A friend and I visited your Santee, CA store and were stereotyped, harassed, and followed around the store as if we were stealing. We felt very offended, and unwelcome. We came to shop and spend our money and instead we were so offended we didn't purchase anything and walked out.
I asked who the manager was and she told me her name was Gloria which happened to be the main person who was following and harassing us. We will never come to this store again we are so unhappy with how we were treated.

Me and mother went to a Ross today in mission Tx location and the person who was running the self check out was extremely rude and started yelling at us and being completely disrespectful toward us for no reason. I didn’t respond to her because I was simply shocked at how she was treating us.
I felt embarrassed , disrespected and utterly speechless in how we were being treated in front of alot of people who were in line. I called the store and spoke to the assistant manager regarding what happened and she said she will speak with her.
I will no longer shop at a place where people are being treated so poorly. I didn’t deserve this behavior at all where I was simply trying to purchase things that my mother needed. I was very close to just throwing this and walk out.

On 2 occassions that I shopped at the Ross store it was in Washington state. 1st expreience: Bellevue WA 2013 Here is what happened: I was attempting to shop for some clothes. I went to the fitting room were I came face to face with one of the rudest clerks ever.
She barked out commands at me such as: Put your shoes over there she had been pointing at a corner I had picked out some Calvin Klein shoes which btw I never had the chance to buy. The clerk gave me a ticket I go into the room to try on some clothes.

Ross Stores does not follow their return /exchange policy that is online or in store. They have fraudulent advertising for this policy because per the staff in the store that's not the policy. The store workers profile you and do not treat all customers equally.
Ross Stores does not practice good or unfair business practices when it comes to consumers. I could not do a store credit yesterday because I did not have the original tag on my item. Even thought I had the date time proof of purchase on my debit statement and employees that remembered me in the store that day.

The supposed store manager with longer goldish hair maybe in mid 20s or early 30s, was arguing with us about pricing on some Christmas red shot glasses . 99. 99. 99. This manager said things come in at different times so the skews were probably different.
I asked to have them at the price all the others were priced at and she said no. 99. She still refused. I decided to step in between the manager and my friend. I said I didn’t want the shot glasses.
I told the manager to stop arguing with my friend. So it ended there. My friend checked out. We left. This is the second incident with managers acting disruptive and argumentative in my shopping experience within a couple of months.

Are you aware that the Ross store right near Disney World is disastrous? They have no cleanliness, organized display of clothes. you cannot go in and find a thing without having to go through the piles is merchandise safety and efficiently.
It’s so frustrating and I went for the first time to Ross in our area. Always used to shop at your orange park store. It was always clean and could find what your looking for. You should take all the merchandise and do this when you don’t have customers.

I went to the store on east capital in Milwaukee WI to pick up a package from the Amazon hub locker and the store was closed allegedly due to maintenance issues what that had to do with my package pickup I don't know.

I was charged twice for an item I purchased on 1-4-23. I bought the item back on 1-8-23 and was told by manager Ms Arnita (very nasty attitude) that I had to bring my entire $175 purchase back (11) items to prove it. Some of these items had been worn and used. This was embarrassing and ridiculous. With 45 minutes I brought the used and new items back just for her to count. She did nothing special. Bought an undergarment today. One undergarment. It was the only item I purchased. Came home, put it on, got stabbed by the 1/2 of the security tag that was not removed by the cashier. The store was not busy at the time. There were ample cashiers.

I was injured at one of your stores in Orlando Florida today and the manager didn’t seem like she could do anything other than advise me to fill out an incident report. This is unacceptable that store was horrible beyond words.

December 13, 2022 at approximately 10:30 pm. I went to Ross at Poway and unfortunately my bracelet got stuck in one of the sweaters that I was trying on the floor and I dropped it. At that time there was one employee and myself at the store only.
I went home and later I realized that my bracelet was gone so I went back to the store. When I came back, the bracelet was gone. I have asked many times for help. The other managers told me that only Anguie, the manager could look at the cámaras, but nobody told me that they cannot do that.

I had two items to purchase and I wanted to use the Merchandise Return Card I had in my possession. This is the first time I have ever had a return card as I never return anything, but didn't find the receipt for one small item and was given this Merchandise Return Card in lieu of a credit card credit. The store in springdale shopping center Austin Texas. Management not able to sale merchandise as requested. I had two items with same squie numbers one marked down the other size I needed wasn’t manager Rosa said they couldn’t sell it to me at the same price because they hadn’t put a mark down ticket.
Also I had purchased an item two days before at regular price and I had my receipt and they said it was marked down and only wanted to give me the cheaper price.
