My name is Steve and today 3/22/2021, I experienced the worst customer service in the over 10 years I have been a Club member. My fiancé Stephanie Shelton and I were at the Joliet, Illinois store this past Saturday March 20th to do our normal grocery shopping.

My fiancé purchased 2 pairs of stretchy pants. When we got home she tried them on and decided that she needed a smaller size. So today she went and drove the 25-30 mins from Romeoville to Joliet and tried to exchange them.

The person at the customer service desk gladly helped her and had her go get the correct size. The girl basically took the pants my fiancé returned and put them back in the bag, after my fiancé drove back to our house in Romeoville she noticed that the pants were the same ones we originally purchased. Just returned from Sam’s Preston hgwy Louisville, ky. Meat counters were almost bear. frozen broccoli. And Chimichangas. I am very dissatisfied with Sams now. it seems everytime we go you are out of another item that we buy. I will not sign up for another year.

By far the worst experience by the same employee!!!! Maria works the scan and go at the door and after about 3-4 embarrassments I’ve had enough She stops me at the door scans 6-7 items every time and doesn’t say a word to me.

She stops me on items I paid for when I show her she still holds up line to get a manager that just sends me to Customer service who then tells me how sorry she is and takes me back to Maria saying this customer did pay I tried asking for a full name but Maria refused to give me her name an associate told me but not her last name.

Again this was not the first time. I am shopping here twice a week and this was too much Its harassment

I have been a club member for many years, without a complaint. You staff has always been courteous and pleasant, until today. My wife and I went to the Optical Dept. at approximately 1:30pm. There were no customers in the area, and I asked one of the two emplyoees, Mr.

Atwell, if I could order some prescription sunglasses for my wife and I. He responded "You need to make an appointment to see the eye Doctor". I told him I just got a prescription from my Optomatrist, and just wanted to order glasses.

He said We'd need to make an appointment anyway. I said there are two of you here, and no customers, couldn't you take care of us now? He rudely told us no, this is how we do it now. I have purchased eyeglasses for many years at Sam"s Club and have always had a pleasant experience.

3/19/21. Ordered Logitech K350 keyboard & Logitech Productivity Plus Mouse online in PM of 3/18/21--Separate Orders. (Both showed as pending charges on my CCard.) Received e-mail keyboard was ready-time stamped 9:18 AM. Went to store & keyboard was ready but was told Mouse order cancelled for non-availability. Cancelled Keyboard order--cancellation receipt time stamped at 11:19 AM.. Got home & checked e-mail time stamped 11:02 AM which said Mouse order cancelled by me or because not picked up in 1 day or out of stock. I did not cancel; I ordered one night & was there to pick up next day.

On Sunday, March 14th, I was in the automotive department of the Sam's Club Buford, GA for a flat tire. The technician pulled my car into the work area, eye-balled my tire, and told me that the tire could not be repaired due to the location of the tear.

The price of a new tire would cost $172, with installation. I declined, and the technician kindly put on my spare tire. On Tuesday, March 16th, I took my car to a local auto shop. After water testing the tire for bubbles and letting it sit overnight on my vehicle, no tear was found and my tire & vehicle are now driving fine.

I don't know if the technician was trying to blatantly scam me or being lazy and not diagnosing my issue; either way. I would have paid for something I did not need. I am now very skeptical about using the Sam's…

I ordered a patio set from Sam's Club, and scheduled delivery for this Friday from 11-3pm as that was an option given to me. ), and asked me to reschedule, which I called and spoke with a lady who explained that the scheduling person might be on break, and that they'll call me shortly.

After waiting the whole afternoon afternoon, I decided to call Sam's Club customer service. I explained my situation to a lady who sounded very mono-tone (no emotions), and it made me feel less like a customer to Sam's Club. Synchrony Bank Sucks I know that Sam's Club was going to drop their relationship with them last year and I wish they would have. My specific complaint with them is that as points are earned on my Sam's Club Credit card at the end of the year the points are not available for viewing.

We sometimes depending on snail mail get an informational that are Credit Card Points can now be redeemed. This practice has been designed so that some people will forget about their points and not redeem them at a savings to the Bank and whatever Sam's Club has negotiated.

This practice is weak and although legal it is deceitful. Synchrony Bank sucks with feedback from customers. Please look for an alternate Financial Service that is more customer focused.

I am filing this complaint today with a heavy heart surrounding what should have been the most joyous occasion in my life. My fiance purchased the wedding ring of my dreams here at your Pearland ,Tx store just before Christmas and was told that the ring was able to be sized.

He was unsure of my ring size due to pregnancy and so he purchased in store with the hopes to have it sized after he presented it to me as a Christmas surprise. He presented it to me and it was the best gift ever and just what I wanted and so my life was complete so we thought.

Pork baby back ribs, I’m buying back ribs, just asked if they can cut it into smaller pieces and they refused to do so, and I said why? They’v done it many times before. Meat people said they’re afraid to get hurt bbecause of their lack of insurance coverage! I said “what”?

14. 78 was moved from pending activitiy on my Sams Credit Card to a billing status on August 11, 2020. I did not receive my product and called Fedex for delivery update. They never received product from sender. I called customer service/member care and spoke with Franz.

He called Fedex and was told the same as I. 17 and assigned incident #200815-000214. I was told today there would be a month delay. I called my the bank of my Sams Club Credit Card and asked when item would be moved from billing status to pending and they said only Sams Club could do this.

I went to store #6431 in horseheads, NY to purchase new eyeglasses. I stopped at the member service desk to get a day pass for my mom to shop since neither of us are members. This was 815/20 at about 2pm.

The 2 girls working there were very rude and just said we don't do that. I asked to speak to the manager and he came over. I do not recall his name but he was short with dark hair and never even looked up from tapping on his phone to speak to me.

He came over and said "this store doesn't have day passes". Then turned around and walked away. I went to the front and asked if we would still be able to purchase items with a 10% surcharge added on and I was told "this store doesn't do that".

My husband went into Sam's Club located at 7001 Park Blvd Ste I, Pinellas Park, FL 33781 on Saturday August 87th 2020 to purchase cigarettes and tobacco products for our Gas Station. He was told by the cashier that the temp Alcohol & Tobacco license is expired and as a result he isn't able to purchase the products.

We are still waiting on our permanent license in the mail. My wife and I went to Sam's Club 8207 at 5110 North Oak Trafficway Kansas City MO 64118 Sunday, 08/09/2020. We were having a pleasant afternoon browsing through the store as we have done many times before. We went to checkout and stood in line behind a lady and as her items advanced on the belt, I began to unload my cart.

On 7-8-2020 I ordered a stove and microwave bundle package. I was told the items would be delivered on 7-30-2020. On 7-30-2020 only the microwave was delivered, and when I ask where the stove was I was told by the delivery driver that they didn't know.

I called your customer care and after sitting on hold for 45 minutes I was told that the stove couldn't be located and that the Associate would call the next day with the information on where the stove was and when it would be delivered. I never received a call back so I again called on 7-31-2020 and was on hold for almost an hour.

The nighttime door checker grabbed me as I was walking through the door and yanked me back inside. He proceeded to remove and search my backpack without a word. He then let me leave. I told management, but nothing was done.

Tried to return 2 heavy box springs to Sam's Club. Delivery was extremely late and other products were purchased. Set uo a return online and received Fedex ship slip. Fedex was always packed and felt uncomfortable going to Fedex in Texas.

Went to my local Sams Club that I have shopped at for decades. Not crowded, adequate distancing and face coverings. I have been a member for 35 yrs. In the 95 degree heat I lifted and loaded the 2 box springs.

I was told I could not return the items since I set up a return already. Tried to cancel return 3 times. Was either hung up on or routed to nowhere.

Shopped at the Corona facility this morning and a sign is clearly posted at the entrance that masks are required. When I saw a woman shopping without a mask, I mentioned it to the girl at the entrance desk, but she seemed disinterested and did nothing. What are the protocols regarding asking customers to leave the store if they refuse to wear a mask? Seems very selfish in refusing to wear the mask and will the store manager ask customers to leave for refusal to comply?

I tried to complain earlier today ref. # 200728-024446 , but your site froze up .. I have spent about $2,000 for 3 vehicles ( my Toyota P/U / son's Mustang GT / my wife's Camry XLE ) 4 tires each in the last few weeks .

I ordered a Schwinn Meridian Adult tricycle from Sam's online Order #5655337513 . The bike was scheduled to be delivered today. At around 6pm I called your customer service, to find out it never shipped. I was told all they could do is refund me.

That's not what I wanted, I want the bike. It's a need for me, not just a want. I have Parkinson's, and I was going to add a power electric wheel to it for exercise. Now I have to start over from scratch.

I'm slow and all this is difficult for me. Just typing this complaint is a task for me!

Earlier today (at app. ) I waited nearly half an hour at this Sam’s Club in Ontario, California simply to return a single item. I was appalled at how long the two, obviously barely-competent employees at the return desk spent with two customers in particular, speaking with them endlessly, looking at their computers endlessly, moving incredibly slowly—all with complete indifference to the obviously exasperated line of customers waiting to return their items.

It seems clear that Sam’s Club simply doesn’t want customers to return things, and that if they insist on doing so they will be punished with long lines and rude, incompetent staff. Visited Sam’s at Evanston IL today. We had less than 20 items and an employee insisted we can’t do self checkout and was acting rude toward us. We went to a cashier who was working with another guy. Horrible customer service from the lady that works at the gas pumps. I could not turn around due to the amount of cars that were there and the ability to back up n turn around so i went into a pump apparently the wrong way but the pump in front was closed so there was no harm.

She went up to me to speak in a harsh tone of voice saying that i don’t know what I’m doing and that I’m wrong n dangerous and I explained to her that was my best option. I also told her that she needed to just leave me alone.

I had ordered online for curbside pickup . When I got to the store i was told I had to have a cell phone and down load the app to pick up my order. This is not acceptable. Not everyone has a cell phone and I for one will never own a cell phone.

I have a land line only. You need to change your order that only a cell phone can be used to pick up curbside. I am in my late 60's and do not want to get the virus or bring it home to my 95 year old mother.

They did make an exception today for me to pickup the items. But I had to go inside where there were many people. If i get the virus you will be held accountable. I think this is only justified as many people do not have cell phone.

I also think this would be a good human interest store for Channel 5 call for action

I visited this store yesterday to find out that they are not enforcing the mask mandate. I spoke to a manager, Dee, as I was leaving and was told they could not enforce the mask order from corporate or the state and county because the Health Department would not allow them.

I would like to cancel my membership - while visiting Sam's club at Springdale, OH and SPENT OVER $500, as I came out the door, the PINHEAD associate that was scanning people out, took my receipt, scanned it and said, "here you go KAREN" - (I had removed my mask as the store was unusually warm and it was difficult to breathe).

I visit the Vestal NY store every week and the past two weeks we have complained about customers not wearing mask. Both times we where told that they can't enforce this, I see on the news that you say that people must wear a mask in your store.

Both times I took it alone my self to shame the custermers to put on their mask but some times they will not and that puts every one in danger. So do are do you not have to wear mask in your store?

This will make diffrents on whether or not we continue to shop at SAMS. I would think a store official saying something to these people would help with this mater.

I went back to the store to exchange 2 items.

However I bought 2 items. I did get the two items I wanted exchange. When I went to check out on cashier #3 I told the lady I had two exchange items and two items I needed to pay for the cashier said I had to go to member mark.

She said they will check me out there when I do the exchange. The cashier at the exchange area did the exchange on the two items. But then she said I had to go back to the line where I wanted to check out and pay for the two items.

I always wear a mask in public. About 3/4 of shoppers were in masks. All of the employees that I saw were in masks. I paid via my Sam's Club phone ap and while waiting to get checked out of the door, I noticed that the couple in front of me were not wearing masks. Sam's Club employee, 'Jack' (as his name tag read) pulled down his mask to talk with these folks about how he doesn't agree with wearing masks and that he does not when in public. He continued to discuss politics, holding up the line of folks trying to GET OUT OF THE BUILDING! I did hear something about he will not wear a mask at Lowe's and that "we are loosing" and quoting some section 14.8 of some document. I was at least 6 feet away.

The past few years I always buy the reafy made you hurt with fruit and granola. The lady 2 times I bought it tgey have not put the granola in a seperate cup. I always buy 5 at a time.

One cashier in the whole store, I waited and waited to check out, and the people then had trouble with their card and it was taking forever, finally I went to the self check out and had to have the lady assist me only to get a reject from my card. My card does not take a pin number and it would not let me or her bypass that pin number. Finally after half and hour trying to check out I just cancelled my order and walked out. I will not be returning I do not work there therefore I will not self check out. You are forcing people to check out on their own and it is not so cheap there that I can justify checking myself out.

I am one inch away from boycotting your Walmart stores for the same reason.

I would like a pro rated rebate on my card. Effective Immediately.

I have been going to Sam's on Grayson RD for years. I know it is tough right now with the Covid 19 but most stores are coming out of it. I got to Sam's here in Harrisburg PA and it looks like you are getting ready to close. Is this true?

I counted 10 TV sets yesterday, no monitors, racks were empty or filled in with cases of water. In the center of the store very few products, the clothing looks like it has not been taken care of in weeks.

I have gone 5 times in the past 3 months for gallons of white vinegar, I found it once. The meat case is full of ground hamburg with not much else to choose. No cooked chickens. The only good thing in that store is the pharmacy.

They are always friendly and have or get the things I need. I can't see paying for a membership when you don't have product.…

I placed an order on 6/7/20 for outdoor furniture and renewed my membership. A week later they charged me for renewal, but no estimate on when furniture would ship. I waited on hold 30 min each time I called.

First they said they would cancel order and refund membership. They only canceled my membership, no refund and no cancellation of order. As of today, 7/1 I have spoked to customer service no less than 10 times and they said they are having trouble cancelling my order and refunding my membership. com website.

They never said there was no furniture to ship and the vendor won't call them back or there would be a delay. So I have waited almost a month and they will not cancel my order or refund membership, unacceptable.

I bought two Duracell batteries from Sam’s. They went bad after 10 months and they a 18 month warranty. I took them in on a Sunday and they told me to bring them back on Tuesday when their shipment comes in for exchange.

I took them in today and they did not have any batteries. I told the service tech I need them as we are going out of town. He said sorry there nothing I can do. I ask to see a manager.

There were two managers came over a man and a woman. I explained that I needed them replaced and if they could exchange them for the larger ones. He said with attitude no like for like. I then ask is there anything they could do for me?

OnWednesday June 24, 2020- I shopped at Sam's Club located at Evergreen Park, Illinois My total purchases were $285.65 charged to my Sam's credit card . I purchased (2) two bottles of Vanilla flavor 80ZF each $19.98 when I got home there was only one bottle in the cart. I discovered one was missing the day after shopping. I did not call the store or the manager who is Pablo Cantu. I am requesting a credit of $19.98 be applied to my Sam's account. I have never experienced anything like this before. I am very pleased with the service previously. I hope this matter can be resolved in a timely manner. Thank you in advance.
