First you make it sooo difficult to even file a complaint!!! No personal service. Complaint- as a plus member I now realize how cheated customers are when using their bonus money. You are taking that off the total and not the amount of purchase!! Including taxes is WRONG!

The amount of savings should be taken from the customers purchase not the total bill!!!!!

I and my husband opened a membership two days ago. The staff Denyce in Avondale who enter the wrong phone number. She was very impatient. My husband is unable to use his phone number to verify his membership on his phone.

He tried to use his email to verify, but never received the email. We went a Sam’s Club store today. The customer service told me she unable to change it, we need to call 18004622996 for customer service. We just called, it a credit card department.

Please let me know what can I do to active the membership?

June 16th I had a 3pm appointment to get 4 tires changed at the Brooklyn store. I waited about an hour for them to tell me they couldn't do it due to the fact that I had spiked lugnuts. I changed out the lugnuts and tried calling the store to see about getting my tires changed.

Went to a call center, waited about a half hour then was hung up on, tried again this morning and got the same thing. I also don't know if they took the charges off of my card, was just handed my keys, no paper work except for when I paid for the tires

I ordered a 70 inch tv online on May 12. Today is June 10th. June 1st the company AIT was supposed to deliver it and called to cancel the delivery. They rescheduled for June 4 between 3:00 -7:00 and someone has to be home to receive it.

They never called or showed and after being on the phone with sams and AIT for hours they said they would deliver yesterday between 3-7 100% guaranteed. Again no show no call!!!! I was on the phone over 2 hours yesterday an Sams nor AIT could give any details as to where my tv was or when I would receive.

First of all I just want to say I have always been happy with online service. 4 cu ft. Item #980265116 Black. I wanted to purchase it for my daughter bday this coming sat. But I have had nothing but problems with the incompetent people I have spoken to.

I even went to the store yesterday and they said they couldn't help me that it was all on line. The problems is that it says can't deliver to the address but the people I speak too they say yes it can be deliver and that its a technical issue.

Every time we go to sams thay are always out of something. To day I went to get a full pepperoni pizza to take home and I was told thay can not do that. Thay had a full pepperoni pizza in the show case to buy buy the piece.

I visited the Lake Charles, LA store today and while checking out my son was sitting in the large section of the buggy and stood up to help me because my daughter who was sitting in the child seat of the buggy was screaming. So we we were trying to get out in a hurry.

Two workers YELLED at us for him to sit down. He bent down and up again just handing me items and they yelled again. If the items in my buggy weren’t things I absolutely needed I would’ve left it there and walked out.

I understand not having people stand in buggies due to liability but your works need a little lesson in basic customer service and how to treat and speak to people. Actions like this make me want to non renew my Sam’s club card because if I don’t pay for people to be rude to me.

Ordered two large patio deck boxes for pick up at store. Arrived at store at time told to pick up. Two hour delay. Left got text it was ready two hours later. Drove back to store and noted on invoice sent only one was at store other on back order.

Texted arrival and then waited another 25 minutes to get one box from delivery area. So wasted much of my Saturday to get 1/2 of what ordered. Never again with sams

Used the scan n go my financial institution shows it being charged but it doesn’t show on the scan n go, went and wait another hour basically for customer service to see the manager, waited another 30 min and he shows up, we explained the situation and all he can say is “I can’t let you go because it doesn’t show on the scan n go”.

Sams Club you can do better and stop inconveniencing the customers, once or twice is fine, but not almost all time I go shopping. Try emailing the receipt as well so if it’s not the scan n go on the mobile app at least it’s on the email receipt.

We received damaged patio furniture a week ago. I called the day it was delivered requesting a pick up for a full refund. It has been 9 days of calling customer service and still have yet to have anyone help me.

They keep documenting my complaint and stating someone will call me back before end of day to get it scheduled and here we are going on day 10 still with no call back and no one seems to be able to help. I am waiting on a $2,500 refund and have a ginormous box blocking my garage that is causing such a headache for us and has been a huge inconvenience for a week.

I will never shop sams club again. The worst customer service I have ever received!

The Hawaiian teriyaki chicken dinner was not what we got in the package. The picture in the catalog and the picture on the packaging did not match the actual food. It looked like someone's left over food at the bottom of the pot .

I am requesting to have my Sam's card replaced. I went to customer service in the store Daphne Alabama and they told me they are no longer issuing cards all is done on phone. My Sam's account somehow was hacked and I was mailed a new card and was told to destroy my current card which I did. I took the new card into the Daphne Al store and showed them and they said the card I received belong to someone else and that is how I found out about my account hack. My husband and I are 74 years old and I can do the phone but he cannot and I am also afraid if I should lose my phone we have no way to shop at Sam's. Sam's Club Daytona Beach/Tire Service Department: What's the current status of tires/2 ordered last week Tuesday & (we were told) they'll be in by Thursday/Friday. The challenging part is when calling that department,which clearly is having phone issues/you call it rings 20-25 ×'s then hangs up,after 3 attempts/Thursday and Friday-we called the main line then you're placed on hold while they page (tire services department) via their loud speaker system.

I purchased three items, on Wednesday, online.

When I went to pick up the items I was met with hostility and a combative demeanor, from one of your Associates. I show her my email confirmation but she told me oh, no your items have not been paid for! It showed her my confirmation email and told her the money has already been taken out of my account. I AM SO MAD RIGHT NOW!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE EXPERIENCED TERRIBLE SERVICE AT THE BRANDON, FLORIDA SAMS CLUB. I JUST SPENT MY ENTIRE LUNCH HOUR WAITING FOR GAS AT THIS LOCATION AND THE LINES WERE NOT THAT LONG.

THE PROBLEM IS THEY TURN OFF PUMPS AND CREATE LINES!!!! I WAS STUCK IN THE OUTSIDE LANE AND WHILE I WAS WAITING THEY TURNED OFF THE TWO OUTSIDE PUMPS LEAVING THE LINE I WAS IN NOWHERE TO GO BUT ONE PUMP.

CUSTOMERS THAT CAME IN BEHIND US WERE FILLING UP LONG BEFORE ANYONE IN MY LINE DID, BECAUSE THEY HAD MORE THAN ONE PUMP AS AN OPTION. I CALLED AND COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER, AND THE ONLY THING THAT HAPPENED WAS AN OLD MAN CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT THE PUMPS AND WENT BACK INSIDE HIS HUT.

I walked into my local Sam’s club in Brownsville Texas today, 5/19 to exchange a Serta Manager’s office chair (item # 47951) that had fallen apart. The frame was broken, thus you could not lean back or you would fall over.

It actually happened to me. I know that the weight limit said 250 lbs. I am right at about 205, so it’s not a weight issue. I feel as though this chair is just poorly manufactured. The leather or pleather (modified leather) is cracking and falling apart also.

Automatic renewing my membership without my authorization. Keeping an auto renewal on my account without my approval, deducting $100. Out of my account, I always renew in store. We have 3 restaurants over the last 17 years and still have 2!!! They are call Babes Boys Tavern's and Top of the Hill Restaurant. We have shopped at the Waldorf Store for the hole time and it's getting to the point that we are going to have to change supplier's.

Went to buy Barton 1 litre vodka, price on shelf was $5.98---once we went to check out it rung up as $6.48. Checkout lady was very rude and wouldnt honor shelf price, then proceeded to tell me its against the law to change price on liqour. "Manager," very rude as I was checking out. She was standing at the end cap of the row nearest the entrance and apparently was directing traffic (there was none) to specific lines. I was standing in a line a row over from her.

Today, May 11, I received a call from the Sams Club in Fayetteville NC that my tires which I had ordered online were in. I said that I would come to the sams club in about an hour for installation. I arrived at the club at 1:45 PM , paid for the tires and left the keys for installation. About an hour later I was asked to come to the garage. The vehicle had special lug nuts. But they had the right adaptor and said they would proceed. That was around 3:00 PM . I shopped some more, waited and waited. The vehicle was finally finished at 6:45. What is amazing is the tire department did not seem busy at all after 3:00 PM. Five hours to install a set of tires? In times past I have found the service slow. This was ridiculous.

My wife picked up a click n go order on May 7th 2022 at approx 12:00 noon. The young lady that brought the order out stood by and watched as my wife (Shelly) lifted bags of sod into our vehicle.

” trying to get the worker to help. There was even a point where the wind pushed an empty box away from the vehicle and Shelly had to grab it as the employee still did nothing. I called at approx 12:25 pm asking for the club manager (Club 8172 in Fargo, ND) and was on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up.

No one answered the phone, not the club manager, and assistant manager or even a dept lead. This is a market club and they can’t get anyone on the phone within 10 mins? This is completely unacceptable! There’s a Costco in Fargo for Gods sake…

After waiting for too long in a customer service line, I informed the representative that I was returning a spring salad mix that I found a live, crawling caterpillar looking creature in and offered to show her pictures. Of course she declined but did offer to replace the salad mix.

I promptly declined as I’m currently scarred for life thinking how easily I could have digested this creature or if I have accidentally eaten one in the past since I purchase this mix almost weekly. Of course she claims this has never happened before.

I recently had new tires purchased and put on at Sams Club Knoxville TN, soon after my wheel sensors were alerting my car that there was an issue. Cruise control did not work, my ABS system failure light came on so I broughtit to the local Jaguar service center and they went in and noticed that the wheel sensor was not connected properly on the driver side and

my brake line was also caught in there, they were clearly moved/disconnected and not connected where they should have been! The brake line was pushed back and rubbing against the front tire toward the back. This damaged the sensor and brake line!

I went to Sam's 4-1-22, I had a full basket and when I got to the cashiers, I started to unload some of my merchandise. The girl (Sowel (sp)) just stood there looking at me, I fell last august and have a fracture vertebrae, cannot lift heavy articles.

I asked her if she would please help me to unload the cart, she looked at me and said 'THAT'S NOT MY JOB", I was literary shocked. I told her it wasn't my job either and she could scan the rest in the cart, as I wasn't unloading anymore.

They allowed someone who was removed from my membership to come in act like me and get herself a new card under my membership. They deactivated my card to her her one. They will not return my calls. I have called the local and corporate.

Never received a phone call back. Be aware they allow people to steal your identity to keep from having to put everything she went shopping for and her card didn’t work because she was removed from the account that I pay for.

Terrible membership services and corporate isn’t any better. Would not recommend

My car was down in the parking lot of Sams Club in Hodgkins, Il. I went inside the tire and battery center after calling 3xs with no answer to see about 4 men inside doing nothing. I stated my case and the gentleman working came up with every excuse as to why he couldn’t help me out and nevertheless I just left to return to my car with no help.

What’s the point of having a tire and battery center when the workers aren’t willing to help? They won’t even answer the phone.

I ordered a storage shed for $1740 on 2/11/22 and it was delivered without packaging. When I contacted them for a replacement that I would like a replacement because I could not confirm all components were there they did not have another.

I have been awaiting and working with them to figure out how to process the return, pick it up, and refund my money since March 3 two days after delivery. I have been told two separate companies would be picking it up and today 3/22/22 nobody has contacted me to schedule a pick up.

I did not receive a delivery today and spoke with three different reps who insisted it was delivered - the first two hung up on me after being in hold numerous times. I am requesting a refund to my original payment method.

This is absolutely ridiculous that I must go thru all these measures for my money that is being stolen from my account. I DID Not receive the delivery and this is the first company that I have had this issue with as I receive deliveries at my address almost weekly.

I have called SAM'S CLUB 3 times today-March 15th, 2022 and spoke to 2 Supervisors regarding 2 separate orders (March 3rd and March 8th) that Sam's Club canceled and DID NOT NOTIFY ME in any way!! When I spoke to the corporate office, they were not helpful at all, just said that my case has been escalate to the "BACK OFFICE" and it will take over 24 hours to get an answer!!
