I ordered a dining room table and six chairs last December. I received a table and four chairs in January of 2022. One chair had a handle that was completely Broken. That chair was replaced. I got many calls about two end chairs that they were waiting on.
Finally over the summer, I was told my end chairs would be delivered. I received one. Now I have five. I have called about the last chair. Now, they tell me They delivered five chairs last January. They had me email a picture of my table and five chairs that I currently have as if I am lying.
Who wants five chairs… or even seven if I am lying? I still get no response. It is absurd. It’s been a year. The guy who dropped my chairs and table off last January took a picture of the furniture and no one seems to think that is reliable…

I bought a sectional last year and included a Guardian protection Plan. I noticed a tear along the seam of the love seat about a month ago and filed a claim. I received an email this morning stating thd protection plan DOES NOT cover tears along the seams.
Why have a plan that does not cover defects such as tears in seams. Total rip off.
Nevwe had such poor customer sercice and never will buy their garbage again. No seating in our Living room as the recliners are stuck in open position. Very hard to get in and out of but they could care less.

The mattress arrived so awfully EXTRA FIRM, but was medium soft on the showroom floor (two others besides myself laid on it) but the store manager said maybe I could walk on it and soften it up. Awful store manager - we were all stunned.

Firstly they send me a ripped couch. Then my delivery window is 1-4 pm and now I’m being told it won’t be delivered until 630 pm. Great. A while wasted day. TERRIBLE customer service over the phone too
all my furniture is from rooms to go. In may 2022 we purchase a king size mattress and the base. within 2 months, the base broke, and the bed has bumps, it is uneven and it is the most, the most uncomfortable bed we ever had. it is supposed to be medium support, but is is not, it should be labeled as soft. A technician came last week, and today, customer service called to let us know that there is nothing wrong with the mattress. We were not able to sleep in this bed so we moved to our guest room months ago because we cannot use this mattress.

In May of 2022, I went online to order the Sofia Vergara Zomora sofa and loveseat in white. I got an awesome rep by they name of Stephanie that assisted me with placing the order online. These items were not available at my local store, which is why I had to place the order online.

Purchased two living room suites. The first suite was delivered in May. The cushions are already failing. When someone sits on them, they bottom out, feeling like they are sitting on the frame. I called for service, and the technician came out and determined that the cushions were, in fact, extremely soft to the point of failing.
He recommended replacing the cushions with a higher density 3lb foam. Since he represented RoomsToGo, I assumed he knew what he was talking about. When I called customer service and talked to "Nicholas," he told me that RoomsToGo would send out courtesy cushion replacements because cushions are not considered part of the one-year warranty.

Description of Complaint: 6 months ago I felt very bad neck & back pain and noticed that my mattress was sagging (I only weigh 130lbs). Since under warranty I called RTG. They sent an employee who agreed (large amount of sagging).
I was advised that mattress was no longer available, and deemed deflective. RTG directed me to the store to select an upgrade (I paid small fee). I have had 3 different mattresses (same model) delivered. Each one has been delivered with defects (last delivery was on 11/12/22).
I called RTG on 11/15/22 to explain that the mattress delivered on 11/12/22 is defected (sagging) and wanted a different model (I am willing to pay a small amount to upgrade again) but they said no. They will only provide me with the same model mattress (4th one).

I purchased a power lift chair for my husband in January 2021, in September the motor died. I called Guardian in regards and they sent a service tech out to check out the chair. At that time, Guardian stated that they would order the motor and we should have it within 7-10 business days.
When the motor did not show up I contact Guardian and was advised it was not in stock and that it could take up to 90 days to be received, I explained to them that my husband has congestive heart failure and poor circulation in his legs and needed a chair asap.

Terrible quality! The first time our furniture was delivered, it was damaged and completely unusable. We requested replacements and those were also delivered to us damaged and unusable! We have waited months for the replacements. All rooms to go offered us was $25!

Did a online purchase for a mattress set on 7/1/22. It stated the set was in stock but they could not deliver till 8/15/2022. 5 weeks after delivery I started to get lumps in the new mattress, called & was told a tech would be out, that took 10 days.
He said it was a defective mattress & someone would call within a week for a replacement date. No call, I called & was told yes it was defective & was given at delivery date 10/24/2022 now this was in mid Sept.
I went on this week to make sure it was going to be deliver & was shocked when I say delivery was 10/23 a Sunday between 6-10PM, yes that is PM. I called & was told they can't change the time or date. WHAT!!!!!!.

I purchased a full size bed from RTG, specifically requesting a FIRM mattress. They delivered the wrong mattress and lying on it is like lying on a ball of cotton--no support whatsoever. I went back to the store and told them it was the wrong one.

I purchased a bedroom set from the Myrtle Beach location in May 2022. I was assured the set would arrive no later than July 17, 2022. I’m 61 and they didn’t want me sleeping on the floor until July so they offered to deliver the mattress so I could get by until July.
Well, July turned into August, which turned into September, which they’re now “hoping” for November to get the final pieces of the set. This is unacceptable and I requested a refund. 58. I ordered a dining table and chairs for my fiance' back in April 2022. The orginal delivery date was changed from July to September 12th. Without any advance notice or explanation, we recieved an email at 4:02am on Sunday 11 September 2022 stating that the delivery would now take place that day!
Obviously no one was home to accept the delivery because we made arrangements and confirmed with Rooms to Go to deliver the dining set on Monday 12 September. The furniture was not delivered and now it won't be delivered until November, which we do not have a firm date regarding.

I have been waiting to receive a dresser & mirror for this company they sent the same dresser twice both times with the same issues of water damage an mold. The second time they said they would inspect it before they sent it out couldn’t be still the same issue or just giving lip service.

My biggest mistake was not to read reviews from Rooms To Go customers. Our experience has truly been a nightmare. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Our first delivery the delivery guy when opening the box cut the side of the entertainment center.
One door had a loose part. Needless to say we asked for another one. The second was better but had a blemish on the side where you can tell that the Formica was not done right. So we asked for another one.
The third one the delivery guy did the same thing when cutting the box - he cut through to the entertainment center. The fourth one was the worst. It didn’t even come in a box and had dents everywhere. So we agreed to stay with the second one but requested a credit due to its blemish.

Yes I had purchased a complete bed mattress and headboard. Well after purchasing we were told that we could get credit for our old mattress because we had not had it long and it wasn’t holding up. So we got credit for it and use credit toward new kitchen table set.

In June 2022, we placed a large order for furniture (worth close to $20,000), with delivery scheduled for September 10th. One week before the scheduled delivery date, I noticed a new order had been placed under my profile with a November 17 delivery date when I checked the order status online.
When I got in touch with the roomstogo store where I made my real purchases, I learned that the new order was made by the customer service staff by dividing my primary order into two because the dining table set was out of stock. Paid in cash rooms to go and canceled order a few days later they had the wrong name on there and said they will be issuing out a check in the mail to be for my refund its been over a month now and nothing in the mail box I keep calling them and some says the check hasn't been mailed yet some say its been mailed and they do not have a way to contact the refund department.

They sent me unpainted furniture almost a year ago I’m still fighting for the amount the charged me. There’s no corporate number the store ignores me over and over again. They are horrible I returned all of their cheap furniture and they scratched my actual furniture and owe me money for over 4 months this has been the worst experience and nobody cares rooms to go is extremely disgusting they don’t treat people good
I have purchase sofa set, ascent chair, cocktail and side table with worth of $5ooo. More than 50% items are damaged. Now when i am reaching to store and customer care then no one is helping to resolve my issue. It was my first shopping at Rooms To Go.I never faced this kind of the problem in Dallas Fort Worth metro city.
Finally I can say Rooms To Go is not good shop to buy any costly furniture. Any help would be helpful at this point as I am not getting any help from Rooms To Go team. Looks like RTG least bother to customer.

Everyone I spoke with there is rude and will hang up in your face without hesitation. The worse customer service ever. I had to cancel my order and go somewhere else. I'm trying to give them money and business. God forbid I have a problem I need resolved.
I Purchase the table back on Jul 7. The table came missing a hardware. They send a replacement on 7/27 and both table base are not good so they resend the table base today 8/4/22. They confirm with my the base will come from 2-6 PM but now is 6:50 PM nothing show up.
I call customer service they let me know the shipment will come around 7-7:30 pm because they put it first so they have to deliver other stuff before they can take it out. No apology, no phone call for status update. Very poor customer service!

I had the worst customer service experience with Rooms To Go. Being scheduled for delivery on my first day off i get cancelled half way through waiting and get rescheduled for the next day. I then sit at home all day waiting for my delivery and at 545 pm i get a call rescheduling me for a week from today.

I ordered two recliners two months ago. Was to be delivered this evening. When I received the email confirmation to confirm and saw the incorrect address I called customer service. They corrected the address and stated I was good to go. I got the call they were 6 minutes away and they gave the address and I realized again it was incorrect. I called and sat on hold and the driver just called and stated he was at my business address. So I took off work, and had 2 people here waiting to put the recliners together for me.

First of all, you got those invoices wrong. My original was paid in full for the gray sofas. The Cindy Crawford sofas were more expensive and I paid the difference of $357 with my rooms to go card. On returning the Cindy Crawford sofas, and getting the same gray sofas, I was told this time there was going to be a charge of $197 for delivery.
They applied that to my rooms to go card. On returning the Cindy Crawford sofas, I was told the $357 would be reimbursed. You need to check your invoices and make this right.
