I spent over $500 on a pool that I ordered online. I am not a current member but was given, apparently, a one day membership long enough to place my order and have them take my money. I ordered a Bestway pool and it comes in 2 very large boxes labeled 1/2 and 2/2.
I received 1/2 and 1/2. Obviously a problem, the order was messed up and half the order was missing so I contacted Customer Service to get the correct product. Instead of getting box 2/2 and having them replace one of the wrong boxes they sent, I was told because my membership expired the minute I placed my order, I would have to return the entire order, wait for my refund, and
