I took my 11 month baby to Ross store located in 1077 E Shaw Ave, Fresno, Ca today at 10/30/2022. I need to file a complaint about Lisa, who is a while lady at the age of about 55-65. Lisa had treated me and my baby in discrimination, and told me what to do in front my baby for something not my fault at all.

There was a worker pushed off a big metal chair right in front of us and that chair completely blocked our way, and yet she walked right away, pretending nothing had happened. So I used my leg to gently slid it to the side, because I don't feel safe to completely leave the baby in cart considering the size of the chair. I’m handicapped, w can’t stand up straight standing still very long. I asked the manager Karen did she have a handicapped lane she so no very nasty to me. I’m here in Phoenix Arizona visiting for my first time and I was treated like that.

I have been shopping at Ross for many years now. Today I brought several items from the clearance rack and proceeded to the checkout like I always do. The cashier appeared very agitated and under stress. There was one item that did not have a Ross store tag on it.

I advised the cashier about it and also told her that I selected the item from the same rack. I asked if she can check the price. She immediately stated, "I am not going to give you a clearance price".

I told her I was not asking for a clearance price. I just wanted to know if she can check what the actual price is. The item did have an original tag from the maker. she looked at this original tag which was $45 along with the color of the security devise and stated, "The price is going to be in the in the 40's.

Went to try on clothes in the Drexel Hill location dressing room. They have an old woman who is rude as crap. I told her how many clothes and she said something and I didn’t hear her so I said what and she rudely goes pick up the number; not sure why the customer is doing her job but

I picked up the number and then she just pointed to where I go, no customer service at all!!! It was unbelievable to me how rude she was, miserable face no smile and was sitting on her ass when I walked out and she just again pointed to where I put the clothes.

Please for the love of God put her in the back behind the scenes cause she should not be working a job she apparently hates!!

I'm actually an employee well ex employee at Ross located at 1060 Brentwood Rd NE, Washington, DC 20002. I just have like a very serious complaint for starters they said that I would be on call. But I haven't been in for about 3 to 4 months normally I am in.

When I went to the store to just shop I seen new employees at the registers no old employees just new.

Also I haven't been getting paid I think it's unfair to hire someone and not pay them. It's not my problem that I haven't been in and I still need to get paid. I'm struggling to find a new job because this would be my first job.

I purchased a long, formal dress & the cashier began balling the dress up & started to put in a small bag. I stopped her & asked her to put dress in something more suitable. She stated which I do not recall saying I asked her to take dress off hanger & that is why she did that.

I informed her I did not think that was appropriate at anytime & especially something special like a formal dress . She put dress back on hanger & handed me the dress without any covering. I asked did they not have a way to cover the dress up before I took it out the store.

She was very rude stated that she always balled items up & no one complained & she did not have anything to cover item up with. I asked for a large bag & put over hanger to cover at least the top of dress as most clothing stores do.

I feel like I guess the manager on duty was trying to single my family out. We was by the fragrance department. Smelling the scents she right past us gave a stare that was uncomfortable to me. Then went to front on the microphone and announced not to spray on the perfumes.

I told her it was a better way to say it. Like to us person since we was the only ones over there. Instead of announcing it to the store. She tried to say a smart remark. She very unprofessional.

Tonight when I went to check out I asked the cashier if I could get some earring from the jewelry case, she asked the manager. Whose name is Allen, and he's shouted back "NO WERE CLOSED", and him and a couple of other employees started laughing.

There were customers in line behind me so I wasn't the only one left in the store. Then when I got out to my car I realized I forgot my phone inside the store. I knocked on the door and mouthed to the employee I had lost it.

She looked around and came back telling me it wasn't there, I told her I have a number someone could call it for me but she ignored me. So I had to leave ross and call my phone so they could find it.

I was in your Lauderdale Lakes store today. I’m sad to say it’s a shame I waited 30 plus minutes in a line for four items. You have two cashiers working and one cashier have to close her line to get change or cash for the other cashier and get designer bags for customers.

While a customer goes to the refund line and changes her mind about returning the cashier allows her to stay in that line starts ringing up her basket full of items. Needless to saw while we who have been waiting patiently is still in line.

I live in Napa, CA and very seldom shop at Ross because it's always so busy and it seems to be short-handed but tonight on my way home I haven't seen there wasn't a lot of people in there so I thought I'd go shopping I go in I went through the whole store took me about 45 minutes.

It was wonderful I got up to the cash register there was somebody in line already being helped they had a lot of things they were buying a bunch of baby clothes there was two other people on the other register and I stood there for longer than it took me to drive home from Ross which is a couple miles and nobody noticed me looked at me acknowledged me or anything I had two items and

My Problem was that I saw a young Lady being so disrespected. I meant to follow through with this but misplaced the direct day and time! This young lady was verbally cussed out by a very nasty female and no one a mgr or anyone assisted her.

She is around 17 or 18 years old and you can tell she may not have been working there long. The date was around August 19th or 20th afternoon hr. The Staff was very unprofessional.. I felt reall bad for her.

I would not shop at this Ross again!!!! You need to talk to the staff and let them know this should not have been allowed!!! I was hoping the young lady quit, but a mgr should have assisted her.. So Ridiculous!!

I was in the nampa Ross and there was a clearance tag on a Jean jacket. my daughter picked it out for me and I walked over to look at it . 49 so I agreed we could purchase it.

I had to make a return and when i got to the store the doors were locked it was 8:50 it was closed earlier than what the sign ob the door said which was 9pm. So Gina the manager decided to allow me in amd i was told that i could not return my items that paid with using a Debit Card Transaction and i could only recieve in store credit.

I went to the Ross on 14251 Fm 2920 Rd, Tomball, TX 77377 on 9/12/2022 around 5:30pm. I was very disappointed at management as this individual saw that the ONE cashier had a line of TEN customers and did not bother to help her.

Even when she asked the cashier if a certain employee was there and the girl told her no. She walked away and picked up hangers and put carts in their place while all the customers had to wait. Are managers not allowed to ring customers up or something?

It was ridiculous and it was apparent she didn't care about the customers.

My complaint is regarding the manager at the Ross Store located at 3033 S. Sepulveda Blvd in Los Angeles, CA 90034.

I needed to return a clothing item which I purchased from Ross a few days prior to this incident. PLS note that I DID have the receipt for the item upon returning.

there were employees looking but acting like nothing happened when I asked 3 different employees they said they were 5 mins to closing so someone must have put it away and would not try to retrieve it for me or let me re gather the items I desperately needed for a trip I am going on tomorrow.

Ross Dress for Less store in Gurnee, IL typically will only have two cashiers with a very long line of customers waiting to check out. I had been waiting in line for more than 20 minutes while two cashiers checked out customers. When it was finally my turn to check out, the cashier I was about to go to told me to wait because I have to help the Jewelry department customer. There are employees standing around talking.

So, now there is only one cashier available and 15 minutes later I was able to check out. m. on 8-20-22. Upon entering your store I was placing my 2 yr old son in the shopping cart in the front part of it, I was approached by assistant manager April she politely asked me if I would put my 4 yr old daughter in the shopping cart.

I told her no my daughter does not like being in the shopping cart but I will keep her by her side. A few minutes later I hear an a announcement over the PA system all children under the age of 5 needs to be in a shopping cart or you will be asked to leave the store.

On Sunday August 14, 2022, around 5:30pm one of your Store in Rowlett Texas. My granddaughter (15 years) and myself experienced such unprofessional behavior from one of your supervisors down talking to (2) ladies’ cashiers on the registers in front of a line of customers in such matter that was degrading.

I visited Ross Store #1165 on 08/08/2022 looking for Halloween decorations & workout equipment. While the store my 3yr stated he needed to use the restroom. I went to front to ask an associate if we could please use the restroom.

The store associate was a young African American guy who was rude but also lazy when responding. He said we had to wait for him to finish because he was busy. After waiting for about 10-15 mins I again reminded him that my toddler had to pee and not wait any longer.

I have been to Ross on Fairview Ave. in Meridian, ID for the 2nd time now and have been treated so rudely by the woman with a Bosnian or Russian sounding accent. She does NOT wear a nametag Today me and 4 other families were waiting for the dressing room to open, because they said they were on break and would be back in 10 to 15 minutes.

Worst experience trying to buy school clothes for my 4 children! I just spend over 550$ to be cussed at by the employee that was supposed to be working the fitting room department and she was very unprofessional! She’s rude and out of line for using profanity and explaining that she has 7 children, that she needs her job because she can get fired for my son holding the bathroom door open.

Today, I went to the Ross store in Little Rock AR. I could not try on clothes. They had a lame excuse that the dressing rooms need cleaning. Just about every time you go there, the dressing room needs cleaning.

I believe they did that because they knew it was tax free weekend and people will be stealing. I do not want to buy something and not trying it on and then turn around and have to bring it back.

That is inconvenient and wasting high price gas.

i went to your new store in McAlester Ok. today and we were told that I could not help my wife in the dressing room. My wife is legally blind although she can see some things. She has a disease called posterior colitral atrophy which is similar to dementia except it attacks the rear of the brain instead of the frontal lobe. even though I explained that my wife needed assistance to dress and undress we were told that we could not be in any of the dressing rooms together. I was in the Hollywood Ross last night and I was paying for my items as I waited for the the girl to do a price check for me when a gentleman came up and stood very close to me pretending to Kno me. He was standing uncomfortablely close so i looked at him, he smiled, so I smiled back.

While shopping at 820 E Alosta Ave, Azusa, CA 91702 I was approved by first one lady that randomly asked me to leave the store followed by a second which claimed to be a manager. That actually accused me and my wife of being catch on security cameras stealing.

all my wife was doing was sorting things out( picking and choosing items she wanted and didn't want. I took the initiative to clear mine and my wife's names so I showed both employees my bag and all it's content,.
