I experienced the worst service ever at the bogart ga sams club on 2/2/24. The two black ladies at customer no service counter I don’t know their names although I’m sure the manager, Marcus White does. He finally helped me.

I came to return a printer I bought 2 days prior that was unopened I had receipt . 00 printer . II asked what was the issue bc I had returned items before I purchased on his card . The rude customer service Manager said she didn’t care that was the policy and I read your policy it doesn’t state being unable to return something on my husbands card .

My husband and I are in our middle 70's and have been a customer of Sams for a long time. We were in the Wilmington NC location on 11/13/23 shopping. 99 if you use your app for Sams on the phone.

When he tried the app he could not remember is password. We spoke to one of the floor managers and she said there was nothing she could do to help or give us the discounted price. We then asked another manager for assistance and she said to go to customer service and they could reset the password.

When he returned to the display the only thing they gave him was our account number. We felt that we were completely ignored and that they could care less about us as customers. My husband and I will remember this when it comes to renewing our membership.

Hi My name is Sharon Smith while shopping at our Louisville KY store # 8276 on Preston Hwy I had a very bad experience with one for their front check out mangers her name was tinia while were waiting to be checked out the person in front of us being checked out the cashier was checking and a woman was putting things in her cart the woman was not handicap she could have done it herself.

when we got to the cashier the other woman left to go talk with her coworker or someone. I experience purchasing gas / purchasing merchandise from the store. During my transaction there was a need for a sore representative to approved a liquor purchase. The store representative approval to renew the card without letting me know. After reviewing my checking i notice 3 days later. We called to report the incident and was told all credit card are stored and can be used to renew card.

I feel a renewal payment should be verified with the customer. I asked to cancel the renewal payment . The representative on the phone was hesitant. Asa of the next day the credit was not done.

All representatives from the store should be getting approval from customer to renew cards and approval to offer auto pay. It was brought to me attention that auto pay was placed on the Debit for renewal.…

I don't want to leave my name or the email I use with Sam's, but you really need to look into your employees attitudes/actions. I was in the local Sam's club, bought 1 item, showed my receipt with the 'lady' at the door, she handed me receipt, I took 2 steps and she said "hey wait, you didn't pay for that", in front of 2 lines of customers waiting to show their receipt.

She accused me of stealing, being a THIEF in front of 20 or so people. If I was a woke idiot or one of their ilk (like this girl was) I would have gotten names/contact info from the people, that also voiced a concern when she said a few seconds later, "oh it's ok... technology" or some such tripe.

That is out and out slander and any lawyer in the land would take it for a percentage. Your employees should be trained…

Scheduled an appointment with their tire center. waited in store for OVER AN HOUR only to be told that they couldn't complete the work. OVER AN HOUR to be told that I needed to go and buy a lugnut key.

So far I have spent t OVER 3 HOURS OF MY ONLY DAY OFF in Sam's club. I am LIVID. they claimed they didn't have that specific "key" needed, when I was able to walk right into an auto part store and purchase one off the rack.

why then did I have to spend extra money on to of the 635 I paid Sam's to do the work. Now I'm out extra money and may be late to pick up my kids from school. After all is said and done I'm out over $600 as well as my entire day off.

I'm completely disgusted and frustrated and angry at the service I received. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

While visiting the gas pumps today, I pulled in to a spot where my gas tank was on the other side from the pump. Employee came up and said I had to be at a pump the same side as my gas take.

When in reality the line will reach across to the other side. I proceed to move to one, but my car was facing the wrong direction. Employee comes back out and tells me I can’t do that. I proceed to start filling my tank and she shuts the pump off on me.

This is completely unacceptable actions for your employees. When I asked the employee to speak with a manager she just starred at me for a few moments, than walked away without saying anything. Terrible customer service displayed from this employee to the point I may cancel my memberships

I had a interview on 8/24 at 10:30 am. I arrived at maybe 10:26 or 27. I sat over a hour and a half waiting to be interviewed in the midst of waiting another person had arrived for a 11:30 interview.

Finally sometime after 12ish someone came to interview me. I was offered the position and told id be called back for orientation times. I got a call stating there was a problem with my application and to fix it and they'd reach back out to me.

Here it is September 8th and still no one has called. I've been reaching out for over a week now and no one will return my call. Very unprofessional. How can you offer someone a job or position but never contact them back. I'm very upset.

I've been waiting weeks now with no luck.

I purchased several items and wanted to return 2 pairs of clothes I bought and it was within the 30 days ( which actually tried to return them 2 weeks later) and they refused to give me a refund. They said my membership was expired and I would have to renew my membership for the refund and I wasn't going to pay the forty some dollars to renew my membership when, the 2 items I was going to return cost a lot less.

I should of disputed the charges on ,my credit card but stupid me didn't think about contacting the bank. There service has went way down. Screw the little guy! All they care about is making money and robbing people blind for the hellishness membership fee.

Susy at the Sam's Club on Cicero and 30th opened the register on 1, it was previously closed with a long line at 2. My wife moves over to 1 from her spot in the line from register 2. Susy tells her that she isn't taking her in 1 because 2 and 1 are sharing the same line to check out.

My wife then argues about since when was that a company policy. In all of my years of being a member of Sam's Club there has never been a line for two separate registers. On top of that she was glaring at our daughter when she was browsing the candy bags next to line 1.

While sitting with an employee (Cristal) in the optical department ordering glasses, the Optometrist - Dr. Harleen Sodi License #11587T came out and started barking orders at the employee (Cristal) helping me and my husband with an order for another customer she had just given an exam.

There was another employee sitting next the the employee-Cristal helping us NOT WITH A CUSTOMER. The Optometrist never said excuse or apologized to us or the employee for interrupting out time. We ended up have to stay an extra 30 minutes due to this interruption.

Snack bar is in total disaray, soda machines are broken for several weeks, have to wait 20-30 minutes to order a snack, always out of what you want, 2 people behind counter and management doesn't care. This has been going on for several months.

A lot of retired people shop here and need to have a snack due to the meds they take and this puts their health in jeopardy. The management staff needs to be replaced by someone that cares about customers and not their bonuses.

I'm a new Sam's Club member. I signed up recently on the 40th anniversary of Sam's Club. I was excited to try out this membership store because I already belong to Costco. I was disappointed with the customer service at Sam's Club.

I first stopped off at membership to pick up my new Sam's club card. The clerk told me "just a minute" as she was texting on her watch phone. I asked a young stocker guy for the location of a product and he said it could be anywhere.

I order 3 pizzas at your location in Coachella on June 9. the cashier said It would take 30 minutes. I decided to wait and while standing there watching how they worked one by one the 3 ladies inside came out to check on my ticket number .

She said:I don't know anything I just take orders. I waited about 25 more minutes just to see that one of the ladies grabbed 3 boxes that had been there for over 20 minutes. When I told them that they didn't know how to treat their customers they just moved their shoulders and kept working.

Ordered 5 set of lawn chairs. Paid for delivery. Only received 4 sets. Called customer service. They called UPS. Was told there was a mix up at UPS, would get my other set of chairs the next day. I waited 1 week. No chairs. Called customer service.

Sams have always been my go to store for Birthday Cakes. However the last time I went to my neighbourhood Sams I was told all the cakes were made to order, they have decreased the variety of cakes they are allowed to place on the shelves. VERY DISSAPOINTED the clerk could not give me a sensible reason as to why this was discontinued. I have spoken with several of my friends about this change and they too are disgusted with this change. We are requesting that your store start remaking and placing more cakes back on the shelves for the convenience of your customers. I just renewed my membership now I am a bit disappointed I did.

Cannot place an online order - Keep being told that I have 20+ addresses so order has been cancelled - - twice. Been told issue is resolved, so ordered again and it was cancelled again - same issue. Now being told our issue is being sent up to the Fraud Risk assessment team. WHAT????? OK so we need to fix this. I am not able to get anything out of the customer service team, Sam's club does not have a direct number to their Corporate Office or an email address. So what am I to do. Sams customer service has taken a nose dive. I understand things happens occasionally with orders. But when you call daily multiple times and cannot get your call answered by the club you shop for 4 days is exasperating. I just wanted find out the order status since I was emailed the order was out for delivery ,not received and what is going on.

In the last 6 weeks, over half of the gas pumps at the Loveland Colo Sams are coned off. I called today to find out what is happening. Was told this is a habitual problem with the pumps. Sams is a big enough Corp.

that this needs to be fixed. 6 weeks is too long for this problem to continue. Get it fixed!!!!! Such a disservice to the community. It should not be a half hour ordeal to get a tank of gas. Shame on Sams.

I was just at the Layton, UT Sam's club purchasing some items using a tax exempt credit card. I work for a local school district and went to the customer service desk as is required since my district doesn't provide every single person in the district a Sam's club card.

After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I told the customer service desk what I was there for. She asked for my Sam's club membership. I showed her the credit card from my school district. She still wanted my sam's club card.

GM, I am a sam's club member. I came into the store on 7/31/2022 and paid $480 for 2 front tires. They had to be ordered, so I was awaiting a phone call as to when they were delivered to the store to be placed on my truck.

I received a call around 8/3 or 8/4 or maybe 8/2. I brought the truck in that day and signed a form for them to change the tires on the front and not rotate them to the back, and I shopped inside the store while waiting for the truck to be fixed. 5 hours.

Customer service is absolute garbage over the phone, over the chat and in-store. Placed an order for delivery (not shipping). Order didn't show up. Did customer service over chat, they said the order was returned to the store. Told them the order still showed 'out for delivery' in the app and asked them to cancel the order.

They said I had to contact the store locally. Thy new the order wasn't delivered but "I" had to do the all the extra work to get it cancelled. Tried to contact the local store, made two phone calls, phone rang for 15 minutes, no answer.

Finally called the corporate office. They say the order is now cancelled and I will see a refund on my card in 5 - 7 business days (really, 5 - 7), it is charged instantly when I place the order.

On 4/9/2023, my adult, mentally disabled son ask me to take him to Sams club on Keeamoku St. in Honolulu. It was full moon week and he is manic bipolar. There is also a shortage of medication for this condition in the State of Hawaii.

He was definitley feeling the shortage and wanted to argue with me over trivial things during the ride over. I asked him if we could drive without speaking. So we did. I parked on the 3rd floor parking and he quickly jumped out of my car and was heading for a cart.

Hi, I purchase Good year tires from Sam's club for my Honda CRV and Corolla. The tire was having warranty for 65000 miles. Both car tires tread run out within 40000 miles. I was doing the tire rotation and Honda and Toyota service center regularly as Sams club need an appointment and even after appointment poor service taking morethan 1.

I reach the tire section to inform the matter anf they are not ready to replace the tire with prorata discount and saying silly excuses saying you might have hit somewhere or may be alignment not done etc etc. I feel very bad with the way they deal the matter.

I decide not to buy tires from Sam's in future. I advice others to consider this matter while purchasing tires. My bad experience is from Sams Midlothian.

Your company has caused a mess for me and my sister, I'm signed up for membership auto-pay, but you still charged my sister's Capital One card, this has caused Capital One to think fraud going on. I talked to Butch on the chatline this morning, and I hoped this has been taken care of.

Good afternoon. 2023. 99 + Tax. When purchased it, it was in a box and I could transport it in my car. I researched your refund policy and purchased it through Sam’s because if I didn’t like it I could take my receipt in and get a full refund.

I just went through a divorce and don’t have a lot of extra funds, I explained all of this to the very rude female manager. I was also told I could return it with just the receipt and I don’t have to bring the mattress in because Sam’s cant do anything with it in the checkout lane.

Purchased a Serta mattress on 2/15/23 after 2 prior delivery notices and cancellations because of damaged mattresses we received it on the 3rd delivery date of 4/3/23. 00 from Sams Club. The mattress we received had numerous cut tags and they used a sticker that said Serta icomfort limited edition king plush, under that tag was another tag which appears to be sewn that reads its a 12 “ hybrid 1000 king.

Actually after measuring the mattress its only 10”. What mattress do I actually have is the question. Sam’s Club response was that they will take this mattress and refund my money, but that leaves us with NO mattress as they removed my Serta Prodigy mattress upon delivery.

I had to renew membership in-person for 16 co-workers as this is not possible through the app (orders 10046103717 and 10046093824); I am the owner of the account. One member, Jonathan Valentin, who also held a membership last year, was not able to use his app to make an online purchase (this is almost 2 weeks after we renewed).

He went into the store and was told he wasn't on the list. He was then given a guest pass to do his shopping. Keep in mind I went personally to the store to remove a few and add a few new members for renewal.

His membership was not changed. I called the Harrisburg, PA, Sam's Club after hearing from him and the store said that I would have to go into the store to correct it. I said that was unacceptable and asked for a manager.

The woman at the Florence location that always comes over to the self checkout registers. She is always trying to push a credit card into you, even though you tell her you are not interested. She refuses to take no for an answer.

She is very annoying and when you tell her no for the 3-4 time. She will then stand there and watch you while you check out. She needs to learn what no means.

Customer services and customer care has deteriorated and needs very prompt attention from either District Manager or Zonal manager before customers with problems like me, change club membership to a nearby competitor. We have choices if you can browse the internet.

I am a senior citizen. I was at this club location at around 1:00 PM. I needed to make a purchase and also make a payment toward my club card balance.

There were only two real human cashiers, with a backup of 5-6 customers with carts full of items and beds full of items, in both lines. We could not go to self-pay, because I wanted to pay my sams club card bill. these cashiers would take almost 20-30 minutes on either line.

I am an 87 year old Sam's Club Plus member and usually shop at Sam's. My family like the Honolulu store because of the diversity and availability of items, price, friendly and helpful associates and "shipping" convenience of product and delivery. I ordered a TV set (order number 100466542s) to be delivered on Thursday March 9, 2023 with a delivery window of 11:00 to 1:00. No delivery, so about 4:00 I called Customer Service at the store. She said that delivery is running "late" and should receive the TV today. This never happened. I had an appointment at 3:00 which I cancelled and two persons to help install the unit to a wall. We never informed regarding a delay or need to reschedule delivery. This is totally unacceptable performance by Sam's Club and its employees.

I shop at the Reno NV store. I shop there about once a week. This store's bathrooms are consistently dirty and out of order. this is the first complaint i have ever filed against any store. in addition, the shopping carts are not taken care of.

i consistently have to return the cart because of some mechanical issue. Please look into this store.
