I came in tonight to get fuel at the gas station. I got there 20 minutes to closing. There were five cars in front of me. The lane that I was in had two functioning pumps. The lane to the left of me had one.

There were two cars in front of me when the pump to the left of me went out she closed the lady closed the line. Then the pump in front of me had problems she messed that one up couldn't get it running and then told the guy that was in front of me to take the spot that I would have normally taken.

Then the pump started shutting down early so she said which would have been 10 minutes early. Had they not shut down early I would have been able to fill my car. Unfortunately because they shut down the car in front of me got filled and I got sent home real nice along with about 15 other…

I placed an order on Sams Club (Order #9830307339) - once i finished my order i had the option to choose pick up at store or delivery. I choose delivery. I placed the order on Saturday, February 26th after visiting the Sams Club on Preston Hwy and finding that they were out of several items i needed.

The order was suppose to be delivered on Monday, Feb 28th between the hours of 4 pm and 6 pm. The order was never delivered - when i signed into my account, only thing i seen was that the order was still being processed.

The bar code on our membership cards were abraded so we requested an associate at Sam’s club, in Zanesville Ohio, to issue new cards for both of us.

Also, while there, I requested to remove the Center United Methodist church from our account due to my resignation from the church. Unfortunately, the associate told us that she can’t take CUMC off of our account, which, to be honest, I do not understand why such a simple task should be a problem, but instead our membership was canceled without our consent!!!

We have no idea why anyone would do such thing to the committed members of 18years. We were enrolled in automated withdrawals for membership fees and that was canceled, as I mentioned above, without our consent. With every purchase we made I always heard -“Welcome valued customer” so…

I went to the Sam’s optical at at 3:45 pm MST (El Paso texas, pellicano location) the lady working at the moment refused to help me told me to come back tomorrow then I asked her what time they were closing she stated at 4PM which she had sufficient time to even hear what I had to say then I told her she still had 15 minutes to close then

she said that I could give her my name phone number and they would contact me tomorrow I left my broken frames with her but she was in such a hurry to close that if it wasn’t for me telling her that she would not even had gotten my name nor my issue. This is unacceptable customer service.

It would better serve customers if experienced people were hired for the car wash in Spfd Mo. South -side location. I have been sitting here in a holding pattern for 32 minutes 4 deep from the actual car wash doors.

There are MULTIPLE cars behind me and the young attendant employee had to be fetched from his sitting position by the fuel pumps by a poor man at the very front of the line,

Been trying to get a return label for an online order for three weeks. They keep telling me that they can’t get a hold of the vender. Talked to a supervisor,he sent me an email that he wasn’t able to contact them either.

That he would do manual one and email it to me. Never got the email when I called back a few days later they had closed out my case. Still waiting for a reply. I’ve talked to four different people the last one when I asked to speak to a different department she put me on hold.

After a few minutes phone rang to another number it was answered by a voicemail. I left a message still no call back.

The manager and a worker treated us like criminals stopping us at the door and going through EVERY item on the $400 receipt taking over 30 minutes. Was promised a free 45 gift card for signing up and never received it.

Given a $10 off ur order if you do a self check out and never got it because I should have scanned all my items on my phone. Terrible first experience.

I ordered some tires online (order # 9820956895) on January 24th. I received an e-mail that they were available for pick up. This morning I drove to the store at 8050 N 124th St in Milwaukee to have them mounted. They did not have any record of the order. The tire department sent me to customer service which was no help (they couldn't even find my account) I left the store extremely upset and returned to my office. I checked online and there was my order "READY FOR PICKUP" I called the corporate phone number and got the run around and was told someone would contact me in 36 to 72 hours.

I expect (DEMAND) to be compensated for my time (about 3 hours) and travel

Joined Sam's Club January 14, 2022 and paid $100. for a plus membership in order to get groceries delivered. Had to cancel within hours because I found they will not deliver some things that I need. Received an email to verify but now the person contacted responded saying no membership and I have not seen a refund in my credit account.

Thy give Walmart Company a bad name especially since I am a long time customer with Walmart and I have a Membership with them for both online and local store delivery. People are more pleasant and efficient when dealing with customer service.

If I join another club it won't be Sam's Club.

My McDonald’s coffee pods and my dunks decaf pods were left out in the pouring rain. Deliveries have always been left on the front porch these were not they were on the bottom step. Both inner and outer boxes were soaking wet.

I would like to file a complaint or issue. I ordered tires online on Dec 4, 2021 during the sale. At checkout there was not a option to pay now or anything that told me I would not get the sales price. The tires came in and were installed on 1/17/2022. I did not get the sales price ($80 off) because I was told I had to come into the store after I ordered the tires online and during the sale (Dec 4-5, 2021) and pay for the tires to get the sale price.

I am a former employee, when I was hired I did orientation 11/17/21 with 1 person (danyelle) she told me orientation is suppose to be with the all the coaches, but no one else was there to do it. She was pretty confused about the orientation after she was the one that set it up.

she only talked to me about the uniform, gave me my vest and badge, and we set up my direct deposit. I was terminated 1/20/22 due to having 10 points. I didn’t know anything about a point system when they called me into the office that was my first time hearing anything about a point system going on.

I have already filed a complaint ( incident # 211231-002734). This complaint as far as I can tell has not been taken seriously. This complaint is on the Gen Mgr ( Phil Julian) of the Marion IL Sams Club Store.

His harassment of the employees of this store is uncalled for. He is not the only Mgr in this store guilty of this but he is the main problem. What I witnessed by watching in the background was unexceptable, was like being on a gradeschool playground watching a bullys behavior.

On January 6 I placed order #9816120251. When I arrived home yesterday (January 13), the package was sitting in my garage with the top completely open & with some damaged goods. On January 11, 2022, around 5:45 pm I arrived at Sam's for gas as I have countless times. After waiting in line for about 5 minutes, I got out of the car and went to tank, got my wallet to get my card only to discover I did not have my card on me. I proceeded to the attendant to explain my situation and asked him could he start the tank. He said no, and suggested that I ask someone at the tanks if I could use their card. I placed a curbside pick up for Tuesday at 10am.. My order was fulfilled at past 7 pm. Store closes at 8 pm. You see, I've waited for my order since 10am. Well, if an order is fulfilled at 7pm.

That should be the time that should be counted for you to pick up. Thdy say 24 hours. But online it states 2 days. Well my order was canceled at 1 pm. Really I work. It has not been 24 hours.

I spoke to a manager at the store. He did nothing. I was furious. And I'm more furious because I have to wait 5 to 7 days to get my money. Fuck I'm pissed. Really. I'm sure I am not the only one that that has happened.

On Friday, January 31, 2022, I purchased a rather large amount from Sam's in North Little Rock. 00. I checked to make sure it came out of my bank account and it did. But then, it apparently disappeared from my account and was not taken out again by Sam's until Wednesday, January 5, 2022.

The point of using a debit card is because the money comes out immediately and that is the reason I don't write checks because checks often don't get deposited for days. The be honest, this has caused me a real problem because since I had actually seen it on my bank account I knew it was out of my account.

I regularly shop at the Big Flats, NY store, usually every week for years. New York State has a mask mandate and this store is not compliant. I left the store without finishing my shopping because I saw servers people without masks shopping in the store.

None of these people had visible masks. The store was obviously not enforcing the state mandate. This is an area with a very high infection rate and a very low vaccination rate. I will be thinking twice before shopping at you store again.

I purchased an ipad from Sam's Club on line. It was delivered by FedEx 12/23/21 completely damaged. Since that time, I have been on the phone with Customer Care. I requested something very simple. I wanted a return shipping label and a refund, since they could not supply a replacement as it was out of stock.

I never experienced such incompetence and poor service in dealing with an on line service. I spoke with a multitude of representatives over several days. Each promised to resolve the problem, but did nothing. The last rep. m. He promised to resolve the problem and phone and email me within 24 hours.

This was the last of several lies. I would never use Sam's on line service again and will let everyone that I know about this experience. I ended up with no Christmas present for my wife…

I purchased a new battery for my 2011 Toyota Tundra on July 4, 2021. The battery has a bad cell and will not keep a charge for more than 7 days if I don't drive the truck. ) I have had 3 qualified individuals render the opinion the battery has a bad cell.

Twice I have been back to the club in an attempt to resolve the issue. Evidently, the $106 battery means more than a 15+ year business relationship. They offered no solution whatsoever.

I went into Sam's prior to Christmas and had a basketful of items or I would have left immediately. I asked to use my Sam's Club Mastercard Cash Back Rewards and was very rudely told that I had to be some type of elite member to use any kind of reward points..... Really????

I purchased a container of Honey Crisp sliced apples at the Sam's Club in Sharpsburg, Ga. on Fisher Rd. on December 19, 2021 with a use by date of December 29, 2021. My granddaughter asked permission to open and consume some.

I granted her permission and a few hours later she became quite ill. I later decided to eat some of these same apples and immediately noticed after eating one that it felt slimmy and soft. The apples where bad. After trying to contact the store where I bought these (December 20,2021) I was NEVER able to speak with a customer service agent.

I ordered these sheets on Nov 28th and to this day, I have not received the shipment and Have been charged. I have contact the online team who has escalated this their support team. The support team was supposed to email me the status of my shipment being there was no tracking information on my order.

I recently was at the Sam's Club in Jeffersonville, KY and made a large purchase. I also needed gas and pull up to a gas pump around 1:00 PM local time. Once out of my jeep two associated approached me and said I had pulled into the lane the wrong way as a sign above indicated DO NOT ENTER.

I said a car just pulled out of this space going the exact same way and that the gas cap is on the side facing the pump. I went on to say if I entered the other say the gas hose is not long enough to reach.

I have been a Sams Club member over 27 yeras. On Dec 10,2021 I visited Sams in Salisbury, MD. I was severely disapointed. I needed full size, half size and 1/3 size aluminum pans. There were none of any size.

They told me they had lids, fine, what am I suppossed to put them on? Next went to get Ragu Old World Style spagetti sauce with tomato, basil and onion. It comes in a 3 jar pack. None. I was hired October The 14th, 2021. In the Training room Is where it started. Suzanne the Training Manager During my first day of training I notice that Suzanne Did not speak clear English while training the new hired people.

Honestly some things was hard to understand. But after we finished the rest of training on the computer, Which I helped 3 others new hire on computer because you could not get a manager to come upstairs to help us on the computer so i did.

We were left alone for along long period of times without anyone checking on us, in the computer Room. Than i went looking again for a supervisor. I came in to get a simple battery replacement. The guy named Lou at the counter didn’t even look up when I arrived at his register. After having to get his attention, I asked about a battery replacement and he said “we don’t have time for that today” while the guy working in the back said we do.

The guy in the back came to the register to assist. When the guy asked Lou a question, he made it clear it was an inconvenience to even speak to us. He mostly didn’t look up at my husband and I, and then he skipped us and began speaking to the white customers behind us.

I have never experienced this bad of service at sams. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to see Lou

I called the Sam's Club in Colonial Heights. Va. On Friday afternoon around 3pm. I wanted to speak to someone in produce to ask if you carried the Cosmic Crisp apples. I tried 4 different times. Each time the phone rang numerous times, then someone picked up the phone and directly hung it back up.

The first time was customer service. The 2nd time bakery answered, transferred me to produce. Same thing happened. I tried customer service again. Hung up on me. Then I opted for the pharmacy and told Casey I wanted to speak to a manager.

I was on hold twice for about 5 to 6 minutes each time. The manager never picked up. (Reese was not working this day). Casey transferred me to the fresh department and once again I was hung up on. I'm sorry but I do not consider this good customer service.

I bought a piece of jewelry online. It did not look like the picture and was not appropriate for the person I bought it for. Website said I could return it in the store. I could not. I was told I would receive instructions via email. I did not.

It's been 30 minutes already and still no resolution. The return process is not as advertised and customer service agents DON'T listen on the phone and DON'T Read online.

Service is terrible and I will never use the online store again.

i am a disabled senior with multiple medical conditions. What I experienced today is harassment of senior. What I experienced on 8/7/21 shows that you are way behind in technology.

I went today 11/21/2021 to Reno, Nevada Sam's club at about noon. Store manager Joanne would not even give her pen to me so I could write her name on the receipt. She was very rude and must be disciplined. Also saying that she was not there on 8/7/21 meaning she is not team player and she is afraid in taking responsibility for the acts of her employees. I dnot know how Sam club is hiring that kind of incompetent mgr.
