Visited the Decatur, AL store on July 1, 2022 it was one of the nastiest stores I have ever been to. Clothes, racks, shoes were everywhere. There was not a single isle that was arranged. There were even long rack type clothes things in the kitchen isle you could not get through.

There was not a rack of clothing that had the correct sizes together. The rack along the wall that had shoes are as terrible. There was more shoes in the floor scattered out than was on the wall rack. There was clothes in the curtain isle, clothes in kitchen stuff, clothes everywhere.

One lady I was speaking with said it looked more like a thrift store. I told her I had seen thrift stores be better organized than the Ross store was today. I have shopped at this particular store for years but will not go back…

Hello Sir/Madam, I am a loyal customer at countless Ross stores and this is the first time I was so embarrassed and humiliated by a store employee that I feel my business should be take elsewhere to prevent this type of humiliation. On 14 jun 2022, I was shopping at the WB store in Sanford, florida, I kept noticing an employee following me around.

I did not take it personal but when I went to check out, I noticed this same employee behind me and making personal chit chat with the clerk when I completed my purchase and payment. As I tried to exit the store he kept watching as if he expected something to happen.

The buzzer at the door went off and he was quick to respond to retrieve my bags and start checking inside. After doing this in front of all these customers testing items…

The lady as assistant manager name: shahnaz Jafari, this lady taking all item goes on sale for herself and does not leave them on the floor for customer and that is make everyone mad, the sale is for customers not for employees if you promote and make sales. This is against the law as she does not people to buy good sales prices.

I think she buys them to sale them on line for her benefit and make side job business.

Also she is very rude and not friendly at all.

Hi, I am writing because I was in yesterday to return 2 pairs of shorts that I purchased at the Marinette store about a month ago. Instead of returning the second pair the girl actually rung the second pair up, which means I paid for them twice, once a month ago and once yesterday, but the shorts were returned.

I drove an hour and a half home then noticed what had happened so I called the store. They told me they would see what they could do and would call me back today. When I received no call back today, I called the store & the girl who answered today told me she had spoke with the girl I talked to yesterday there was nothing they were going to do for me unless I took the 3 hour round trip ride to your store.

The Camarillo store has the worst customer service. I have been shopping at this store for over 15 years and for the last 5 years now I have received HORRIBLE Customer service not from employees the store manager. She has no filter when she talks to customers and she is disrespectful to everyone including her staff.

I have decided today that I will not be shopping there anymore.

I bought a purse on the 10th of February prior to going on vacation. The very first day I used it, the zipper broke. I never thought about keeping the receipt or a tag because I usually don't have to return a purse.

I took it to the store today, because I didn't have the tag or receipt they told me there was nothing they could do about. I was only looking to exchange it for the same amount or get in-store credit.

Now I am stuck with a broken purse that I can't use.

I was at ross store #-4116 around 11:00 am on 02/14/2020, when i got the line to pay , there is only one lady on line and there were 2 people at the return dept and no one was at the cashier for purchase. One lady was on line for return and no one was on line for purchasing. So I waiting behind the lady on line for the return since no one at the cashier. I waited for around 10 mins then one girl came and opened the cashier. While i was waiting, other lady was behind me. The later one, other person came to next to me who was on line for purchase.

This is a complaint regarding this Honolulu Ross store on Keeaumoku (711 Keeaumoku St. Honolulu, HI 96814). I've been there many times because of the variety and quantity of good merchandise. That's not the problem, it's the people who work there, they simply don't give a dam. It's to the point I don't bother asking for any assistance anymore. But yesterday was the worst because I and a whole bunch of people behind me had to wait extensively for the cashier while that person dilly-dallied and took care of personal business with someone.

It was raining I had some time to kill and I really wanted the wonderful shoes and blouse I bought. I think these people need retraining before I retired I had several Jewelry stores and hired and fired many people. Other Ross store on Ward is my favorite…

Awful Rude Service experienced today { Feb 3, 2020} time 2:18 pm with your cashier Delores {associate - 256573 at the Hollywood Florida store {0287} in Oakwood Shopping Center Plaza. I bought several items, 2 being large trays, and some linen also, I asked Delores for an extra shopping bag, as this one was about to tear.

She actually looked at me with an attitude and you could see and feel the bad energy coming from her breath. I was a customer, I thought? She was one of the worst customer service reps that I have come across in a very long time. No excuse for rudeness.

I am a visitor here in LA from Virginia for a few days to see my friends and Yesterday around 5:30 PM I entered to the store and Unfortunately I left my Micheal Kors purse inside the cart while I was checking items. For a while I did not check my cart as I was talking and shopping with my friends.

Then after 10-15 minutes I realized the cart is not there! At the same time I saw a security officer and I told her that my purse was here and I asked her if she had seen it. She said that she did not see it while she was passing me quickly!

First time ever to buy & return and last time I will ever shop there again. Method of approach used to tell me I could not return due to 30 days expired. I tried to explain that I was guilty of not reading back of receipt.

I’m actually a employee with Ross I’m another town but the Ross in Oxford al exchange is where I need to report one of the managers. She was very rude, kept looking my mom and I up and down like she was judging us.

When I went to ring me stuff up I could only ring half because I was paying two separate ways because I only had a certain amount on each card. The employee acting like it was such a struggle to do that and then proceeded to say she cannot give me my discount because I wasn’t using MY card but the card I was using doesn’t have any name on it, it’s a prepaid card.

A couple of weeks ago I was shopping in the Ross at the las Posas center in San Marcos ca. And the security guard was a Latino male with a mustache he made my shopping experience very uncomfortable. For whatever reason he seemed suspicious of me checking me in every aisle especially when I was trying to pick a candle out never even greeted me at the door and

I was hit on my chin and the top of my head by 2 different toys while searching for a Christmas gift. Those toys are just thrown on the shelves, there is no order and it is dangerous. When I asked for a manager to complain about the lack of safety, even though she was pointed out to me, she never came to talk with me.

I requested she be called twice. I finally left the merchandize I was going to purchase and store without talking to her but asked the employee who called her for me to let her know I would be filing a complaint regarding the lack of safety and the really poor customer service.

If those toys, boxes, hit someone's child like they hit me you would be sued. If anyone had seen me hit by them I would be suing.

My daughter went to the Ross Store located at 1945 W Palmetto Street, Florence SC 29501 to return a dress. When she gets up to the service desk and tries to explain to the lady what she was trying to do the lady proceeds to tell her that it's past the time that she can bring the dress back and

get her money back and that all she can do is give her an in-store credit. My daughter say's to the lady today is the 5th and I bought it on the 5th and there are 31 day's in both months.

I was standing in your holiday section and a bunch of frames we're just stacked on the floor, standing, on top of each other and one with a metal frame fell on my food and cut my foot. I'm in tears.

It's stinging so badly and bleeding. And two different floor workers came over and did not even offer me a bandaid. Let alone an apology or anything else. I have never been so hurt or so insulted in my life.

I wanted to return a multi plug electrical outlet (28OCT2019) because it was smoking when I plugged it into my outlet. I went to the side where the department I bought it from is located. Susan was the cashier and told me they usually do not return electrical appliances.

Ross Store in Santa Ana California, on Bristol and sunflower corner. Went to the store tonight 10/10/19 around 10:30 PM. The young lady in the fitting room was rude. When I came to her to try the clothes, she didn’t say anything and ignored me. That’s fine.

Then when I was done trying the clothes and put them back. I was waiting to get back the blush I wanted to purchase. she just ignored me. When I asked for it, she just pointed at it and remarked “It’s over there” Instead of handing it to me.

Returned items, no receipt but never worn and with tags attached. I was given 1 piece of paper, it looked like a receipt. I did not leave the store, I simply went to look at some items to purchase and got back in line for the register (different lady since the person who did my returns went on break).

I recently visited one of your stores located on Pico and Alvarado I believe the store is #1711 (I contacted store to get this information and spoke with an assistant manager) and when I went to fitting room with my 6 items to try on I was encountered by an employee named Beverly.

I have never been so disgusted or embarrassed by a retail employee as I was by this employee. I have encountered disgruntled employees before and generally I am able to brush it off attributing their behavior to a bad day, but this woman not only sized me up, but criminally profiled when I was headed to the fitting room.

I have been shopping at Ross stores for 50+ years. This is the first time I have felt that the store is not very friendly to their customers. I shop in Ross 3 to 4 times a month and love to just look.

I am also in your senior club on Tuesdays. I purchased an item last week and wanted to exchange for a larger size. 30 because it was not the senior day. I said it was an even exchange couldn't they just override.

Nakia the store manager in Calumet City Illinois needs to be terminated. She’s harassed my daughter, Christia Hagans while she was an employee there. I go to a Ross located in Inglewood California. There are two guys I believe they call them SPS. These SPS like to check women out just like every other guy but these two really don’t care and don’t respect because they do it in a reckless way.

One of these guys name is Leo, he checked my wife out right in front of me and when he realized I was looking at him all he did was smile like it was okay. That same day I noticed how those guys don’t just do that with customers but also with their coworkers.

On 7/31/19 in grand Prarie thx while I was paying a cashier took my shopping cart without asking. Without knowing if I had any of my belongings left. My keys apple ear pods where attached to it. I asked the security guy if anybody returned any keys, he asked the assistant manager and with an attitude she said “we are not responsible” not even putting any effort to help find my keys as well the clerk that took my cart without asking!

99 top that does not fit. My husband drove round trip 50 miles to be turned down for a refund in cash because even with proof of purchase on a debit card from the bank they are only allowed to give you a store gift card.

The only exception must be made by the district manager which takes 4-5 days for him to make a decision because in the company's culture this is a deterrent for issuing cash refunds that may bankrupt them. 99 cash refund.

On December 18,2017 at 5pm. I had a very disturbing experience at the Ross in Cumming,Ga with a Manager named Tamara. While in line 2 other customer and I were conversing with each other about how ridiculous the line was with only two people on the register. Tamara took it upon herself to interrupt our conversation by say “She’s coming back from her break no need to be upset”. We looked at each other shocked at the way she interrupted and how she said what she said.
