They were supposed to deliver some lamps to me in mid-July that were ordered in early June. I received a message that the lamps had both been damaged in the delivery truck. The next delivery date available that worked with my availability was mid-August.
On delivery day, I received a call that the driver could 't make it and that my order would be delivered on Monday. I immediately called Rooms to Go and told them that Monday was not a good day and asked if I could reschedule for a Saturday.
They said that I would need to call on Monday after 4pm to make that request. On Monday morning I received a text that my delivery window started at 10am. They called to delay the delivery window to 1pm. I made a special trip home from work to meet the delivery.
