We ordered a couch from Rooms to Go 6 weeks ago and it was delivered while I was at work. When I got home and inspected it I was shocked that they delivered a used dirty broken chair and a ripped couch with many things wrong with it.

Then when I complained and asked for a refund they said no I could only exchange. The chair was used, dirty and broken, could not even be sat in. The Couch had a rip in the back and the leather at the corners was not tucked right.

According to Florida State law, if a company does not allow returns it has to to be posted in a conspicuous place. And I should have been able to return it with in 3 days. I'll never shop the again and discourage anyone from doing so.

Placed an order in May, they tried to deliver yesterday and could not find our house. We called them back to give them directions but would not answer or return our calls. They sent the furniture back and now we have to wait until August 18 for it to be redelivered.

We are getting NO help from customer service or the store.

Hello. My delivery date was today I have waited a month for my furniture I know the wait is no ones fault, but my order got pushed back form 12 to 4 window all the way to 5:45 to 6:30 when they finally show up at 6:45 it had just started to rain I live on a dirt road with 2 exits I've gotten furniture delivered to my door from you in the same truck but

the driver refused and to me to reschedule and I might get it in the morning the driver transferred me to dispatch which she then transferred me to cust. Service where I sat on hold for and hour for her to tell me there's nothing I can do and call Thursday to see if it's checked in.

This company is totally worthless and liars. I have not even received my delivery waiting all day on a Saturday now 9 hours and they said it would be here at 3. Then Mr Chester, so called manager, who had no idea how to treat a customer told me I was not guaranteed a delivery time.

He does not even know his own policies. You receive a window of delivery the day before. In my case 10-3. It’s now 6:30 pm not a word saying I am sorry for delay and on a Saturday. Never will I buy anything from this so called company again.

Delivery was to be 10 to 3. Delivery called cannot now tell me what time it will deliver up to 10 at night. So I wait from 10 to 7 they now say on a Saturday. West end Richmond Virginia Manager Mr Chester said he was sorry when I requested, as my helper that was to unload, had to leave as he cannot wait all day said just sorry.

Mr Chester would not give me is supervisors name nor number. I asked that his two drivers just put the sofa inside the front door finally he said yes. Then 30 minutes later he was a coward and had his salesman call saying now they could not do this as they had no help.

My wife and I did not receive the tables and chairs. Suppose to come 6/8/21. Called customer service number many times, no help. They want an additional $329 for a product they have not given us. Did not call for delivery I waited all day for delivery to show did not come.

I went to the store today in Stafford TX, to speak to the the store manager about the situation they did not even come out to speak to me. I have no table to eat off of. The level of compassion you have for your customers is terrible.

I recently purchased a sofa from Rooms To Go for which I had to wait several months to receive a delivery date. I understand that in this season with covid things may take longer to receive. Here is the problem.

My delivery date was scheduled for June 8, 2021. On this date I received a text that my sofa would arrive between 1-5 pm. After taking off work to be here, I received another text that said it would be delivered between 6-10pm. It was not delivered.

The next day I received another text that said my sofa was out for delivery. It never arrived. The next day I didn't receive anything, no notice or explanation so I called customer service. I had a good representative who researched the issue but was unable to provide any answers or resolve the problem.

Waited for two weeks for a furniture delivery so we could have some living room furniture to sit on. On the day of delivery no one showed. Rooms To Go claims someone knocked on the door, but even if they did, no one called my cell phone when there were coming our way or when they got here as requested.

Tried calling Customer Service multiple times for a satisfactory new delivery date, but looks like I will have to wait another week and one-half because they are going to be no where near where I live until then. Rooms-To-Go better kick up their game in the delivery business if they plan to survive.

I could have ordered the same furniture on the internet with free delivery and had it days before even the first delivery date. Lesson learned, I wont be making the mistake of dealing with…

I purchased a recliner back in January. The company delivered the product around end of January. It was new out the box but damaged. I request for an exchange which should have be new as well. it wasn't. It was damaged worst than the first on.

This took place three time.

Finally the told me that the recliner was on back order and it want be in tile June 10, 2021 which is today. Guess what, the recliner came today and it looks as if it had be in the back of the warehouse used for workers to take breaks on.

Good Afternoon, I recently purchased a vacation home in Wimauma Florida. Since this is a new home I needed to purchase all new furniture. I purchased a bedroom suite, mattress & box spring, sofa and two chairs, dining room table and chairs, accent & sofa tables and a desk.

The total furniture was $7,800. The only item that did not have an issue was the desk. That was in large part due to the fact that I had to assemble it myself. O the day of delivery, May 22, the bedroom furniture could not be assembled as the slants were bended and the dining room table could not be assembled as the part was incorrect.

I purchased two brand new leather couches from Rooms to Go last September and the foot rest mechanism on both broke within a month. I've been battling with them to get the couches fixed for 10 months now. They don't return my calls.

The service technician didn't show up. They finally shipped repair parts to my house, but the parts weren't boxed and were damaged. The next technician promised to reorder them, but it never happened. Subsequent calls to Rooms to Go customer service have been unproductive.

They promise to check on it and call back, but never do. The furniture is cheap crap and the customer service is non existent.

In March, we bought a living room set and a dining room set. We could not get it until May and June the sofa come missing 2 out of 6 legs, we received them about a week later in the meantime we received our love seat today June 5th ask the technician to put the legs on the sofa they refuse to do it. I bought furniture on 2/15/21 and it is now 06/4/21 and I still don't have all of what I ordered. When the order arrived the first time it had damages so I sent it back. I was told customer care would call me and arrange another date of delivery.

I waited 3 days and no call. I called them and could never get through. Would hold on the line for 25 minutes and the call disconnects. Tried online chat and all it said was it wasn't available. I sent an e mail and still no communications.

Prior to all this I called the salesman and he's the one who told me to call customer care. THREE WEEKS later the salesman calls me to arrange delivery. The second delivery had damages. Sent it back and the nightmare begins all over again.

He wasnt happy about that. We tried to purchase online but the pymt was rejected. We did NOT have a order pending. We were then told to wait 24 hrs and the card would be clear from the chg. We were told we could pay the balance online the next day.

We were told the online pymt wasn't working and to come to the store. I work odd hours and am not always available. We feel like we are being discriminated against. Now that this purchase was cancelled, the mgr wont be in trouble for having to give us the bed after the sale had ended.

A month ago we spent over $2000 on a living room set but we will not be doing business there any more.

My delivery schedule today has been changed 4X from 10a-2p to 3p-7p to 6p-10p to 6p-1159p. I lost a whole day of work waiting on a delivery that may not come until midnight. I wasn’t aware that your store delivered so late.

I purchased what I thought was a power reclining couch online. When it was delivered, I realized that I didn’t get the power recliner, I had accidentally purchased the manual recliner. I contacted online customer service and they happily let me exchange the manual sofa for the power sofa.

I have had the manual sofa in my house since it was delivered 12 days ago. The power reclining sofa will be delivered tomorrow, and the manual sofa will be returned. I had to pay the difference in price between the two products, of course, and an additional delivery fee, also expected.

After having confirmed on your app that I would be home Saturday May 29th between 12 & 4 pm for my replacement recliner to arrive, I got a call about 3pm telling me the delivery guys are running late and will arrive after 5pm. According to your app we were stop 10.

We ordered a pink bed online from rooms to go. It arrived and underneath all the packaging were several black grease stains all over the pink cloth headboard. It was put in the box like this so no on stopped to see it and do a quality check before packaging.

Then we were told it would take 4-5 days to hear from the vendor about getting an exchange. No one ever returned our call or emails. We called 3 times and someone told us we would know something in 24 hours.

I bought a couch in October 2019 from your Waterford Lakes, Florida. It was a dual reclining sofa. About three weeks ago, the middle cushion collapsed in. No one has really sat in that spot since both my son and daughter-in-law (who we bought the couch for) sit on either end in the reclining seat.

The couch wasn't cheap and it shouldn't have collapsed after 18 months especially when no one really sits there. I called the store where I bought the couch and it was confirmed more than once that I have a three year warranty.

I purchased a bedroom set from rooms to go on 20 June 2020. The bed was delivered sometime in July or August. The headboard leg spit in early May. See photographs. I contacted rooms to go because it was within the 1 year and still in warranty.

The bed was used approximately 5 times within notification of damage but rooms to go said that the damage was do to overuse and that it was not a defect. How can it not be a defect if the bed was used no more than 5 times since it was purchased.

They did not have any photos of what their technician had to make a determination. I sent photos to them so what are they basing their determination on? Who do I need to see to get higher up to look at my case.

I had the warts experience with Rooms to Go and do not recommend anyone shopping with them!!!!! Not only did the sales associate let us know specifically what we were ordering and we waited for two months!! The assistant manager was rude and condescending about the situation.

This Driver was also taking photos of my house that had nothing to do with the delivery? Curious as to why he would be taking pictures of my house.

We purchased a reclining sectional and when it was delivered. One of the recliners wont open and close, the delivers took pictures. on the 10th day a technician came out and did nothing. Took pictures and said if we dont hear anything back to call again in 7 days.

I'd want to tell you about my experience with rooms to go. I placed my purchase in October of 2020, and it is now May 20, 2021, and I am still waiting for some of my products. last update : they should delivered my bed room set part 0n may 3rd but still no update.

when i was visit store that said they will update me by next day (05\05\2021) but still no call from the store manager. Almost every time they send my bedroom set, the items are damaged. Multiple deliveries damaged my property, and when I asked for compensation, they denied my claim without doing any inquiry.

it a worse store of the county with pathetic customer services no commitment. I hope my experience will help you guys and you pay attention while your next purchase with rooms to go. Thanks

Ordered a $1099 Hollis power recliner. Hasn't worked right. Sent in email complaint. No response. Called to see about return. They don't allow so many days after delivery. Now remote won't work. Lousy chair, lousy service. Trying to get customer care to repair.

I placed an order #15780389 on 3/21/21 with a scheduled delivery 4/24/21. Received a call on 4/24/21 to tell me my delivery was postponed to 4/26 at 1pm. On 4/26 I received a call at 7:30am that my delivery is on the way (changed of time with no prior notice).

I left work and rushed home for my delivery. One of the delivery guys came in without a mask, worst of all I was told they did not have the footboard #34703860. They put together one of the beds and left.

I called customer service and was on hold for 48 minutes. An agent promised to call me back but never did. I called the store I bought got my order from and spoke to a manager, Jenniffer, she promised to find out and call me back and never did.

I took off from work in order to receive my remote control mattress set on 5-12-21 costing me $2300. Scheduled for 12:00 to 4:00. They texted me and stated it would be 5:00 to 9:00 pm. Next text said be there in 56 minutes.

I have spent 18K in furniture over the last 5 years, I do not know why I keep going back, The customer support is the worst in the world, you literally cannot get in touch with anyone. you call the customer support number and stay on the phone endlessly, when you get tired you leave your number and they may or may not call you back, their delivery system is great until you miss your delivery, good luck getting in touch with anyone.

I have called several times to no avail as they apparently have no one answering the phones. I have stayed on the line 32, 24, 36 minutes in just the past three times. I've called more often with the same result. they don't.

I over charged for a mattress exchange. The original mattress selected was of poor quality. I had set up for an exchange however, the manager indicated that I would be only charged for a pick up of $100 and because of they way I was treated he said there were no extra charge for the exchange of mattress.

I was told by the salesperson that my old mattress would be picked up as well at the time of the new delivery. The delivery men so were so rude to me that they did not set up the new mattress and left it against my wall in my bedroom and took the old mattress and left in my entry hallway laying up against the wall and rudely left.

Purchased couch/loveseat. No directions on how to place the "feet", no predrilled holes to accept the bolts in 1/4" cheap man-made wood. The middle cushion of the couch stayed flat. Representative came to house & was surprised at both issues & said I can exchange or get something else.

I still had 6 mos on my warranty, they said I "had" to find something in 30 days. The salesman, showed me one nice mattress & sold me a different one. He also said the $100. Pad was 1/2 off, he sold me a cheaply made one instead for $60!

And they won't take it back. I've left 3 messages on their automatic call back line. No response from anyone. I'll NEVER shop there & tell everyone the same.

I purchased a loveseat from Rooms to Go last Saturday. It was to be delivered on Thursday May 6ht. I explained that I worked and the salesman told me they would come between 4:00 and 8:00 pm. He said they would call me on Monday or Tuesday to confirm and that if I had not heard anything by Wednesday to call the store.

I had not heard anything and called the store on Wednesday night. The person on the phone told me that they would deliver the soft between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. I told her that I work and could not be there.

Horrible experience! We still haven’t received our furniture. The first time we were supposed to get in in February. It was past midnight and they still hadn’t arrived. Then we cancelled it we get up at 4am for work. In order to get it rescheduled we had to wait another 2 months and then they never showed up. I called the next day and they said there was nothing showing why they didn’t deliver it it just said out of “route”. She got my # and said delivery will contact me that was April 24. My iron door was damaged. I spoke to corporate a month ago and I have not heard anything not even an email acknowledging the phone conversation with the agent. Then whenever I try to call back the wait time is extremely long.

I would just like a follow up on what will be done to fix my door. There are several scratches on my fairly new door. I would like it restored and someone to call me on a status of when this can be done.

I had a rooms to go adjuster to look at my chairs that i recently purchased from rooms to go. I was told someone would get back to me within 3-5 days and I have not heard from anyone. The chairs look like the material has faded and as he said they look old.

My order number is #15716639. I like the style of the chair but very disappointed in the fabric and the look of the chair. I would appreciate it if someone would help me as I was assured that rooms to go would make an effort to correct this situation.

I took delivery of these chairs the end of March 2021 and have tried since then to get help.

I purchased 2 island stool from the store in friendswood, TX on saturday April 17th. Called to cancel the order on Monday at 11am April 19. Was informed that the order can't be canceled. Denise said an email will be sent to request the cancelation.

Called on tuesday to get an update. Was informed no update. Called on Wednesday, no update as well. Called on friday Julie said the order was shipped to me. After arguing on the phone wuth Julie, someone called Mary said that i need to call UPS and request that the item not be delivered to me.
