On 1121-21 I requested help with a tire that was losing air the guy said the obstruction was too close to the sidewall however when I checked it myself it was not. I’ve been a member for over 30 yrs and to make a long story short I felt like there was a lack of interest by the employee he said a tire shop could fix it.

I am a 68 yr old female customer that frequents you Columbus Georgia store weekly. Last night I was in the store for approximately 2 hours and to make a purchase of a outdoor griddle. I could not move it.

I made the purchase and they were trying to find help getting the griddle on the cart. 45 minutes later I was still waiting. I had to leave to take my granddaughter to tutoring and they were to get it for me to come right back and pick it up.

When I got there I was told to go stand by the griddles and someone would be coming. 30 minutes later no one came. I had already paid for the griddle or I would have just left. I pulled and tugged and finally got this to slide on the cart.

And took it out of the store. The man at the door said he would get someone to load it. I was in the loading…

ON 11/13/21 as was checking out an employee came and ask me if I wanted to upgrade my Sam membership. I said no. Then he asked me if I was interested in Sam's credit card, which could give me 3% back everywhere and 5% back for the gas in every service station.

I looked good to me and I agree. He helped me to file the application. Then he brought me to customer service who told me that I had to upgrade my membership for having this credit card and they said 3% and 5% back only at Sam Club.

So I asked them to cancel this application. I was answered, no problem, leave it as it is. Two days later I notice they subtracted 6 points to my credit score. It is a terrible service and damaging for me.

I am hoping you could do something to fix this issue. Thank you

I started my membership in 1991 as a business account and was allowed to shop anytime the store was open. m.. After 30 years of being with Sam's Club this was a slap in the face. 00 per year. I would have thought that after being a loyal business customer for 30 years that my privileges would not have been downgraded.

00 charge but she was not very nice either. Loyal customers should be rewarded and not have their privileges taken away. I don't know what cards they had but obviously was not the only one turned down. Business is business - money is money - happy customers keep coming back.

You should revaluate your store rules before losing customers.

Ordered an item on 10-27. Was to be delivered 11-5. no call back. Called again today and you ard now blaming the manufactuer. But have been assigned an agent to fux this.. asked to speak to them and am now told they will call me in 3 to 5 days !! Not very comforting

Unauthorized membership renewal. The Debit card used for original membership had expired, so they used the new one (records of purchases) to renew membership, which I had no intentions of renewing. I was given several different answers on how to cancel the membership for a refund.

One was to call 888-746-7726 refund can only be done by phone, another answer was to drive 45 minutes to the store, another was they don't give refunds.

I purchased a 74 inch Christmas gift box tree on line and I went to pick up the merchandise. When I arrived to the store the assistant manger told me that it was out of stock and would call me when the item returned back to stock.

The assistant manager said my card would be refunded. I asked about the display and I was told that the display could not be sold.. After several weeks of not hearing anything and returning to the store numerous times the store manager (Lindsey) sold the the display.

I am very upset because why would he sale the display and knowingly club members wanted to purchase the item as well. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!. Other stores in the NC area also stated that they could not sell the display and all of a sudden the manager of the Goldsboro store does just the opposite.…

Me and wife went to Matthews, NC, October, 23rd, 2021, 09;17, receipt #is 1704 08219 006 3645. We picked up around 17 items and payed as usual, and we asked to cashier, we want to pay back with our bank card.

That's almost every time we doing for building our credit score also. The cashier said "that system closed yesterday, all around nations, we don't do that stuff any more". Well, today November 9th, 2021, we went to the Sam's club Wilmington, NC, and exact same thing asked.

We surprised, without any hesitation, Wilmington cashier was kindly made our transaction, actually, she took a time because machine was keep trapping, but she tried over and over again made it through. My husband, Roger Lee, owner of R&B Remodeling has had a Business Credit Card with Sam’s Club since 1993. Today, I attempted to make a large purchase of approximately $4,100 using the card and it was declined. I first checked our account to ensure there was no improper activity and was relieved to find that was not the problem and still have over $13,000 credit limit.

Just a bit of background, my husband and I went together to shop for the item we were considering. Because it was a large purchase, we did not buy in haste. I have tried on 5 different occasions to get a hold of someone from customer service and the phone just continues to ring. I left the phone on my desk at work for 30 min and no one answered. I even tried to get a different department to get someone on the phone and they were rude and just transferred me to the same number that no one answers after i told them not too.

This is customer service at it's best these days. I WILL NOT be renewing my membership and get excellent customer service at Costco which is where I will continue to shop.

October 13, 2021, ordered a new Serta Mattress. Confirmed via email from Maria, Sam's Serta Rep. October 18, 2021, Rodrigo, Sam's Serta Rep, confirmed delivery scheduled Nov 1, 2021 via XPO, contract carrier. November 1, 2021, XPO notified me that delivery was not going to happen that day.

I had cancelled all plans for that day to receive delivery. , Jose, he was supposed to arrange for immediate delivery and call me. November 2, 2021, I did not hear anything from Jose and called Sam's Club Serta Rep, was told that XPO had delivery scheduled for November 4, 2021.

I did visit your store on Pine Road in Cape Coral Florida yesterday, I was waiting to return an item over 18 minutes in line. I asked for a manager and the lady name Andrea in a green vest barked at me and said I am so short staffed three callouts and I just looked at her, I said are you serious this is how you’re responding to me?

I purchased a tv from sams club rockymount nc on june 11 2021 it was a jvc roku tv the tv satarted blacking out losing volume i call the store sept 18 as them what to do they advise me because i didnt buy extended warranty there was nothing they could help me with ming you its a little over 90 days they told me called the manufacturer well I been calling jvc since then they never answer the phone the one time they did they gave me an email address October 28 to email reciept an a picture of back of tv and a description of the problem this was done i understand the policy of sams club but

if you gonna sell a product at least make sure the warranty they offer is valid and the store personel they dont care om just so frustrated it seems they don't care

The service coordinator at the self-checkout register was rude and demanded we transfer our products from one cart to another. We asked her if it had been cleaned and she stated "we are not required to provide clean carts". I let her know that I was not transferring my purchases because I had been given a clean cart when I entered the store.

I watched as she forced another member to transfer 4 cases of water from one cart to another without even helping her-an older customer. She continued to chatter at me stating this was required of all members. I completed my purchases, had an approved transaction, and I walked away-leaving my receipt at the register.

Reference SAM's Club In-Store Order No. 0048570027499 placed on 09/06/2021 for set of 4 Pirelli tires plus installation in my vehicle. After these tires were installed on my 2009 RX350 Lexus the front tires on my vehicle started shimmying beginning when I got to speed of about 50 mph and over.

Not a problem prior to these tires. Since that time I've repeatedly tried to get the problem solved. The SAM's tire dept. strongly believed the problem was with the rotors/brake pads, so I got new replacements, but the problem is not solved.

SAM's offered to replace tires so on 10/24/2021, I placed online order #9795658033 for 4 Goodyear tires to be deliverd to my local SAM's Club #8107. As of this date no one can tell me the status of this order.

Purchased a set of tires at our local store in February 2021. Took them in for a rotate and balance in August. After driving few days,vibration began. Carried vehicle back in for balance. After a few days vibration was as bad as ever.

On Monday 10/11/21 I was shopping in your Sam's store. After more then 2 hours of shopping and 44 items later after checking out in the self checkout lane I arrived at the long line to wait to be checked out the exit.

Hi, My name is Marisa D’Antonio and I’m extremely angry that I was completely lied to and FORCED into a Plus membership/MasterCard by a front end worker at the Hodgkins store named Nick. Nick never once mentioned the words “Plus Membership” to me as he came over to help me as I was checking out.

I was having an issue with the card reader when Nick told me that it’s because “Sam’s Club is no longer going to be using their regular Sams Credit. ” I just needed to pay off the original card and then no longer use it and I will get a new card in the mail.

I used to work for Sam’s Club for 13 years and I know that what he did was completely unacceptable. When I received my new card and saw the membership price was now $70 and it said Plus Membership on it I was completely livid.

I purchased a set of Member's Mark Cal-King sheets, not sure of the date but it was a couple of years ago or more, and I recently opened them, tossed them in the washing machine, but I noticed there were no pillowcases. I thought perhaps they were inside the folded sheets. When I took them out of the washer, there were no pillow cases. I tried to return them to Sam's. but the poor clerk couldn't find when I purchased them. Even so, they are your brand, and I can't believe I'd be the only customer with missing pillowcases. The color is peach. I would appreciate getting the missing pillowcases.

After waiting 8 days for my shipment to arrive, I noticed my packages were in Henderson Colorado last night but today they were in Mississippi. WTHO!! No notification that sam’s club gas station will hold $75 to $100 on your debit or credit card until transaction is paid for. Was told all gas station do this. Wrong Sam’s club is the first gas station I have used that does this.

I was told when I called Sam’s club hot line the first time. It would be 24 hours and the money I didn’t use for gas would be put back on my card. 24 hours came and went. Called again and was told now it will be 72 hours.

I have used my card for gas before and that includes Walmart murphey’s gas station and they do not not hold money. And I found out by federal law it states they can only hold your money for 1 day.

I’m am seriously considering not renewing my membership. Very upset and frustrated.

My husband purchased a ring on Sunday August 15, 2021. After he got home I told him I believed it was missing a stone right in the middle. The closer he looked at it the more it was apparent that it was in fact missing a stone.

I should say when he purchased the ring he bought the insurance for $200. Yesterday I took the ring to a jeweler to have it checked to see if it was the design, or if in fact was missing a stone.

My husband thought it was the design because why would they sell a ring with the middle stone missing. The jeweler in fact confirmed that it was missing the stone. I took it back to Sams and spoke with the sales associate who told me that it wasn't missing the stone that is how it was made.

I had BJ membership. My friend told me, I should try Sam Club because their food is very great. I just paid online for discount membership with rotisserie chicken and cupcakes. I got the card membership with the lady name Brittany in 1717 Lincoln highway, Langhorne pa.

Before i start to get food, I asked her how can I redeem the chicken and cupcakes and she told me, when I scan the membership card, it will show that I have free without paying for these items. Then I got all my food with very very long line waiting from cashier.

I bought $7000 of Sam’s club gift cards and was involved in a scam when I called to see if they were activated they said they weren’t that I needed to go to the store. I just purchased two full size mattresses and two full size box springs. I asked a manager for the loading dock so I could have the truck I hired to do there. The original supervisor, identified by her green vest was very cordial and advised me that she could call someone to bring the mattresses out to my truck.

I advised her that the truck was in route. She kindly states no problem, just let me know when they arrive and we will get someone to pull the mattresses out for you. My truck arrived in about five minutes, but the original supervisor that I spoke to was assisting another customer.

Went to the pharmacy in Daytona to get our covid shots. The girl at the window was rude to me. The other girl at the window slid the clipboard under the window with no instructions at all! She had marked through the name, address,etc.

When I asked about filling out that part of the form, she said no. She said she circled what to fill out. Gave them back and she said now to fill out the part the dumbass marked thru and said not to fill out. Ummm okay!!!

Then the pharmacist gives us 15 minutes of argument about not being rude to get associates Even though they were rude first. The Sams Club in Franklin, TN has the fuel center under renovation and the sign says it should be open sometime in August. My wife and I decided instead of paying super high prices at local stations we would drive 21 miles to the Sams Club in Murfreesboro, TN on July 31, 2021.

When we arrived all the pumps were closed because the location was out of fuel. I spoke with a young lady who was the acting manager and she told me the location had run completely out of fuel the day before.

I am a loyal Sams Club customer however we drove straight over to Costco, opened up a membership and purchased fuel for the same price we would have purchased it for at Sams. I’m writing this in hopes that an executive at Sams will read this and do something to make this right.

I went to Sam's today to purchase a play house. I searched for a member (in a green vest) and he informed that the only one available was the display. When I asked if that could be sold he said yes.

I paid for it and was informed by another member in a green vest that I needed to wait until 3 pm because that's the time the guys came in but that they would be in a meeting and it would be more like 3:15 pm. I agreed since it was already 2:52.

At 3:10 I checked with her again and she said they were still in their meeting. By 3:25 I started seeing guys in Yellow vests walking around the store. I asked another green vest member who was talking to some other customers (friends or family) because they were avidly involved in a conversation.

Visited gas station on 7/17 at 1145am. As is usual there was a line waiting to pump gas. Because it is a one way entrance people were lined up, yet on the left side there were 6 pumps open. In a hurry and needing fuel I pulled in the opposite way. the attendant jumped out in front of my truck and started yelling at me. I said all those pumps were open but he was mad. I pumped my gas and as I left he yelled DON'T COME BACK. I purchase all my fuel at this location and do not like being treated like this' The attendant should be directing people to both sides of the pump to keep traffic moving instead of looking for violators. Better yet perhaps you should reevaluate your system. A lot of vehicles pull away when they can.t access pumps....a lot of sales are lost

I purcahsed an item instore and when I returned it they issued me a e-gift card instead of a refund to my original purchase method which was my credit card. Now that I lost that piece of paper I am stuck that I cannot use the credit that I received.

After a number of times walking to the store and phone calls one nice person gave me the number of my e-gift card without a pin. As we all know a e-gift card without a pin is no use. Can some one atleast help me to reissue the pin or just credit my original payment method.

Wanted to point out one of the worst experiences anyone can get from Sams Club.

I ordered a brand new TV ( 85 inch Samsung TV ) from Sam's club ( Frederick MD Club ) on 07/05/21 and picked it up the same day . Spent money for UHAUL , Called handy man and installed the TV on 07/06. After wall-mounting the TV I found that the remote control was missing from the package . Switched on the TV and found that the TV was used TV since i found another person's email address and wifi details in the TV and i realized that Sams Club sold me a used TV instead of brand new tv ( which is what i have ordered )

And I call the tire center here in Montgomery, ALor even Auburn, AL and nobody ever answers it rings forever then hangs up. Or someone answers and sets the phone off the hook so it will stop ringing but never answers.

We buy fuel twice a week at the Sam's club in Lubbock, TX. almost half or more of the customers come in the wrong/ opposite way from the rest of the customers . The attendants don't care. The Wrong way customers don't seem to care they have come in the wrong way.

The ONE -WAY arrows are very Easy to see. Some of the wrong way customers even argue with customers who come in the Right- Legal way. We have a solution for the Wrong way customers, TIRE Shredders!

we received a package addressed to Deborah Barrett. It came with our order from Amazon. We checked. They didn't send it/we didn't (and would never because of environmental concerns) order it. Is on your packaging. Please arrange to pick it up.

I ordered a TV online, was damaged. Called customer service to see if I could return to local store, was told yes. Return policy states immediate credit given. Returned on 6/19, have still not received credit, they have their tv.

Have even been requested to send bank statement to prove I haven't received credit. I sent copy and I still don't have credit. I will not be renewing my membership, will go to Costco

I bought hearing aids at Sam's in murfreesboro,Tn about a year ago. One of the wire connectors is defective and there is no audiologist to service it. I need to be able to hear to manage my health care.

Ordered jewelry for my wife's 10th anniversary. The delivery date was supposed to be June 28. Which was great because I was on vacation until Friday the 25th. But wouldn't you know it it showed up on the 23rd. So now I have to drive two hours out of my way to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to me.

On top of it nowhere in any correspondence did it say that someone needed to be home to sign for it

I lived in southern California and moved to the state of Washington were I continued to use the Sam's card for gas. I went to redeem my my rewards and could not because they could only be redeemed at a SAM's warehouse, could not be redeemed at Walmart.

I made a trip back to California and while I was there I redeemed my rewards. Immediately quit using my SAM's card for gas and canceled it. This also cancelled my membership at SAM's which was fine as there are not any SAM's warehouses in the state of Washington.

I continue to get mail from you and since you cannot provide me a local place to shop please remove me from all your mailing lists I get enough local shopping information and do not need you just filling my mail box. com

I bought 3 wings from the Sam’s Wembley shop and in one of them it had two pieces of hair and I said to the staff that there was hair and even showed it yet he denied it multiple times. And refused to give me a refund then threw it in the bin.
