The Ross store in Tuscaloosa Alabama is really going down. The store is always understocked and not appealing. The shoes area is to close between the aisles. I have noticed more and more that the store allows kids to walk around the store and “just” play with the toys from the toy section until their parents complete their shopping but never buy the toy.

Then wore out toys are put back by the kids once they leave for other customers to buy later, why because they are used now. I complained about tore up carts and that was rectified. Right now the store need restocking and rearranged to be neater and more inviting.

I was just escorted out one of Ross's stores at Capital plaza Austin Texas by purity / customer service saying that they caught me on camera stealing from their store recently when I have not stolen anything from that store I have to pay for everything and I have receipts they have no video of me stealing anything but they claim they do so I am filing a formal complaint and I'm going to get this woman fired escorted me out not that I was embarrassed I don't get embarrassed however it was simply rude disrespectful to even insinuate that I had stolen from their store.

I asked to see the video and they quickly denied me saying that she remembers who I am and that she doesn't have a doubt in her mind and that I am not welcome back so I'm calling the police along with filing a formal complaint…

Store #2474, Reg #03, Tran #1462 Date 10/21/23, 4:28:02 pm, Assoc #761520 I was mad at the manager who was volunteering at work at the cashier due to the overflow of customers in the line. I saw her ugly attitude toward the customer's back when she left after purchasing that she hadn't noticed the manager's behavior for no reason.

I was surprised to see that. The manager called me to be next. I came up to her. I watched her doing to remove the hanger from a beautiful grey cardigan. All of sudden, she has an attitude to pull the hanger hard out of the cardigan and it got a hole. She damaged it.

I was upset and she didn't care what happened and went ahead to charge me to pay for it. I was so pissed off at the manager for unprofessional behavior! I want her to be fired no matter what…

I shopped your Evergreen Park store today. The cashier, Alexis was rude and displayed no customer service skills. I was going to let it go until she made a smart remark as I was leaving. I asked for a manger.

The manager came to register. As I was sharing my experience with her cashier the cashier started arguing with me in front of her manager. That speaks volume to lack of training of your employee. She had no respect for her manager either.

She didn’t behave like a person who was working, more like she was on the streets. Cashiers like her make me not want to patron your business. I don’t appreciate the way my husband and I were treated.

I went to the Ross store in San Antonio texas - store #0373. The store was jammed pack and only 4 registers were opened. The line was extremely long. Waited in line for about 45 minutes. The store was hot and stuffy- no air circulation.

I found the manager after I finally got checked out and complained. He said he was doing the best he could and if I did not like it to go to another store. His name was Eric

On 09/18/12 I visited Ross In Santa Ana. 3900 S Bristol.

Marcela the cashier was extremely rude. I was gifted an item for my baby shower and I did not have my receipt but the tag was on and priced for $29.99. She scanned the item and said I could get store credit if the item has not been reduced. When I got home I looked at my receipt and I only had $14.99. I wanted to know why I didn’t get the full amount. I then went back to Ross and spoke to Helen the cashier about my situation and she called over the manager her name was Sherlin I believe. A couple of months ago I was shopping at the Ross store in Lake Stevens and since they were closing in about 20 mins and I needed to look at one more thing I walked fast trying to hurry and as soon as I started to walk around the corner I didn't have a chance.

I slipped on some white liquid soap that had spilled all over the hard white floor and landed on my knee with a big crack sound. It hurt so bad and I was totally humiliated. At first I couldn't put any weight on it so they ended up calling an ambulance that took me to the hospital.

During self-checkout, an employee (male) observed me ring up my items and pay. Directly afterward, as I attempted to exit the store, the same employee stopped me and demanded to see my purchased items. He grabbed my purse and started to dig around until he was satisfied.

He offered no explanation nor no apology. I felt very afraid, embarrassed, and upset. The store location is attached. These employees need additional training! I do not intend to return to do business with a company that treats customers with such disrespect.

We have never done anything wrong for these ladies to be kicking us out we ask for the reason on why they keep kicking us out. And the lady that says shes the manager laughs and tells us to get out of her store.

I've been a Ross customer for close to 15 years now. I've always been treated with respect. Not today however. I went to the Ross store on Supleveda near Jefferson in West Los Angeles. I went to the cashier and he asked if I was paying cash or card.

He replied I had to use the self checkout. If I wanted to use the self check out I could have done that myself. Not wanting to be difficult I simply went over to the self check out. I paid for my items but noticed there were security chip that had to be removed.

I WAS AT THE ROSS STORE AT CHEYENNE AND RAINBOW LAS VEGAS NV. ON 8 11 2023 AT 12:00 THERE WAS NOT ONE PERSON AT THE SELF CHECKOUT AND 3 PEOPLE IN LINE AT REGULAR CHECKOUT. THE PERSON IN THE SELF CHECKOUT WAS TALKING TO THE SECURITY GUARD.

I went in there to buy stuff and as i was leaving they stopped me and said my card never went through and they charged me again and it posted onto my account twice and I showed them it was on my account twice. She said it was pending but it was not it, it posted onto my account twice.

Providence Ross. I just experienced the worse customer service I've ever seen and I have worked in retail for 20 plus years. Not only was the Manager rude to the customers, she was talking down loudly to the employees. Then she walked away from the registers while there was a line of over 20 people, leaving only one cashier at the front.

I am complaining about the Ross store at the Loop, in Orlando. Every time I shop there the store only has one clerk checking people out. There will be several other employees just standing around talking. They see that the line is long waiting for check out, but they completely ignore the problem.

This has been the case almost every time I shop there. It seems the management is very poor for not caring about the customers. I find myself going to other stores instead because of this poor management.

Ross stores have gradually and declining and not only their customer service but also the cleanliness of the store I have not been into a Ross in the last two years that has been in a clean orderly fashion matter fact, you can’t even get down some of the isles without having to step on product that is left all over the floor through much of the store and all of the stores.

I visited the Ross at 10700 MacArthur boulevard in Oakland California. On June 28th, 2023 around 10:30 am and I was stopped by security and harassed and the police called on me stating that I had merchandise but I was originally there to return some pants that were too small for my daughter and

Like you don't have to worry about it I used to live at 43rd Avenue and Cactus 4 years ago and I came to this Ross store at least two times a week I spent a lot of money there. I am not asleep I never steal from any store ever.

Yesterday I had the worst customer experience in my life, that never happened to me before and I hope will never happen again. We were shopping at Ross in Allen, Stacy Rd, my brother was moving to the new apartments, so we were in rush to get a lot of stuff.

Ross at Rockville Pike, MD. The assistant manager (the lady who looks like in her 40s) did not want to give my sister (an employee at Ross) the employee discount. We have been to other Ross' and we have also been to this Ross where they will manually apply the employee discount even if you don't have your employee ID.

But for some reason, this lady who said she was like an assistant manager, said that she cannot manually put in my sisters employee ID because she needs to bring the physical ID instead. At this specific Ross, they have applied my sisters employee ID manually, even without the physical ID.

Hi all: This is a formal complain about Ross store located at 823 industrial blvd TN 37167. I bought a pair of shoes a day ago , tried it on which is size 9 I kept it for only one day thinking I can use to it .

5 , I had my receipt every thing. But the store manager gave me a very bad treatment with a rage of anger not returning the shoes as it has been used for less than a day . It didn’t end to that but she also kept yielding at me and almost kicking me out of the store .

I have a complaint for a Ross Store manager which is located in 2555 Town Center Blvd N, Sugar Land, TX 77479. She was very rude and disrespectful. I bought many things two days ago and when I came home I realized 2 of them were damaged.

Today ( 06/22/2023 ) I just wanted to return them back and cashier called the manager . She only looked and said I only can get 1 of it. I asked why? She didn’t accept the expensive one without any reason.

I waited in line for about 5 minutes (due to being only one cashier and several customers). Eventually, another cashier opened a register. She helped 1 customer and then it was my turn. I told the cashier that I wanted a purse out of the glass case. She told me that I needed to get back in line because the other cashier had the key. I asked, can't you get it, the case is right there. She told me to get back in line because the cashier is almost done with her customer. I got back in line. First of all I LOVE ROSS STORES. But.. Why can't you put the price and size stickers on the bottom of the shoes. Most of the shoes would be ruined using water or solution to remove them. It seems trivial but it isn't attractive and they get sticky on your feet.

This morning in Round Rock at the IH35 store there was a customer line to the back of the store with one cashier. It took me 30 minutes in line to check out all while watching the manager talking to other employees and loss prevention.

I saw 15-20 customers get upset, put their choices down and leave the store. Why didn’t the manager see this, she was standing there the whole time. After checking out and approaching the manager to discuss this, she could have cared less.

Is Ross saying their time is more important than mine?

At store 0340, I went into the dressing room and had 9 items to try on. " I appreciated her consideration and tried on the clothes. Upon exiting the dressing room was a different employee who immediate started fussing at me for having the 8 and 1.

I asked her "why are you fussing at a customer? " I found out before leaving the store, the lady who fussed at her customer is the manager of the store, Miriam. " All the other staff in that store were pleasant and helpful.

I do not appreciate a manager who is supposed to be a role model and support to their staff so rude to customers and staff.

Ask two Store associates that was on the floor a question to find an item..Neither of them spoke English. I thought when you apply for a job you need to know Either English or Spanish and English. Come on people.

Your loss prevention and management should be fired. You allow low life's to enter your store's and steal merchandise. Your locations in South Philadelphia are a disgrace. I've watched mother's stealing and allowing their children to steal, Thief's walking out with your own suitcases and filling them with shoes , clothes, and walking right out front door.

Meanwhile others who are decent hard working rely on your store for the prices and pay for there purchases. I'm a regular at your locations at 8 th and market , 3 rd Oregon and 24th and passyunk . It a huge disappointment that your company tolerates theft and does not keep these repeat offenders out of your business.

They verbally assault your employees and paying customers.
