My daughter purchased a Habit river shirt in Conroe Tx. and gave to me for Fathers Day. It was an XL which is too large for me. I called the Hot Springs, Ar. store and told the lady I spoke with that I would like to exchange it but I did not have a receipt.
She said that was OK, I could exchange it and if I could not find the correct size, they would issue me a Sams Club gift card in the amount of returned item. I took the shirt to the Sams Club in Hot Spring this morning and was told by the person at the return counter that they would not accept any returns without a receipt. Which is correct? What is your policy?

Took my truck in to get the valve repaired on a tire I purchased there. They fixed the valve, but then told me they couldn’t get the sensor back in and so my light would stay constantly on. Really not acceptable when the tires have been installed by your company.
Selection of meat, seafood and produce was sub-par. Baked goods were few and far between. Staff was helpful and polite as always… that never seems to fail.
I have been a member for years.
However today I got there early to provide a fruit tray for my job. I paid 45 for my membership. I was than informed that I couldn’t enter due to not being a plus member. During hard times I am expected to pay double the price of the membership to enter before 10am.
I am aware that special members receive discounts I accept that.
However to not be able to shop until 10am is late. Very disappointing and discriminatory due to not having extra funds to upgrade. I will be looking to other stores due to this poor policy.
We went to your store on Two Notch Road in Sandhills today. The store was playing rap music out of a boom box. My husband wears hearing aids and it was so loud and obnoxious that we left without purchasing anything.

Arrived to SAMs at 9:53am. Was told I had to wait until 10 am as I was not the right kind of person per front individual. There were 20 people who were waiting for the privilege of getting in to spend money.
I was going to the service center for tires and knew I always had to wait. It would have been 10 minutes before someone would wait on me.

This past Saturday (05/22/2021) I went to the sams club on Richey Rd in Houston Tx I went thru the self check out line. I was told by one of the sam’s employee that I had to scan my items and transfer over to the cart left there by the customer in front of me.
Then for me to leave my shopping cart there for the customer behind me. I ask why do I have to transfer to anther cart. I was told because they need to see me scan everything because customers steal. I ask why are you assuming that I am stealing.

I got a credit card from Sam's recently. My credit score fell 80 points after the inquiry on my credit and issuance of a sams credit card. I have tried calling the credit card company and they cannot take a payment to pay it off because I have not received my credit card.

Om 5/1/21 I went to the MWC Ok Sams Club tire center and ordered a set of tires for my car. I payed $713 up front for the tires using my debit card.
however they came in 11 days later. Ok stuff happens I can live with that. I was given an appointment for 5/12/21 @ 1:00. So on my lunch break 1145-1245 I went to drop my car off. The young man I spoke with asked my name, I provided it and he pulled my info up on a little iPad and started naming off the tires and am paid.

I have a Sams Club in Valdosta, Ga, within 37 miles of my home. I have bought bread/pizza flour, 25 pound bags, from them for many years. For some reason this store stopped carrying this flour after 12/2019. I have asked about them stocking it and they tell me it is a seasonal item.

So for the past month I've had problems with my car battery. I had to continuously get a jump. I finally had it looked at by a mechanic who checked out the battery and alternator. He assured me it was the battery.
I went to Auto Zone because I shop there a lot and they checked the battery said it was bad but they don't sell that battery. He said you got it from Sam's Club. I went online pulled up my receipt and took the battery to Sam's Club.

This happened at Sams'Club in Fort Walton Beach, FL. I went this afternoon to purchase a computer for my son. We found an HP on clearance for $509 (originally $699). Per the card next to the computer it said take to a cashier, which I did.
When she scanned the card it showed for the original price and the total came to $748. When I questioned it she said for me to put in my debit card that the clearance amount would be the actual charge.
I was hesitant, questioned again, which annoyed the cashier, and she told me just to enter my pin. I did. I was charged $748. She then told me to take the card over to customer service where they would give me the difference and that's where I needed to pick up the computer.

The store is fine, however, correct operating hours are not posted on the store website as well as the telephone general number that becomes the phone number of the store. Suspect these are the old COVID period numbers and they should be updated.
The store at the very least should show its members the courtesy of posting correct operating hours. Not a good policy now that COVID is on the wain, to make it impossible/difficult for a member to directly contact his or her store.
Sams also should have offered Prime Members some type of rebate due to the COVID situation restricting the 'early hours' they paid for. Seems you made an agreement with members when they paid for 'extra' hours and they did offer them.

i recently renewed my Sam's Club membership after a 5 months lapse. I cannot believe how disorganized the whole store has become . From chaos in the gas station line ( 30-45 minutes wait time) to the Customer service department that takes upward of 30 minutes to help someone in making a return or renewing their membership.
And these are knowledgeable employees - not inexperienced newbies. There is no more ' I ' anymore that can solve a problem - there is only 'Team' which has no 'I' in it. IMO the company needs some '' Outside Eyes'' to make recommendations to improve the quality of service; and certainly improve the speed that it takes to get something accomplished.

Hello, I am a faithful Sam's club shopper and purchase the Member's Mark cooking spray at your Little Rock, AR and Texarkana, AR location.
However within the last months I've been unable to purchase this item at either location. Can you advise me it you still carry this item. I bake cakes and this spray allows my cakes not to stick to the pan. LOVE THIS ITEM!!!

My wife and myself went to Roseville (California) Sam's club (extra 20 minutes drive, compare to the closest one we have here) for cigarettes. That is the only club that carry them now days around here. The section was closed, nobody was available.
We have been told, it's been closed at 3:30 that day and there are certain days of the week it's open. There is only one person that is authorized to cell them, and she comes and goes only a few times a week. ).
We spoke with the manager over there - who told us she can sell them to us, but refused to do that, due to a need to stand there by the exit route and they are short staffed. I have noticed, there was plenty of staff around everywhere!

I drive approximately 30 miles round trip to shop at this store. I drive pass Costco shop at Sam’s Club. But Ever time I go to this store, I have to use a handicap cart, and the cart’s wheels are defective. Like driving over road with pot holes.
The other issue with this location is the carts are never charged enough to enable me to shop the entire store. I received a damaged packed, I called for a return, the women told me to throw the item away, she will be issuing me a refund in 5-7 days and I’ll receive a new product I spoke with SEVERAL people after about my refund and it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund.

I use the cafe just about every time I shop which is at least once a week. I buy both hot dogs and pizzas. Neither is as good as they use to be! The new pizza crust is just plan bad. Cisco has a far superior crust therefore if I want pizza I shop at Cosco that day.

But the reason that made me write this is that I stood in line for them minutes just to be told that they had no hot dogs. I asked why they didn’t put up a sign saying “no hot dog”. Damage to my vehicle during installation of all four tires. All four chrome wheels on my truck have been ruined do to in experience installer and not using proper equipment to remove and reinstall new tires. The damage is completely obvious.
Your people forwarded the damage complaint to claims and they have called the damage "ALLEGED" which is far from the truth. Employee knew the damage happened and tried to blame it on the vehicle make. Any experienced tire shop or dealer I have contacted confirmed that improper equipment was used and caused the damage.
The pictures I forwarded to the claims agent were very clear. Have not heard back from him and will not take my return calls for the last two weeks.
On 4/3 my family and myself decided to purchase a few things at Sam’s. We first went to the tire area and waited at the register for at least 55 minutes with only one customer at the counter and one employee.
Very annoyed as this is not the first time I’ve shopped at Sams and stood in the Customer Service line for darn near 1hour to become a member. After all this shopping and aggravation we we were hungry and decided to grab something to eat.

There is always a long line to get checked out because there are not enough associates and their is always a long line at self check out because half of the equipment is broken. We have been shopping at Sam’s Club for years and our experience has become so bad with the lack of employees to check out and the management that we are planning to ask for a membership refund. The store address is Sharpsburg, GA.
The manager today told us that not only should we ask for a membership refund but we could go across the street to COSTCO. We are members there and we did go across the street to a store that cares about their customers.
I intended to buy $73 worth of product, but my Sam's Club credit card was denied, despite the fact that I had made a payment 6 days earlier, and the payment had been taken from my checking account. The first time I called the credit card customer service, after finally getting ahold of a real person, she again put me on hold for at least 15 minutes.
When she finally returned she cut me off. Therefore I had to return all of what I intended to buy and go home. I called again later and was told my payment was on hold because I had paid more than the amount due.

Friday 2021-03-26: My wife had taken the car to get the tire pumped she left and arrived at 9:53 the first time. When asked was the car done it was, but when she checked the front passenger tire it was the same as before nothing had changed. She then had to wait another two hours for the car tire to fix, they found a hole in tire, but they did not have a tire to replace it even though we have a warranty on the tire. Overall this experience was not the best even throughout the 20 years of being a member with Sam’s Club.
I was told TWICE that a certain product would be in stock. It wasn't. So today, after driving there, and it was still out-of-stock, I spoke to a supervisor wearing a green vest. So he checked on HIS phone, and it showed out of stock, and zero being ordered.
So I told him the name of the girl who originally said it would be in stock, but she was in a meeting. THAT'S FINE, I understand orders don't always show up, and it's not Sam's Club fault. Good afternoon. On February 9th, I visited the Sam's Club- Morrow, Georgia Optical Center to order new prescription eyeglass lenses for my personal frames. I have been wearing the same frame for several years, always having my new prescription lenses filled at the Sam's Club (Morrow, GA).
To date and after 5 attempts of the lab filling the prescription, it has still not been completed. I've spoken with the manager, Audrey, several times by phone (March 12th). As well, I went into the Club to speak with her (March 19th). Audrey stated it was the lab's 4th attempt to process my prescription.
