My complaint is my son was working for the Madison Heights store in Michigan he had been their for 9 month's he contracted Covid a couple month's ago so he missed work for like 5 day's until he was negative he went about it and contacted the people at the store and told them.

He ended up getting point's for that and they fired him last month. I don't agree with this because he said he was talking to other store employees and they said they had 50 point's and nothing happen to them.

So I feel that they pick and choose the wrong people to fire. I just think this is so bad for the business.

The associates here at the vestal NY Sam’s club were not very polite to us costumers. My daughter went to get a sample and before she could take one she was asked if she was with someone and her age.

My daughter responded by pointing at me and stating “yes I’m with her and I’m 22 years old”. Why was it necessary to ask her if her age and her company? The lady this interaction was with was Terry. Visited sams club huntsville,AL holmes Ave location. Store only had 4 handicap carts 1 was broke can't charge,1 no display to see charge, 1 went dead as soon as I got on it, 1 in use in store. Left went to national Blvd location there set 10-12 carts fully charged ready to go.

I think there is some bad management at Holmes Ave location and the regioninal Manger should be contacted asap about this situation.

Sams Club #4831 Nightmare So today, Thursday, 11 August 2022 I make a trip to Sams to get a chicken, a couple of bags of blue corn chips and a 3 pack of Toastitoes Cheeze Dip. 98. 48. So the help person at the self check out lane says go ahead and finish and the difference will come out at the end. Guess What, It didn't. 48. 98.

So then she calls someone on the phone and talks with them for a few minutes and says for me to go to the service desk and take the store tag with me and they will make an adjustment. Okay, So I go to the service desk line and stand in that line for over 30 minutes.

I wanted to file a formal complaint against an elderly female employee by the name of Doe, located at Sam's club Riverdale who was working the morning shift this morning around 9 am.

My wife and I spent about an hour shopping and had quite a large order. Several of the sale items were not showing the appropriate discounts on our Scan and Go checkout.

I asked a short, hispanic cos for assistance. She was very professional and kind. She stated that she could not correct the pricing on the app, but if I would walk with her to the register she would manually override and correct the pricing.

A fraudulent order was made on my account I contacted Sam’s within 2 hours and my order was not cancel. It was shipped. I received emails and redirected the order to be returned to shipper . The Oder returned has not been credit to my account.

I returned all other products to Sam’s in West Little Rock today.. , they were all courteous and with great customer service .. I feel this entire thing could have been avoided with a cancellation button. My case number 13778785 and 220721017319. And 220721032292..

56 in charges. I am not a member of Sam's Club and because of that their customer service department refused to speak to me. After calling back numerous times I spoke to a supervisor who told me there is nothing they can do but I can have the bank call them but refused to give me a number but said the bank should know.

I have disputed the charges with the bank but they cannot credit my account until Sam's Club releases the charges which I am told could take up to 10 business days. My kida and I cannot wait 10 daya to eat because one of their members drained my account.

The mortgage people also want there money! Ssms Club provides the worst customer service. I will never be a member there and will tell anyone who is to let their membership expire and go to Costcos!!! Sam's Club doesn't…

Ft Smith AR store I have tried for 4 weeks to order a 3 tier or 2 tier cake. Always told they don’t have the top little tier so can’t make one. I have called other Sams Clubs and they inform me they have no problem getting the tier cakes!

The bakery personnel espicially Mario that I spoke with is very rude and hateful about it. Told me it is not Sams club problem that they don’t have it and the managers are fully aware of situations and it wouldn’t do any good to speak them.

And of course bakery manager is never there when I stop by to check to see if cake tier have arrived.

I have been a member for many years and always have been satisfied until today. My experience was humiliating to say the least. I had $135 worth of stuff in my cart and wasn't able to pay for them due to the check out.

I always use my debit card as credit so I sign for my purchases. Not now. I had to walk out of the store empty handed while people thought I was broke. My card was good because I just used it at Walmart.

Hi, and good afternoon from Augusta Maine, I am a frequent shopper and Rewards member of Sams Club i store #64620in Augusta Maine. I am one who has never complained about my experiences with Sams Club, but most recently i have been very discouraged about the Scan and Go system at this store..

Most people want to scan their items , then get their recept and go out the exit with their items. Once you go through the first process at checkout, you have to get checked again by an attendant at the door.

I believe this is absolutely unnesesary for the customer. This just takes to long for all members waiting in line. This is Scan and Go with receipt not Scan my receipt again . I also believe much more Mgmt Services Supv,s needed, and much more attention being paid to the customers at the Front…

I want to report Ivan Soto an employee who was working at the membership desk. The first time he wasn't at the membership desk, he was chatting with another employee and when I approached the desk with a return he screamed at me "how can I help you" twice in a very rude manner.

I was taken back at his hateful demeanor. Today July 24th I had a return of 4 cases of peas,5 corns and 2 wolf brand chili's. He said he would only give me credit for 3 corns. I got annoyed at his cocky attitude and questioned him and he responded "I'm not your child" and started laughing in my face.

I purchased 2 racks of ribs for dinner, whilst eating my son found a worm in it an bought it to my attention. Need less to say, we had to get something else for dinner. The next day. I tried calling the store to inform them, after 45 mins of constant calling, someone in the Tyre dept answered.

I told him my issue and before I can finish speaking, he put me on hold. I only realized I was holding when the music came on. I waited an additional 35 and no one came on the phone, I eventually hung up.

I was in your Saginaw MI store and was waiting for a rotisserie chicken for 10-15 minutes. When they finally came out of the oven the girl packaged probably 45 chickens, put the lid on all of them, stickered all of them and was placing on a cart.

By this time me and a 80 yr old man had been waiting forever. I asked if i could take a package off the cart and she said NO! You have to wait until i put them in the case. Really!

Your Sam’s club charged my account 100 dollars renewal membership without authorization . One employee said she saw the charge while two supervisors said they did not. Janice and Cindy once I told them I had already paid my membership they did not see a charge.

I did not know that Sam’s automatically takes money out of peoples accounts without there consent. This is crazy that I have to go through something like this.

A week in advance my family called the Sam’s Club in Oxnard to request a birthday cake and they rejected our request due to a family dispute between my family relative (who’s the cake was for) and an employee that was informed of this request. It was very unprofessional for our request to be rejected when it should have been handled like for any other customer.

The part that was more disappointing is the fact the manager was aware and allowed it for being friends with this employee. This Sam’s shows to revolve around gossip and their employees need to be trained more continuously on how to have and maintain proper customer service and to not involve personal matters in a work setting.

Allowing more than 2 gas cans to be filled at a time at the pump. The Lemay Ferry location in St. Louis, MO allows customers to fill more than 2 cans I have see up to 6 cans at a time.

I'm sorry but I just want to get gas and go waiting for several cars to fill multiple gas cans is unfair to us that just want to get gas and go. Please put a limit on this.

I purchased Sam's Club membership online #101 42100461717267 on beginning of July, 2022. I only used it for that one time. After that a few days, I came back to Sam's Club and they told me my membership was ended.

I have no idea who ended it and why. I paid full membership for ONE YEAR, and only could use it ONE TIME! I asked the customer service agent at the Club and she told me if I bought it online, I have to contact the online phone number.

I ordered toilet paper to be delivered to our home, which we have done many times. The money was taken from our account immediately and we got confirmation that we would receive the item on July 9. As of today’s date July 18 we have still not received the item, nor have we heard anything concerning what the issue is with delivery of this item.

I have since had to go purchase this item elsewhere because I could not depend on this order. I want my order ASAP or I want my money returned. We pay extra for our membership for faster delivery and I am now done with this nonsense.

I was at the Sam's club on beach blvd in Jacksonville florida today 7/16/2022 An employee that was pushing carts by the name of Thomas the supervisor would not give me his last name.. but his name was Thomas everyone is standing outside it is pouring rain I have a newborn baby with me waiting for a car to come so we could load our things as well as 50 other people..

Thomas came up to us and told us we could not stand there and wait and proceeded to tell me to take my baby and stand in the rain!!!! Then Thomas got into my husband's face and told him if we didn't move he was going to physically put his hand on us and make us move!!! This us absolutely ridiculous!!

On July 15, 2022 at approximately 6:00pm, I was shopping inside Sam’s club located at 3122 Dick Wilson Blvd Tallahassee, Fl. I decided to buy a bottle of Jameson whiskey, from your liquor department. I discovered your selves were out of the larger bottles.

I then discovered that your department had entire pallet on a second selves. I asked you team member if someone was available to retrieve a bottle for me, I had a party to attend and needed to bring this. I asked her if she had anyone available to get the bottle for me.

She looked at me and said NO. Without explanation, I asked her why, she said we don’t do that and walked away. Very unprofessional in all area.

I am unable to get a refund of my membership fee that I canceled. People keep trying to call me and of course I'm working so I cannot answer the phone and I was on hold almost 45 minutes trying to talk to a manager with no results why is it so

hard to issue your credit on the same credit card number that they automatically renewed my membership fee and I even called them immediately when it was a pending item and told them not to charge it to reverse it and now they're needing a credit card number in order to issue your credit but they didn't need a credit card number when they issued a debit this has been going on now for 3 weeks I will never ever recommend Sam's Club to anyone and

Purchased gas at Sam's Club on Main St. Lewisville, TX in June 2022. Shortly after driving away, the car starting sputtering, kind of stalling. Car was perfectly fine prior to. We (me & children) had just come from driving on the interstate where the car was driving normally.

Sams Club member 10142100801211756 I had an unfortunate experience last week returning an automotive battery. prior to bringing it in I called to ask if they would find the receipt in my file. they said sure. when I got their they searched and couldn't find it.

the tag on the battery said three year carry in replacement. they refused to replace it because they couldn't find it in my file. I know I wasn't imagining things so I said cancel my membership. I went home and searched through all my files and luckily I found the receipt I went back and the battery was replaced.

I think if your bookkeeping is marginalized you would think you would have deffered to the member and replaced the battery the 1st time around. I enjoyed being a member since 2005 and preferred shopping at same club…

My 85 year old mother renewed her card but only wanted basic the girl assumed her she’d get refund at service. Went to service the issued her a gift card! She is 85 only shops there every 3 months and is on a fixed income.

COMPLAINT - Only Customers with regular membership pay $4 to use Free Pick-up Service Dear Membership or Customer Service; I have a complaint. I have been a member of Sam's Club for a long time using the regular membership. Pick-up service was given as an option to all members that ordered online.

Now, there's a $4 fee only for nonplus members. I'm tired of Sam'sClub experimenting with ideas and then when it benefits both types of membership, they decide how to make additional money from it and start charging the regular membership holders.

Both memberships should be valued during their online shopping experience. In the beginning, when something is offered FREE to both types of memberships like the PICK-UP SERVICE, it should stay that way! It makes the customers feel valued and want to…

Incident # 220623-006913 & 220531-011753 (same issue but 2 separate incident #). Patio furniture ordered in May. I cannot get a response at all from the shipping company as well as I keep receiving the exact email from a supervisor by the name of Jay.

This is also sold out now so I cannot replace the order and have no idea if I will even receive it by the end of summer. I understand shipping constraint this time but I’m very discouraged with the lack of communication from the customer service supervisor.

I call and email every 3-4 days. Any answers or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I sent my granddaughter to Sam’s Club in Houston on Richey Road to pick up a gift for my daughter for her birthday. I cannot get out due to being eighty-eight and have not been feeling well. Delores in the perfume refused to help my granddaughter because it was not her name on the card.

I was searching an item online to order it when it came up it gave the price. But when you click on it to add quantity and to click add to cart it gives a much higher price. There is 2 item numbers for the product.

I am tired of going into Sam's and dealing with rude, disinterested employees, who truly don't care if you shop there or not. I ordered tires for the twentieth time over my life as a member. This was one week ago.

I didn't hear back so I went in to ponder why I hadn't heard. I was told the tires were never ordered. I said how were they not ordered? I paid for them. The tire guy looked at me, shrugged his shoulders with the typical vacant expression one is so accustomed to getting at Sam's, and says do you want them or not.

If you do I'll have to order them again. I responded no, just refund the purchase with the added response, whatever. We fortunately now have a COSTCO and our membership is expiring soon. My last visit to this store. In case your wondering its the Evansville Indiana…

I couldn't find any other place to post this. 6/26/22 at Sam's in Des Plaines, IL on Oakton my husband left his wheelchair pad on an electric scooter he used at Sam's. I returned 30 minutes later to retrieve it.

Through the efforts of 3 chart guys and one women inside (unfortunately I did not get any names accept David) they were able to located it. It was a very busy day and near to closing but these people took the time and effort to find the chair pad.

They are kind and assets to your work force. Thank-you.

The customer service at the Customer Service Desk and Management of the Sam's Club on American Blvd in Bloomington is less than helpful to the members. About 3 months ago I was in this club,. Yesterday I went shopping at Sam's Club. Several of the employees were standing around, shouting profanity and insulting the customers. I went to the counter and found out that my card had expired, and went to the Customer Care Center to get it renewed. The lady there did her job, but the two gentleman in the vegetable section were still loudly insulting me.

I am glad that some of the staff took the time to do their job, but people do not buy groceries to hear the staff offer loud derogations of the customer's personal lives.

I hope future visits to Sam's Club will involve fewer assaults on my identity. All I came for were some chickens and fruits!
