I won a dispute in June 2023 and have yet to receive my money, I have been calling everyweek since July and they constantly tell me the same thing, we don't see it,then its we do see it its be sent over give it 45 days, then its they putting it in now give it two days for processing! This has been an ongoing thing its October haven't received nothing and the same conversation everytime I call

Hello my husband tax refund was sent to my card march 1, 2023 but I was told that rush card sent it back to the receiver I contacted IRS and the bank and everyone is still saying rush card has his fund it is now march 23 ,2023 and i keep getting the same response

I recently received my new RushCard in the mail in January. I activated the card, but my old email and cell phone number is listed on my file in your data bank. I've been a customer since 2016 or 2017.

I want to update my account information, meaning my email and phone number. The email and phone number listed when I activated my card is old. I need to register it so I won't have problems using my card. I also want to change my username and password because whenever I try to log in while using your website I cannot get through.

Whenever I call I get your voice messaging system and can't talk to a representative.

I been disputing that I haven't received my money and had somebody call me from the head office suppose to sent me a email with my transcript from march 17 2021 and never did I called back and the person on the phone didn't know what he was doing and kept repeating and repeating not answering anything at all I also informed him that I spoke to somebody last week but he wasn't listening keep getting run around poor service

I had some fraudulent activity on my Rushcard . I call to report it.. they said they would send me a new card in 7-10 business days... I waited a week... Then called back.. and I was told that I have to send documents! Did that. It was rejected...

Called back and they told me I had to write a letter and send that in... They are holding my money it has been almost 3 weeks and still no new card!! I have went to a ATM to get cash and the amount of $220 however the money did not expect out of the machines when I called the ATM machine they told me to call my institute which I did they're telling me that I'm not going to get my $220 for 45 to 90 days do not get a card from here there's no FDIC protection this is the poisoning Bank please everyone close down.

Since JUly 29, 2022 I have been trying to receive a copy of a denial letter for a dispute that i filed for fraudulent activity. I t was guaranteed supposed to be here by August 26, 2022. I have not received it yet.

I stay on the phone for 2 hours today trying to speak to a supervisor and no luck. I can talk to every employee you have but nobody seems to be able to provide a supervisor. Rush card is such an awful place now.

When I joined in 2007 it was great. Now it is nothing but a bunch of runaround and nonsense. I am still waiting for my final letter promised 2 weeks ago and havent received a refund for my money that was taken by someone else.

I called the 877 number trying to find out the status of my claim that I found from money that was taken out of my account without my knowledge.. and the representative was so nasty towards me for no reason...

Every time I talk she will breath heavily and sighed and the last straw was when she was like oh God... I said excuse me you know I can hear you right I said can you please stop being disrespectful towards me...

I asked her was her phone call being recorded and she said yes I said good because I'm going to file a complaint against you for being disrespectful towards me for no reason at all.. and I just hung up the phone on her..

she did that because the email that I had on file wasn't valid so I had to change my email so that means she had to send the form that I had to send back…

On March 17, 2022 I called to QUESTION a charge on my account. I never said I did not make the transaction, I just wanted to know who and what the charge was. The REP. was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and STRAIGHT OUT NASTY.

I asked him what the charge was as it was only 7 dollors and I just wanted to know who it was. He would not tell me and continued to tell me if it was unauthorized he was going to Close My Card and Send Me A New Card Which I Would Receive in 10 DAYS.

I TOLD HIM NO,,, I Just Wanted To Know What It Was. He continued to say it was DONE. I tried to speak but HE WAS RUDE and NASTY throughout the call. READING ME SOME KIND OF STATEMENT and TELLING ME WAS I THROUGH TALKING SO HE COULD DO HIS JOB. HE THEN CONTINUED...

AGAIN I TOLD HIM I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT THE CHARGE…

I have been with Rushcard for years. This year I received an email saying my tax return would be deposited a certain day. I was then asked for a form, I submitted the form and was patiently waiting for it to post.

I called several times and got several lies.

Finally they told me the wrong form was submitted and they sent my money back to the IRS. They could've called or emailed me to tell me. Yet I'm starving with three kids and on the verge of being evicted.

Ive been a customer since 2014 with rushcard. So i uploaded the documents and ive been hold two different times to verify my documents were recieved and im hung up on or im told they cant hear me and then hang up. This is unacceptable!

Rushcard is straight up fraud. It's deposited my refund on my card, they said to send in proof and I did that twice. Now today they saying that they sent it back to the IRS. I don't understand that, and now the call center is busy and it has not been this busy at all.

I have kids and bills to take care of. I will be having my lawyer on this, because this just to ridiculous. I'm very upset and angry. I will not recommend rushcard to nobody.

I've Done tried to talk to customer care Representatives, they issue me at a new card. It's been past 10 days talk to the manager she said usually it takes another couple of days for it to come in. I can't get and hold of rushcard to dispute and lot of transaction on my account that i did not do at all i stay on line for up to 3 hour's and then the phone hang up while someone is stealing my money. Yes this company is so bogus I've had 2 unauthorized charges taking of my cards the first transaction was with my old account and now the other one is with my new account and both of these transactions are coming from the same merchant im in the process now with them with a dispute with my old account as we speak and now they saying my new account had to be investigated as well so

Someone stole 3400 dollars from my account and not one time has this company helped me in getting my money back. I have sent in all documents that prove my claim and they still don’t help me. Now it’s to late to file my claim and I can’t get my money.

I have been with Rush card sinced 2016 thought it was a good company until today they cancel my card without given me a notice letting me know they was going to cancel it and when i called to ask questions about it they was so unprofessional. I been with RushCard 15 years and I have had problems since day one. I’m tired and today is the day I stop making Russell Simons rich. Only thing great was that I got my check on Wednesday! Time to move on and forward with my new bank account.

All them fees and contest that I never won was a big waste of time and energy. Russell don’t want to help his fellow Americans and that’s sad. I never got anything back from RushCard n that’s ridiculous!! 15 years of my money into they bank accounts.

I've been trying to get my money back for 3 days for a "BILL PAY". I told them it was a mistake and I desperately need my money back to pay my bills because I didn't understand the bill process.

I told them that I have to pay my rent so I wont be homeless in the near future. The amount of money is 1400 dollars. EVERY DAMN TIME they would not process my money back to me because it's saying that it been process but clearly online it says PENDING which means I can cancel if I want to.

I have 1400 dollars just floating in the air. I am a single mother, that's a lot of money to play with.

On May 25th I reported my card lost so I was supposed to have a card expedited 1 to 2 business days on the 28th I did not receive it so they said they were going to send another one I never received that either I finally got an operator that told me that the cards were not generated that it was a corporate issue now it is June 8th and

they have had a hold on my money for just about a month, because when i first got the card i couldn't remember the telephone number, so they asked me to fax a photo copy of my ID and my social security card and proof of my address and i did all that then they still have my card on hold I've been calling and emailing and chatting still nothing they have really been giving me the RUN AROUND.

Dear Rush card,

I have called into your poorly trained unprofessional, and rude customer service department since October 16, 2019 – October 23, 2019 regarding unauthorized charges on my account. I filed a dispute with your company and I was told that I would receive a provisional credit immediately while the investigation was taking place. If I won the investigation the credit would stay if I loss it the credit would be reversed. I told the rep ok I will be looking out for that. Then she told me that I should receive my card by the 23rd or 24th of October. I called into the office today and they tell me that I will not receive my card till sometime next week. Worse customer service experience by customer reps and supervisors. Fraudulent activity was done to my account, and it’s taking 2 weeks to get resolved in order for me to have access to my account via online. All because I need my email and phone updated.

Ask to speak to corporate and they refuse to give me a number.

On December 19 and 20th 2018 Stolen $700 out of my account I call Rushcard dispute it made a police report that Detective retrieved and video surveillance from cvs that showed two white males using the atm on 12/20/2018 at approximately 0105 hours and again approximately 6 minutes later at 0111 hours.

The first subject was a white male medium height and build wearing black sweat pants with a white stripe white t- shirt tennis shoes white jacket white hat and had a goatee the second subject who was also a white male medium height and build wearing blue jeans black shirt blue long sleeve shirt white tennis shoes with facial hair as well both subject used the atm and then exited the store several attempts were made with the rush card in an attempt to get a credit card statement/transaction…
