removed and they told me that I would have to wait until they were delivering the sofas and to tell the movers that I refused the order. Then we would have to go through this again.

So I justs let it go and paid for it.. About a month or two went by and the cushion of one of the sofas began to rip apart from the seam. I called RTG back and they quickly told me that this type of complaint was not covered under the warranty.

We purchased furniture, about 3 weeks ago. We ordered a living room set. We first received only 3 pieces with 1 piece forgotten at store. Had to wait another week for the 1 corner piece. We were told the lounge piece would be delivered the following week.

We purchase a large wrap-around sofa for Rooms To Go in Daytona Beach. The furniture has already failed in less than a year! We believe it was broken by the delivery people who also did not install the sofa correctly.

Also, note that they never treated the furniture with the stuff they told us they would. The furniture needs to be repaired and treated with the proper chemicals to restore it. The furniture needs a repair to the backrest where an internal board is broken clean through.

Note that it's hard to tell that this was damaged because it is on a piece that is never used and we just noticed it.

Also would like to say they are running a credit card scam in that they get you to sign up for an affiliated-based credit card company. Even when you decline it they still send you a credit…

I acquired the accidental insurance when I purchased my family room furniture. I filed a complaint for an issue on my year old sofa, I had the inspector visiting to assess the issue. When I called to find out about the next steps, the person on the phone said that the technician said he repaired it and explained the alleged steps taken, which he didn't do it and I told that to the person on the costumer service.

I requested assistance to get someone to actually fix the issue, and I was transferred to the extended warranty department. The agent, then, told me the technician reported there was nothing to fix, that he looked into the furniture and found nothing more than wear and tear.

I experienced poor customer service from the delivery team with my initial delivery that was scheduled for November 19, 2022. Although, the delivery team said they were at my location on Saturday, November 19, 2022; no one saw them. There was no note to say that I missed their delivery.

It was if they were a no show and I was penalized for their behavior. I went to the store where my original purchase was made and tried to get the delivery made for later that day since the delivery truck was still out delivering furniture.

The store manager called and tried to have the delivery made again but the delivery team said, "NO". Then, I had to wait for my furniture to be returned to the warehouse before I could call and have it rescheduled.

Purchase a 1400.00 recliner along with a 200 dollars 5 year warranty . This was 2 years ago, now nobody not even Rooms For Less or ashley or warranty company will do anything to repair furniture that leather is fading. Do not buy from rooms for less and do not buy a extended warranty.

I am a Senior Citizen waiting for a furniture delivery. Delivery driver arrived on 1/19/2023, I was tracking my delivery. We made contact and he was at the wrong delivery door ( I ) . I directed him to Delivery door B where I am waiting for him.

The delivery doors are posted with uppercase alphabet letters in alphabetical order. He took a picture of an apartment, not mine, lied and said no one was at home. He never drove around to the correct door . I waited and waited, continually calling and contacting Customer Service Representatives.

This went on all day. I was supposed to be the 8th delivery. I was tracking the delivery from 8:00am. When I saw that he had moved to the 9th destination I continued to reach out to the customer service.

I bought some dining room furniture from Rooms To Go it was delivered back in August one of the bar stools is already falling apart and is very wobbly customer service said that they would come out and fix it this is not the response that I wanted I am very dissatisfied and the lady just kept telling me somebody will come out and look at it but it's going to be February the 7th how do I know this furniture isn't going to fall apart within a year

I was a victim of hurricane Ian. I lost everything. Since I have to start over, decided to go to room to go to buy the furniture after days with the sales lady and hours of looking, I found my furniture I spent over $10,000 on furniture I was ever never told of the return policy if you don’t like an item you’re stuck with it , I have a recliner that is the most uncomfortable recliner.
