I called 6 stores to see if they had a size 18 shoe cause I usually drive to each store and waste half a tank each time and the managers say call us and we can check to see if we have them cause some stores are 30-45 minutes away and then having to drive another 45 minutes to another one from the one you just went too and

they were all like you'll have to come in and check I'm like really y'all's managers say call and we can check and the employees are so lazy and say oh we don't check to see if we have stuff call any other store they will check it's so ridiculous I buy so many pairs of shoes from y'all I should get free ones sometimes lol wish people would do their jobs

I just had a cashier who was young take three people in front of me and then tell me to move to the side to take the people behind me, even the lady behind me said she's been in front of us this entire time & then she started cursing & said she was going to go out into the parking lot and fight me.

Funny how I was the only white girl in the line so she skipped me and took everybody else which was like 10 other people and somebody else had to come ring me up because she was going to have to fight me. m.

Ross store cashier Kirkland I was returning a top at Ross(Kirkland) bought from Ross Woodinville location. purchased in May 1st and returned May 3rd week. It was just tried at home and since it was tight was returning it. But wasn't wore for a long time but when I was returning this the cashier insulted me saying this too is stinky.

I said I can't smell and he said it is your stink so you can't smell. I had few more tops from a different store to return and when I went just softer Ross they haven't complained about stinky. I think it is about the cashier.

All the time I was waiting in the line for my turn he was just starring at me. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my appearance. But in this country all people are treated equally irrespective of color, race and ethnicity.

I shopped at Ross store 2407 and attempted a return with manager Elena who happened to be on her cell phone. The tag on the skirt was labeled short instead of skirt. She stated she won’t take it back and was very condescending.

I felt she was insinuating that I switched the tags in a $14 skirt. She said I can come back another day when another manager is there. I have my receipts and service was terrible. Will not shop at this store again.

I just spent $141 at the store in new Iberia and they were putting all my stuff in little bags. The employee at the next counter I happen to be folding some bags and she had the big ones. I asked if I could have my stuff put in a big bag so I can carry them to my car instead of three or four small bags.

Her reply was we were running short on the big bags and she would not give me at least one big bag.! She simply ignored my request and acted like I hadn’t even asked. No apologies nothing! Since you can’t take a basket out, I had to struggle to my car with all my merchandise.

I was tempted to put everything back because that’s ridiculous. They weren’t out she had some in her hand.

Hello, my name is Jackie and I was a employee of Ross store in Austin, Texas and capital plaza North Austin general manager there name is Eddie HR is Angela Allen. I had injury due to the job back at the end of January and I let them know that I was gonna be out of work because I was on crutches, and

had difficulty standing up and walking, I stayed on crutches for two months had x-rays done finally got a MRI and had a hemorrhaging disk due to the job. This was confirmed by my neurologist and also to begin with my pain specialist gave them a note back and December.

Purchased a shirt, loved how it fit purchased it, took it home went to wash it a few days later still had the security tag, unfortunately for me when I went back to the store they wouldn’t do anything for me because I didn’t have the receipt, having the card I used wasn’t an option. I wasn’t planning on returning the shirt so I didn’t keep the receipt. Left the shirt there because I had no use for it with security tag, once was a loyal shopper, now I will never shop there again.

Two young Spanish girls at the Ross store on garrisonville Rd in Stafford VA were very unprofessional. After waiting in line for a long time, I finally make it to the checkout counter where the one girl began ringing me up, stopped in the middle of ringing me up to talk to the other girl about some guy.

She proceeded to continue scanning my items slowly, then she stopped again to go to the other register and rang someone else up that wasn't even on her register. I asked if somebody else could finish ringing me up so the other girl came and scanned one of my items then stopped to talk again.

I literally snapped because I only had about 7 things total. Once I snapped she started throwing my things in the bags. I love the Ross stores but I won't be going back to that store until those young…

I’ve been working at Ross (the one in Warminster PA) for almost a year and never had any complaints until now. My Manager John Kollie is the reason i’m complaining. He never does his job the right way and always rude and mocks his employees everyday.

Me and him had a disagreement the other day and without any warning sent me home. The next day i came in and he continued to make me feel bad and call me out for things i didn’t even do.

He made me very upset to the point i was bawling my eyes out in front of everyone. He even mad another employee quit this same day. Then later that day he proceeded to leave me and and Area Supervisor alone in the store until closing with 100 customers back to back with no help.

I stood in the return line for 10 minutes waiting to return a pair of shoes, I had my receipt in hand and there was one person in front of me. There were 3 customers in line to pay. There were two cashiers.

The cashiers assisted the paying customers and when they called the last one I asked if they’d be taking returns and was told yes. The cashier then called for the next return so the woman in front of me went.

At that moment I was the only person in line. While the cashiers were finishing up with their customers, three more customers waiting to purchase items joined the line. Upon entering the sales line I said hello how are you doing to the cashier and got no respond. 84 . I give her $23 and then she doesn't say or look in my direction. So I obtained my receipt in which she gives me back my change.

Still not looking at me and doesn't say anything like "Thank You", "Get Out", or anything. That is unprofessional. I shop this location at least once a week and drop anywhere from $22 to over $100 at each visit and I think that this is totally uncalled for and unacceptable.

I couldn't tell if it was because I was a white man and she was a black woman or what? But she had serious attitude and was giving it all to me. By the way it's the Ross location near Little Five Points / Candler Park.

I walked to the store around 4 pm on todays date 4/11/2023. I got a few stuff for my truck. Around 4:30 pm in chicago locql time, i checked out. While checking out. I took an envelope out of my pocket and pull out $100 bill to pay for my stuffs.

I bought a chair at the Kapolei store yesterday. The clerk was rather rude, but I don't think I would show good customer service if I were getting paid the slave salary she is getting. She told me I could not borrow a dolly (they were parked all around) and she refused to call a staff member to help me take it to my car.

I normally would have left it on her counter and told her to have a nice day, but I really liked that chair so I paid for it and picked it up to carried to my car which was 1/4 mile a away. Many people offered to help me as the saw a 67 year man carrying a 30 pound chai I told them all to never shop at that store.

I could not believe this store was so getto they had uniformed security guard at the door. I never intend to set foot in a Ross store again!

I went to my local ross store that i frequently shop at. I had very good luck finding things for my family for Easter so I had a larger purchase. As I went to the checkout i attempted to take the clothes off the hangers for the sales girl to help the process go faster since people were lining up behind me.

About halfway through my purchase the girl was ahead of me ringing up items while I was removing hangers and stacking them beside my clothes she said oh there is a rack over there you could have put the hangers. I politely said ok although I had no plans to walk back behind me to hang the hangers and take more time.

Sunday March 26 2023, Store #0708 Bluffton SC only two cashier and a manager working. Waited twenty minutes or more. Liner is back to the long rack in middle of store one cashier getting off,he is cleaning. Now only one register open for five or ten minutes Manage doing other things.

I came to ross to return stuff today and I gave 3 receipts, one reciept was loss and the guy did not help to find when I handed it him previously.

Firstly, i need you guys to check the camers and make sure the reciept isnt there.

4675 Firestone Blvd in South Gate. I went to the Firestone and Atlantic. In the azalea shopping center. I went to shop and I got a laundry basket, a girl who works there comes up to me and says “her store manager told her that I had to have a cart”.

And I told her for stealing right. And she didn’t know what to say. I did not ever steal from this store and I come here all the time. What was rude of them was they could have came up to me a different way or asked if I needed a cart.

The manager at the Falls Church StoreVA did no accepted my TAX EXEMPT CARD from the US STATE DEPARTMENT unless I provided a Photocopy of it. She did not want to make a copy herself neither accepted an emailed picture.

Hello, I'm contacting you about the conduct of your Ross store located in Altamonte Springs, FL / store # 0514 - Assoc # 2313726 on 3/17/2023 @ 10:52 pm. There's a complete disregard for the customer at this location when it comes to the checkout process.

On this specific occasion, I waited an extraordinary amount of time to check out. It was near closing time, and there were 6-7 customers in line waiting to check out and only one checkout line was open. I'm sure you're aware that some Ross customers buy 30+ items so it can take some time to check out each person.

I have been shopping at Ross for many years and have been a huge promoter of the store. It is a big joke in my family how often I shop there and how much I purchase there. I very rarely make a return but today I went in to return 2 sweaters.

I had the receipt and the tags were still on the items. The store manager told me he couldn't help me because on the receipt it stated it was a red top and the sweater was actually gray and the other one did t match the description either.

Ross should do better at making sure all security alarms tags are remove from clothes during checkout. They left a security tag on an item I bought and unfortunately they do not want to remove it due to not having a receipt.

Is 2023, they should be able to find the receipt in their system with the transaction number. I’m a frequent shopper at Ross and pay with CC so I have records of all purchases. Is a shame a company of this magnitude doesn’t have the means to look up a transaction. Disappointed

Went to the Ross Store located at 3880 S. Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas, NV. This complaint is particularly about the unsanitary condition of the women's restroom. There was crumbled up and what appeared to be used toilet paper all over the ground in the only working stall.

The smell coming from this bathroom plus seeing that toilet paper like that and I was utterly disgusted and refrained from using the toilet. I didn't feel safe or that the restroom was of sanitary standards that would be acceptable for the publics use.

When I came out if the restroom a worker was standing there, monitoring who goes in and out. ' And she replied 'once in the morning, but they get dirty quickly from all the people using it in a day'.

I'm here at your store waiting for it to open. Why do all your employees take the spots nearest to the door at 8am causing your customers to walk farther? 4 prime spots taken closest to door. I understand moving your car near the door before end of your shift for security, but during day these spots should be left open for PAYING CUSTOMERS NOT EMPLOYEES.

Ross store located in New Orleans, LA.n has a line wrapped around 2x. Asked an associate if another register can ve open and the associate stated there no employee in the store while she stood to the side having a conversation worh another associate working behind the registered. Went to Ross in Brunswick ga. With a friend and was waiting in line both cashier ' were working until the black lady with blone short hair ,shut her register down when we were next in line. She walked to the other register when little Mexican girl was working and stood .

I was waitingin line and lady 1 employee was trying to help a customer with returns and purchases. The customer had a lot of returns with several receipts she was going through. 2 other employee (a male and female) was standing talking and the female was on her cellphone.

I was getting ready to pay at 10:00 pm tonight Wednesday, February 22nd. The cashier was still in the register and the two floor associates didn't let me pay because they said it is now 10:00 and the store is closed.

6541 N Riverside, Fresno Ca 93722. Long time customer pressed the jewelry help button for assistance. After a few minutes the associate turned from her cash register and told me “ you need to stand in line if you want to look at jewelry” then turned back to her register.

My wife went into the fitting room, and left over $100 worth of merchandise with the lady that worked at the fitting room, took one item into the fitting room, told the woman she wanted to save the rest of the items when she left the fitting room, everything had been put back and

the woman that spoke no English had no idea or was unable or unwilling to retrieve my wife’s items! We left the store without buying anything.
