I bought furniture about a month ago. Service has been very very very horrible. It got delivered without the pieces for the size of the large soap for to put on the sentence. They said they'll send someone else to put those on and take care of the problem what is someone out without no parts and they had to schedule another date that's number two.

Then they sent out someone again and we had another problem had his weight again now they want to make me wait until July 25th for someone to come out when I told them that was one day that I had a problem with. I was trying to work this out I asked for a supervisor and a person told me I did not need a supervisor so they hung up on me.

Bought a Warrendale loveseat with the extended warranty in March 2022. Noticed the back of the loveseat on one side was not even with the other side. After further inspection it was determined that the side that was not ever seemed to be loose or broken.

Called the service department to schedule service, they responded that the first available technician for my area was not available until August 16th. That is over a month out from the date of the original service request. I am a 73 year old widowed female recovering from 7 months in ICU and rehab from Covid 19.

I believe this long a wait time is absolutely ridiculous.

I bought a living room set in 2019 that I loved, and the recliner for the last 2 1/2 months has been broken. Gaurdian sent a tech out to fix it and it worked 2 days and broke. and still not fixed.

A part was ordered and I was told it could be another month before they are able to get out to fix it. I DO NOT WANT THIS CHAIR ANYMORE!!! I have gone to Rooms to Go 2 times along with talking on the phone to Dustin a manager and told him the situtation and that I feel the chair should be replaced. I WANT A REPLACEMENT!!!

I have been given the run around from the store Rooms To Go in Wilmington and from Gaurdian the warrenty company and am tired of dealing with them both. I know they are trying to push it to where my warrenty ends and they are free from doing anything.

We waited almost two months for my complete delivery then had to return my lamps three times because the item had scratches and dings. After three months I am now being told that I need to select another set of lamps because apparently they can’t seem to get these lamps in proper condition.

Also, when I initially selected the set I did not like the lamps that came with it so I picked another set of lamps. We were not informed that these lamps were more expensive yet now we are having all these issues.

I want to Lam‘s wanted I want them in good condition and I do not after all of this time want to have to go back into the store to pick another set of lamps. How can you rectify the situation?

5 more hours, but then left a voicemail cancelling altogether - wasted an entire day, but guess what? They took there payment from PayPal in full 6 days earlier). Sufficed to say, I’m getting a refund and done with RTG henceforth.

FYI - this was the first of a projected 1000s of dollars of furniture orders I plan to make in this new location, hence you lost more than the worth of this order. By the way, this reporting system is subpar as well(wrote 2 paragraphs and the entire page auto reset before writing this).

You guys are batting 1000 at doing poorly!

My complaint: I purchased a 2 mattresses with full & a queen with bunkie board , also include a dining table with 4 chairs last 4/14/22. So I waited 2 to 3 weeks to be deliver on my address 1504 S Taylor St.

Goldsboro NC 27530, They make promises to deliver that Sat, I don’t the exact date from 7am to 11 am. So after 12pm , there is no delivery at all , you know , I drove 1:30mins from durham to Goldsboro, where the item should be delivered.

I spend $60 gas just to meet this guy and get my orders. Unfortunately there is no deliver at all, I was frustrated and very upset. After a month , I went back ther again and purchase the above item.

With the same cost last 6/02/22 and they promise to deliver the item last 6/18/22 , unfortunately the same thing happened, no item deliver on the above…

We purchased a sectional in August, 2021. Within two weeks, the center cushion began to sag below the side cushions. Someone has been out three times to do nothing but either fluff or add more stuffing. They refuse to come back again.

When you sit on either middle cushion, you are at least two inches below the next cushion. I will NEVER purchase another item from this company! We also purchased their protection plan which refused to help as well! BUYER BEWARE

I give rooms to Go a negative number. m. m. and then at 12:30 they changed it to 1:00 to 5:00 and now it is telling us that our delivery may not get here till 5:50 in the evening I have lost a whole days worth of pay to take off for this delivery

Placed a large order No finance paid in full and only one bedroom set came complete. The Delivery drivers are the only ones who showed sympathy at all. Very disappointed with this experience and I called corporate to request a refund and they are no difference.

Smh never again will I order from here nor will I recommend any of my family members. Shame that a company like this HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE…

Purchased 2 pieces of furniture 7 weeks ago. The following week I received a post card stating I was charge for something called "Guard It " by a company called Fortegra. 00. Upon calling I was advise that the store would contact there DEPT.

that handled refunds and should receive it in several days. Needless to say no refund has been issued from my initial contact 0n 04/26. I have called on 5 separate occasions was told they would contact the Refund Dept. and get back to me.

I ordered furniture in September 2021. After 8 months of delay, I received an email that it would be delivered between 3pm and 7pm. That did not happen. I called and was told the driver attempted delivery, but a truck never entered my driveway that night, and a phone call or message was not made.

I was then told by customer service (phone and email), that it would be returned to the warehouse and then scheduled for re-delivery; and that they would call me. I never received a call. I called back and was asked to wait 24 hours. I called the next day, to hear that it went to another customer, and now I would have to wait until October 2022! Who does this callous act to their customers?

I asked to speak to a manager, and not one took my call!

I would never order from RTG again and advise…

Never Again! I will pay more money for quality products. Rooms to Go does not stand behind their products. I have spent thousands of dollars for furniture. 00 aluminum chair has cracked. They refuse to repair or replace the damages.

Neither was due to abuse of the furniture.

On May 10, with Ms. West’s (Pinecrest Manager) prior authorization, I returned a defective plant. The plant turned a different color and the leaves bent after about a month. A credit was issued to my credit card, but it apparently was not processed.

The assistant business manger who should be fired ( nasty and confrontational), I am sure was involved with this credit not being processed. You have the worst customer service I have ever experienced despite my $15,000. order. I would be happy to further discuss, if you have any interest in follow up.

As far as I am concerned this is a theft on your part and will be treated as such if this adjustment is not made by COB tomorrow.

My wife was given a window for furniture delivery from 11AM to 4PM. Delivery crew arrived at 10:15AM-10;20AM. No one was home at the time. Delivery manager call me and I told them it would take me 30 - 45 minutes to get home.

The Delivery Manager gave me a number to customer service to contact them when I got home, since they decide to leave to make other deliveries on the route and would come back. I contact customer service at 12:15 to let them know I am leaving work to met the delivery people at my house.

They said we can't let them know until you get home, so call customer service back when I get home. I call once I arrived at home and at that time they said they would email the Delivery Manager for them to make the delivery to my home.

Crazy thing I ordered my furniture online from rooms to go back in March 2022 it’s now middle of May and they tell me a week before my furniture is to be delivered I now have to wait and additional week for my couch I have spoken with 4 people including a manager Rebecca who told me they don’t usually compensate for delayed furniture because this has nothing to do with rooms Togo wow mind blowing these people are really for themselves not the customers / $100 credit to purchase more furniture from them he’ll no I paid 1700 for my furniture n $100 credit is what you tell a customer for an inconvenience on your end I won’t ever purchase anything from rooms to go again lesson learned

Purchased a new couch and loveseat. A few days after purchse the couch sunk in in the spot I sit in. It started creaking and making noises - I am not a big person. I called and requested a refund almost immediately because I was told by customer service that this couch is known for this type of issue. They refused.

They came to my house two times to verify the issue and confirmed it.

However, the refuse to do anything to help me and I am angry. I wasted my money and I am on a very limited income. I am very saddened and discouraged in the quality of product and the level of service I have received.

2995 Turner Hill RD, on 4/22/2022 Upon walking into to the store not one sales person greeted us. There were 4 sales reps sitting there. I ask where do I go to pick up the leather solution for the sofa set that we has just received that Monday 4/16/22.

We were very rudely instructed to pick it up from the back which we did. We then wanted to purchase 2 night stands, a dining table set, and a chess. The 4 sales reps was sitting around in the front of the store as if we wasn't there, we walked by several times and not one person asked if we needed any assistance.

I was told that my furniture would be here in between the hrs 8am -12pm got call about 9:30 am that a driver had a emergency So they change the hours would be here in between hours of 1pm-5pm . At 3pm no show of furniture yet talk to people several hrs in between got several different stories.

Was told by a supervisor that we might not receive furniture until 10:00 pm . I've taken off work waist of a whole day . Rooms to go worst company ever.

My neighbor had a delivery today and your tractor trailer used my private driveway and yard as a turn around and destroyed property. There is no way a tractor trailer should have even tried to pull into my yard. I have them on security video.

Penske truck and Rooms To Go trailer DOT #842212 and trailer #4013. I am extremely irate over them even being in my yard much less leaving damage behind without trying to notify someone.

Side of loveseat rocker crumbling and falling apart. Contacted extended warranty partner who inspected and stated to it was a manufacturers defect in the material. Rooms to Go contacted us advising our claim was denied, disputing what the technician told us. The warranty covers manufacturers defects, but not this one.

We have spoken with Rooms to Go and their partnering warranty company, Fortega.

We have contacted the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection Agency, and now will make our case on social media.

In reading other customer complaints, this is a pattern that needs to be investigated and corrected.

Purchased a sectional at RTG Warehouse. I specifically asked salesperson if couch was reversible in that we measured the couch and the way it was displayed was too long for my room so I asked her whether it was reversible. She said that it was and further added that it was being sold at the low price because there was a tear on the back of the couch I told her that the two pieces would be against the wall so that didn't matter, as long as it was reversible and she confirmed that it was.

A company other than RTG delivered the furniture so it was impossible not to accept the delivery as this company would not return it to the warehouse. I tried calling the warehouse continually on Sat and Sun., and you could never get a live person....just directory instructions.

I have a bill collector trying to collect a debt where the sales representative didn't want to return my check. I told her I might cancel my order and to hold the check. the collection company is trying to collect almost $6000.

Im not sure how much commission she received but you need to take it back. Her sales tactics are deceiving and it's not worth shopping in Gainesville. I called and she is the manager as well as who you complain to.

I couldn't get anything saying my order was canceled so I had to place a stop on the check. When you try to be honest and people try to scam you in the future RUN. i don't know why I am being asked to pay for furniture that never delivered and I don't have.

The collection office thinks I received furniture. NO.

My complaint is that i spent 10,500 on furniture the delivery came with a broken night stand. They replaced that the next week. They broke my screen door. The third time i called back they told me they were in the process.

I had furniture delivery set for today. I had a window of 7-11 am and I was stop 1. I received a text message from dispatch at 620 that my order would be there is approximately 23 minutes. It is now 820, 23 minutes shy of 2 hours passed the approximate show time, and still no delivery.

My wife and I ordered a teak furniture set for our new home's outdoor porch. The order was delivered on Wednesday, 3/30. The cushions for the sofa were blue as ordered, but the cushions for the two chairs were delivered white vs. blue.

The delivery guys stated that they could not take the wrong chair cushions back with them and stated that another party would have to pick the cushions up. We called and were told that the correct color cushions would be delivered in over two weeks, on about 4/15.

We felt that over two weeks was unacceptable, especially since we were told a truck from North Carolina delivers daily to the Richmond, VA area. So we called and had the date moved up to 4/7. On 3/31 I returned the wrong white cushions to the 9901 W. Broad Street location.

Purchased a twin over full size bunk bed for my son's room. One of the piece was incorrectly...Unfortunately that piece is needed to assemble the bunk bed together (Tuesday)....Now they can't return until next Thursday....the worse part is now my son's room is full of parts of the bunk bed and he can't be allowed to be in there without supervision (He's 3 yrs old) in case on of the panels fall on him.... Corporate customer service and well as Store customer service insist that there is nothing they can do...All I'm asking is for them to pick up what they delivered and have it delivered and assembled once they have all the correct pieces....

Their warrant is deceiving. Do NOT waste your money. I had an accidental spill and the warranty does not protect any type of liquid. Only beverages, which defeats the purpose of something being accidental. Very deceiving company, and would never give them my business again.

I bought a $2,100,mattress,frame and box spring.from day one the bed squeaked.4 different tech came out to see why it squeaked after the last tech came out he discovered the box spring was the wrong one.this has went on for months.i was credided with getting the right box spring.but i had to pay the difference.which was $186.00.with the inconvenices,sleeping on the squeaking bed,making up the bed,sold the wrong box spring.we call it even.

Double charge on a bedroom suit. I bought a new bedroom suit September 20, 2020, That store manager has gone around in around about double billing me. I almost had it paid off and he billed me again for the bedroom suit in November of 2021.

I have put complaint that store several times. Synchrony Bank finally told me that I had been double billed and it was the store in Mobile that did it. Would you please check into this and send me copies of all my contracts.

I am going to file a report with the police department with fraud and I have been told I can do that. That is stealing and double dipping I have very good credit and steal pay this bill I do not OWE.

My husband and I were super excited when we ordered our new bedroom furniture from Ron's to go back in October 2021 and then we were told we wouldn't receive our furniture until March 1st. We were bummed but we are pretty understanding people so we dealt with it.

When our bed and dresser were delivered in March the dresser was demolished (the bottom frame was busted and there was a crater in the bottom right) to where they didn't want to take it back. AGAIN I WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING when I had to put an order in for a replacement and was told we would have to wait until July 20th.

On January the 8th of 2022 we purchased a sofa loveseat and ottoman at the rooms to go located in Knoxville TN. The items were delivered to my house on 1/13/2022 during the day. I was told they did not deliver on Saturday at the store.

My daughter works from home and came to my house to work and received the furniture for me since I work away from home. We noticed the arm on the couch was damaged internally and called customer service to have it taken care of.

They scheduled a technician to come on 1/27/2022. Again I requested a Saturday but that could not be arranged they said. My daughter once again came to my house and waited for the tech. RTG called an hour before he arrived and stated he could not make it and they would deliver a new couch.

The new couch was delivered on 2/5/2022…

My husband and I purchased a couch and loveseat from rooms to go. When we purchased it the first day there was a problem with the recliner part of the sofa At which time they came back and tried to fix it.

The problem happened again so they finally replaced the sofa. Last year in August 2021, the recliner part broke again and we decided to order the part from your company because we were not under warranty! In October 20 21, we sent a check for $110 for the part to my sofa which they cashed in November 20 21.

They told me that it would take 90 days from the time I purchased it that was November this is now March I constantly call and they tell me they have to get in touch with the parts department and they will let me know. They have not called me back one time.

I have been waiting on the remainder of my furniture since January, was supposed to receive it today and one item was mispulled from the warehouse, now I am being told it would be April before I get the last pc of furniture. I tried to cancel and the store manager told me I would only receive 50% back from what I was invoiced for!!!!

It is terrifying how I have called rooms to go about 4 times in the last 2 years as soon as I had my furniture delivered and it was never resolved. I paid over $5,000 for leather sofas and one of the legs was chipped and never replaced. Today , I called and it took them 40 minutes to call me back. When I finally spoke to someone, this rep was completely and utterly rude and talking OVER ME. She wouldn’t let me finish my sentences or even try to listen to my ask. I utterly have regretted purchasing these sofas since day 1. The rep was named Whitney Ammons. She had the audacity to ask me if I knew how to spell ?

Never ever again, no wonder they have 5 years payment plan because that’s they only reason anyone would be in their right mind to buy from a company who doesn’t care of listening to…

Hello, I need help from a manager, someone saying that they cannot do anything for me.

I originally purchased a chaise lounge sofa in June of 2020. Within 9 months, the springs were coming through underneath the cushions. When the return was set up I told them that I did not have the chair or the pillows. The pillows along with the couch looked like they were 5 years old after a few months. Why would I keep them? I did not think the couch would have to be replaced. I was never informed that the pillows must be returned with the first couch when the return was set up or when I made the exchange for the new sofa. I told the customer service rep that I did not have the chair or pillows. I PAID FOR A WARRANTY IN CASH..... My warranty is not being upheld…
