After sleeping on the mattress, I woke with severe back pain. I called the store and was told by sales rep Julie, that there was a no return policy, and that it stated such in the brocure. This was never mentioned to me, and it was not in the brocure.
I however found it in the receipt. Well, by placing this information in the receipt, the information is being presented to the customer after the mattress has already been purchased. I am a disabled veteran who has miltiple sclerosis and suffers with insomnia.
