After several years of being a customer and have very recently paid off my bill, I’m having a hard time understanding why you close an account of a former customer. I never missed a payment and find it hard to believe you treat your customer like this.

60 months same as cash promotion requiring 60 identical payments. My financing was $35 per month for 60 months. What they fail to tell you is that they tack on an extra "payment protection plan" at an additional $25 a month so that instead of paying down $35 a month you really only pay down $10 a month. After 14 or so months of payments I logged in to find my overall balance was still $1500+ ... What happens at the end of the 60 months if not paid? You suddenly get 60 months worth of interest added to your bill.

Total and complete rip off and totally deceptive billing practice.

I paid my total balance tonight and will never do business with them again

I have an issue with my bedroom set which I purchased from this store 3 month ago from RTG at "11027 Lakeline Mall Dr Ste A, Cedar Park, TX 78613"and delivered on Sep 28th. I tried talk to store manager on 10/3 by phone because I haven't got any reply by RTG customer service.

When I called the store I asked to talk to store manager but RTG employee told me which I cannot talk to him before telling my issue. I explained my issue and again asked to talk to store manager then he told me which he will call you back.

After few minutes somebody else call me to fix my issue but again I asked him to talk to store manager but he told me that he is busy. I told him you can have my phone number to let him know to call me whenever he is free but the RTG employee refused it.

I wanted to explain my experience with rooms to go when purchasing furniture and the delivery process. When I went to rooms to go to purchase a living room set and mattress the employee suggested I get a mattress with the adjustable base to lift mattress up and down. I showed the employee the type of bed frame I had and he insured me that it would work for the bed. I went ahead and purchased mattress with adjustable base and living room set. Both were scheduled to be delivered within 2 weeks. First delivery set of men came out and the wrong one section of my couch was delivered, the adjustable base was not compatible with my bed, and my pillows did not go with couch. I was delivered a full size bunk bed with trundle on separate shipments. When the 2nd shipment came in they DID NOT want to assemble my bed. Because it wasn't on the order. Why??? wasn't it on the order... we paid for everything we needed to pay for! We have all the parts in my house!!! Who leaves a bunk bed half made without installing all movable parts??? So dumb

Getting a person to help is so bad and customer service has you on hold for hours! Who has time for being on permanent hold?!?!?!

This is the absolutely worst store ever!!!! I have bought 3 mattress sets, and all 3 have sagged!!!! Then you have to wait forever for a technician!!. I had a technician scheduled for tomorrow, only to be told, none available in my area, so I had to reschedule for the next available date, which is a month later!!!!

Calling customer service, is horrible!!! I actually waited on hold for close to 1 hour!!

My order was supposed to be delivered on 9/28 I was told it was postponed and cannot be delivered till November 30th 2 months late. When I called the Woodlands location to speak to a manager the associate Eboni was very rude and told me she can help me or end the call!!!!

Hi, I brought Office furniture, Dining table chairs, and a couple of rooms bedroom set IN Rooms to GO. These things are purchased in June with a 100% assurance they will be delivered in September. In September they called they will deliver in December or Next year.

The service is so pathetic I am so furious with this store. I will never be a customer of this brand. I paid the complete amount in the month of June with the assurance it will be delivered on time.

The customer service is pathetic and the Manager of the shop is not willing to discuss this. Please avoid buying in this store.

The complaint is not with the actual showroom or sales associate who was great. The complaint is with the delivery team and then customer service from customer care. We were supposed to have delivery of a couch today, 9/24/2021. After receiving texts back and forth with drivers on the delivery team and giving gate codes to apartment building with they acknowledged receiving, we thought we were good to go with getting our delivery.

Next thing we get is a text from a different number saying the delivery team was here so we go outside, as it is an apartment complex, to help direct in to the correct place. No delivery truck is here.

Waited a few minutes and still no delivery truck. Then get another text saying that they attempted to deliver and since we were not home, it would have to be…

The delivery people showed up today. I asked if they could take off their shoes when they get to the carpeted bedroom they told me they won't. I told him go ahead and deliver your my bedroom set they refuse to do it.

They left without delivering my bedroom set that I waited three weeks for it to come in. The most awful service I got today.

I purchased a 3 year protection plan. Bedframe broke, called protection company, they said I didn't pay for it, they told me to call Rooms to Go. I call and the representative said she saw what happened. The original sales rep had to redo my order ( she didn't say why) and when the rep redid the order, she did not add back the protection plan I paid for. Told the representative I never got a refund back. She finally saw that I have a $72 credit that was there since last year. Nobody called me about the credit and no one was. This is horrible customer service. You held on to my funds and I would have never been notified of the credit. This is considered theft.

We never buy extended warranties but your salesman lied. " Her replied "Yes" First the cushions flattened and we were told the warranty does not cover that. Then the foot piece broke and you sent repairmen out on 2-2-21 but we did not hear back from you.

My husband had complications from quadruple bypass surgery so calling you was not a high priority. We got really tired of the broken chair and called 8-4-21. My husband first was told it was not covered but since we were not contacted for such a long period, you decided to order the part to repair it.

I know that rRooms to Go is not part of the Acceptance Now company, but since you use this company for financing, I feel that Rooms to Go should assist me in this matter. On July 25, 2021, I ordered furniture from the Rooms to Go store, 12550 Jefferson Avenue, Newport News, VA 23602.

I entered a financial agreement with the Acceptance Now financial program. 99 on the furniture. I used my debt card for the down payment. On August 8, 2021, I cancelled the contract. I was informed that my refund would be returned to my debt card within 7 to 14 business days.

To date, I have not received my refund. When I called the store, they informed me that a refund was issued. So, I then moved on to the Customer Service Headquarters in Draper, Utah (1-888-672-2411), I was working with a Floor Supervisor…

Order placed online #163817061 on Sept. 5, 2021. A gift to my daughter who was to receive the email confirmation. She never received only to find out the email first 2 letters was transposed. Called to correct on 9/12/21 however it was already processed for delivery so I couldn't cancel the order. Order received on Sept. 14, 2021.

Upon examination, the product quality was not satisfactory. Called on 9/17/21 and held for hours to get return request, left message yet no return call from 1-888-709-5380. On 9/18/21 after attempting several numbers only to not get an answer or return call, Chat gave me an email address to respond to.

Both my daughter and I responded to the email but no return response. Today, 9/20/21 I have tried repeatedly to reach help, even the corporate complaint office…

What a delivery disaster! I would never recommend Rooms to Go. Delivery was supposed to be on September 14 and the truck broke down so delivery was rescheduled for the 16 between 6-10 pm. Late night delivery… who does this!

The company must not care for the safety of their customers or employees! No, call and yet again no delivery! Let’s keep in mind that so people have school aged children and need to wake up early. When I called the customer service number my wait time was long and they were not understanding.

I then called the store and they were just blamed the delivery and we said they would see what they could do and would return my call. My call was not returned so I called them the team member I spoke to was gone for the day so they had no updates and transfer me to the customer…

Worst customer service ever. I spoke to a Conrad Sater who was the as supposed to be a supervisor. Didn’t have any sympathy for the fact they missed 1st delivery and second delivery was incomplete missing headboard and box spring.

I took off 2 days missing work to be available for incomplete orders. Didn’t have any sympathy for my child that was crying because orders was missed and incomplete. Conrad Threatened to cancel my delivery not to have to wait another 2 weeks for delivery.

I order a tv stand and was delivered to my house. Upon opening the item found out that the item was damaged in the drawer. I called customer service and notes that I was complaining, thinking someone can call me.

We waited for 3 weeks for our couch to be delivered, and today was delivery day! Imagine our excitement, and then to be told Rooms to Go sent the wrong couch. The delivery driver CARRERA-MORALES, CRISTIAN was rude and KNOWINGLY delivered the incorrect item.

We the received a call from Sylvia who said she was told we were happy with the delivered couch and was calling to collect the difference. When Sylvia was informed we did not agree to pay the difference and we wanted the original couch we bought AND PAID for, she became belligerent.

An agreement was made that we would exchange the couches when the new couch arrived, she disconnected the call stating she would call me back with an exchange date. Shortly after the call ended, the delivery truck pulls up stating they were there to pickup…

Do not purchase from rooms to go! I purchased a bedroom set from them and waited for months (which I knew I would) when I received the set a piece was damaged and unusable. They weren’t able to get it swapped out until next year and refused to refund me.

They said I could exchange the set and wait however long (more months) it takes to get it in. They didn’t call me back as they said they would which just goes to show they do not care about their customers only about sales.

I have written to the corporate office and I have not received any response at all. My complaint is that a delivery driver ran over my daughter and killed her. He claimed that he ran over a dog and he left the scene and wasn't stopped for 8 miles by witnesses of the tragedy.

This happened on March 15, 2016 and my beautiful daughters name is Christina Monfils and she was killed on Hwy 98 and Doolittle Ave in Mary Esther, Florida. Her husband turned her remains over to me. We had to have my baby girl cremated because there was not enough of her body left for a casket.

We did have a memorial service for her. I honestly think that your company should have to do something for my daughter and I think the driver should be fired and arrested!! Thank you for your time, Carol Way

Bought a living room suit online. The delivery guys were not warring Covid masks, and the chair was damaged as well as the cmsofa which had a scuff and legs on backwards. No receipt was left and they took the chair and didn’t say when it would be back in.

I called and called and email and emailed with no response. Very pissed!

I move into my new place 9/17. The saleswoman told me in store she couldn’t get my stuff in on time so I left and did not purchase. She then called and texted me a few hours later stating she could get all the pieces on time so I went ahead and spent four thousand dollars.

I called back a few days later to confirm only to find the saleswoman lied and had no confirmed that date and my stuff will now be six weeks late. A manager kindly helped to make it only 2-3 weeks late but now I will have an empty apartment for a few weeks that I pay quite a bit of money for.

Their only help has been to refund me $100 as if that makes a dent in the 4 thousand I spent.

Cannot deliver in the promised/scheduled time frame - called multiple times waited up to 30 minutes - got a call back 3 hours later - no one could change or check on another date - no one could waive any charges to have it come at another time. Told them to cancel on Saturday - as they have terrible service.

Got a call on Monday with promised delivery 8-12 - told them cancelled - got a call driver would be later now 12-4 - told them cancelled. Told multiple people to cancel and refund - said it had to be returned to your stock first.

NO ONE in your company that is online or on the phone can service a customer in any way. Tried to buy something from you years ago with NO LUCK that time either finally went to the store and was able to cancel.

This time was no better - picked a saturday…

On June 25th, 2021, in anticipation of our move to Florida, my wife and I purchased approximately $4,500 (including tax and delivery charges) worth of furniture from RTG. We understood delivery would be staggered due to lack of stock in items we purchased.

Our order numbers were 26874785, 86, and 87. We arrived in Florida on August 30th, 2021, and our first delivery (26874785) was due yesterday, September 9th, between the hours of 12 noon and 4pm. This was the most important delivery to us, because since August 30th, we have been sleeping on an air mattress.

A new mattress was supposed to be delivered. We were sent numerous text messages to track our delivery and then we were told that the truck would be at our address within a half hour.

Ordered a TV console for $900. When delivered there was a huge crack on the top. Had to reschedule for another one to be delivered and the cracked one to be picked up. The day of the exchange, I received a call from the delivery driver that the second stand was broken.

Had to set up a 3rd delivery attempt. I called customer service to find out how I could be compensated for my time and if I were to keep the 1st stand with the crack what discount would they offer. The discount would be $80. but it would be as is and void all warranties.

I am not at all pleased with their customer service. If I did not like to console so much, I would cancel the order.

Your company delivered a sofa on 8/26/2021. The delivery was late, the sofa arrived with no legs and the driver ran over my wooden fence. I have tried multiple times to get this issue resolved. With no luck. The store I purchased it from (Knoxville TN) has been NO help.

My furniture was delivered dirty, the salesman lied and said I could get a replacement, you sent a worker out to clean furniture it doesn't come out all the way that man lied said it was clean. I sent in a document for a refund of some sort no response to that.

If I have to get Legal Counsel about this poor services I will. I work to hard for my money and I paid cash for my furniture. I will never come back here again.

I bought a headboard and mattress set, paid for delivery and installation on the 9/01/2021. The headboard was delivered and dropped off at an empty house because I had not moved in before the agreed upon date. On the agreed upon date, the delivery people came and said that they were not going to set up the bed.

They dragged the mattress and box spring into the house and threw these unto the floor of my bedroom. They were also supposed to set up a wall unit. By the way, I paid cash for all my items. The wall unit is broken.

We bought this dining table with 8 chairs, Office desk and a chair. Office desk, dining table, chairs, assembled in my house after many day day. They spent more than an hour to assemble office chair but could not do it and they left by saying will order right office chair and will come back.

Many weeks after that one guy to deliver unassemble chair but no time to assemble, then he took it back. We file complain and we were told an assembled chair will be delivered soon. No news, no phone calls. I want them to come and pick up office desk and refund the full amount.

Bought new furniture and they refused to remove old furniture now special needs child has to sit in the kitchen because we have two sets of furniture in our family room and breakfast nook. All I want is to exchange my twin adjustable base and twin mattresses for a king base and king mattress. They won’t give me a credit. They want to give me the difference in pillows. They won’t let me pick anything else out.

I asked if I could at least use the $400 on something other than pillows. Maybe a picture or vase or something else. They are forcing me to just use it on bedding. I threatened to just return the entire purchase but they won’t budge.

I have spent thousands of dollars with them. Dining rooms, beds, etc. and they are going to hassle me over $400. Crazy! The sales lady told me I had 30 days to return my stuff. Never did she tell me it had to be greater or equal value nor did she say it had to be like for like.. bedding for bedding. Assistant manager won’t help.

I drove 4 hours to get to where we are building our new home. This is our second delivery to this home we have a dry box that all of our furniture is in. The delivery guy came I drove to driveway where he looked dead at me and could see 13 other people here on the property yet he took off and I received a message stating he said nobody was here and

our home was unfinished so someone would contact us about rescheduling. So now I have wasted a total of 12 hours of my day 8 driving all together and 4 sitting here waiting for this delivery. He seen us!!!! I called rooms to go and was told I would have to wait on someone to call me after all this driving and waiting.

I will give a 0 if i can. After two months, no mattress, damaged furniture in my garage. And still unable to have my bed that I paid 8800 dollars!! What a waste of time and money! If you can avoid buying at this store, its the best.

I gave them several opportunities and they never change. After been a customer since 2012, we finally decided to stop buying from them. They are never available to help and the delivery vendors always deliver damaged furniture. Ahhh and you can’t cancel or return damaged furniture, just exchange but for that you will have to wait days waiting to finally get what you pay for!

Raleigh, 5900 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27612 (Store # 1604) - Although the 2 sofas I purchased were in the salesroom and wanted the exact color and features, the sales person written both order incorrectly. He mentioned that he order the wrong items in order for me to receive it sooner.

However, he did not share this with us during the purchase. He offered this information after I inquired about it. Rooms To Go has not returned the full refund since 12/8/2020. ” Employees are not knowledgeable of business practices and not trained in demonstrating exceptional customer services.

Withholding my money is unethical and needs returned. Note: Rooms To Go have the sofas - now I need the entire refund due to their employees made the errors. I need to be made whole!

Filed a claim, #1283554 due to damage to recliner due to recliner back rubbing when recliner is used. Was told by representative that this is considered normal wear and tear. If the recliner back wasn't rubbing the back wouldn't be tearing. HELP!!!!!

I purchased a table in March that wasn’t delivered until July. It was delivered without screws. Once I finally received the screws, I had to schedule a time to have it assembled. They only had Mondays available. I work every Monday.

No other days were offered. I ended up having to pay $51 to have someone else assemble the table.

Bought a bedroom suit in March 2021. Waited 4 months for delivery. Broken night stand was on the truck and taken back. Next delivery of the bed frame and headboard had wrong rails so everything was taken back. Now have to wait another 2 months to try to get the correct furniture delivered.

This is the very worst experience I've ever had in my life. I bought a $900 recliner leather recliner with all these power buttons I'll pick it up off the showroom floor get it to a new house and nothing works I called 16 times and

couldn't get anybody to call me back answer the phone or anything so I drove 40 miles back and the guy told me that when I bought the chair they had already ordered a part that they knew it was broke that he would be with me within 24 hours here it is 7 Days later and no return phone call.

Their delivery driver simply refused to deliver our product though we paid for in house set up. The company, after 2 days of talking to the most incapable and inconsiderate customer reps, finally agreed to rediliver a month later. We have a short term rental and are sending refunds to guests for the lack of couch in the living.

Not once did they admit error or offer to do a single thing to make up for our experience. In all, this company is sociopathic.

I’m shocked on the service. I talk to customer service yesterday and told them if nobody was home to leave the furniture under the carport the delivery driver showed up today and called me and asked was anybody at home and

I told him yes he got in his truck it wasn’t even at the house five minutes and left he didn’t even leave the furniture like I asked them to do I am very disappointed with the service and now they say that I can’t get my furniture until September I will not recommend this place to anyone else
