Had a delivery scheduled for February 16, 2022 between 8-12. My daughter took off from work to be at home when the delivery arrived. I received several emails stating that I was stop number 3, so I kind figured to be waiting early.

I then called customer service to inquire what happened. I was then informed that the delivery team had already been to my house and that they'd called my number several times and got no answer! No one ever called me, and I have several cameras around my property and NO ONE was ever at my house!

” I was looking for a new mattress. After being shown a couple of mattresses, I chose this one, because it felt good in the store, and was told it was a “medium”mattress (that is all I ever sleep on).

After sleeping on the mattress, I woke with severe back pain. I called the store and was told by sales rep Julie, that there was a no return policy, and that it stated such in the brocure. This was never mentioned to me, and it was not in the brocure.

I however found it in the receipt. Well, by placing this information in the receipt, the information is being presented to the customer after the mattress has already been purchased. I am a disabled veteran who has miltiple sclerosis and suffers with insomnia.

I purchased a set back in August of 2021, a service technician been out twice coming again in another week. All I requested was to get a new set & have delivery & taxes waived because the set I have is a defect.

But supervisor May tells me it’s wear & tear but that’s impossible after 1 month. I sit on the set & sink to the bottom & I’m told it’s wear & tear after a month thus should not happen. Instead of trying to accommodate I was made as if I’m the problem.

I was very optimistic about purchasing from Rooms to Go now I see why & will never purchase again. Reviews are very important & customers do read before they purchase. So I will be doing reviews & going as high as possible.

So this is happening on each section so I need to be cautious where I sit so my furniture won’t look a mess.…

I had an account with you unfortunately I had a family emergency and had to move back to California. Covit related. The guy at the store was kind enough to offer me back my money. When I went to the front desk the lady that help me at the counter was not helpful.

I told her two if the credit cards she was sending the money back to we're closed. And I didn't know if it was a Walmart card card or what. She went on to say that my money would be returned to that card.

Well the guy who was helpful told her to just mail me a refund. She went on to say that it would be mailed to that account I don't remember. My cards were stolen and I told her that. She went on to tell me the other monies would be mailed to an address I do not live anymore.

Rooms to go in Jacksonville . Sold me 17k worth of merchandise . Delivered a broken sectional when we called they said they’d bring out another which they did but it was a different model and much less expensive .

They said it was similar enough and would neither issue a refund or come and get the sofa as a return.

The entire bedroom furniture was damaged except for the bed rails. I informed and showed the 2 delivery people the damaged and their response was like “o well”. After telling them I do not want this furniture they ignored me and proceeded to leave cursing me in their language.

I also told them they never asked fir my signature. They didn’t have masks on so I put mine own. Worse service ever. I called the store to complain and requested a refund and for different delivery men to come pick up the damaged bedroom set.

The delivery manager showed up and as we were waiting for the truck I informed my neighbor if what was going on and the mgr left and the truck never showed up. I will never order or speak highly of Rooms to Go ever.

I waste of time writing this. Manger of a store in Atlanta talked down to me and screws up my delivery service . Had to take 1/2 da off work to go pick up myself 20 miles from where I live.

Manager didn’t care if I returned the merchandise or not. For what you pay for yiu get ripped off. Horrible quality. Very misleading. Need better employees Corporate office has no phone number or email. Because they would spend all day fielding complaints

In September 2021 we purchased a sofa and loveseat from the Rooms to Go store in Sunrise FL. The furniture was delivered the first week of November. By early December we noticed that the right side of the Dual powered recliner was loose.

We called customer service and a week later a technician was dispatched. I should note here that they promised to call 30 minutes prior to arrival but that never happened. Had I not had a Ring doorbell I would have missed the visit.

The technician inspected the furniture and said he could find nothing wrong. I pointed out that there was a large gap between cushions, when looking from the back, on the left side. The gap on the right side was close and tight.

By far the worst experience. My bed as been broken since the day of delivery 2 months ago. I work long hours and every delivery date is on a day I work. They first delivered the wrong bed rails I had to wait a month for the new ones.

They delivered the second set of rails and the were damaged so I had to wait another 2 weeks. When they finally fixed the bed rail issue they broke my hea board rail. It was noted that it was broken since the initial delivery.

The bed rails are broken and cracked. My mattress has been on the floor since my date of delivery. This has byfar the worst experience ever with rooms to go. I've contacted via email the Wellington store manager still no response.

I purchased a couch from Rooms to Go in Jacksonville Florida. I also purchased a warranty for my couch. I found a problem with my couch so I reached out to the insurance company that I had is me that I had paid for the warranty.

The warranty insurance company told me that I still have one year with Rooms to Go. When I contacted room to go They stated that I avoided my warranty when I moved it's when I moved from one address to the other.

I received a call early in the morning around 8:45am from gentleman from customer service with Room to Go stating that my Delivery driving has broken down and is currently on the side of the road waiting for assistance.

I am very disgusted with the poor customer service I have received for my damaged furniture. It first started with rooms to go cancelling a technican call on us and not being accommodating for another date. Didn't call 2 hours before hand and was very rude.

When the technican did come stay five minutes and told us that rooms to go would be contacting us. The couch would need to sent to get repaired and someone would call me to se this up. After not hearing back for a week I called and was told that the couch iwould not be fixed because it wouldn't be covered under manufacturer warranty.

Sold me a $3,000 bedroom set only the bed frame, one night stand and man chest. Very expensive night stand arrived unpainted all the way and they don’t want to do anything about it. Looks horrible very upset they also sold me a “queen” mattress that doesn’t measure 60” 80” which is standard and they sent the wrong mattress but want me to pay them more money to change their mistake.

Worst delivery and customer service department I have ever had to deal with in my life so far. The delivery guy left my furniture upside down, without installing the feet because he didn't have the proper tools. I contacted customer service several times, was told I'd be given a call back each time but never was!!

The store staff is great but if you’re looking for customer service from start to finish Rooms To go in general is not it. My first couch delivered in Dec 2021 was damaged and they took it back, due to Covid next delivered wouldn’t be till April.

Very poor customer service and warranty, bought a Sophia Vegara rocker swivel recliner, and it squeaks bad. They sent a tech out and he said he couldn't do anything about it, so am I to assume that all her rocker recliners squeak, I think not. Horrible customer service regarding delivery. Rooms To Go gave us a projected 4 hour block of time for delivery fir end tables and they were more than 3 hours late. We contacted the store and the manager Kiera stated that they have from 7am to 10pm to deliver a product.

I explained to her that was horrible customer service and she didn’t care. She was totally not concern about the delivery personnel running 3 hours behind. I will no longer purchase anything from rooms to go. One they gave your money they don’t care about you as a customer.

My fiancé and I purchased almost $5000 worth of furniture from rooms to go back in April of 2021. Including a king size mattress. 00 restocking fee. He stated nothing about this being part of a warranty they only replaced or exchange the mattress if there was a manufacture defect.

I ordered furniture back in May, it took 6 months to come. Once here my chasse didn't work. Had to wait 3 weeks for some one to come out and they didn't have the right part. Asked for someone to call me back and called everyday for a week before I got someone.

I purchased a sectional from rooms to go and it was scheduled to be delivered between 10-2. The day before, I’m notified the time changed to 11-3, which is fine. But then come Saturday morning, my husband, BABY and I are woken up by the delivery truck knocking at my door at 6:30AM!

I bought a new home and decided to order ALL of my furniture from Rooms To Go which quickly turned into a nightmare. Over the last three months almost every piece of furniture I ordered was either damaged or broken.

I’ve had multiple replacement orders and repair techs in and out of my home as you can image. After the last two incidents I called and spoke with Matt (customer service at the store) and Drake (store manager) who offered several apologies and a refund for $75 which was a joke.

We purchased a ottoman and couch and love seat the cost effective material used on the ottomans feet for support has failed. The feet are flopping around and we are unable to use it. The repair man came out and did nothing but take a picture and said that rooms to go would be in contact in 3 days.

We ordered a dining room table and chairs from rooms to go store in Cypress Texas. Our delivery was scheduled for yesterday. RTG did a good job of letting us know when it would arrive. They even provide a tracker to let you know where the truck is.

We live in an apartment that has a gate and main entrance doors that are secure - we have to meet delivery people at the main door to our building. So I get a phone call from the driver and I can tell English is not his primary language.

It was a struggle to give him the gate code and instructions to make 2 left turns and stop outside building 4 and wait for someone to let you in. My wife went downstairs and waited. No one showed up.

Bought a new automatic recliner 14 months ago with warranty. The left side stopped working for no reason. Warranty states that within 48 hours, someone should be approved to look at recliner. It took over a week for that to be approved.

Another week for someone to come and confirm that recliner did not work. Another 2 weeks to order the part. Now Rooms to Go is saying 90 days for part to come in. The part will be sent to my home and then I have to schedule for the repair man to come and install the part.
