We ordered a couch from Rooms to Go 6 weeks ago and it was delivered while I was at work. When I got home and inspected it I was shocked that they delivered a used dirty broken chair and a ripped couch with many things wrong with it.
Then when I complained and asked for a refund they said no I could only exchange. The chair was used, dirty and broken, could not even be sat in. The Couch had a rip in the back and the leather at the corners was not tucked right.
According to Florida State law, if a company does not allow returns it has to to be posted in a conspicuous place. And I should have been able to return it with in 3 days. I'll never shop the again and discourage anyone from doing so.
