Worst experience going to a store got their 10 mins early and because of not having platinum membership I wasn’t let in. Employee Amie colonial store in Orlando Fl was super rude about it and didn’t let me speak basically just said wait outside.

After explaining that’s not how you talk to customer she said I can upgrade card. Why would I upgrade card for a company that treats people like that.

I have ALS and can only walk about 5 feet. My wife goes into store and gets electric cart and brings it out to my car for me use to shop in store. We’ve been doing this for 5 months.

On Sunday I was told Policy had changed and I could not use cart to get to my car. My explained that always takes cart back inside. I was let use cart to get to my car but I could not use cart anymore.

I will be returning to Sam’s and cancel membership.

m. and signed up for text alert. m stating my order was ready for pick up. I arrived at 8:11 to be told they were closed and could not give me my order which was only a case of propel water.

Why text your order is ready if you know you are closing? This was a waste of my time and my gas.

Also my order might get canceled b/c I can't insure that I be off work in enough time to make it tomorrow before they close.

Sam's refuses to honor membership bought through Groupon. Because I had an old membership ( 2020) and bought thru Groupon in Nov 2022 a new membership, Sam's refuses to issue me a new account, saying my email was tied to an old expired account. Really?

Haven't been a member for over two years. There is no reason not to honor the membership I bought. There is nothing in the boilerplate that says you can't buy a new membership, when you haven't been a member for over 2 years.

I placed an online order for a 8ft large memory foam bean bag chair in dark gray. The item was received and when opened was a total different product than listed online and purchased. I called Sam's Club and was on the phone for over an hour.

I explained to the rep, the item will not fit back in the box received. For when I opened it, it expanded and was no longer vacuum packed. He said he would call Fedex and call me back. I never received the call back.

I was also advised to attach pictures to the email he sent me confirming my return label. I did and no response, I have since emailed twice with no response. The pictures clearly show a total different product than expected.

Very poor communication and no assistance. I am currently on hold another day with Sam's to fix this problem.…

Dear Customer Service,

I have been having bad experiences with the Sam’s Club in Annapolis, MD and have never taken the time to write my complaints over the last year.

First, I just paid the annual fee of $50 and am increasingly finding it not worth it to shop at Sam’s Club. Why:

1. One of the items we purchased most was a weekly fresh pizza (plain cheese) which we baked ourselves and put peppers, mushrooms, and spinach or broccoli crowns on it also bought at Sam’s. Then, suddenly, I went to buy a Sam’s fresh pizza and there were none. I was told they were out. Again, I went to buy a pizza for our Friday night dinner and I was told Sam’s would no longer carry them. So, two night’s dinners were ruined unless I found a pizza at another store. We purchased a set of four tires last January with the PREMIUM INSTALLATION PACKAGE. When my daughter called to have a tire serviced because it has a screw in it near the side of the tread she was told it wasn't covered because they call that sidewall damage, the sidewall is not damaged (curb or such) it is just a screw.

I realize that because of the proximity of the screw to the sidewall that it may not be repairable, the road hazard plan says it will cover replacement. I called and was given the same story, asked to speak to the manager who said she would do the repair "just this once" but then we were unable to schedule an appointment because when the tire department answered the phone they just set the receiver on the counter until shift change (over 22 minutes) and know nobody answers…

I just called customer service and they gave me the run around. Due to decisions made by the company they got rid of the previous photo service and started a new one. I received nothing and they have lost over thousands of my photos and chose to not allow me to transfer them over.

The customer rep kept on changing my emails around but refused to give me a solution. This is wrong and unfair I have been a loyal customer for years and you just decided to delete my photos without my consent.

Sam club photo services is unreliable and they don't care about loyalty. Thank you for doing whatever the heck you wanted without giving me the opportunity to choose what I wanted for my photos. Now thousands are lost and I cannot replace them.

I am almost ready to cancel my membership which I have enjoyed for years. Every item that I have always bought is “out of stock” and the shipping cost is unreasonable. I won’t pay double for the plus just to buy items you used to have in stock.

I realize it may be beyond your control, but you could have items sent to your store to be picked up there.

I bought a 48 count of full size plain M&Ms and 48 count of full-size peanut M&Ms each at $42. When I went to take the plain M&Ms out in Halloween at least seven or eight of them were not sealed properly and just broke open as I was handing them out.

I have never bought M&Ms where the seal was not completed. I was completely embarrassed handing them out, and I want a refund. I can bring back the ones that I did not hand out

I ordered 2 mattressesmiddle of September. Passed off to XPO Logistics for delivery. XPO has been an absolute nightmare. Rescheduled delivery multiple times with no notice. They don't show up and then reschedule like sorry, but too bad, your time does not matter at all.

Scheduled 9/29, 10/1, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/2510/31 and 11/2. I insisted on speaking to manager, resolution team, etc. They scheduled with Warehouse for today but told rerouted and to be rescheduled!!! I called XPO multiple times. I called Sams Club 2-3X.

I was escalated whatever that means. During my last phone call to Sams, I was simply passed off and rerouted to XPO!

Went to Sams Club in Wilmington NC to return some jif peanut butter that tasted old . I was advised by the customer service rep that my member ship had expired last December . I explained that I had not received any notification of the expiration.

The peanut butter was purchased by my husband and he has a valid use under our daughters membership . (David Breeden) . I asked if I could at least have a 1 day pass to purchase a item needed and I was told no!

I had my 82 yr old mother with me and talk about a embarrassing moment! I have never been treated that way and have had Sams memberships off and on for yrs! I have a Costco membership as well and I guess I’ll just shop there.

Maybe consider retraining your member services employees on how they speak and handle customers ! It’s a shame…

On 10/25/26, I went to Sam's (10735 W Florissant Ave, St Louis, Mo 63136) to the tire dept. I purchases my tires from Sam's. My tire light came on so I went to Sam's to have it checked out. I know the tire department closes at 6p.

I entered the area at 5:23p. No one was available. I asked an associate to assist me. He went to the back and informed me no one was there. I asked a supervisor to assist me. She proceeded to look for the worker and could not locate him.

She had the worker paged twice and no one came. As I was standing there waiting, another employee informed me according to the schedule the worker was on a lunch break. I work in HR and no one is allowed to take a lunch break that close to the end of their shift.

Maybe Sam's does not enforce that policy. Another customer come up…

To Whom it May Concern: Today I went shopping at my local sams club here in Yuba City, California where I've shopped for many years. Except today I was dealing with a serious personal matter throughout my entire shopping trip.

I was very very scattered and I'm sure it showed. I went through self checkout while also handling a serious phone conversation and to my surprise as I handed the door man my receipt I had missed a couple of items.

I was so scattered that the items I had missed were even placed right in front of the basket.. clearly I had no idea I had missed them nor was I trying to hide anything... I believe I had moved them to scan another item and then forgot to scan the moved items.

76. 98. I showed him the stickers on the plants and told him all the others on the shelf had the same price and this price should be honored and to keep any other customer from having to go through this someone needs to go pull all those stickers off those plants.

He goes to tell me we don’t have customers we have members so I asked to see the manager. 76 off of the plants so this won’t happen to someone else so finally she honored the price and said to me we don’t have any control over what comes in and I really don’t want to pull the tickets off all those plants.

Today Rodney and Jane Strain went to a self check lane to ring up three items. 78 Sam's Cash. We said yes and proceeded to conclude our transaction. The computer sputtered and sputtered until we called Cheryl (may not have this spelled correctly) who tried several times to rectify the problem.

She could not get the results she was after so she called another lady over to help. They ended up shutting down the computer and closing that lane. We were told that the transaction would be voided. We rang up our merchandise in another self serve lane.

The Sam’s Club in Denton, Texas is allowing people to live in their parking lot. These people are dumping illegally in the dumpsters of the businesses around Sams. They are digging in the dumpsters, cutting the trash bags open and dumping the trash all over the properties.

These same people are using drugs and drinking in the Sams parking lot. They are also stealing from the surrounding businesses and tearing up their bathrooms.

Been a member over 20 years. Your sales brochure for sale 8/31 to 9/25 page 34 advertises 4 items for "tailgate party". 3 tems show ounce weight per purchase. The Members Mark Oven Roasted Chicken Wings show ONLY 20 wings, includes 2 sauces etc. 08.

IT DOES NOT SAY OUNCES OR PER POUND!!! 08 My nearest Sams is 1 hour away in Peoria IL. - again --1 hour away.

I have been a Sam's member since 1994 and have used a Sams club credit card since 1996. Last month I "upgraded" to the Mastercard after being hounded by Sam's employees on every trip to my warehouse for months. I visited my club last Saturday and they did not have the computer I had chosen from online, and I had to order it when I got home.

When I tried to pay for my order my charge card was declined; that has never happened before. I called the 800 number as instructed and reached Synchrony customer service. I was told they had to send a code via text to verify that this order was not fraud.

I waited on the phone for 15-20 minutes. The text never came through and the customer service person refused to resend or email.

Finally, I had to attend to my children so I paid for the computer…

I went to the Conroe, TX location on 9/12/22 @ 9:30am and experienced discrimination by the entrance lady their was a woman in front of me and someone behind me and she targets me a person of color out of everybody else and asks me to show her my membership card because it’s Sam’s policy. For many years we have been buying Rotisserie chicken from the Sam's Club in Edison, New Jersey because it has always been well marinated and tastes better than in any supermarket. Today my wife brought this chicken, but it turned out to be tasteless, dry and half the size of before.

35. Five total items, 3 were pickup, 2 shipped. I had my Sams that I normally use in Lexington… somehow it got switch to the other store. I’m sure it wasn’t available at my store and they switched it, I didn’t notice it.

I went to pick it up. Parked an associate came out and that is when I realized it went to the Nicholsville store in Lexington. I didn’t have time to go to the Nicholsville store so I told the associate that I would cancel it.

I do not appreciate Sams going into my bank account and taking out the membership renewal amout without my authorization. I understand the card is on file,but it's not there account it is mine. They don't know if you want to continue being a member or not.

Our Sam’s Club delivery containing all food items were left in the hot sun by the street mailbox. Normally the food is left by our front door on the patio in the shade. With over 100 degree weather it’s unacceptable that for the first time ever the food would be left by the mailbox at the street in the blazing sun instead of being put in the shade on the patio by our front door as it normally is.

What makes the situation worse is that this was done on a holiday which only increased the amount of time it was left in the hot sun since we’re not exactly expecting it on a holiday. If it was not for our neighbor noticing the boxes and telling us it would have been out there even longer.

I have been trying to place a order on Sam's Club.com since last Wednesday and every time the order is cancelled. I have been given a case# 220824-026413. Tomorrow will be a week and this has not been fixed. I was told that the issue isn't on my end, it is your system and they are still working on it. I contacted Sam's pharmacy on Aug 19, 22 Ms. Brandi ,pickup the phone, I asked her that I would like to request a refill on the Oxycontin 10/325 and IEndocet 10/325 medication . Ms. Brandi stated to please call back on Aug 22, 2022 to request refill on the Endocet, I tried to tell Brandi that Mrs. Amanda had told me that I can request for a prescription for at least 5 days before the date of the prescription needs to be refill, because that Med needs to be order.

I called Sam's pharmacy againon 8.19.22 and request to speak to the Pharm of the day and that person was Mrs. Amanda, I was able to communicate with Mrs. Amanda and I request the Endocet 10/325 to be refill.

Was pumping gas at Port Charlotte Sam's Club on 08/19/2022 at approximately 4:45 pm. John, the attendant, came over to say hello. I greeted him and then he spoke of ours labradors in the car. He got rather close to me as I was pumping gas, I moved away and he continued to move towards me, in my personal space.

I asked him politely to keep his distance and he stated in a very disrespectful way “ Oh , you are one of THEM”. Hello, Today I went to my local Sams Club to purchase a grocery order as well as contact lenses and a new pair of glasses. Upon arrival I realized I forgot my prescription at home. I contacted my doctors office and had them E-mail it to me.

The associate at eye wear was unable to print the prescription. I walked to the customer service desk and asked the associate if they could print me prescription, and was advised they were not able to assist. I asked if there was a supervisor who may be able to assist me.

Complaint Against: BERNADETTE (older woman, brown hair, works returns)

Anytime BERNADETTE has worked at customer service, my personal experience with her is that she is extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. She wants returns done her way, always with a receipt, and gives dirty looks if she has to look up an item that was purchased online, or with another Sams Club card (my husband and I both have samsclub cards linked to the same account).

In the sams club of trussville there was a rude African American guy in the food service. Telling me if I was ready and holding up the line even though nobody was behind me. I know people have bad day but he was very rude even though I didn’t even say one word before he started being very rude.
