I spent over $500 on a pool that I ordered online. I am not a current member but was given, apparently, a one day membership long enough to place my order and have them take my money. I ordered a Bestway pool and it comes in 2 very large boxes labeled 1/2 and 2/2.

I received 1/2 and 1/2. Obviously a problem, the order was messed up and half the order was missing so I contacted Customer Service to get the correct product. Instead of getting box 2/2 and having them replace one of the wrong boxes they sent, I was told because my membership expired the minute I placed my order, I would have to return the entire order, wait for my refund, and

My mother, Joyce M. Black, is an 87 year old that has already suffered through 3 strokes, and she has been a member of the Sam's Club in Athens, GA for decades! She needed an item from the Athens, GA Sam's Club today, Feb 27, 2023, but couldn't make the trip herself and asked me, her son, Herbert Post, to go and purchase a software program called TurboTax Deluxe.

However, she forgot to give me her Sam's Club membership card, when she handed me her bank debit card, which has her name on it. I went straight to the membership desk and explained this to the girl behind the counter and this person REFUSED to help me make this purchase for my invalid mother!

I purchased numerous 6 tier wire shelfing units model 18496T model 773603 from Lake Charles, La Sams Club store. In December I purchased 2 additional units and one set had 2 damaged poles for the upper portion. I called the 888-726-7726 phone number several weeks ago and was told by "Mary" that she had ordered me 2 new poles to be delivered to my home.

She gave me reference Number 230217-010942. Today, I called to check the status of the poles and was told that the reference number was no valid and nothing had been ordered. I talked to 2 people, one supposed to be a Sams customer escalation team member "Tracy".

I was a regular sam's club premier member. I make online orders and was happy with it. When doing purchases, asked for shipping,pickup,delivery. For premier members shipping free and $8 for delivery. Only few things at one time and don't want to pay$8 for less priced items like ready to use salads,milk or dates.

so I order only items. Last three orders including Swiffer sweeping dry cleaning cloths hand delivered without any address or any information like unit # , phone # or name on the table in the reception area where delivered food items leave by restaurants.

I received the text that item delivered, I went to get them as usual,not there but found on another place and i took them and let the customer service know about it. But no call or response yet. Again yesterday same thing happened…

On either Feb 16 or 17 I bought Jimmy Dean bulk sausage at Sam's Club in Palmdale, CA. I froze it. Today I pulled one out of the freezer to cook. It smelled funny so I checked the expiration date. It expired on Feb 7. What the hell? Sam's Club is selling expired food?

Thirty minutes later I saw a large box from the same maker sitting near the food court, but it wasn’t what I purchased.

But luckily I decided to ask, and the customer service rep checked my receipt and determined it was indeed the wrong item. She called back to get the right one. I waited another thirty minutes and then asked again if anyone was bringing the item.

I was then told the one on the shelf was in a damaged box and they were getting one from the back. I was told I could wait out at the truck. After another thirty minutes I went back in to find a manager.

We purchased online for pick up a Verticle storage shed. We had to drive 3 hours to pick it up. When we pulled in the parking lot and parked I checked my email. An email had just been delivered that they didn’t have the item.

I had ordered the item the previous day and they couldn’t let me know before I drove 3 hours? I called several places and no one had any. The Wilmington store was so rude and told us that they can’t tell you if anything is in stock.

She put me on hold for 15 minutes. My boyfriend called again while I stayed on hold. The lady he talked to was very accommodating and tried to help us. The lady that had me on hold came back online and again she could give me any information.

Really not a fan of Sam's Club anymore and I was a customer since the 1980's. Today I am a Senior Citizen in my 70's. Had some major health problems and can not walk the Sam's Club warehouse anymore. Was happy to pick up my goods until they started charging for the pickup service around June of 2022.

At that point the 25 mile round trip wasn't worth it to me anymore. I gave up my Sam's Club Card not renewing it in October of 2022. My Sam's Club Credit Card was still active through today February 6,2023.

86 Rewards money I accumulated would be sent to me in a check that I never received. 86 Rewards money did not show anymore in my account. Once again I never received the Check or money. One of the reasons I still received paper statements. 86.

I have been shopping at Sam's Club, Daytona Beach , Florida for years (when Sames was on Beville Road) and never have I had an issue or complaint. On Wednesday, February 1, 2023 I ordered a Deluxe Pizza and was patiently waiting. I saw the young lady put 2 pizzas on the top and asked the Asian young lady who fixes the plates to check to see if one of the pizzas was mine. The cashier, an older black woman (with a scarf on her head) says, "If you've been in here before ordering Pizza you should know there are a lot of people ahead of you and it takes 8 to 10 minutes." I got gas at the Sams Club Fuel Center on Clairmont Rd in Atlanta Ga on Sunday, January 29, 2023.

Well earlier today, as I'm driving, all of a sudden my car is sputtering, has no power, and is not running as usual.

Now mind you, I usually get gas at QT, not Sam's but I was near Sam's, low on gas and had a gift card I could use, so I decided to get gas at the Fuel center with it. I've never had the issues that are happening with my car right now.

I visited Sam’s Club In Wilmington, NC on 1/20 to have my tires rotated. As I’m sitting waiting, the mechanic comes in with my under carriage from my car. He states that it fell off as he was pulling out of the stall.

Due to the frustration on my face he calls the manager. They talk and the manager comes back to say that due to the number of screws missing it wasn’t their fault it came off. I leave and my car is make a knocking noise.

I return and the mechanic says he would reinstall the tires. This did not solve the noise problem. I did not have any of this problems before arriving at Sams. As others have stated , Sams is not the place you go for your car.

I have learned my lesson.

I called to cancel the membership and i was told that I could either go to the store and get my money back or they could send me a gift card via e-mail which i chose to have the gift card send to my e-mail and

I have a complaint about the service attendent (Roger) at the gas pumps at your Rock Hill, SC store. After shopping at your store, we stopped at the Sam's Club gas pumps to fill up at approximately 12:30 pm on Thursday 1/19/23.

This was only my second time getting gas at a Sam's Club pump and I had my cell phone with the Sam's Club app. When i tried using the pump, the only instructions were on the pump face screen saying I should sc an the QR code with my phone.

I tried doing so, but was not sure exactly how to do so. I pushed the button on the pump to get an attendent to come and show me what I was doing wrong. The attendent pointed out to me that I needed to scan the code with the camera facing the QR code.

A return visit 3 days after a covered tired repair was put off because of scheduled appointments and low help. I was told I should have scheduled an appointment. I waited 3 hours the first time and longer the today for what I thought was the same problem.

The manager didn’t ask what the urgency was he just assumed I was looking to get in front of everyone else. I have 2 vehicles covered by tire insurance and would like to get my money back. It’s hard to schedule a flat!!!

I purchased a Respawn gaming chair on August 26, 2022 for my grandson for Christmas. It lasted two weeks before the foot supports broke. I looked at them and could see that they were cheap plastic and would break again.

I looked at the Sam's Club website and it said that you can return purchases you are not satisfied with anytime, but stated conditions for certain items such as electronics (90days). The website said just take to a club. I loaded it up into the back of my SUV (no easy task) and drove there, unloaded it and wheeled it into the return counter.

On Dec18th, I placed an order for cookware one to be delivered to my home address and one to be delivered to address in another star. I was give a delivery date of 12/24 for both orders. I have yet to receive the order for my home address and have been given the runaround since Jan 2nd.

Had a concern. Called the store in Austin on Slaughter Lane at 1 pm on 1/07/23. I was asked to hold. Waited 20 MINUTES. No one returned to the line. I hung up. Called back at 1:21 pm, ran for 5 Minutes then got disconnected.

Called back again and decided to contact headquartwrs. I am a supervisor in Customer Service and know the policies and procedures for proper etiquette. This is unsatisfactory on all levels when working with customers. You need to send the staff in Customet Service through training then maybe you may keep more of your customer then loosing thrm yo COSCO or some other places.

We went in, got a cart full of groceries, as we were trying to check out, we were told our membership didn’t allow us to shop until 10 am. This was NOT posted on at tge entrance. The two employees posted at the entrance didn’t tell us.

We had to leave our cart. Because of doctor’s appointments we couldn’t wait. Won’t be going back.

I would like to file a complaint against one of the managers in the Conroe, Texas store. The managers name is Yolanda.

I was walking through the parking lot today and saw a Sam’s employee in the parking lot, struggling to walk. I approached her and asked if she was ok, the employee started crying and said she was in so much pain, she asked me if I would please go inside and get a manager (green vest) for her. I recently went to return a shark vacuum that has stopped working in less than 7 months. The women working customer service was so rude to my fiance in front of other customers she came out crying. I have been a member for many years but I am unsure if I will ever return after the way she was treated.

The worker told my fiancé “it’s not my fault we don’t have one in stock and your house must be disgusting by all the hair on this thing” . The only hair was on the bottom. So we are now stuck with a broke vacuum and a bad taste about going back.

We went to Sams Optical today to fix my wife’s glasses. This is our 6th time going in for a repair. We spent $600 on the glasses, we have insurance. I asked her if we could change the glasses because we keep have problems with them and she kept saying there was nothing wrong with it.

She was very unfriendly, not willing to explain why we couldn’t change the glasses for a new pair, she also had an attitude. She was uncooperative. I will not be renewing my membership with Sams Club, this is ridiculous.

Today I purchased some krill oil that had a yellow sign listing a $5 instant savings. When I was at self-checkout I noticed the $5 was not coming up so I called the person overseeing the self-checkout he said it would come off when the transaction was complete. It did not.

I took the sign to customer service and told him I needed the $5. One particular lady a skinny white lady with glasses was very nasty to me I cannot tell you her name because she had her name tag backwards.

I had a pickup scheduled for 7 to 8 pm at the Murfreesboro, TN store. We live an hour away from this store, but it is the closest one. We drove to the store expecting to receive the notification of it being ready sometime during the drive.

20 minutes before 8pm closing time I called the store and asked about the status of my order because it stilled showed in progress. The lady said they were running way behind but she would go pick ours herself and get it ready since we were already in the parking lot.

At 805 I decided to go into the store as the exits were still open and people were coming out. As I entered an employee told me they were closed. I asked if we were still going to be able to get our pickup.

12/3 delivery order from Latham NY store was incomplete. Only received 1 out of 7 items yet my Sam's credit card was charged for the total order. I tried online chat but got nowhere and later discovered I was speaking with someone in El Salvador. Useless!

Called store got passed around 3 more times. Even spoke with a supervisor who had no idea the store had a delivery service. Seriously? Transfer to "club pickup" was on hold for at least 10 minutes , finally bob picked up asked who I was holding for.

My wife's and my car have a total of eight tires on them that were purchased at Sam's Club in Salisbury, Maryland. The tires were installed by Sam's Club. Among the benefits of buying tires from Sam's is free lifetime tire balance and rotation and flat repair.

A tire on my vehicle had an apparent slow week. During the week of November 28 I was in Sam's and went to the tire and battery center to see about having the tire checked and repaired. I was told because I didn't have an appointment, they'd try to fit me in when I could and said if they could fit me in, it might not be for two or three hours from then.

My complaint is with Sams club in Harvey Louisiana. There is a new manager there named Ebony who is very rude, and disgusting.

First of all, I am there at least twice a week and on more than one occasion, I heard her speak to employees like a dog! I've also overheard her trashing other employees to , I guess her "friend" who works with her. Very unprofessional!!!!

Then, she was extremely rude to me for just asking a question about a product in the bakery. I usually enjoy going there, the other workers are very nice... But since shes been there it has gone downhill. You can see in the workers faces...

I got info from an associate that it’s store #6692 This complaint goes for both managers that we’re on duty in the early evening. It was a manager by the name of Monique and the other by Daniel. They are both very rude told me I was insane when I told them their cafe and restrooms were very dirty.

I’m a regular customer and it has always been clean, but the last 2 /3 weeks have been very DISCUSSING. I’m canceling my membership and never shopping here again, in fact all my 5 children have canceled their memberships as well.

Yesterday around 1 my son dropped me off up front, one it was raining and two I had foot surgery anyways the guy getting carts in as soon as I got out of my son's car and shut the door he attacked me, cussed me and was saying rude stuff to me because I was in his way.

I was so upset I went in and told the manager and she said she would say something but he owes me an apology I didn't do anything to him at all and he needs customer service class. I was so excited I didn't even want to shop that day

I was at the checkout screen and needed id verification for my beer that I was purchasing. I was with my wife and 2 kids... My daughter is 15, and my son is 1.... They told me they could not sell me beer unless my daughter had id...?

I said she only 15. Those are my children they shouldn't have to show id. What happened next made me leave the whole kart full of groceries and leave the store and I don't think I'll ever come back. That was ridiculous and embarrassing.

To whom it may concern,

I checked out my purchases this afternoon through your staff check out point, not the self-service. I was extremely disappointed by the way we were treated as a Sam's Club member. We had added everything we would normally have added to the conveyer belt and the heavier items were left in the cart. The cashier snapped at me and said. "I need all the items to be taken out of the cart". There was a family that had checked out in front of me that had passed their cart onto the same cashier, she scanned their items and checked them out. When I asked her why we had to remove everything from our cart but the customer in front of me did not she responded by saying that she forgot to ask them to remove all of the items.
