They were supposed to deliver some lamps to me in mid-July that were ordered in early June. I received a message that the lamps had both been damaged in the delivery truck. The next delivery date available that worked with my availability was mid-August.

On delivery day, I received a call that the driver could 't make it and that my order would be delivered on Monday. I immediately called Rooms to Go and told them that Monday was not a good day and asked if I could reschedule for a Saturday.

They said that I would need to call on Monday after 4pm to make that request. On Monday morning I received a text that my delivery window started at 10am. They called to delay the delivery window to 1pm. I made a special trip home from work to meet the delivery.

I paid for an extended warranty a year and a half ago. I called to report damages to my couch in July and still have not gotten a reply. 00 dollars I paid for a warranty or replace the pieces of my couch this week.

Waited months for a table set to arrive . The driver carried the chairs on his back and damaged 2 white chairs . So I was left with no table set . Customer service took 45 minutes to speak to some one that was rude and tell me when it reaches the warehouse I will be refunded and remind me that I call yesterday and don’t call back.

I purchased a leather sectional 4 months ago. There is a section of the couch that is peeling. I have contacted corporate via email. I have submitted pictures per their request. I was offered to choose another product of the same value or less.

When I visited the showroom, I was advised that the replacement couch would take approximately 5 months (January for the item to arrive). I was also advised that the product I purchased 4 months ago, had increased n value and I would be responsible for the additional cost.

I bought a daybed from them in May of 2021 & not only did it take forever to get it. The delivery date was for July 21st, but when they finally delivered it, but they didn't even assemble it as I had had paid them to cuz I had mentioned that I was excited to get the daybed, cuz I had been dealing with bedbugs in the past & now that the old couch was gone, so were the bugs.

The delivery guy freaked out over it & refused to assemble it & then lied that a local store was sending someone to assemble it for me right then but when no one came, I called the store & told them what happened & they said that the delivery guy didn't have the authority to send anyone from the store to help me & that they never got a call & he just told me that to get out of doing his Job.

I ordered a mattress and it had a 30 day warranty. I had back surgery and couldn’t sleep on it. I have had nothing but problems and headaches getting it returned with in the 30 day return period.

We had a delivery day 8/7... we were assured we were going to get a call 1 hr. before the delivery. No one called us and they showed up with out any notice and we were 30 min away since the delivery was to an empty new apt.

Stoped to purchase a dinette set. A sales flyer posted on item stating a sales price/ w an extra odd chair & free server.. sales person told up the chairs with the item came with it. After asking about the free server, he return to say the sell don't start until 4 days.

I asked for the manager because if the sales is posted it should be honored. The assistant manager came out to tell us she couldn't the sale. She told me the manager told her it was misprint on his end. Not my problem!!

My complaint is you spend thousand of dollars with rooms to go and have to wait several of weeks, sometimes a month fir delivery. There is no flexibility when u need to change a delivery date. I spoke with a store manager recently.

Bought a bedroom outfit for my sister to be delivered at her house. The window given for delivery was between 2 and 6, then they changed it to 1 and 5. At 5:15, my sister contacted me and told me that not only had the furniture not been delivered, but she was not notified that they were running late.

I tried contacting customer service by phone and after enduring the repeated cycle of music (mainly Pharel 'Happy,") I was disconnected after 32:15 without anyone coming to the phone. 08 because the sales consultant told me she could add it to an existing order. An hour later that same consultant called me and said she could not add the chair and it would be 3 weeks before I would get it.

My reply was to cancel the order which the consultant agreed to do. She told me i would be 2-3 days for my refund. When I did not get it by the 3rd day I started to call. I spoke to a supervisor in the store and customer care several times.

I was continually told that Rooms To Go had refunded my money on 7-23-21 and that my bank was holding it up. On the 7th day they finally admitted that the refund was not done because a new employee in the store processed my refund incorrectly.

We have ordered a dining set from rooms to go. On the first attempt to delivery and setup July 21st 2021, the driver is extremely rude and he was talking us down. The tables legs and the bottom of the table is damaged I was asking him that it he extremely rudely said you can look at your table all day just move from here.

WORST SERVICE EVER I ordered two twin bed for deliver by July 22nd as I live in a condo I specified that the delivery should be between 9 and 15, the arrived late so security didn’t let them into the condo . Today is the 07/29/2021 I was number 14 on the delivery schedule when I looked this morning and still throughout the day. I have a schedule delivery that was supposed had been between 1:00-5:00pm today. I have been keeping a eye out on my delivery, and checking throughout the day.

Around about something after 4pm it said that Rooms to Go was at the 12 delivery. Here it is after 7:00pm and there is still no delivery or call saying that they are at least running behind. I had to get help this morning to get prepared for this delivery and they are a No Call and No Show.

They have literally wasted my whole day.

I have to say I have never been so disappointed in service from any company. Ive shopped at rooms to go for years, and have never been so appalled at lack of deference for customer satisfaction and/or regard for how a customer is spending their hard earned money to receive quality products and services.

I ordered 2 identical sleeper sofas and a chair. Much to my dismay one of the sleeper sofas pull out bedding system is completely broken. Not only did I have to wait months to even receive the products but now I'm told they will have to send a technician out to fix it.

Customer service is awful, no one ever answers the phone, then we they do apparently they lie. I was told if I left a detailed note with my signature on the porch I wouldn’t have to be home. I would like executive from corporate to call me 703-408-0303 regarding the crappy furniture and service I have received from Rooms To Go. I am finished with Rooms To Go, and I would like your furniture removed from my house and my money fully refunded.

I bought 2 powder blue recliners and 2 black reclining love seats and 1 black reclining sofa in March. It took a month for the love seats to arrive and 2 months for the recliners to arrive. When the sofa and love seats arrived, 1 was damaged.

Horrible customer service . Do not buy from them ! We waited months for our sofa . It was damaged and they made us take it and said they would send out and replacement and customer service would call us .

Bought and paid for a bedroom set at the store in Murfreesboro TN over 5 months ago. I also paid in full. When my furniture arrived the guys bringing our furniture demanded coffee. Then they brought in a dresser and mirror which one of the doors would not latch at all.

Then they brought in the tall dresser and two night stands which the tops were all wavey. The final piece was the bed which was never put together because the headboard legs did not match up.

I am getting charged for furniture that was never received or delivered to me. snyder. I sent pictures of a love seat that was delivered to me that I didn't order. I was told to use it and it would be picked up when the correct piece was delivered. 00. 26.

I feel like this was bait and switch. In Nov 2020 the double leather recliner was supposed to be delivered but the driver called about 3:15 saying one of the legs was damaged and wouldn't deliver it because he wanted me to be satisfied.

Someone would call to reschedule. 2020. After this I told them to cancel the delivery which no one had bothered to set up anyway but I was expected to pay for something that I don't have.

I was told that I had to call Guardian and I did just that and was given a ticket number #7595695 and a order number #14876827.

I was NOT given a claim number nor an authorization number, which I now know that is required. I was almost complete with the request when the representative advised me that I would need an claim number to complete the request and instructed me to call Guardian back and retrieve this information.

Our delivery never arrived during the time frame provided, however they advised they attempted delivery at 2:51PM. I was at my residence the entire time, there was no knock, call, or text of arrival. Tracking never showed in transit and my apt number is not even listed on the shipping address, meaning the driver would not even know where to knock, so they literally made no attempt at delivery.

We didn't even get follow up communication that delivery attempt failed. Now we are being told that the mattress that was already purchased is out of stock and we will have to wait 2 weeks. It is entirely unacceptable that we were lied to about our delivery and now won't get the product we have already purchased for another several weeks.

I purchased a day bed and 2 mattresses from Rooms to Go on Veterans Blvd. in Metairie, Louisiana. The delivery was scheduled for 7/15 . The guys who were contracted out for delivery were great. The driver informed me that the warehouse pulled the wrong mattress and put a full size mattress on the truck instead of a twin .

When I received the recline there wasn't any information booklet on the recliner on what type recliner, how to use the electronics on the recliner ect. I went to the store and talked to someone in the office and told them what I was looking for.

I have been a loyal customer of RTG for years. I have purchased my dining room set, living room and den from RTG. Recently, I purchased an adjustable bed because I have a back condition that I’m going to get surgery for next month. I thought I was all set for recovery. I have ordered a rocking chair for a nursery. It was over two weeks since I have not heart anything about the delivery date, I am not even able to look up my order. I have sent an email to the sellers that was provided by a customer service representative and never got any response.

After multiple calls to customer service nothing was resolved, and one of the representative was very rude and unprofessional. Stuart,FL store. I purchased a patio set on May 1, 2021. One item was not available so was scheduled for delivery on July 10, 2021. Several days prior to delivery I started receiving calls, texts, and emails to ensure I was available during the 5 hour delivery window.

At 6:50AM on day of delivery, the first reminder text came, followed by several more and then a call from the driver. The truck arrived and guess what???!? The item was NOT on the truck. Delivery driver was unable to get on to the base to make our delivery because of his background. It was notated in the order that this delivery was on a military installation therefore the correct driver should have been on this delivery.

I took off of work for this and now am just expected to do so again instead of the dispatch team correcting their mistake. The customer service today via phone calls was nothing but attitude and absolutely no help. As of this moment I still have not been notified when my delivery will be made.

So I’m expected to just adjust my life schedule for their incompetence.

I received a call stating my chair was going to be delivered and i gave the driver very easy and explicit directions to my apartment. I waited a half hour outside for the driver and never saw him enter my apartment complex.

I received a call im guessing from dispatch who spoke so fast i couldn’t understand her. I called the store at south park meadows and was told i now need to reschedule and wait weeks to get my delivery. My daughter and i have spent over three grand at this store.

I ordered my BEDSET & Dresser towards end of May. My initial date, I was given 3 notifications of the time frame and the driver decided to show up early and didn’t bother waiting for me to get to my place.

I live chatted customer service they said that dispatch would be calling me. At 7:45p I called the store and asked for the manager which they refused to let me talk to her.

Ive been trying to get my furniture fixed for awhile now. Ive been put off for so long that now my warranty isnt valid .. This is exactly what i told them i felt they where doing to me. And now its happened.

Good Morning, On Friday 7/2/21 i was supposed tobget two bedroom set for both of my daughters. The delivery person never made it to my house they went to the wrong house. They never called before and my husband received a text at 930am stating that the delivery was made.

I’m very unhappy with my purchase. I ordered a table in February and it was scheduled for delivery on July 3rd. Well when I called to see what time it was going to be delivered I was told I had to pick it up.

The delivery service for the stonecrest office in Lithonia Georgia is absolutely horrible. My delivery time change multiple times, and nobody could give me a straight answer about my delivery. The delivery did not come and I heard several stories as to why the furniture was not delivered.

I then had to wait several days before being able to get a refund. Worst business ever !

My delivery was scheduled for June 23,2021. It wasn’t delivered and no one called to inform me. The reply I received when I called to inquire was the delivery driver said it was too far out of his route and I would have to reschedule.

It was delivered a week later and half of the pieces of furniture were damaged. They delivery guys left the damaged I assembled furniture in my floor. No one from Rooms to Go seems to care and they continue to lie about when they will pick the furniture up.

On May 30th I ordered a bed and frame. I was told They could not deliver till June 30. That was upsetting esp. with your add of same day delivery. I am a nurse, I took off that day. Deliver was said to be between 11-3.

Poor customer service. On 6/29/21 @7pm my wife and I went to McDonough Ga showroom to purchase a mattress and other products. No one attempted to assist us. Totally ignored. Simply astonishing! So we walked out even though we were fully prepared to make a purchase.

This needs to be addressed ASAP

Purchased a bedroom set from them on 05/23/20 and it was delivered on 06/02/20. We moved from Punta Gorda, Florida to Upstate NY in May 2021. We supervised the loading and unloading of our furniture. Upon trying to set up the dresser, we noticed that part of the rear leg piece was missing.

After 4 emails to the company, I was informed that the warranty was only good for 1 year and wouldn’t be covered as we had moved it from the original delivery address.

I have Stage 4 Metastatic Cancer, and I have a mattress that is over 20 years old. Since I am 5'7" and have lost so much weight (currently I weigh a measely 109 pounds). Since I have an account with Rooms to Go that I have not used, I decided to purchase a new bed and mattress set from Rooms to Go on June 16, 2021.

When I ordered the mattress, the online local store noted it was available and in stock. So I immediately felt this would be the bed that I would be having delivered. Wow, that was presumptuous of me, because on the day of delivery, almost two weeks later, I received a call from Ms.

Zulekika, the transportation delivery manager at 9:25 am stating there were technical difficulties. My delivery was placed on standby, and I should wait for a call for updates. I waited, but I also…

My delivery was set up for today 6-23-21. Time frame I was given was 10am-12p. Then it got changed to 12p -2p, then again from 2p-6pm. I never got a call that they were on their way, however, I received a vm that I missed my delivery!

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks, and now the earliest I can get it delivered is August 7th. Spoke with customer svc and they couldn't give me an earlier date. Very poor customer svc, and very hard to reach.

I am very disappointed and irate for the way this was handled.

This is the worst place to purchase something from and pick your delivery date only to be changed to day that they don’t deliver and reschedule and came on a day that I was not at home
