My name is Steve and today 3/22/2021, I experienced the worst customer service in the over 10 years I have been a Club member. My fiancé Stephanie Shelton and I were at the Joliet, Illinois store this past Saturday March 20th to do our normal grocery shopping.
My fiancé purchased 2 pairs of stretchy pants. When we got home she tried them on and decided that she needed a smaller size. So today she went and drove the 25-30 mins from Romeoville to Joliet and tried to exchange them.
The person at the customer service desk gladly helped her and had her go get the correct size.
