Filed a warranty claim after about a month they finally came out had to order the part. Can never get thru when I call stayed on phone for fours hours and never spoke with a representative. I leave my phone number to be called back and never get a call back so I have my part in and now can't get in touch with anyone to have it installed.

I have purchased all of my furniture from them and this is the worst customer service ever!!!

We have bought many pieces from room to go in the past years. There is always a great selection and choices. We have been looking for a patio set recently. After browsing over your extensive supply of patio sets we chose one we were happy with.

Color price and so on. I understand that there may be issues with the covid outbreak and things were backing up. But I feel five months is excessive. We will be looking at other places because of this issue. The product in question was the Lake Como selection.

We love it but can't wait that amount of time. I doubt there will be a response to this but I felt you should be aware.

Customer service -poor. I walked up to the cashier finance booth for help I needed to understand a transaction. As the sales person Rafic did not explanar in detail to me at the booth the cashier stared it looks like the sales person did it incorrectly.

Let me get the manage for you. Mind you I didn’t ask for the manager. The manager comes out with poor body language and said “what do you need”. My expression was “omg really”. I proceeded and he interrupted me saying “so, you want to cancel’.

I'm very upset. My delivery had a forklift hole in it. I didn't accept. Spent over 1 hour on hold for no resolve. Took my leave time to get this item. No call from this company or apology! I'm done with RTG.

Had a leather sectional delivered and set up three weeks ago. One of the recliners is making a squeaky spring like noise when you sit on it and when you use the automated button to recline the leather is brushing against the next seat and making a noise.

Been trying for three days now to get customer service on line and on the phone . Have left call back numbers but no one calls back. Took out extra warranty but the warranty company say noise isn’t covered. Very dissatisfied.

The sectional cost over $3,500. Just had a call from customer service now after much frustration and time wasted on my phone.

Finally got someone to help me.

I was forced to pay you online for an acceptance now account because the acceptance now online website wasn't working at the moment. I made a payment to my account for them and the payment was for $ 219.99 on 12/09/20. That money was never sent to them nor refunded to me. I would like this amount refunded to me via check. I would also like a phone call to confirm this was received.

I have called your customer service number and I've been on hold for over 35 mins each time I call so I hang up. I 've also entered #1 to have a call back but never receive a call back. I've also called your Corp office at 813-623-5400 and they don't answer either.

My bunk bed delivery was scheduled between 9-1pm today. At around 9:10 I got a notice (email) that the delivery truck was 7 minutes away so I thought great, we can get this out the way early. All of the sudden the delivery status changes to the next stop.

I tried to reach out to rooms to go customer care and was on hold, for, no joke, 47 minutes. When I got a hold of someone they explained that dispatch entered one digit wrong for my house number. My problem with this whole mess is, with so many ways to communicate with a customer these days, why didn't someone reach out to me, text, email?

I purchased my den furniture from rooms to go in Boca Raton Florida on glades road. I have had nothing but problems with your customer service. You call and they have you waiting on the phone for twenty minutes and then disconnect you.

I went to the store on Sunday April 13th spoke with the manager and she said I will call you never heard from her. I am now waiting 6 weeks for someone to come to look at my furniture. I will never buy from you again.

I purchased all my den furniture at rooms to go on glades road in Boca Raton Florida. I am waiting for 6 weeks for someone to inspect my furniture. The phone center you hold on for 20 minutes then they disconnect you.

Went into the store spoke with a manager was suppose to call me the next day never heard from her. Someone was suppose to call in reference to time coming to my house never received a call. I will never shop in your store again.

I paid for a dresser to be delivered on April 16, 2021. The dresser arrived, however it was damaged and as of date I have not been contacted by anyone. The drivers stated they took pictures of the dresser and called it in as damaged property.

The driver also informed me that someone would contact me within 15 minutes. My daughter has clothes sitting in bags because we discarded her old dressed knowing she was getting a new one later on that day. I am requesting an update on the new delivery date and would like to be compensating for at least my delivery charge.

I had a delivery on March 31st. The holes on the center piece of my sectional doesn’t line up so the delivery men weren’t able to put it together. I have waited on hold for over an hour several times but had to hang up because of work obligations I also requested for them to call me and no one called.

Went to the store to purchase my sons trundle bed. The salesman was helping multiple customers. I ordered a trundle bed I saw on the showroom floor. When my order was delivered it was not what I had ordered. I got a single bookcase full trundle bed when I had asked for a double full headboard bookcase with trundle.

The delivery guys knew it wasn’t what I expected due to how I had the room designed.

Also the trundle piece was damaged so that wasn’t delivered. I called the store and they worked it out to have what I originally ordered delivered several weeks later and pick up the incorrect order. In the meantime the trundle piece was delivered.

I am writing to try to get help.

I ordered a mattress online for my mom. When the mattress was delivered on Saturday March 27, 2021. I am attaching a picture that the delivery driver sent to me. The mattress has stains on it, I was told this was because the plastic was removed and it was wrapped in a dirty blanket.

An exchange was scheduled and I had to cancel that exchange due to a family emergency. It's was rescheduled for Friday April 9th. When the driver arrived at their home I received a call from someone in customer service. She stated the driver was in an 18 wheeler and could not come up their driveway, and asked if someone could help him carry the mattress. I told her NO my dad is 82 and my mom is 76.

We wanted a king matted and the Salesman offered us a “Bogo offer” buy the king for $1399 and get one free

We believed him and even tho we just wanted the King mattress we took the “free” queen bed.

Our king mattress gave my mom back problems because is damage and discontinued.

When we wanted to exchange the King mattress we got told that we have to change it for a mattress that cost $721.50 instead of $1399 because we got sold 2 individual mattress not “bogo”.

We want to get a new mattress that is worth what we paid for their fake bogo offer: $1399 not $721.50 we never wanted the queen (it is unused inside it plastic) we even asked them to take the queen and king and give us a new king bed, they said no.

Broken couch that has taken almost 6 months, to this point, and hasn’t been fixed. Their customer service department is the worst we’ve ever dealt with. We have been on the phone waiting for up to 4 hours and then when we do get ahold of someone, they pass the problem on to someone else.

I ordered furniture almost 2 months ago. Waited patiently my original delivery time was from 1pm-5pm. I received a call stated that the delivery would be delayed to 5pm - 9pm. The delivery men showed up to my home at approximately 845pm.

They get here only to tell that would not be able to give me my furniture for a variety of reasons from we don't have the proper equipment to we don't want to damage your home to we don't want break your items. At the end the day all excuses because they were tired and didn't want to do it.

It was not fair for me to wait all day for my product only to be told we can only give you partial of what you ordered. Terrible customer service the worst.

I purchased a sofa and chair on 3/20/21. One of the cushions on the sofa was damaged when it was delivered. I have called rooms to go 21 times to get this fixed. I’ve called the corporate office, I have tried to call their customer care department, and the store in Frisco Texas from which I Purchased the furniture.

The customer care department has never answered the phone one time, and I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes each time I have called them, with no one picking up the phone. I finally reached someone in their corporate office by the name of Melissa on April 5, and she promised that the cushion would be replaced within 3 to 5 days.

That was 10 days ago, and I’m still trying to get in touch with rooms to go to find out where the cushion is. I will never buy another stick…

Order number 10060523. Ordered living room furniture and paid cash just to get a horrible experience that just keeps going on and on. Cannot get any cooperation from any of your departments to resolve our numerous problems, nobody communicates. I only want what I paid for nothing more.

So far from what I ordered l have a filthy couch they said was too bad to clean also some damage, two end tables, one together and one in pieces still with boxes. I still don’t have my coffee table at all l guess they think the extra end table is it.

00 dollars on a sofa & a rocker recliner. Possibly never again. Shortly after I took delivery a bothersome squeak appeared in the matching recliner. I had a tech out to my home he lubricated the rocker part which also created a lubricant mess on the tiles that did come up.

But within 3 or 4 days squeaks returned so the repairman ordered a completely new rocker assembly. Now I've been waiting at least 2 months with no part. 00 for this recliner alone and it should of never had problems like this . Not a happy coustomer.

I bought a sofa set on 10/3/2020 and it was delivered on 11/28/2021. The salesman sold me an extended warranty that supposedly covered any problems with the furniture. We reported a discoloration on one of the cushions and scheduled a warranty guy to come out and repair the item.

When the technician showed up he looked at the cushion and said he had seen this before and that it was defective and needs to be replaced. We never heard anything so I called the warranty company and they said that the technician wrote that he cleaned the discoloration.

I purchased a bedroom set on February 5, 2021. It was delivered on March 17, 2021, the dresser was damaged. Rooms To Go has exchanged it three times, all were damaged. I tried for hours to contact Customer Services with no success.

After waiting for 20 minutes the calls automatically hang up. Leaving a call back number was completely ignored, never received a call back after 2 weeks of leaving a call back number. Order numbers: 26527732 and FL265224221. When I placed an order online I made a note to please deliver my furniture prior to 6PM because our HOA does not allow commercial vehicles after 6PM. The furniture truck arrived at our complex on 4/8/2021 after 6PM.

I have been searching for a particular item for months I finally found the simple, but cute item on RTG website. I visited Burford store 4/6/2021@ 1145 to purchase item. When I entered store I was not greeted, it wasn't a big deal I figured they were busy besides I noticed several other items I was interested in so this gave me time to browse.

My husband and I purchased furniture from rooms to go in Frisco, TX back in November 2020. We were told at the store that it was available to be shipped to our new address in Kentucky where we recently moved.

A week after we purchased the furniture we were told they could no longer deliver it and because the purchase was not cancelled within 48 hours we could not receive a refund either. We have been calling the store and have spoken to several managers.

One told us we could get a 20% refund back and the rest would be store credit.

However, we were never sent our refund and do not have access to our store credit. It is now April and no one has been willing to help us. We are now being told we cannot get a refund at all and that we are only allowed store credit.

Today April 2, 2021 our couch and queen size bed and mattress was supposed to be delivered between the hours of 7am -11am. The driver never showed up. He said he was at my house but no one was home which was a lie.

He actually went to the wrong house he went to Bay Meadows instead of BaySprings. My car was in the driveway never left. The customer service, dispatch team and the internet sales have been very rude and no help at all.

My furniture was ordered in February with a delivery date of March 10th. We were told we would receive a call two days prior to the delivery to remind us. We had received no call two days before so I called the Customer Care Line. The call was answered and I was put on hold. I held for one hour and no one ever answered, so I got in my car and drove 25 minutes to the nearest store. They had difficulty finding my order and finally said it would be delivered on the 10th but we were given no time. I began calling on Monday 03/29/2021. At that time, the customer care unit indicated the call volume was high. I elected to enter my phone number to save my place in line and have someone contact me. No one ever contacted me.

I also went online and used the chat and text feature. From 03/29 – 03/30/2021, I never received a call back, my chat was not answered, nor was my text message returned. I was finally able to get through on 03/31/2021 to customer care – and unfortunately my repair was scheduled for April 28, 2021 a full month later.

My delivery was set for March 6th and March 27th. I paid for delivery and set up, the guys did not want to set up anything. I had to show them that I paid for Dand S.

First of all my table was damaged, and they didn't set up the lamps. Long story short someone came later to set those up. The delivery on Saturday was a disaster!!! Two different colors!!!! I will never shop at Rooms to go again. I purchased a couch in Mid January and still have not received the delivery and it is April 1st. I have emailed them 5 times with no response, called customer service 4 times and only got a voice recording.

We have been trying to contact customer care for 3 days (by phone, chat, and text) since Monday 03/29/2021. No one ever responded back to the chat, text, or the call back option. I was finally able to get through to a customer care representative today (03/31/2021) to schedule the repair.

However, we were informed that the earliest date is April 28, 2021. I find it hard to believe that we must wait a month to have a handle repaired on a recliner. The inability to connect with customer care, using all of the options you provide - to not have anyone respond is bad customer service.

If no one is going to respond to texts, emails or chats, then these options should be offered. I am in a customer service industry myself - an know that with this type of service, we would lose business. And…

Bought a Serta matteress in March of 2015. It has a 10 year warranty. Went through the producure and was told they would replace the mattress.

However there is a $99 restocking fee for old matteress. So they take $99 of the price of the used mattress to take it back. Its the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. The mattress isn't any good. They had someone come to the house and look at it,why should I have to pay $99 for them to restock a junk mattress, that isn't any good, that someone verified it needs replaced.

Something needs to be done about this policy. The solid waste station is 2 miles down the road I can take it there for nothing. Your policy needs to be changed

We bought one piece of furniture two months ago and could only get a delivery appointment for today. The appointment was for 11AM - 4PM......no show. At 415 PM we get an email saying that delivery will happen between 4PM - 8PM.....nice.....horrible notice. It is now 10PM......no furniture, no phone call....no email.

We have waited here at home for you ALL day.....

We understand the complexities these days, but this customer service is so bad....I would rate it as NEGATIVE 10 on a scale of 1-5.

My husband and I went to purchase living room furniture. We found a nice set at Nebraska Furniture and Rooms to Go. We decided to go w Rooms to Go because it was cheaper and a local purchase. After telling Kenny that we would like to purchase all 3 pieces for over $4,000 without the protection plan he became very rude and barely spoke to us the reminder of the time while purchasing the items.

I placed an order with Rooms To Go 1413 N Federal HWY, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304. 00. In fifty years of buying furniture, I have never experienced such poor customer service and the delivery company they hired is a disaster.

The first time my delivery came, the delivery crew did not take the sleeper sofa out of the box and told me the leather couch would not fit in elevator. Naturally it would have. The second delivery they did take the sofa out of box and told me it was damaged.

The customer service number is a terrible experience. Last week I waited on hold for 30 minutes and then requested a call back. I never received one. Yesterday at 4pm 3/25/21. I waited an hour to speak to customer service no one answered. Today 3/26/21.

I called at 9am waited 50 minutes no one has answered. 1800-766-6786. Does not answer

I placed a bedroom ensemble on layaway in January. I paid it off yesterday -- March 23, 2021. That is when I found out the dresser and mirror will not arrive until July. That is totally unacceptable for me; thus, I canceled the order.

To my additional disappointment, I don't know when my account will be credited with my $1,600-plus I've spent with your store. There is absolutely no customer service with your company. Upon making a purchase, the customer should be made aware that items are not available.

It seems the only thing your salespeople want to do is make the sale and not be transparent to the customer. I will never-ever-ever shop your store again. I am extremely unhappy with the subversive sales methods used as well as just an overall lack of good customer service.

Hello I want to follow complaint. A few years ago app purchased A living Room set with warranty. In January I contacted warranty department I sent someone out. He was rude And wanted to argue. Hey tell me When the park coming in He would call and come , The part still haven't come, I called back They Warranty people.

They Said the parts Still have not come in , Then tell me They already did some repairs which isn't true. I have spoken to the Newnan Georgia manager with no help. I also spoke with the District manager he said Hey would call me back .

I ordered a sectional and kitchen buffet on January 16,2021. Was told that it will get delivered on February 8,2021. On Monday Monday Morning on March 8th I contacted rooms to go to provide them an extra contact number to reach me once they are on the way with my furniture.

My furniture window was between the hours of 12pm-4pm. I have yet to receive my furniture.
