I bought an entertainment center. # weeks later it was delivered. They dropped one of the shelfs unloading from truck. 2 weeks later they brought one back. Dropped it and left. When I went to see it after they left it was leaning to the left. Quite Obvious.

The wife was home when delivered but she didnt pay attention, figured everything would be fine. Someone tried to repair the shelf. When I called I was told a new one is back ordered at least 5 months out. I was offered 20 % off or I can come to the store my self and pick up the display model shelf.

They said the display is not something they typically do. I said I want the 20 % off for myself having to go get the showroom model. I WAS TOLD NO. So I told them to come get it out of my house I want my money back.

You guys were GREAT, up until last week. I called about my cocktail table being broken upon delivery and the customer service rep refused to just replace it and send a tech out instead. The tech was here not even 2 minutes and said he doesn't know why they made him come out, it needs to be fully exchanged.

That was 4 business days ago and i hadn't heard anything from Rooms To Go which is odd because you guys would usually call me same day to schedule it. So i called the 4th day and stayed on hold for 2 1/2 hours to have her tell me the tech hasn't submitted the notes in the ticket yet so they can't schedule an exchange at this time.

I also had our sofa delivered that same day and the people delivering it saw the 6th leg fall out of the truck and they chucked it back into the truck. i…

I purchased a coffee table in November 2020. When it was delivered something was wrong with the legs when they started putting it together. They put it back in the box and have sent 4 replacement tables and one replacement parts order, all of them with the same problem.

It is now 4 months and I still do not have a coffee table. I went to the Savannah Georgia store where I purchased the table and talk to someone in the office 2 weeks ago. She was sending a email message to a service manager and I have never received any communications from anyone from Rooms to Go. Can someone help me.

I have ordered furniture from the Asheville, NC Rooms To Go for over 10 years but i will never be ordering anything from this store again. The customer service has been worse than horrible. In Dec 2020 i went into the store to purchase furniture for my daughters first apartment and we ordered a house full of items but we were told that the server we ordered was back ordered until February 26, 2021.

We decided it would be worth it to wait 2 months to get the item. On February 26, they delivered the item and it was severely damaged in 3 different places. The driver took pictures of the damaged piece and said for us to keep it and someone would be calling shortly to send us another server to replace it and they would pick up the damage item when the new item was delivered.

The lady Liz that answered the phone ( after 45 minutes) was very rude and did not help at all, it's amazing how they can hire people like that , (THIS is last time I purchase stuff with them, always delayed and if your not able to take the delivery then they tell you it will take another 4 months to deliver, shame on them !!!!!!

The furniture was delivered by people who didn’t care at all. The bed is put together incorrectly so the mattress Basically sits on the floor inside the frame. It’s clearly wrong but the guy just left it there.

Also the chair was delivered with the bottom fabric ripped out and hanging down to the floor which the delivery person completely ignored. I asked them to wear masks and they didn’t. You cannot talk to anyone at rooms to go and if you try to call customer service you’re on hold for half an hour minimum.

I left my call back number on text per the instructions on the customer service line and no one texted me back until a week later. Great furniture but worst service ever

We purchased a beautiful white leather (may be leather like) sectional with chaise and ottoman for our second home. Although the piece LOOKS beautiful, it has been an awful experience. VERY uncomfortable if you sit on it for more than 30 minutes and it has scratched and discolored in an area where it looks like mold.

This has been probably used a total of maybe 6 times. It's our 'vacation' home and with the pandemic we haven't been able to go down there. , promised to have someone from corporate contact me and NO WORD!! It's been over a year now and something needs to be done!

Called rooms to go customer service center and spoke to a Tierra, Tiara, for a service update on a recent issue I’m having with my new couch. She completely caught me off guard with the worst ever attitude I have ever had to deal with.

She was disrespectful, egotistical, rude, not treating me like a customer, rather as a nuisance. , and she refused. I don’t know what’s sort or training rooms to go is teaching these CS agents, but this employee needs a refresher or to be written up for her lack of people skills.

Hello I'm very disappointed with the customer service I'm sure cov-19 has change a lot of our lives but that is not a reason to not get customer care after making orders totaling about Four thousand dollars that I can spend some where that will give me quality customer care. I was told by the associate at the Rooms to go store that my delivery and set up was free I got Super Exited and Happy because when I was ordering that was the first thing I asked the sale associate how much I was going to be charge.

I have a torn cushion from a sectional sofa I purchased in March 2020. I've been trying to call the customer care center in Florida since June 2020. I've lost count after 5 calls, no one answers the phone!! I will never purchase anything from them again.

Order No. 9258563: Purchase made on 05/02/20. Delivered 05/30/20. Damaged table and section. Table was replaced. I learned that (1) Rooms to Go sold me a sectional that was discontinued and (2) the only other one they had from manufacturer was damaged.

Prior to me learning of the two points referenced above, Rooms to Go said they can replace the sectional, so I took time off from work on Saturday 05/11/20 and waited until 10pm for a delivery that never took place nor did I receive a call. Do not purchase a extended warranty. Clearly states covers Accidental Damage - Cuts, Chips, Gouges etc. I was told I have too many of these damages therefore it will NOT be repaired??

We live in a residential district that is regulated to NO TRUCK TRAFFIC. The Specific address is, 2400 Dublin Street, New Orleans, LA. At approximately 11:50 am Central Time a SEMI Truck from Rooms to Go came barreling down Dublin Street, which is a NO TRUCK TRAFFIC ZONE and ran through the stop sign which is at the corner of Nelson and Dublin. In addition to being in the NO TRUCK ZONE, he was also speeding (this is also a 20 MPH zone) and therefore was unable to stop before just rolling right through the stop sign. Please let your people know to use an alternative route when coming in to this residential area and to abide by all laws when here.

This is the worst place to buy furniture. I purchased furniture for my mom for Mother’s Day which was told to the clerk. When it was time to deliver, there was no delivery and no call. Once I called I was told that I would get the furniture in a week I said ok.

Well one week turned into another month surpassing Fathers Day. Remind you this is for Mother’s Day. I canceled and asked for a refund. Well I only got a third of my money back. I went to the store where I purchased the furniture at Baybrook Mall in Webster Texas only to find out they have not refunded me my other $ 845.

My original order number is 24136152. I called yesterday with a one question. Has taken two days ( after calling many times and being transferred to diff people) even trans to a store in Pennsocola fl today.

Finally spoke with a Abigail in Customer Service that tried to get info for me today. All I want to know is how to clean mildew on outside chairs ( all on a covered lanai) Abigail told me, I was told yesterday to contact sunbrella company( I was not told this yesterday, the gal ( yesterday) told me she was going to email me instructions on how to clean the chairs.

During delivery your delivery company dented and scratched up my newly remodeled walls in my vacation condo. I would like a partial refund. As you can see, the sleeper sofa you delivered even has paint residue to prove it was caused by the sofa.

My management company is ready to back me up that the walls were not in that condition prior to delivery. I have filed a complaint via phone customer service but have heard nothing back. The order number is 14568516. I am getting an estimate for repair. Please contact me asap.

Every wall in the hallway has some type of damage. The pictures are the worse of it. Several places can be painted but most have to be patched, sanded and repainted.

I purchased a mattress protector that is still within warranty but did not protect my mattress. I called customer service to have a tech come clean the mattress and they advised that it would take TWO WEEKS for someone to come "inspect" it and if he/she feels it need to be serviced, they will put in the request for someone to come clean it which would take another WEEK.

For a company this size, that wait time is ridiculous and I cannot sleep on my couch for THREE WEEKS! I need this done much sooner!

The staff in our Hoover, AL store were amazing. Everyone there was eager to help. Duff Algren, our sales agent, was simply wonderful.

However, our bedroom suite was delivered with a very damaged chest of drawers. I understand that kind of thing does happen, and we set up a re-delivery for today, Friday, February 28. We called to ask if we could be given a 30 minute notice so we could meet the truck for delivery.

We were told they would note the account. We called this morning, day of delivery, to make sure that the account was noted for the driver, and we were told it was. I got a phone call before the live delivery showed the furniture would be delivered saying they were at my house.

I am really very disappointed. Fifth consecutive time we received the dresser out of its original box and damaged. I'm tired of talking to Customer Service and all I hear is excuses and more excuses without any result. We wrote to the BBB and they redirected our complaint, result: nothing happened.

Today they brought it back out of its box and damaged again. On top of it we never received the check call after delivery and upon review it showed the order as completed, an obvious fraud as I never signed.

Rooms to go delivery drivers arrived to my home on extremely rainy day, 13 Feb 2020, to delivery a bed and dresser. The drivers did not have a second pair of shoes or blankets to dry off their shoes before walking on my hardwood floors. The dispatch team was unapologetic and stated the drivers do not have to carry blanket to lie down. I had to refuse the delivery because I did not want driversn walk on my hardwood floor with wet feet and have an accident that I have to file on my homeowner's insurance.

Rooms to go needs to clarify the policy of what they expect drivers to have (blankets, extra shoes) and what they want customers to provide. If customers are to provide blankets for drivers so their floors or blankets are not getting dirty, I highly recommend that be articulated BEFORE one…

I ordered a recliner chair I was quoted a delivery of 7am-11am on December 30,2019. I received a call at 10:45 that delivery had been moved back from 4-8 pm. We ordered two pieces of furniture from your store. We paid cash. We put down home number but changed the main contact Wednesday two days prior to actual deliver. On day of deliver 12-20-2019 they did not call new number.

I wish I could give a 0 as the score. My experience with Rooms To Go has been horrible. My husband and I ordered a bedroom set back in August and the first time they delivered it the night stand and dresser had a scratch on it.

Then they redelivered us another one and once again the furniture was damaged. After that I spoke to someone from corporate who was not very helpful and didn’t seem like she cared. We paid a lot of money for the furniture and would like to use it.

My wife and I bought a sofa and loveseat from your Grapevine, TX. Store. When we bought the furniture, we were told that it would be treated with a proprietary solution to guard again stains. We were also given 2 boxes of cleaning solutions when we purchased the furniture.

Every time we tried to clean a little stain (not from liquid spills( we would use the solution/applicator that was provided, a stain would pop up after the solution dried. We try again, and same results. Since we took delivery of the furniture, we spotted with the solution several times, but the stain from the solution keeps surfacing.

They send me damage furniture all they did is send a technician that did a horrible job. Onces I called them all they said was that the damage looks like is customer damage. That a robbery that I have to paid for ugly and unsatisfied furniture that I don’t want.

The 48 hours window to return is very hard, I had the furniture delivered and it was no way to know when. It was received by my sister and I opened it 7 days later after returning from training and the day bed is not a good quality.

Ordered furniture for our boys bedrooms from the Rooms To Go in Wilmington NC on June 28, 2019. Our order was delivered on July 18, 2019. All the furniture looked great except for one of the mattresses. It was bulging on one side. Flipped the mattress over and it was bulging on that side too. When you push on it you can tell the springs on the inside are all messed up. Now I have one kid with no mattress to sleep on.

Still haven't received all of our furniture yet and already the collection calls and late fees have started. Ruth Robinson said a LOT of things that ended up being not being true!! Just to get a commission, she misrepresented the monthly payment, minimum payment, and due date.

She lied to get a commission and the Manager there, Mike Stetson (who apparently takes 2 hours lunches) has been zero help. Stay away from these crooks--they only want that commission and will lie, cheat, and steal to get it!

Good Afternoon,

I have tried to handle this through the local store with no help. I’m having a problem with the mattress so I called customer care, they told me it was still under warranty. My appointment was scheduled for tomorrow until i received a call today saying the company is no longer in business. I questioned being it was purchased from Rooms to go, can they bring me something comparable to replace it with being the company is no longer in business, I was told in sum, tough Turkey.

I purchased this mattress from your sales rep because they assured me it was a good brand. Now I’m having an issue no one wants to take responsibility for the purchase.

I want this issue rectified as soon as possible.

Gave me a window for delivery..Then changed it to an extra 4 hours...Customer service no help T all...not a pleased customer
